Beautiful rooms, accommodations are lovely. The lobby smells amazing. Pool and poolside bar/ restaurant are excellent and the beach is quiet. Great place to stay or to come to have a meal. Ambiance and experience are great.

My family and I stayed here at the resort for 4 nights. Our stay was great from the very beginning. Our check in went really smoothly with such a warm and welcoming feel from the front desk agent Christine. Throughout our whole visit she made sure everything was going well for us and we were well taken care of. Everyday we enjoyed the pool which is located ocean side and really convenient if you want to alternate your time back and forth from the beach. The service at the pool was great also. Brendon and Sam were so attentive and very patience with us and helped us our entire stay. The food at the lobby restaurant stir was great along with the service from Tia and Lauren. Lauren was so patient with the kids doing s'mores with it being the end of the day and them being restless she made sure they still enjoyed themselves. Also we are sushi lovers so the Friday sushi night was the perfect end to our stay. Our room had a great view of the adult pool and ocean. Our housekeepers were also great coming back to a clean room and Judith greeting us with nothing but smiles everyday was awesome. Even the evening turn down service from Marie was a pleasant end to our busy days. Looking forward to our next visit to this great resort. Highly recommend!

Spent the weekend for my wife's 40th Birthday because she wanted to go there. I haven't been there since it was the Ritz-Carlton back then. Everything went well until we got there. Booked my reservations through American Express. When I got there I was greeted very kindly by the front desk. During the process I asked if they could upgrade me to a bigger room if there were any available. It was not extra because I booked it through American Express. When I got to the room it was the same one I had before 5 years ago… I then called to ask why that was and they told me that was there upgraded room. During our stay it was pretty good. Spa was amazing and the amenities were great. Though it was hard finding the staff. Food service wasn't that good and neither was the food really. Had to send the food back because the order was wrong and our chicken was very dry and hard. What really irritated us the most is that my wife wanted to have dinner at Angle restaurant in the hotel. We wanted to make a 7:30 reservation but the hostess advised us that they were fully booked until after 8:30. At that point we just decided to have room service but asked if there were any cancellations to please call us and let us know. We ordered room service and around 7:45 decided to go get some drinks at the poll bar. We passed by the restaurant and saw that there were only two tables taken and were very surprised. We then headed back to our room and saw that there the restaurant was half full.

Everything is excellent except for the fact that you cannot smoke nor can you use a vaporizer. That might discourage quite a few folks who might otherwise want to light up. Other than that, it is immaculate and I highly recommend it for a vacation.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Valet, front desk, housekeeping, and bellmen. All we're friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and decorated in a modern beach theme. Loved the balcony. Minor issues included light switches that make zero sense, and an inability to hook my own Roku up to the TV.

Met all expectations and more! Quality service and amazing food and drink at every turn. The spa is not to be out done. It will be hard to vacation anywhere else in the future!

Last week I celebrated my 40 Th birthday at this wonderful and amazing place! One of My favorite 5 stars hotels in America! The service is excellent, expect only the best! We are definitely coming back, for more fun time!

Service is great. Staff is amazing. Location is beautiful and all dining on property is done right. The best place to stay in west palm. If your from the area or just happen to be staying on a Sunday brunch is a must.

Heaven has nothing on this Resort. I was there for a company Christmas Party December 12-14. All we spoke about were the beds. They were magnificent! 400 Sales Professionals from around the country can't be wrong. My favorite was when my room attendant Sandra prepped my makeup kits in the bathroom. That was sweet and unexpected. She put little towels under them and organized them for me (see pic below). Thank you Sandra I really appreciate your service! :)

Always love coming to this resort for pure relaxation; service is top notch, food is delicious, but most of all, the staff working here make the trip worthwhile. The relaxing pool is a great way to unwind, the gym is so spacious, the beach view is gorgeous. The family pool is great for kids. If you had a wedding here it would be breathtaking!

This hotel is home away from home when we're in Florida! The service is amazing and I highly recommend splurging on the club level, between Phillip, Jason, Myrna and the whole crew you will feel so cared for and comfy you'll never want to leave! Also the spa is not to be missed. I this hotel!

Fun vacation place even on a work trip, food was pretty consistent but the room we're absolutely lovely. Only negitive is that it's built way too close to the water, the beach was only like 10 ft. Deep.

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would. The service was exceptional. The spa is top notch. The food and drinks were excellent. The rooms were quirky and luxurious.

Expensive, but really good. Very comfortable bed. Great pool. Private beach. Very clean. They keep the temperature nice and cool throughout.

EAU is one of a kind! The rooms are as beautiful and as clean as they come. The staff members are nothing short of absolutely amazing people. The food, no matter where you order it from at the resort, is TO DIE FOR! The pool serves free champagne all day long. I recommend a drink in a coconut (ask the bar. They'll know what you mean). The valet service is great! As you can tell I had a one of a kind experience and I'm coming back as soon as I get a chance!

I was there for a conference and I encountered numerous issues. I had to be moved to a different room due to a leaking A/C that soaked the carpet. When the manager came in to put a towel on the carpet, the towel turned black because the carpet was so dirty. When we moved to another room, the A/C nor the iron worked properly. I was given a $200 credit towards another two-night stay. I returned with my family and still had issues. When I requested a beach bag from the cleaning lady, she gave me an old one that smelled like urine. The attendant by the beach ran my daughters down as they were walking back to the room and accused me of not paying, but I was at the bar paying for the meal. I was asked in a suspicious manner by the host if I was staying at the resort, but he did not ask the other guests that question. I hope my annual conference is not held at this resort next summer.

Last year when I went I would have given this hotel 5 stars. I stayed there again recently and was very disappointed. The woman that seemed to always be at the front desk never had an answer to my simple questions. I had asked if it was possible to get an extra condiment pack for the coffee and she sent me to 2 other places before literally opening the cabinet right beside her and handing me one. Last year I received cute little complimentary sandals and a beach tote. This year I received neither. To my surprise, some of the other ladies received tote bags. So this was to say that the same experience was not being created across the board. I will have to say the food I ordered from room service was very tasty. But of course house keeping decided to take my food before I had even completed my meal. I had only stepped out for a little while. The situation was rectified and they sent up another meal. All I had to do was wait an hour. It was now 11 o'clock at night and I was no longer hungry. As beautiful as the hotel is, the service alone left much to be desired.

We stayed here for a weekend and we couldn't be any happier. Their service and rooms are top notch. We got upgraded to a beachfront room because we wanted to take our pregnancy pictures in the room and they came out astounding Before leaving we decided to have a drink at Stir Bar and Terrace, sitting outside with ocean view and sipping a caipirinha couldn't have been a better combination. Complimentary snacks gave it a very sophisticated touch to complement the place and the cocktail. Our server, Fatih, was really friendly and professional. We're definitely coming back. Thank you! Service is top notch! The beach and pool is wonderful. Ideal to get away and just relax. Looking forward to come back again next year.

Very high class please. Food was excellent, love music, late bar, heated pool. Everything was just perfect. My wife enjoyed the spa more then anything.

Great food, and fabulous guest service from everyone that works there! Thank you Prince, Shawn, Phillip and all the others that made our stay impeccable. That said, I believe Jonathan Adler's ADHD sense of style was a poor choice for the hotel's effort to revitalize its image into a "modern Palm-Beach inspired experience. " IMHO Adler fell short of his stated goal and ended up with what I believe will prove to be a short-lived, fad-based 70's throwback that's not sure what it wants to be when it grows up. It's too bad, because this is a phenomenal venue — a canvas with truly unlimited potential currently sporting rooms with a creepy lack of warmth, comfort, or contemporary modernism.

Cool place. Oceanfront, spacious room, complimentary coffee and fruit water. Very nice if you have fancy taste. This place has it ALL: Valet, Spa, Gym, adult tranquility pool. Only thing is it is very expensive. If your willing to shell out $40-$100 for breakfast alone, this is your place. Family friendly. Really nice place though.

A fantastic getaway for my wife and I leaving 4 kids behind. Ha ha. Beautiful and relaxing. We will make this an annual visit for our anniversary.

Very relaxing atmosphere and excellent amenities. I wanted a view of the ocean and tranquility. The Eau Palm Beach served up the right dosage of each. These days I long for the sound of the ocean in my room while I sip on great wine options!

Great service. Spa great. Only negative is double beds too small and too firm.

Top notch food and service, location and beach/reef is one of Florida's best. Parking seems to be valet only, which I do not prefer.

February 23rd, 8.31 pm. Very slow service in salon. As soon as the waitress found out that we were ordering just coffee, she never came back. Very rude.

This review is for Aquanuts kids club located in the Eau Palm Beach Resort. We just had the most unbelievable 5th birthday party for my daughter here on Sunday! Kelly the club coordinator was simply fantastic. She was so organized, professional and sweet. She also has a wonderful group of people working with her, especially Gaby and 'Pirate Brad'. The staff made all of the children feel special and provided non-stop fun. The food was so delicious and the activities such as the scavenger hunt were a huge hit. Everyone had a blast and I'm still getting calls telling me that the day was simply amazing! I was so impressed, I have also provided a more detailed review on TripAdvisor for those parents possibly looking to book a party here. Thank you Aquanuts for making my daughters special day so memorable!

Palm trees gracefully decked this deckadent hotel, preliminarily unrivaled by the salty swept sea schale. On a schale of one to three I give it zero chances of being a one.

This beautiful and inviting establishment provides every amenity you could imagine from multiple pools to a yoga studio to inviting spa treatments. The staff is especially helpful, the rooms charming, well appointed and quiet. I had a less expensive single with a "city view". The only "city" I saw consisted of the upper floors of a few nearby buildings seen thru the tops of the palm trees. And from my balcony, which was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, I had a lovely view of the ocean. We arrived VERY late at night (actually very early in the morning) and I dreaded what we would find in the way of service but we were greeted, the desk was fully staffed and we were given exactly the rooms we had requested. The very efficient and solicitous young woman at the desk offered all three in our party a glass of champagne and bell service if needed. Once in my room I was very pleased to find that a reasonably comprehensive late night menu was available from in room service. This was the first of three in room dining experiences and all were perfect from delivery to consumption! The only negative comment I might make would be regarding the two restaurants (out of the three on property) at which we dined. At Temple Orange the service was sub par and the chair I was sitting in collapsed mid meal (no, I'm not heavy at all). At Breeze the food was a disappointment. We did not dine at Angel but wish I had, the menu looked delish!

Fancy Hotel! Great Location and restaurants. If you are staying in West Palm Beach I would consider staying here.

My wife and I celebrated an anniversary dinner here last night. We had the cabana dinner for 2 which was an amazing experience. There was a fantastic server that was very attentive with a great personality, did an amazing job on the food and even came out as the meal was finished to meet and greet us and we were presented with a signed cookbook from them which was a treat. I'm not sure of other people's reviews in the past but I can say for sure I would definitely do this again as this was an extremely memorable experience that was done with 125% professionalism from all parties involved: Alejandra did a great job with communicating by email/phone and setting up the event and she greeted us at the door as we arrived, Eric did an awesome job making sure we were very well taken care of from the minute he sat us down, the chefs had such a wonderful presentation and outstanding taste all of their food, the very polite server that we had in the Silk bar which enlightened me to warm up the Grand Marnier under candle light (sorry, I forgot his name) which was a great twist, the valet was welcoming and recommended some photo opportunities before we left for the evening and brought us some cold water for the trip. The limo company they recommended, Pier1 Limo (Alan) also went above and beyond and was always on time and in communication with me throughout the day. We enjoyed this experience so much that I will be bringing my entire family there to celebrate a birthday in December.

I know what my wife tells me: she loves this place. I am going to have to get another job just to cover the once-a-month visits she makes here. She says that everything here is top-shelf and that I should try it myself. That is very tempting. I have walked around a bit when I pick her up and it really is fantastically gorgeous. Maybe we'll get a couples-day when I hit the lottery.

Gotta love the decor Jonathan Adler did an amazing job. The mix between the lobby and rooms is s bit off. Stir lobby bar is wonderful, lighting music are perfect and highly recommend the hummus. Service leaves a lot to be desired but since service was good in the rest of the hotel they still get still get a 4 star rating.

Trip of a lifetime and Eau made every minute a dream come true! Gabi and Karen P made every day special; service, attention, and forever memories. All the food and drinks at temple orange, breeze, and stir were delicious and reaonably priced. Housekeeping staff is 5 star; everyday in every way. We will save every penny it takes to stay in paradise again.

Best place we have ever stayed at. Kristopher at the front desk made our stay a hundred times easier and more enjoyable. Overall room were luxury and beautiful with amazing views and the staff was always happy and happy to help with anything. Make sure you check out the sea turtles at night 10 is best and DO NOT TURN ON YOUR FLASHLIGHT OR WALK IN THE NESTS. We saw a group of stupid teenagers walk and jumping on them the hotel's turtle patrol kicked them off the beach.

We stayed here for a weekend in December for our daughters wedding. The place is just amazing. We were lucky enough to have the most beautiful weather, and it made our stay even better. The hotel staff was very helpful and shred their knowledge about the area to help us get the most out of our stay. The wedding was very small and was held on the beach, and the hotel stuff even helped us with the setup and with accommodating the guests. Very recommended. Very classy.

What happened with this hotel? We sent some clients to stay here because we had a great experience several years ago. Bad idea. We also planned on inquiring about holding a large conference at the resort. Not happening anymore after our clients' terrible experience. The staff were not trained to work in a 5-star resort. They were quite an inexperienced and immature bunch. Apparently they are going for a new theme. The theme in the new rooms don't match the theme and decor in the lobby. It almost feels like you are in a different hotel all together. There needs to be some serious rethinking of the changes being done here, or maybe some thinking at that. Some serious thought also needs to go into structuring and designating management positions. Possibly hire managers with some experience? Not like the rude woman running the front desk. Lets not mention any names though. I was extremely displeased with what is going on here and I will think twice before recommending this property to anyone else.

The catering director is very obnoxious, completely snob and arrogant. I was planning my wedding there and decide to just cancel because her attitude and unwillingness to be courteous make it impossible. Advice to the portfolio; Hire people capable no just your inner circle. The location is not even Palm Beach.

It used to be The Ritz — way more cache than "Eau Palm Beach". The owner thought he could do a better job of managing it than The Ritz so he took it over. The service is still good, the rooms are the same — nice, and the food is good. I don't know if much has changed except trying to go for a younger vibe. The lobby has a DJ at times and different lighting so the older people might feel out of place. But this is still a great spot to stay.

Well It was my first time there with my husband Ernesto Pena. That was the best time of my life. The hotel is splendid and the staff especially Leona Martin are awesome. The food is extraordinary. The staff make you feel welcome and very polite. At the end I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a wonderful experience and I want to thanks LEONA MARTIN for her kindness and service that she provide us. Thanks to all the staff you guys rock.

For years we have been enjoying the lobby of the ritz/eau resort. bright, elegant, welcoming, comfortable. The drinks and food have always pleased. The service staff is always impeccable! on a glaringly bright sunny friday, august 28, at about 6pm, we arrived into the lobby and were jarred with the dimness of the lighting. That along with the low steady beat of the "techno" music made the atmosphere seem almost sleazy. We could visualize a pole dancer in the middle of the lobby! the lights are being dimmed too early and even then, too dim. We enjoy SEEING the place. we ordered some drinks and were ready to order a bite to eat when the 2 guitars started playing low rumbling blurry and loud. Perfect for a red-neck road house. Would it not be pleasing to have a harp, classical guitar, violin, chamber ensemble, jazz ensemble, etc.? we transferred our drinks to the adjoining restaurant and had dinner with much of the music mercifully muffled in our ears, enabling us to still have a very pleasant experience. The food was wonderful. Compliments to the chef (s) and the creators of the menu. Do we have to arrive earlier to avoid the brown-out? sincerely, juliana and rafael corey.
