Great price for the location! The rooms was clean. The clerks could be nicer and more professional. But housekeeping was great! They kept our room clean and everything. My 18 month old traveled with me and so they cleaned in detail every day due to her eating and crumbs being on the floor, which I appreciated. Only a few things that needed some work was the toilet paper holder which they fixed without us saying anything. The phone didn't work either, but we didn't need it anyways. I will for sure be back because the view was beautiful and our stay was great!

Loved the beach. House keeping all rude and all gather on same floor at one time so it's hard to get around them. Also all would use elevator even without carts so guest had to wait extra time to use. Parking sucks because it's shared with the restaurant next door. The office is down the street so that's an inconvenience. Rooms clean just old and needs updating. Building in need of repairs. Tubs soft in middle makes you feel like you're going to fall through.

This place was really disappointing. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it was located on the beach and was very convenient since I'm a beach bum. Other than that the rooms are very outdated, they made the pictures look way better than they actually are. Shower knob in the middle was broke, TV did not get good reception, there was no mini fridge or microwave. Most hotels have at least a mini fridge. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was sketchy to use. As much as I loved being on the beach, I will never stay at this hotel again!

This place is HORRIBLE. The bed sheets were dingy with stains AND CLEARLY DIDN'T FIT THE BED. The mattress was torn on corners, sunken in the middle, and on the sides, clearly outdated. Our backs were hurting intensely each morning due to the mattresses. Water poured from the ac on the above floor onto our balcony where the water was allowed to accumulate causing lots of mosquito's, rust, and mildew (mold)! Needless to say, we couldn't enjoy the view of the beach on the balcony because the entire patio/balcony had water covering it and the mold smell. The carpet was always wet! The room reeked of musk and mold. Went to front office to complain, and was told they would get the water up and spray for mosquito's, never happened. We asked for a better room or refund and was denied a refund and/or a better room. I must mention the view to the room, walkways were never cleaned. It was like traveling through an obstacle course, JUST NASTY! TRASH EVERYWHERE including the elevator that takes 5 tries to go up or down! And the elevator smelt like URINE! I will NEVER recommend this DOGHOUSE to any one! Hyenas live better than this! AN AWFUL PLACE! See attached photos.

Upon arrival the room smelled like SMOKE, hot water did not work and TV was grainy. Immediately called front desk and they sent housekeeping and maintenance without telling me. So when they arrived I was getting dressed, housekeeping was EXTREMELY rude, telling me she does not have all night. Maintenance said to call front desk again when I was ready. For the rest of the night, about 15 calls, front desk was picking up the phone and hanging up in my face. Called the next morning and asked for an upgrade or refund, was told Chris would call me back, never heard from him. Had 2 people stumble in drunk from Sharkys next door and didn't know their room numbers and were twisting on out door knobs and knocking on the door. Would never stay at a Seahaven property again. The bad customer service overall was the biggest NO for me, next time will pay the extra money to stay at a real resort. Oh, and might I add, my toiletry items (shampoo and conditioner) were USED! How gross.

Absolutely without a doubt the worst, most poorly maintained place I have ever stayed in my life! Carpet was filthy and heavily stained. Stains in bathtub and on sink that gave the appearance of neglect! Could hardly get the room door to close or lock. It required slamming and manipulating on every entry/exit. The door to the balcony wouldn’t shut and actually latch. I fully expected a gust of wind to blow it open at any minute. “Check in” desk is down the street so really no one to report it to. I wish I could select ZERO stars!

Do not stay here. Simply put it is falling in disrepair and I don't believe they care. I think they're waiting for a hurricane and insurance money. There was literally mold growing on some of the furniture. The doors were rotting at the bottom. Ceilings were peeling and had black spots. The bathtub liner had water underneath it, so it shifted when you stood. Roaches… Eww. On the positive it was dog "friendly"… But had no real bathroom for the pooch except a small sandbox.

WARNING WARNING WARNING Worst bait and switch I have ever experienced. Photos of another hotels room, resulted in booking in a hotel built and last updated in the 1800's. Two of the stairwells were in such bad repair they were blocked. 2 king size beds turned into, hand made bunk beds The substitute motel was the Reef… an outdated motel 6 wannabe from the sixties. Someones used razor greeted us in the tub. Surprised that the cockroaches that scattered everywhere when we turned on the light the first night didn't carry it off. No microwave. No refrigerator. Fuzzy 32" TV guessing what channel your watcing. Sad, sad, sad.

This was our first beach trip with our dog. To start off the room had the AC leaking on the carpet and the carpet was soaking wet and smelt terrible. Mold on the ceilings and walls, kitchen was terrible and things breaking / falling apart. Thin blankets, and to add bed bugs! We woke up itching and scratching due to this, with bites all over. That was miserable. The only good part was being at the ocean with my fiancé and dog. I’ll NEVER stay here again. ESP not worth the price of nearly 500$ for pet fees and only 3 nights. Terrible!

You definitely get what you pay for here. I booked this hotel purely because of price, as I came to PCB for a work trip. Pros: They allow dogs ($75 fee), basic continental breakfast (pastries, bagels, oatmeal, juice, coffee), nice private beach with wooden chairs/umbrellas, restaurant next door, close to pier park/doggy beach, every room has a porch/balcony looking at the ocean. Cons: roaches, cable tv/Internet was going in and out most of my stay, bed had only a very thin blanket, bathtub was extremely clogged and hot water wouldn’t go up through the shower head, parking lot is also restaurant’s parking so sometimes you have to park farther away from the hotel. Would I stay here again? If I wanted to save money, sure. If I wanted a decent vacation, no.

Okay when we first checked in no hot water. TV wasn't even a clear picture. Found bugs in the room at night. Hard to sleep at night because people partying. Housekeeping didn't change the bedding. I had a crack around the door frame and underneath the door that you can see out of. I would not recommend a homeless person to stay at this hotel. Especially not for the price. You pay $130 a night you would expect a little better than that. And when I was told about all these situations they just said pretty much nothing. I have paid $30 a night and got a room cleaner than this. I will not ever return to this establishment.

Negatives: no hot water all 3 days. Dirty bathroom (shower had NOT been cleaned. Oily layer of hair/dirt all over). Clogged tub (I assume from oil/filth) Positives: Desk guy was nice. Nice back door that opened up to private beach access. No one bothered us.

We have been staying at the Reef at Seahaven for a couple of years now on vacation. We have never had any problems so we recommended it to my sister and her husband. Their first stay there was aweful. No hot water. Room flooded all weekend from leak above them. Never stay on ground floor. Called and no one answered the phone. Left messages and no return calls. Left Sunday with room still flooded.

So far this place is awesome. Nice people went out of there way to help us. When the plaza hotel cancelled our reservations on us. And got a whole lot better room. Thank you Sea Haven.

The rooms need repairs almost everything is in bad condition or needs repair. There are cockroaches.
The parking lot opposite the building is induficiente.
The only thing Potivo is that the employees are friendly.

Affordable accommodation for Panama City Beach. Right on the beach. But very outdated and not so clean.
