Clean, kind staff, and well-priced rooms. Rooms are basic motel rooms but are nicely decorated and contain all amenities. As a motel, I will recommend for its proximity to the city center and its well-priced rooms.

Carpet made our feel black. Very run down. Man in office was very nice. Room spelled moldy. Walls were dirty too. We moved hotels the next morning. I payed 20 dollars more and got a 100% nicer hotel after we left in the morning. At the best western bay front. About a mile away I think.

Comfy & close to downtown. When we got there the water was shut off, so we couldn't flush the toilet or wash our hands for 30 minutes. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. Don't count too much on the breakfast provided.

Clean, affordable and convenient! I can't wait to stay here again. Just a relaxing 10 minute walk up the street and across the Bridge of Lions to the historic district.

Clean, cozy, cheerfully outdated; this is where you want to stay if you have pleasant childhood memories of 80's-90's motels. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was ahhhhmazing. The customer service is great. After checkout, we got a call that we had forgotten something, and they kept it for us at reception until we could pick it up. We definitely plan on coming back.

Great place. Set in a perfect location. The staff is extremely friendly! Had a great time there :)

Great for the price. In a good area overall. Room was clean. Tv didn't work but oh well. Only issue was there was not enough parking.

Great location. Within walking distance to the historic area and reasonable rates. Comfortable and clean and a small pool area. We will go back.

I stayed at the Anastasia Inn this past weekend, it was my first visit to St Augustine.   I have to say I'm very happy that I made this choice. First was within my budget and what made it even better it's a very enjoyable short walk to downtown historic st. Augustine over the beautiful Lions Bridge from Anastasia Island. The Innkeeper Nash was very accommodating as well as friendly answering each my questions and helping me with whatever was needed I will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

Place was clean and for the price that's what you would hope for. No amenities other than a pool that is the size of a large spa. Breakfast was muffins, cereal, bagels that you get in the office and take back to your room. This is a motel, not an inn. It's on the main road but we slept okay. The door wasn't fitted properly so you could see light. I'm giving it a 4 star because of the price-$65/night.

I hesitate to write a poor review because the staff was so friendly; the rooms were so clean; the location was perfect; the price was fair… but the beds and pillows! I would challenge the staff or management or owners to get one night's rest in the room. The pillows were old and clumpy, which when doubled up, they were passable. But those beds. They've obviously done what they can to stave off buying new ones with foam egg crates and blankets under the sheet for padding but you can feel the aged coils once you lay down. (Who knew coils were even still around? ) It was horrible. After a five day stay, I would say I might have gotten three hours sleep a night, from the constant need to reposition and layering the comforter under me to try to get more padding. Everything, and I do mean everything, else about this lovely inn was so great that I almost decided not to write a review lest I lower the score on a great little location. But at the end of the day, I want a good night's rest no matter the good price, location, or staff's friendliness.

I'm so upset with this hotel! They effectively have ruined my honeymoon! Save your time and money! My mother in law booked this hotel as a honeymoon gift and we were informed we would not be allowed to check in because someone else purchased the room for us. They knowingly booked a room in such a way that NO ONE would be able to check in as in was under my name and under my mother in law's card. Very horrible man on the phone. Do not book here. You will have issues!

Well located. Nice customer service. It is a very good choice. We are satisfied.

Rooms may be small but cozy, we were able to visit city by walking to the Bridge of Lions. Very affordable place. Owner's son? Was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Across the street from Osteen's, a great restaurant. Only complaint, the showerheads need updating. Hotel draws a friendly crowd. Will definitely return.

The owner was amazing and very accommodating! The whole staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everyrhing we needed. This hotel is great and we will only use them.

Price was right. A quick walk over the bridge to the shops and fort! The room was quiet and cool. I would stay here again.

Great location. Quiet. We were first given a smoking room and I literally forced myself to stay a whole night. The carpet was the dirtiest nastiest carpet I have ever seen any where. Had cigarette burns every where and was add black as tar. Dust was so thick in places prob had NEVER been cleaned. Furniture was extremely old, dirty and had cig burns. Curtains were so old when the light shined on them you could see actual holes from wear and tear. The mini fridge was rusted and bout fell over. We propped the front with a piece of card board. The room had the most horrific smell possible, I'm assuming from the the absolute filth of the carpet. (and we ARE smokers so I'm not just nit picking nor exaggerating. ) It was so aweful that I had a sent warmer plugged in that will make my whole house smell great and it didn't even begin to phase the smell. It made me so extremely nauseous that I tried to hold my breath as much as I could hoping it would get better and finally I just broke down in tears cuz I couldn't take it another second and all I wanted was a nice vacation. My first ever and I'm 47 years old. So the next morning I ask the staff to plz move us as we love the location, have read lots of good reviews, but the room smells so disgusting it's making me physically sick. The young man looks like he's a little surprised (which I know they are most deff aware of it all) but nicely moves us to a non smoking room. Awww! Now this is the room we read reviews about.

Clean hotel in a great location for St. Augustine sights and minutes from beach access. Could use some updates but has everything you need to stay for a weekend or longer including a mini-fridge, mini-microwave, mini-pool and free breakfast. Would use again if staying the night in St. Augustine.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Kids LOVE the pool. Rooms are outdated and TV has no good channels. Tub is little rusty. They dont clean too well. Carpet is dingy and spotted. Prices are reasonable. The pool is the best here if u have kids.

You can see lots of work being done here. If you want a taste of old Florida style this is it. Room was clean and staff was great.

Their are 2 property managers, they are father and son. The father is mean, the son is very nice and personalable, Night and Day. Room was clean, bathroom could have used a little more elbow grease. All politics and other things aside, excellent bang for your buck, close to the light house, close to anastasia park beach, 1 block away from local bars, 10 minute walk to old town and pretty good Wi-Fi.

I loved this cute little hotel! Its so close to everything in St Augustine. The bridge and fort was a close walk. The rooms were clean and had lots of space. The front desk man was very helpful I just can't remember his name at this time. Our bed was comfy, tons of parking and the whole place was so CLEAN! Always a plus on my end. Will DEFIANTLY check in here the next time I'm in this beautiful town.

Good location. Rooms are clean, and everything works. Nice staff very friendly, parking lot is easy to drive in. The price is good too. My wife and I stayed 4 nights, and for sure we will return to here next time. Boa Localizacao, os quartos sao limpos e tudo funciona. Funcionarios sao simpaticos, estacionamento e de facil acesso. O preco e bom tambem. Minha esposa e eu ficamos 4 noites, e com certeza retornaremos aqui na proxima vez.

Called last night to ask about available rooms the following night and to see if I needed a reservation. They told me no because they wud have opening the following night. So after a long drive the next day I arrived only to find the office closed and called only to be told their office is closed by an automated machine, even tried their emergancy number only to not get an answer. I'm glad to know if I did stay there n a emergency happen no one would answer. Had to find somewhere else last minute. Jus bad business… don't stay there.

The place was clean, the owner was nice with a little of an attitude but he wasn't a mean person, it is just the way he speaks. The place was beatiful, the bathroom was sparkling clean and the beds are clean as well, will come back next time… best for a family vacation stay.

Run away! We got this hotel because it was just supposed to be a place to crash for the night as we drove thru St. Augustine. The room had mold and it smelled nasty. We went to sleep at 10pm, after not being able to fall asleep I got up at 4am, dropped off the key in the office and ran as fast as I could.

This was my second time visiting/staying in St. Augustine and I loved this hotel! Nash who works the front desk helped me out a lot with making the special arrangements I needed. He was knowledgeable abut the area and just very helpful in general. I would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are clean and hotel is nice and quiet. There isn't a lot of parking and really that is the only thing I can say that is not positive about the place. This place is great and the prices are on point. Thank you! I will definitely stay again when I come back into town!

This is a great place for the money. Small pool but just enough as they do not have a large guest capacity. Walking distance from most historic locations. Amazing British pub across the street and many other local night life attractions. Fridge and microwave in room, cable with hbo, and clean all around. Not on the beach but so close to everything St. Augustine that the drive to the beach doesn't matter. I will stay here again for sure!

Moderately clean, very old room (CRT TV, but good quality Wi-Fi). Relatively decent price… Cheap for ľemplacement but good the aircon had not been put before our arrival so everything was very humid (the sheets mostly). On the other hand the restaurant "Gas fuel service" right next door is to try urgently. Adorable servers and burgers and fries too good! With beers made extra houses!
