Totally unacceptable service, we get to our room with all our stuff and it smells like cigarette smoke. Guest services is a complete joke and doesn’t care one bit. Their rooms state “smoke free” which this room was not. She came to bring me a bottle of air freshener and told me this is all she could do. I went down to speak to a manager “who are all out of town” on a busy weekend where they are completely book. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t bring my personal belongings in she would be able to change my room. Excuse me?! You can’t change my room because everything is book but now because I have my stuff in there she can’t, I have children with me and now have to sleep in a room that smells like cigarette smoke because they are unable to accommodate anything for me. She did contact the manager Katie who basically told me there’s nothing they can do and if I didn’t bring my stuff in they could change me. Customer service is a joke. There policy states “clean stay” and this is no where to a clean stay. First and last time I will ever stay at your facility and I hope in the future you learn the meaning of customer services.

Clean and nice staff… breakfast is ok.

Until breakfast time we were a 125% happy and satisfied we went down to grab the hot breakfast that they offer and when we walked in people were sitting 6' distancing at tables no mask and joy and time with their families and we walk up to be served they asked if it was to go or for here and we said back to our rooms and the lady look said Jack and says I'm not gonna serve you unless you have a mask on so Jack backed up and I took a mask and put one on and as she's putting my food and my Box I observe her with no gloves on so as she turns around I say so I have a question it's very important for me to wear a mask but what about you wearing gloves? … Her response was you are exactly right… And that I made the statement it's pretty bizarre that I can stand here and make my coffee and touched the big coffee machine and press the button on the Orange juice machine and grab my own silverware and grab my own muffins and my sugar and my cream but she can't put food in a Box and put it on the counter for me to grab and take off without me having a mask on?

Clean rooms & very friendly staff! Strawberry shortcake & fresh cookies just out of the oven! Warm & comfortable atmosphere.

My bed was perfect! It was so soft and smelled good I fell asleep instantly. Hotel is super clean and breakfast is huge! No need to go somewhere else after check out to eat. Staff was super friendly. PS push hard on elevator buttons they are a little weird.

Nice swanky spot and definitely affordable. This place is pretty new and you can tell. Decent sized outdoor pool I think is heated. Free cookies all day long. We were helped by a young lady named April and she was more than accommodating. A plus for customer service in this place. And it is walking distance from grocery stores, outback, a Mexican place, and an Irish pub!

First time staying here… very nice motel… good breakfast and staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Nice room. I will definitely be staying here when in the area again.

We originally were only planning on staying 1 night but because April was so accommodating in getting us a larger room, we extended our stay. There’s something to be said for a hotel and employee that goes over and beyond for it’s guests. Thank you, April, for making our stay so enjoyable!
We will definitely be coming back to stay with y’all when we visit Disney again!

First class staff and facilities, every time we stay here.

Hotel is newly built and it shows as it incorporates all the new brand standards. This translates into a nice clean room, and modern amenities. Location is right off I-4 but not as noisy as you'd expect. Plenty of parking with modern equipment in the fitness room and decent free breakfast selection. There are also plenty of options nearby as well that are within walking distance. Would stay here again if necessary.

I just spent 13 nights there for the Strawberry Festival and it was excellent! Hot coffee 24/7. The gym has awesome equipment. The rooms were super clean. Most importantly the team of staff they have is first class. Thank you Janice at the front desk for going above and beyond and making my stay memorable!

I’m 50 years old, and this is the best overall hotel I’ve ever enjoyed. It’s a lovely space, completely immaculate, STELLAR staff, fab gym, awesome room, comfy cozy bed, great free breakfast, awesome location, and more. We were absolutely Tickled Pink! Thanks so much!

This Hampton Inn Suites Plant City is the Best! Everyone is always happy see ya, you couldn't ask for any nicer finer staff than there is, they go out of there way make sure you happy, have everything you need. When I'm in the area having stay over, I always make plans being a repeat guest. I love this place!

Loved staying with you guys! The sheets were luxurious, room was spacious, staff was friendly, breakfast was superb, and my shower was enormous! Not to mention setting up the block of rooms for my wedding was super easy. I couldnt ask for a better place for my wedding night!

What an amazing place to stay. Just a few min away from SOOOO much! We came Tues-Friday fit in Tampa Aquarium Lego Land 2x and Dinosaur World in those few days PLUS pool time at the hotel. This Hampton Inn is in the BEST location for a family for dining options from simple Subway and McDonald's to Out Back and BBQ to eat within VERY FEW miles away from eachother. Plus a Publix grocery store and Dollar Store. If you need anything last minute the hotel has options OR visit the wonderful WaWa across the road for food gas or toiletries items.
The customer service was outstanding. Friendly from me calling ahead to ask questions about our future stay to the very last day when we where checking out. Always greeting us with smiles on their face and very accommodating.
We defiantly have found our new place to stay while we adventure out to see more of what Florida has to offer.
Thank you to all the amazing staff members! The breakfast staff for keeping things clean fresh and delicious every day. House keeping for clean smelling rooms. Whom ever kept up with the clean towels for the pool. Late night staff with friendly faces. You ALL made our summer family trip amazing! Thank you once again!
