They are not a high-end hotel/resort but the accommodations more than suited my needs for a one-night stay. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. I really loved having beach access, the view is perfect!

In definite need of a make over. Very outdated.

Our room was excellent. Amazing view, zero bugs, very clean. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and polite. We had a king suite and it was exactly like the pictures advertised. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but we were very pleased with ours! Zero issues!

Everyone was really nice rooms were good, beds comfortable. Close to the beach!

We showed up around 11 am. Room check in isn't until 4 pm. We got the room and she let us check in as soon as 1 was ready. Got a room on the ground floor, was nice to just walk right in the beach. It was clean, but we weren't in the room that much. The staff was great. The location is awesome. Within walking distance to get to anything you want. And to have a beach front room the price was very reasonable.

No dishes moe toilet dont look like it was clean at all the was a skillet but no silver ware 4 coffee cups my grand parents rent a room same thing the had one fork to eat with and the maid service suckd they dont clean until your last day their cause I ask them we need room service they did give me towels there was 4 people in my room what's a vacation with out your room clean I have a 6 year old as well so we will not be back ever again cause every motel I been at gave us room service and clean our room and made the bed and the did not have moe ethier oh and the back door to your balcony is very hard to opend this motel is sorry very sorry health department needs come down their and do exspeticon like fr my mom use to work at a motel but I. Did never look like that and the elevator took for ever to get out I never seen anything like it in my life l ik ke wth.

Blood on wall in bathroom, mold on air vents, most unsettling railing on balcony unsafe. We have two children. Husband has bites all over abdomen after first night. Pics on internet are extremely deceiving.

The staff was so friendly, ever since we first checked in… our rooms was super clean, they even had our air conditioning turned on the day we arrived… The rooms was super clean, we had a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, the whole 9 yards… This place is amazing… Me and my family will for sure come here again… The balcony was clean, and we had 2 chairs, the beach was private to the resort, every thing was simply amazing, I highly recommend Seahaven Beach Resort…

We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse for the holiday weekend. Very impressed with the room over all and the view is GREAT! Floor to ceiling windows in the entire great room! We needed 3 separate rooms so the penthouse was actually cheaper then 3 standard hotel rooms which would not have had beach front access and the view! A couple small maintenance issues like a broke bathroom tile, and the tub door was hard to close. The only big issue for us was the master bath jacuzzi tub. It was a very poor design. Honestly I think it’s installed backwards. Because of its design and placement it is very difficult to get in and out of the tub. We are in our 30’s. I digress… Overall it was a great stay and would stay there again.

Very dated! We didn't have house keeping for 2 days out of 4. Both days we were told it would happen. Never did. The rooms are nothing like what is on website! No ice machine, all appliances are rusted, beds are not comfortable at all. The concrete around the pool is all broken up. The pool sides are nasty. All cleaning staff does is hide drinking beers! The grounds around this hotel is disgusting. On our balcony the rail was coming off so we had to keep a close eye on 3 yr old granddaughter that she didn't push up against the rail. The best this hotel has to offer is the view. So when you are seeing reviews to go elsewhere do it.

Front staff was very friendly, our room had a great view. Loved the private balcony. Our room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in, in PCB and it was priced great. Pool was very clean. The cleaning ladies were very sweet, they were Jamaican and a little difficult to understand but by far, very pleasing to deal with. However, the cons are — no fridge in the gulf front king. Our door didn’t shut all the way. The air smelt like a septic tank in the day time. There’s crack heads running around the front and one of them was pouring blood and extremely drunk, sitting outside of her room. We called the front desk to say her and her husband were fighting and he threw her outside/ it’s been an hour and no one has showed up to even check on them or called the police. This place seemed good, but this whole incident really turned us off. I feel filthy and unsafe. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I would not recommend this place at all, very outdated and dirty. Book it through expedia, they showed beautiful picture of this place, false advertisement! Got here had our room wrong, no refrigerator no microwave, coffee pot had white stuff all in it. We were in 314, then got transfer to a room with kitchen. It's all old and falling apart! Ask them today to change the bedding, nope didn't do it! The last day I found a roach! Smashed it on the wall and left it!

Where do I start? The cabinets were falling off in our room along with the toilet paper holder. I can’t leave out the piece of wall in the bathroom that kept falling out which exposed all the installation and smelled like strong mildew. Also, the fridge was broken in multiple places. Oh, the freaking giant cockroaches are ridiculous here. I also can’t leave out how our fire alarm didn’t work, which is illegal and even worse considering the outlets are falling out and sparking. Also, our door didn’t shut correctly. Don’t worry about calling the cops because the room phone has buttons missing. The continental breakfast consist of ego waffles, bagels, and only two different cereals so bring your own food. The best thing about it is the location but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants a clean place to bring people to.

I booked before reading the reviews. After reading them, I called to cancel, because I was terrified I'd made a huge mistake. The young lady I spoke with, Lailyn (sp? ), assured me it would be fine. I chose to go ahead and give it a try. We traveled 8 hours and arrived at around 2pm. Check in is at 4, but they gave us a parking pass, so we could spend time on the beach while we waited to check in. Our double with a kitchen room wasn't ready, so the manager upgraded us to a king suite at no charge. We stayed only two nights, but have been treated so well by the staff. They are very accommodating. I've read the reviews, and must say that I feel as though I stayed in a different hotel than they described. We did not see any bugs anywhere. The place does have some cracks, but it's old. My only issue while there was the noise at night. I guess I'm not used to city sounds. Lots of yelling and honking out on the road. It was clean, affordable, and had an extremely friendly staff. In my book, that's 5-star worthy. I'm not saying anyone else's opinion is wrong, everyone is entitled to their own. Mine is that I'll plan to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great vacation, Seahaven! Looking forward to next year!

Do NOT stay here if you want a nice get away. The pictures on the website are very misleading. I believe they were taken when they very first opened the hotel. The beds are stiff and barely big enough for two adults. The kitchen is extremely out dated. The refrigerator has rust all along the outside, the cabinet doors are hanging lose, the carpets are extremely dirty (they actually felt wet and sticky), the bath tub faucet literally almost fell off when we tried to pull the stopper to turn on the shower. The outside walkways and stairs are covered in trash and stains. When we asked about the “complimentary breakfast” that is advertised we were told that only applies at the Sea Haven Resort not the hotel. The pool is dirty and has maybe 3 chairs with no wooden cabana like the picture online. Even the pool side area has 1 or 2 old picnic tables, but definitely not 5-6 tables with umbrellas like pictured. The maid was extremely rude. I asked for more towels and while having her back to me she responded “I only do check out clean up. You can go to the front office”. Our sheets were never changed. We were given ONE pillow on each bed and when we asked for more we were told they were filled to capacity and could not provide anymore pillows because they were all being used. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The ONLY reason I am giving one star is because it won’t let me give zero stars.

The first room we were put into was absolutely not worth the nearly $1000 we payed for it. Maintenance had to come make 2 repairs in two days, and on the third day we had to move all out belongings to a new room in a different building down the street at 12:30 at night due to an insect problem. The manager who met us with the new keys was outwardly quite rude and frankly wanted nothing to do with us. The new room wasn't much better, but by the time we finished unpacking again it was 3am and we just wanted to get some sleep. When we went down to try to speak to a manager we were told they were busy, but that as far as the hotel was concerned the issues had been resolved. We've spent half our trip waiting on this hotel to get its act together, but they obviously don't care about their patrons. If you decide to stay here I have a few pieces of advice. 1. Plan an extra day for maintenance to make repairs to your room 2. Buy your own breakfast items 3. Bring plenty of insecticide, you'll need it 4. Don't fully unpack for the first night or two, as you might be moving. 5. Don't plan on parking near the building. 6. Forget about this place and go anywhere else, it isn't worth it no matter how cheap the rooms are. Wouldn't even stay here for free. This place is a beachfront joke. Edit: The manager has since gotten back to us and offered us a small rebate and credit at the on-site restaurant.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The workers did minimal work to get you off their backs. The people in the office assured us when we arrived early this morning that we would have a “King Suite” that could accommodate 6 people. When arriving around 6am the lady told us they’d have it available later in the day but check in wasn’t until 4. We waited all day long from 6am to 5pm before being consistent about getting a room. They finally half cleaned a room and placed us in it. The room only had one bed and a pull out couch. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures online. The bathroom light in our room didn’t work as well. We instantly went back to the office and questioned what was going on, only to find out that they do not have a king suite as they advertised and are unable to accommodate all 6 people traveling. We request a refund because obviously two beds are not enough for 6 people, it’s false advertising, and the hotel staff were unconcerned. We even have a conformation email that reads “KING SUITE W/ SOFA CONFORMATION” which specifies in details about a king bed and double bed in separate rooms with pull out sofa and kitchen. Worst decision of my life to try this place out even against all the reviews that say not to. I repeat do not give this place a chance it will ruin your vacation. Also forgot to mention the $500+ they can only have refunded by 7-10 business days even though this was all their fault. Dont waste your money.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I was there this past weekend, and it's NOTHING like the pictures. This has got to be the oldest and most outdated hotel I've ever seen and been in. I checked out after the first night. The bathroom was old and rusty. The toilet was dirty as well as the shower. I had to kill a big ant and a spider that was crawling on the bed. I requested a balcony view room, but was put on the first floor, so it was supposed to be an "easy" walk out on the beach. Only to find out that if you go out the back door, you can't go in through the front door, so maintenance has to come open the door. The stove didn't work, plus it was old, dirty and rusty. The ice machines had mold and was rusted. I could go on and on, but just know this is NOT a great place to stay. It looks more like a motel than a hotel. The staff didn't seem to care about the concerns as they are probably used to it, and will remind you that there are no refunds, not did they offer any compensation.

Decent place for a cheap stay. Not my favorite place have had to change rooms both times I stayed due to some issues/out dating in other rooms. However this place is great walking distance to restaurants, dip n dots, convenience stores, close to pier park. I hope that the sea Haven will get the updating that it needs to keep up with other hotels in the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay and sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean all of their rooms are gulf-front which is a giant plus for me. I will stay here in the future it's not a terrible place just needs some updating.

Here's the best way to describe this place. If you are the type of person who spends no time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is for you. If you are the type of person that likes to hang out in the room a lot, this hotel is not for you. Origin would be a good place for you to look at. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this is by far one of the worst. Besides going toe to toe with 7 cockroaches on steroids we walked in with no ac. Furniture is damp. Puke on stairway at 9am. You smell what the roach motel is cooking? We took showers with a tub full of water. Staff was neglectful. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay please take out a loan and go somewhere else. I wish we had.

Just stayed there May 18th and the 1st night my daughter's friend began itching as soon as she got in bed. Well astonishingly we found out there was bed bugs. The next morning we went to the office and they said they weren't aware of any bed bugs. They had maintenance come and as soon as he pulled the mattress down they were all over the bed skirt. We basically got kicked out like we had brought them with us. We weren't allowed to go to any of their other affiliates. The money got reimbursed for the room but we were treated as if we had the plague. We didn't bring bed bugs with us, they were there already. I think housekeeping should be trained to check this stuff whenever they clean a room. This was absurd and the worst trip ever to PCB. I will not recommend your hotels, just ridiculous.

We had roaches in our room, and I mean huge roaches. Housekeeping skipped our room many times and left us without towels and rags. We had to go to the office multiple times for these things as well as trash bags. The office people were rude and housekeeping wasn't much better. The door to the balcony, once shut, is extremely hard to open. We had to run in to it multiple times just to get it to open. The carpet needs to be replaced, it is very dirty and makes your feet black just walking around the room. The toilet was crooked and the shower had no water pressure and water dripped all night long. They give you a sheet and a very thin blanket, and the bed sheets were very wrinkled when we arrived. The pictures online have to be from when they first opened because the building on the outside doesn't even look as good, let alone the condition of the rooms.

Me and my husband took an anniversary trip here this past weekend and I was so skeptical by the reviews honestly I was scared to death. Upon arrival the hotel front desk was very helpful and nice! We was in room 112 on the bottom floor… the room was very nice for the price. Walking out of the back door to the beach was amazing! We will return to this hotel on future trips! Also housekeeping staff was very nice!

It's not 5 star but has a full kitchen. Great place for a family to spend a week. Well worth the price for sure. Has a free breakfast and beach access. The view was worth it all. Open balcony a little run down but who cares it's the beach.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse with a group of 7 guys. Room was spacious and nice. Great view. This hotel is better for young people than families with young children. Chris at the front desk was very helpful during check-in.

Too noisy. The bedroom was on the streets idea. It was spring break for the northerners. You could here the cars going down the strip. Some of them were very loud. We could hear the loud music next door close to midnight. About 2am, we could hear a couple next door having an argument. No sleep for us! The bed wasn't very comfortable and neither was the sofa. The beach side view was awesome, but that was all.

The room was clean & comfortable but the TV didn't work & there was no coffee for the coffee pot. No coffee at the front desk either. Good location! Besides no coffee & no TV "No big deal" the young lady that checked me in was sort of disrespectful. I was not in the best of moods so maybe that had a part in her attitude with me? Anyway — It was apparently spring break time — even though there were not any people around this year maybe because of the new booze ban — but the girl insisted I wear an orange band on my wrist to prove I was a guest at the motel & not a person on spring break. I am 59 years old & don't resemble a breaker. I don't like wearing rings/bracelets or things of the sort — they make me real uncomfortable — sort of a phobia. I let the young lady know this & she responded that if I didn't put it on I would be escorted out by security. I contemplated going somewhere else but I was tired & hungry from my travels so I put the band on, went across the street & had a great fish dinner then back to my room to get rid of the orange wrist band & write this review. Again — Clean & comfortable room. Just bring your own coffee.

Service is very good and the bedroom very clean.

The truth is terrible the place, the conditions of the building are lousy. The cleaning service did not say, I was robbed…

Building needs a lot of maintenance, hand rails are loose, bathtub faucet leaks, bathroom/ kitchen faucet does not work properly. The stairwells smell like urine. Very poor lighting in the room with a lot of covered over light fixtures. The things that have been repaired or painted look to have been done hastily. This place is not worth half what they charge per night.

It was very fast at the reception the check in very friendly. Clean room with a beautiful view to the sea. Coupons for children to eat for free in a nearby restaurant. Access to the beach and the pool were a fabulous holiday. Wi-Fi working very well on the second floor of the building.

The room is very outdated. For the price you'd have expected a little better dated room. The poor patchwork over holes in the bathroom was falling off and the tub faucet ran steadily. The views from the balcony, however, were excellent! The only other major issue I had was with the lack of parking. Sharing a lot with Sharkey's made parking a nightmare. If it was full you had to go to the overflow lot down the street. Very dangerous to cross Front Beach at night.
