It's quite nice! The rooms are spacious and good enough. The breakfast is good and the service is good as well. It's not a very crowded place, so there isn't a lot of noise. There is a problem with people not shutting the door on the bottom floor but usually no one bad comes in so it's good I suppose. Also there is a lot of parking so you don't have to worry about not having a spot. Overall I do recommend this hotel. :)

Very clean. Love the private living room. Stylish too. Very comfy here. Lied about free breakfast though. Charged me $13.86 for one person. Waiting to check out the pool and gym. Can't now because it's raining. But so far I'm happy. Didn't like the front desk staff though. I would stay again now that I know what to expect.

Beautiful property. The rooms have lots of outlets and usb ports. Huge bed. Great staff. Will stay here again.

Great hotel and location to the beach. Has a beautiful pool and hot tub area and the rooms are beautifully remodeled in a Coastal Design.

We thouroghly enjoyed our stay here at the Holiday Inn. The room seemed newly rennovated, the beds and the pillows we're so comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep! Hudson at the front desk was very accommodating when we asked for a few toiletries that we had forgotten. It's a cool day so the spa is just right. The breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling as well was our service while dined. If I return to the area I will return here expecting the same quality as received from our stay last night and today 3/20-3/21. I recommend the Holiday Inn!

Really enjoyed our stay here. There is only one room type, which is a two room suite (which was exactly what we wanted). The pool was wonderful and well maintained. Provided breakfast included made to order eggs / omelettes. Room service didn't just do a quick / passable job each day as is so often the case. No complaints!

Very modern rooms really lovely. Wonderful bar / restaurant with a decent choice of drinks and some okay food. I'll definitely be coming back it's a really nice place.

I luv this place. I stayed a week and enjoyed the great breakfast. The staff was friendly. The location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable I would return to stay again.

I've stayed in a number of Holiday Inns and this has to be the worst. I'm a low maintenance customer and the rooms couldn't live up to my minimal standards. The hotel is under construction, but the work being done is very shoddy. I've attached some photos of the half-done remodel work. Drywall repairs were performed behind new light fixtures and they never put drywall mud over the patches. There was paint and drywall mud all over the room. Doors were falling off their hinges. The room had a musty smell, almost the smell of moth balls. The furnace closet didn't latch so I peeked in and saw a furnace filter that was completely caked in filth. Probably the source of the smell. The toilet was constantly running and could be heard while sleeping. The furnishings live up to the Holiday Inn standard, but the contractors working on this remodel need to be fired. Holiday Inn should inspect the work before moving forward with the finishes. I hope my review gives other customers a forewarning of the quality and makes it's way to Holiday Inn management before the rest of the work is completed and all rooms suffer a similar fate.

A very nice place, its facilities are very nice and very warm.

Room was surprisingly large with a bedroom, sliding door, bathroom, sliding door and couch TV work area. We comfortable slept 2 adults and kid in the king and adult and kid on the pull out sofa. Also had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Only downside is a lot of construction with the mainfloor having most. The breakfast was amazing with a chef having made to order omlets!

The hotel itself isn't bad the problem is the breakfast the cook Pies (black male) charges 12.99 for breakfast if it's over 4 guest in the room. So with the children and mate we had 5 total. He made an Omelet including Literary 4 cubes of ham, 3 cubes of sausage about 5 pieces of onions and peppers and he became upset bc I stated this breakfast clearly isn't worth 12.99… I went to the front desk bc they put 5 guest on my ticket stub and she stated that they can't control what the cook says. The cook over turns the hotel policy. Again the breakfast is horrible the rooms look newly remodel and our pull out sofa was brand new. But the cook and hotel are on different policies regarding the breakfast and charges. I do have a picture of the cook and the breakfast but I don't see a option to load pictures. The shower drainage did not work. The maid were upset when ask to dump the trash. The wooden floors are nice if they swept them. The phone did not work, I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. This is the picture of the rude and unprofessional cook.

Great rooms, spacious and comfortable! Delicious breakfast, with omelet station! Friendly employees. Wonderful experience! Our only complaint was we were not able to use the hot tub… we purposely booked this place because of hot tub, not knowing you could only use it during the day… our days were booked and were looking forward to a hot soak before bed, and weren't allowed. Otherwise, even with renovations going on, really enjoyed our stay!

Good place to spend the night.

Came here for a networking meeting the hotel has a very nice buffet breakfast a lot of options the omelette station is very delicious the service at the hotel is very good they provide a room for the meeting and is always very clean.

Potential not met! The room looks nice, but smells of stale cigarettes. There are signs stating no smoking but when I arrived I saw a gentleman standing on the walkway puffing away. That smell easily travels into the rooms because there is not a good seal on the doors. Now at 11:30pm, as a solo traveler, having difficulty with opening the door is a bit scary. The handle had a tendency to stick and you are there forever trying to open it! Before I went to breakfast, the gentleman in the room next to me had to help me get in the room. He said there was a trick to opening the door; sometimes you pull up on the handle and if that doesn't work pull down several times.

My room smelled extremely musty, and when I opened the closet, the foldable luggage rack was covered in mold. There was no "do not disturb" sign available in my room so I did not feel safe leaving anything of any value when I was outside of room. The room included a microwave and mini fridge. The staff checking me out never asked how my stay was, which is a tell tale sign that they simply don't care. The complementary breakfast was pretty nice and included made-to-order egg/omlet station.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast also is a delight. Overall a great stay.

Nicely remodeled, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The pool side bar was not very well stocked. The gentleman working the desk Sunday 7-30-17 at 1 a. M. Was very courtius and saved me a trip to the store. The hotel was under renovation at the time but did not effect my stay. I would stay here again and recommend friends to do the same.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the door was cracked open as if someone was in the room. We entered and the room smelled like mold, wet dog hair. It was late and we stayed. The sofa was dirty with blood, phone did not work. If I could rate lower I would. This has to be the worst hotel in my experience. I read the other reviews and I do not know what room or hotel that you guys are mentioning! RUN do not walk from this place! So disappointed with Ramada and Boca Raton! Breakfast was the only good thing from this experience.

While visiting friends in Boca, we stayed here. Front desk was very nice, rooms were clean, Wi-Fi, hot tub, pool, etc. Nice big showers, which is nice for someone who's 6'3"

We booked this hotel on the off chance it would be good as we had seen some good reviews on a hotel website. We had travelled over from England for a friend's wedding. We arrived late, around 1.30am, check in was easy and quick. We had breakfast included in the price, although on the three mornings we had there breakfast wasn't made, no one was in to do it, apparently. The bar wasn't open during the day, which for a hotel is pretty appalling. The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, and for English people in America it's a pretty big thing as our phone companies charge us a fortune to use the service in America. The room was good that we had, was clean and tidy, no real complaints about that. All in all, can't have too many gripes. 3/5 is enough of a mark.

I very rarely give any feedback on places like this one, but this time I really feel like telling you what`s wrong with that place. Everything looks nice at first, but then… The pool is dirty, there is no one to keep it clean, the rooms are somewhat clean, but not perfect (I worked as a housekeeper before and I know how is it supposed to be. In this hotel I found other people`s things in the room) and the last, but definitely not the least — there are ROACHES here! Oh and It was very dusty!

I stay here every weekend, consistent clean rooms and great service. Only single complaint is front desk lady is a bit snappy and short tempered on more than one occasion. I won't down rate a hotel because of a couple pissy workers though. Overnights guy is hilarious.

Horrible hotel. Crackheads all over! Did not feel very safe. Not clean either! Beware.

Room 109 had a leaky shower, looks like the tile job was done by a blind person, grout was missing, glass for shower door had a gap to let water out. Drywall on walls adjacent was blistered, ceiling was blistered, rug in "living" room was wet from the adjacent shower leak. Towels are soft is about all I can say positive. Breakfast was "available" from 0730 to 1000, no good for a working stiff out at 0630. Front desk did not answer the phone very often. I wont stay here again, unfortunately, it appears that due to seasonal tourists, the hotels in the area are all booked. A clear example that not everyone should try to be a carpenter and do it yourself, especially if you have no idea about water and thermodynamics.

Rooms aren't clean. Service is sub-par. It's rated a 3-star hotel but I would say it needs to be immediately downgraded to a 2 star.

This hotel should be shut down until they can provide proper hospitality for guests. The room (s) we stayed in were ridden with mold (you can see it on the ceiling and walls) and the beds were damp — from the apparent water leak in the room. We arrived at 1:30AM from Central Florida and checked in with ease. Upon entering our room, we immediately knew something was wrong. The air had a strong smell of mold and wet furniture. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall while someone was using the restroom. Our beds (pillows, blankets, sheets) were damp and we coughed all night long. The ceiling and walls had marks of mold and water leaks. We asked to stay in another room the following night, although I wish we would have just left and got our money back. The next room was not as bad, but still had water damage and the beds were less damp. The carpet had huge water spots. The breakfast was disgusting. Their waffle batter was so runny that the waffle maker could not function properly and there was a tray of disgusting water sitting under the waffle maker, because of the mess it made from the runny batter. I don't really have anything nice to say about his hotel because I have paid way less for MOTEL stays and they were not this bad. I will certainly stay somewhere else next time I am in Boca. I have photos to backup my story if anyone is interested.

Rio is exceptionally nice always willing to help accommodate any needs that you may have. My room was clean and comfortable quite large for the price that you pay.
