It's a great place to stay and the lady on check in was awesome, laughed, cut up and was perfect attitude, wish everyone every where had her attitude, she gets five plus stars from me.

Being in the Customer Service industry I'm always impressed when I see top notch customer service. The service not ony when I was at the hotel but after I left was second to none. We brought a group to the hotel that required a dozen rooms and the coordination at the hotel both while we were there and after was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay! We will continue to stay with the Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton in the future! Karin was especially awesome, I would hire her to come work for me in a heartbeat!

I received the best service here from checking in to checking out but to top it off Ben was extremely awesome very kind professional and witty. Hilton couldn’t have a better representative like him Thanks so much for everything. I would recommend this nice comfortable hotel to the world I slept extremely well which is very rare the bed was so soft. I got much needed rest. Thanks for being Awesome!

The front desk personnel so far have been great. The hotel itself is older with an attempt to modernize it. While that isn't a bad thing, this hotel could be cleaner, especially the pool area. The hotel is located in a high traffic area so there is quite a bit of noise outside in the common and pool areas. The picture is of the pool area right by my lounge chair. While they have had a lot of rain prior to our arrival, very little if any here the last two days. I worked in three hotels and there's no excuse for this.

Loooooooooooove it. Nice people. My room was nice, clean, smell good. The breakfast was good. The staff was happy, nice. No grumpy faces anywhere at all. Loved and enjoyed it. Thank you for the great experience.

When I arrived the room I requested was not available, however the staff accommodated me quite nicely the following day. Everyone was very polite and personable. I felt like I was at home with family.

We worked Veronica for our wedding block and she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and patient with my wife and I during the booking process. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We definitely recommend working with Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton to make sure your guests have a comfortable stay.

Loved breakfast in the morning. Working space was adequate for my laptop. Condiments were plentiful and available on request. Loved it.

The staff was friendly and the location is great. The hotel is quite dated. The carpet, bathrooms and door locks need a good update. Walls are very thin, I'm in my room listening to my neighbors snore a symphony! Beds are decent and the room is clean to my standards. The hallways and rooms smell like diarrhea. It's not the worst, but not the best. Very affordable atleast!

Basic Hilton Garden. The hotel, however, lacks a little in some amenities. The large table in the lobby has no plugs anywhere so it's hard to do any business. Staff rushes you out of the breakfast area in the morning where there is a table with a plug. The sleeping room has a clock with USB jacks, which is a plus. Television is pretty small for the size of the room.

I spent one short overnight in a room with a king bed. Staff was friendly, room was clean Wi-Fi worked well. Compared to other HGI properties, this hotel met the "brand promise" completely. Would stay here again.

It was great. Super friendly staff and very accommodating with our entire wedding party. Would definitely recommend. The pillows completely suck though lol.

Worst hotel ever… since I have to rate them they get half a star! From desk girl is unprofessional. They charge my card for room damages. In which room was given back to them the same condition I checked in! General Manager sucks in professionalism as well… I love the Marriot! Hilton sucks!

Not bad for the price. Clean enough. We were in a room near an exit door and could hear it slam every time someone used it, day and night.

The rooms were clean, it was a nice peaceful sleep, breakfast was good but the only downside is you have to pay for breakfast.

We stayed here during power outage from Irma. I have stayed there at least twice before. I always have a good stay. Staff is helpful and hotel is nice. They have a very small but friendly bar in the lobby.

We stayed here when our power was out from Hurricane Irma. Usually a loyal Marriott customer, we chose this hotel because of availability. It is a clear difference, not for the better, between Hilton and Marriott properties when it comes to customer service. From the moment we called to make the reservation, we did not feel valued. Mind you, noone was rude or did anything wring, but they definitely were not going the extra step to make us feel special or welcome. Check-in was fairly smooth and the room was spacious, although sparsely decorated. The mattress was like a rock… not anything cloud-like for sure. Room was clean. I did like the Neutragena products in the bathroom. While I probably wouldn't stay here again, I wouldn't necessarily advise against it either.

Veey clean hotel with good customer service. Everything you'd expect from a Garden Inn. Nothing special, but not a bad stay and it is right off 95 which was nice.

I've got to review this based on the price also. It was very inexpensive compared to other Hilton branded hotels. The rooms are not very fancy, and the included breakfast is barely better than a continental. But let's be fair, it's a great value for less than $100. Rooms are clean, and service staff is polite. Would I stay again at this price point? Absolutely, which is why I have it at 5 stars.

The service was wonderful. Ben at the front desk was very helpful. Only thing was the mirror door for the closet in the room was broken and wouldn't slide. Other than that, even the cleaning staff was exceptional.

Wow what a nice place. The staff is always very helpful (even tho I never needed use them) I highly recommend this Hilton to anybody looking to stay in the area. VERY reasonable rates also.

Staff very nice and helpful. Convenient location near my Company. A bit pricey. Could not get comfortable at night. Temperature to hot or cold. Bed not comfortable. Discovered there was a way to adjust bed near end of stay but had back pain for several days after I left.

Clean updated rooms with comfortable beds. I enjoyed the happy hour at the bar.

Prime location, reasonably priced. Wi-Fi is one of the slowest I've seen. Some appliances like the iron box and hair dryer were broken. Overall a good place to stay if you don't want to break your purse.

The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I noticed the hotel smelled good. The rooms were spacious, clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. They were adjustable, you could change the firmness. The best part, is each room had a Kurig coffee maker, with complimentary k cups. Love it. Overall a great hotel, I would definitely stay there.

A family member stayed here for a few nights. When we went to pick her up, the rooms and lobby looked very nice. Easy access to interstate 95.

The rooms are clean, easily accessible from major highways, outside grounds are well kept. The pool is very small.

The location was very hidden the room was crap because the bathroom sink was leaking so we have a discounted room the only good part about it was we get free breakfast because of the leaky roof.

They always cater to our business meetings with the utmost professionalism. We have decided to sign a long term contract for their meeting space because of their excellent level of care.

The HGI Boca Raton staff is amazing. I've been staying here regularly for 16 months now and they take great care to make this feel like my home away from home. Highly recommended this hotel.

Have been here on an extended stay (3 weeks). Service has been great, all personnel have been courteous and friendly. Sergine at the front desk stood out and made me genuinely feel she was concerned about me as a guest, excellent customer service! I travel for work and will be coming back here.

Great, clean, excellent customer service. I was there Labor day 2013 and HG Inn was under renovations. Renovations are complete and looks great. Very pleased.

The worst night in any hotel in a long time. No insulation, I could hear the person up-stairs going to the bathroom as the walls are so thin and the person one room over snoring. I should have stayed with friends last night as we were invited but we did not want to both them. Also the King beds they say are adjustable by air pressure. We turned the knobs and nothing happened. I felt like this place was stuck in the 70's! ARGHHHHH the only nice thing I can say is the rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

Stayed here on a business trip, end of September 2012. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Rooms are huge, immaculately cleaned, and beautifully decorated. The Restaurant in the lobby was amazing. Breakfast was great, drinks and dinner even better. The staff are fun and friendly and I paid more to stay at the Jersey Shore that month than I did at the Hilton in Florida.
