Beautiful, great pool, good food.

I loved the beautiful pool area!

I booked a room for 2 nights. Stressed and upset experience. Saturday hotel allowed a Fetish Party. No consideration with others guests. It is now 3.27am and those people from the Fetish Party still making sound and listen music loud. After some of them play the alarm at 2am. I can't sleep. My husband my daughter and I were running out at the time because the alarm and because the commotion in the hallway. 4to floor. The fetish party were over and those people keep the party in their rooms and in the hallway.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! It is gorgeous! Lush landscaping, beautiful pool with a pool bar, historic romantic feel… great location, close to everything! We were treated like the Marriott Reward members that we are even though our room was booked and paid for by a third party. We are just so thankful to be here!

My husband and I were upgraded to a “luxury suite” which was very outdated and far from luxurious. The room had a terrible odor, as if they had tried to cover the mustiness with over the top perfumed cleaning products. The carpet in front of the bed was damp, but we thought maybe it had just been cleaned. However the next day it was completely saturated. We were given the room next door, which was slightly better. Our third and final night, we were awaken by yelling and loud banging in the hallway at about 2:00 am. After thirty minutes of the commotion, my husband called the front desk and was informed that the police had been called to a room just down from ours. The shouting and banging continued for probably another thirty minutes. Nerve wracking to say the least. Photo shows the aftermath.

Just a one day stop on our way to Miami. Friendly staff, lovely pool with a great bartender on duty. Our vacation is continuing in a nice way.

Property was great. Beds comfortable. It took 5 requests to get the phone charger in the lamp fixed though. Some of the plates on the breakfast buffet were filthy in the stack. Tables could use some attention too.

This property went thru a down period but I'm pleased to say it's back to what I've known & enjoyed in the past. Clean, comfortable room, well kept pool, excellent breakfast.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is wonderful. Traveling alone and I feel very safe here.

Stayed here only for 1 night. The staff was AMAZING! The guy who check me in was great and the cleaning crew was super friendly. Tony from the pool side bar was very helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thanks!

The hotel is very nice. The staff are nice but not very informative. We also didn't get our free upgrade. They tried to clean our room at noon even though we are entitled to late check-out. They can communicate better.

The hotel is phenomenal, it was beautifully decorated with modern decor. The front desk staff were pleasant and attentive. Our room was amazing it was clean and spacious. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff is friendly. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the climate control in the rooms worked very well. There's a private airport close by, but I was never disturbed by noise. The pool area was beautiful with how well it was landscaped.

The hotel is really clean and beautiful. Staff is very courteous and will go out of their way to greet their guests. The pool area/lounge is quiet and very clean. We had no issues while staying here!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It has a restaurant inside but I didn’t go, so I can’t complain moment on that. I don’t have any complaints, and I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Their staff is super courteous, smiling, very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our service while staying there was fantastic. Their breakfast was awesome.

Was there for work function. The staff was professional, quick and helpful. We had an outdoor event and it was outstanding. The meal was good, with many options and the live music by the pool made for a wonderful evening. I didn't stay in the guest rooms but the lobby and gathering area was beautiful.

State of this place three times in a row always awesome help always clean room always wonderful service. If you get a chance to get to the Concierge Lounge on the 5th floor tell Farah I said hello… You'll know who she is.

NOW this hotel was awesome. Very clean. Friendly staff. Even though they messed our reservation up, they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Breakfast was pretty descent. Restaurants are in walking distance.

My wife and I have had better stays at my usual spot (Comfort Inn & Suites). Pros: The air conditioner was ice cold. The Breakfast wasn't bad but not worth any extra stars. Cons: No customer service at all. The beds were hard and horrible, and management wouldn't bring extra bedding (I have medical issues regarding my spine). The bathroom was filthy and even after calling, management never sent anyone to clean it. The sink wouldn't stop running. The carpet had a stain by the front door. The staff was cold and emotionless. The stay here was a fluke, a mistake I will soon not repeat.

I spent several nights at this location. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, with an omelette station, plus the typical cold and hot buffet items. The gym had a nice collection of cardio equipment and dumbbells. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was good, and the speed was fast enough to stream content. The room was comfortable and the furnishings were in good shape. Hotel staff was friendly.

We had a WONDERFUL time celebrating my mother~Law’s birthday at the Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel! Wonderful Customer Service! Clean rooms, and the lounging outdoor poor bar looked like an Oasis! I definitely recommend for only $170. Per night!

Don't recommend… Small gym, very old property, bed is too soft, lounge not offering anything except for water and soft drinks, breakfast starts too late. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance on the good side.

Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice. The staff always greet you as you walk past them. Rooms are very nice, especially the bathroom. Very clean and have a modern aesthetic. It is a very nice resort.

This is a beautiful hotel. Well kept and nice staff. The food and desserts there were pretty good too.

This is a nice place in an excellent location. Close to the mall, FAU, and many different dining options. Comfortable rooms and a decent gym that gets the job done. Excellent customer service. The courtyard is the highlight, with a beautiful sunny pool and lush fauna & Flora that surrounds it. Great for sitting out and reading or enjoying the incredible South Florida weather!

Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel has a modern feel to their rooms, great restaurant, pool side bar and a wonderful pool with a large waterfall. Rooms are kept clean and customer service is great. When visiting Boca Rotan my rooms are booked under a corporate account, so I can not say anything toward pricing. But, I can say this a relaxing place to stay. The rooms are not large and the bathroom fixtures are a little old. However, the rooms have been redone to give them a modern feel and are nice stay in. I have never had a problem with any of my rooms. Most of all, I like their pool area. It has a large pool, surrounded by tropical trees, birds and a the relaxing sound of a large waterfall. There are plenty of reclining pool lounge chairs and a pool side bar with decent drink and food prices. The hotel also has a gym adjacent to the pool area. The gym has all the basics; treadmill and some free weights and is kept clean. There is also a restaurant in the lobby. I usually get my breakfast there since their pricing is reasonable. It is also a good place to meet up with your team to get the day started. This hotel also has some decent sized conference rooms. Looking for a relaxing place with great amenities stay at this Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel.

It's OK to stay here, just understand that it is a "polished turd". The lobby has been redone, the pool is as expected; there is a cabana and bar area. The breakfast bar is decent, but the way they serve is a bit disorganized. (My wife also had a hair on her sliced cheese — yuck! ) This place is good for a free night stay if you have SPG or Marriott points, but if I was paying, I'd be disappointed, even though the staff is helpful. The top floor lounge did not put out breakfast as the sign stated (what is the point of the lounge? ), the room renovations were obviously hurried: There are rough edges, places of double ceiling texture, etc. One of the elevators to our floor wouldn't accept our room key and we had to use the other elevator. Overall, it is clean enough and fine for business travel, but if you're here for pleasure, you will be disappointed.

As a travelling antenna technician I've spent many nights in odd hotels. Many states. Many different chains. The renaissance in Boca however is pretty near the top of the list of places to stay… it's tucked away nicely. Nothing really to identify the place. But it's done perfectly. Very eloquently if you will. The front door/desk people are below average at best. But always inviting despite frumpy appearance. Aside from that tiny issue. The hotel rooms themselves are above average. And perfectly priced. The hair drier was making an odd noise and they sent a new one per request. If you wish to check out "New York Prime" this would be the place to stay for a romantic evening. Will definitely stay again.

Good place to stay when the rates are reasonable. Like many Florida hotels they change radically depending on the time of year. Upgraded rooms and nice property overall. But they've changed over to the shower only format and their elevators are still slow.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was an excellent experience. The entire staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They made it a point to remember our names and to anticipate our needs. 2 staff members in particular stood out: Onur who checked us in helped us with a great room after a long drive, and Junior who was cooking omelets who has such a kind personality and lights up the room with his smile. The only issue we had was slow elevators — but that just gave us time to meet people! We will stay here any time we are in Boca!

I'm a employee and tried taking advantage of the employee rates for a room rental… took time away from Naples FL went to Boca Raton FL and was simply turned away because they wasn't able to verify that I work for the company… I had my job ID that wasn't good enough… I had my regular id and confirmation info because I booked it online that wasn't good enough… they called the location but claimed the person on the phone said they don't verify employment which I found to be very ridiculous. I got to the location three hours after check-in time because the traffic was a mess and yes was still denied… management didn't go above and beyond in my opinion to accommodate me as a guest… I'm Soo disappointed and will never go to this location ever again. Trying signing in on their computer just to prove I work for the company but was told the computer crashed.

Have stayed here a couple times. Rooms are always very clean. Restaurant and bar staff are always super friendly. Lots of great nearby dining establishments as well. Location is great and close to Boca Town Center mall. (10 minute walk).

The room's are clean, family friendly and the location is amazing. This is a resort style hotel. With beautiful view of the pool. It's private and the type of people who come here are upscale. I will be back! Love it.

Not a good experience here. However… I'm giving it 3 stars for 2 reasons: the breakfast buffet was really good. Fresh, clean, delicious. And the outside bar/bartender was really cool and Eric made great drinks.

This is an amazing hotel from the staff to the amenities, my balcony view, the hot tub, the pool (which I loved) everything was awesome. I would not only recommend it but I will be back soon thank you Wyndham Hotel and Resorts.

Very nice hotel. The pool is open late and has its out outdoor bar. It is located near to food and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Massive shout to poolside bartender Tony! I just wanted a soda & every floor has a vending machine but NONE of them worked. Front desk told me to go to bar. I did. While AWESOME Tony was pouring me my drink, I explained about the vending machine malfunction. After handing me the drink I asked how much it was and he said nothing bc the vending machines should of worked. Tony, u r the reason I'm giving this hotel so many stars! It's good souls like u that keep the world going.

Really excellent service from the front desk staff. Took time to ask questions and explain the hotel facilities. Very comfortable room and bed. Would stay again.

The rooms are nice. The location is not close to do we action. There is a Cheesecake Factory down the street. Great lounge area. The guys that greet you at the desk are fantastic! The bathroom mirror made my day!

Would rate it a 4.3 or 4.4 but obviously that is not an option. The hotel is clean and in a great location (near shops, restaurants and very quick to access I-95). Rooms are nice and the pool area is also very spacious and well equipped. No fridge in the rooms so that's a bit of a let down. I was offered one the first night I got there on a Friday (for the next day) and never got it. I left on Monday (today). Also the elevators are a bit slow and seemed to malfunction a bit. May just have been this time around, who knows. Overall it was an enjoyable stay in a nice facility and I would most likely stay again.

The Renaissance hotel in Boca Raton is the one and only destination to rest your head. The staff ensures your stay is comfortable and all of your needs are met. In addition to all the amenities, pool, gym, tiki bar and more they also cater large events and activities with a full bar, menu and staff. Patrick, Ruth, Sandra, Mary-ann, Joe and the rest of the staff are simply amazing people who love what they do and enjoy serving others. The Safety and Security is also handled …with professionalism, understanding and respect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone… Thank you for your service to the community.

The hotel's lobby and restaurant area are quite nice, however the ambiance quickly dissolves into hallways that are a bit worn. The fitness center is small, with only a couple ellipticals, treadmills, weights, and a stationary bike. The rooms seem to have some updates but aren't trying nicest. This is my first stay at a Renaissance, I'm not sure that type of traveller the hotel is trying to attract or what type of message the hotel is sending (fun? fancy? quirky? casual? )

It was an amazing hotel from the time we checked in, until the time we left. Minutes from everywhere and the pool and hot tub were nice. The rooms were super nice with sun blocking curtains (zero light allowed in/great for sleeping), very comfy beds, and a luxurious shower. The staff was very nice and always had smiles with good mornings and hi's. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Renaissance, thank you for being our awesome home away from home.

Gorgeous in and out with a beautiful pool area and a great pool bar. Super helpful employees with "your wish is my command" attitude. Overall great experience!

Good size rooms and nice complimentary breakfast. Spotty maid service but were quick to fix any complaints. Free snacks on the 5th floor!

Room was very nice and clean, great view of the pool. Really enjoyed the tiki bar out by the pool. Jody was an awesome bar tender.

This hotel provides horrible service. We reserved 2 beds and arrived to find they could only provide us with 1 king bed. They are extremely rude, and unaccomadating. I would not recommend them for your travels!

I attended a meeting here recently. They are a well organized, upscale hotel with fine dining restaurant inside. I've met friends at the bar outside by the pool for drinks and lite bites. The outdoor area including the bar and its menu needs to be updated, but is a great, private-like place to meet up.

The front desk staff was very welcoming extremely pleasant but alas the club room card did not work on the elevators. The bathroom oh the bathroom how do you say ring around the tub and it seemed the ring was soaked into the tub even though housekeeping tried to clean the tub it did not seam to get better.

My wife and I enjoyed this oasis in midst our house hunting. Very friendly staff. A great room for the price!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and that includes the Princess hotels. The wait staff is superb! The smiles, the help, and can't do enough attitude is above and beyond! Thank you all so much.

So far so good. Rooms are clean. Pool bar fare is up to snuff. The Cajun Mahi Wrap is worth the heartburn. Or maybe the dozen accompanied Coronas are the cause. Either way. I'm pleasantly tuned and moderately full. I'm going to break all the rules amd swim before the suggested 1 hour wait after eating.

My review is regarding the Mother's Day brunch. The brunch was very overpriced for the quality of food and service offered. It was in a ballroom with little ambiance and no wait. Based on the menu, we thought we would splurge on $70 per person. To my surprise when we sat down they told us it would be an additional $10 for unlimited mimosas and bloody Mary's which they served. We only wanted one drink. The eggs Benedict was as hard as a rock, the carrots could barely be cut with a fork, the only warm seafood (mahi mahi) was very dry. I must say there was some delicious food as well. Then the waiter never came to take our plates away and was quick to give us our check without even mentioning the desert table which was away from the rest of the buffet or offering us any coffee since I didn't see any station for that. My expectations were much higher for the price!

Attended a conference/workshop at this hotel and was very disappointed. Upon my arrival I thought, what a beautiful hotel. Staff was nice, landscape was beautiful; however, when it came time for refreshments and lunch, everything was awful. First, there weren't any eating utensils or napkins at breakfast. Secondly, four out of four drinking glasses were all dirty/filthy. Lastly, went to lunch, and my napkin was filthy, the chicken was full of hair (hair not the hotel's fault), we were missing drinking glasses and flatware. Not to mention I now have an upset stomach and this was the only place I ate. There wasn't enough seating and lunch was served extremely late. Honestly, I do not think that the hotel is equipped to handle large groups.

Do NOT stay here. They do not inform you when their is maintenance going on and you are awakened at 8:30 in the am with drilling surrounding your room. The Manager there is not helpful at all. The housekeeping is atrocious. Things in the room do not work such as plugs and lamps and the TV reception is horrible. We are major Marriott users but this hotel does not meet up to the Marriott name.

Overall friendly staff and enjoyable, but a few problems. 1. Ice machines didn't work on any floor. 2. Sewer smell from bathroom (temporarily) 3. Tub didn't drain. 4. Toilet seat was broken. 5. Someone vacuuming at 1am. 6. Hotel internet business center didn't work so we couldn't print boarding passes. 7. Elevator is so slow you can go up and back down stairs before it arrives. 8. Restaurant has great food but poor service and overpriced.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels in my life, this has been the best by far! I stayed here 10/20-10/22/14 in room 407. This review is being written mainly because of the maid. I never saw who took care of my room but she deserves to be recognized for the tremendous job she did. The room was always immaculately cleaned. I hate that I didn't have any cash to leave her a tip but I wanted the hotel and everyone to know what an outstanding job she has done. Kudo's to you My Unknown Maid. May God Bless you and that this hotel will recognize you for the great job you do for them.
