Great pool. Convenient location.

We love Edgewater! We’re been coming here every summer for 7 years now. The staff is awesome, beautiful place and great amenities. Great food! We met Denise this year and many new friends. Denise is awesome! Can’t wait to come back!

Room was very clean staff was amazing went above and beyond to fulfill our accommodations and friendly service.

The staff is real nice. They're very helpful with any needs you need. The public pools are nice especially the bar. My kids and I love it and we will revisit. There's also plenty to do around the resort also like restaurants and shopping. They're in a good location because everything close to the resort.

I want to first start of by saying Edgewater resort was a a beautiful resort, and the pools were great, the rooms were really nice. However for how responsive their staff are not so much we was there for 5 days in Windward which is clearly one of their older buildings I called the first night because the Tv and internet was not working was never fixed I literally sat on hold every morning of my vacation for at least 45 minutes to speak to some one and try to get it fixed. Finally 2 days before check out they said they could move us all the way down to tower 1 which was away from my family that was staying below us which we did not want to do. And who would want to pack everything up in the middle of their vacation and take time to move. For my husband and I it would not of been a big deal to not have internet or TV if I was not needing to work some and my farther has to stay in the room a lot because due to his medicine he can not be in the direct sun due to his medicines. It made it a little hard in the kid at night not having TV. We would of usually just used our phones but we did not have great service down there. So yes I would recommend Edgewater but I would not recommend staying in Winward or Lewards the 2 end units they are clearly outdated. They ended up comping us 100 dollars which in my mind is not enough for 5 days of fighting with some one on vacation and 5 days of something not working.

This is my second stay and I had a really good time. The staff is great. They are responsive and helpful.

Beautiful resorts with great amenities, awesome beach access, huge pool area all located in a perfect location right in the heart of PCB. Also surrounded by a well manicured and fun little 9 hole golf course! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2 story penthouse condo. We got the 2 bed 3 bath. Full kitchen plus kitchenette upstairs. Balcony on each level. Private roof balcony is huge. Several restaurants within the resort, 11 pools, several hot tubs and lagoon spas, a huge lagoon pool, pizza place with delivery, private golf course. Can’t beat it. Beautiful. Come down several times a year.

The person renting this for me and my family this week has been wonderful. I’ve stayed here many times and it is a great place in a really nice location. Highly recommended!

This is a safe and friendly place. They have everything you and your family would ever need. Plus a great restaurant on site.

Absolutely perfect! Stayed in Leeward and we are going back in a couple of weeks! We relaxed on the beach — clean and staff was awesome just perfect, played golf at the the club — staff was fabulous and friendly, dining out — there are restaurants galore, things to do everywhere you looked and shops everywhere you turn. Perfect area to go!

Wonderful vacation! We stayed in a two bedroom villa from booking. Com. Our 5th time in PCB and by far the best place we have stayed. Pool, villa, food and golf course was worth every penny. Everyone was very helpful and the man in the golf club was awesome!

The huge pool, the condo was amazing, kids loved it.

A most relaxing resort where one is right on the beach not a block or two away but right out the door! Lovely condos. Great restaurant on site within walking distance to some shops restaurants. Publix only a mile away.

Nice view from the master bedroom and a really nice layout. Very reasonable price too.

This has been the worst hotel check in experience I’ve ever had at a conference. 3 plus hours and still no room! This place clearly doesn’t know how to staff up for a group this size! I know we won’t be back here next year.

Terrible customer service. Literally every single person we encountered was rude. We stayed in the pent house and it was less than satisfactory. The air conditioning never got below 74, there were cockroaches, we were told they cleaned for 4 hours before our stay and it was obvious that was not true due to the fact that there were large dirt spots and cheerios on the floor that were easily cleaned with a rag and water. Someone pooped in the pool (obviously that’s not their fault) and the pool was not accessible for 12 hours. We will never stay at this resort again and HIGHLY discourage anyone else from doing so. The pictures we were shown of the available rooms is absolutely nothing like any of the rooms we saw.

The resort was very nice, rooms were cozy and clean. Which my daughter loved the bedroom teal color. Pools were clean and pool staff super nice and helpful. Went to the grill and had dinner before karaoke started and our server was another story. They were fast in getting you seated but if you asked for anything you had to go inside to get it because waitress would forget and never come back. Hostess looked at one of our adults like they were from Mars when she asked for napkins instead of the cloth ones that do not absorb water at all. We did have a guy that said he was staff but didn’t have on the beach shirts like everyone else did and he gave all us parents very uneasy feeling and one of the adults even asked him what he was doing and did he work there. Needless to say everyone left the pool and we left the resort.

The condos were great and the ocean grill was amazing however the customer service was absolutely terrible! We arrived at 12 in the afternoon and was told check in is at 4 (which we were not aware of) but they would try to get our room done at 2 or 3 and 4 at the latest since we arrived so early. We decided to go get lunch at the Ocean Grill since we didn’t have vehicle then go to a near by grocery. It was 2:30 when we went back and asked about our room they told us 20 more min so we stuck around and they continued to do so until we finally got our room at 7 o’clock. If they would’ve just told us our room wasn’t going to be done until way later we would’ve hung out on the beach instead of waiting in the lobby with luggage and cold groceries. After all that there was no accommodations offered or even a simple apology by a manager… The next day we thought we would shake it off by waking up early, going the resort café, grabbing coffee and walking on the beach. Cafe was supposed open at 7 and the person opening it did not even arrive until 7:40! Again when asked about the cafe all the front lady had to say is “oh it should be open in about 10 minutes. ” … I felt like on my vacation I was waiting on the resort staff instead of the resort staff waiting on me. I doubt I’ll ever go back, and if I do I’ll definitely book through the owner and not the agency.

Absolutely Loved this place! The perfect place to take a vacation with your children and grandbabies! The staff was wonderful, beautiful condo with everything you need! I got to witness watching a wedding from our balcony at sunset and was blown away at how Beautiful it was! We stayed on the 9th floor in tower 3.
