Outside of an issue with a couple of doors in the Condo that, the placement of which, just seemed not very well thought out, this place is fantastic; the amenities are great. There is a spa, and the masseuse has golden fingers, golf course, pro shop, clubhouse, and a water park (mostly for the kids, but you can have fun there too). The location is close to shopping and the Orlando theme parks and the Concierge will be able to get park passes for less than the gate price. A large resort, shuttles are provided free of charge to whisk you round to any event or accessible location on the property. My shuttle driver, Lawrence, was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. All in all, a great experience and a good time had by all.

This resort is bananas! A bunch of pools and a water park. This is our getaway while being close to home. Great place if you golf, I don't, I just chill. It's near Disney and other attractions. We usually stay in a 3 bedroom and it's huge. It'll easily sleep 8. We typically invite a couple of friends to hang out with us and enjoy the amenities while we are there since we are local.

This resort has become our go to resort for all stays in the Orlando area. The stay was so nice, we have found ourselves comparing all other vacation stays on our 'Reunion Resort' scale. We feel we had about the best experience possible for price paid. The check in process was flawless and the staff, amazing and friendly. The suites were beautiful and well maintained and the free water park was enjoyable enough to want to visit daily. I could see the property being a bit large if you didn't have your own vehicle or didn't want to wait/use the shuttle. We had a car on property, and found it very useful. It's very close to shopping in what feels like a residential suburb of a relatively small town. It's just perfect. I would stay there again tomorrow.

Location great very beautiful grounds. They were still cleaning the room when we go there. Light bulbs missing in the bedrooms. Remote in the main room didn’t work for the TV. Only four towels in the unit for eight people. When I check in they made me sign up for a meeting I had been to dozens of times before. The desk where you picked up Your park tickets was very unfriendly. She was almost rude to us about wanting us to sign up for the meal program at the water park. Told us it was $35 a person but on line it said $20 per person. Finally she gave in and listen to us saying know thank you. I would go to Bonnet Creek before this place in a heart beat.

The resort is humongous — the grounds seem to go on forever, but are very well maintained. The resort provides a complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to take you anywhere you'd like, but there are beautiful walking paths as well. Each little "neighborhood" has its own small pool, but there's a larger pool by the fitness center and on the roof of the resort. The staff has been top notch. We've been extremely pleased with our stay so far.

Amazing Resort! If you're looking for heaven on earth, this is truly the perfect getaway. Reunion offers spacious villas to cater to the family and amazing food from 7 amazing outlets to choose from. Their full service Spa is simply amazing. They also have 3 signature golf courses to play from and friendly staff all around to ensure every moment is memorable.

Beautiful experience so far! We are staying in the South apartments and are very impressed with our place for 8 people. Good service, 2400 acres with 10 pools and tons of amenities we've yet to check them all out. Highly recommend this resort!

Great resort for Golfers and families with young children. Not quite as much fun for teenagers. But, the rooms are amazing. A good time was had by all.

Beautiful place! Arrentamos a super comfortable apartment. Divine. Excellent category.

Quiet, well appointed unit. Beds and pillows are typical Wyndham super-comfy. Loved the resort and amenities, but I kept getting lost. Very attentive staff — they replenished coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Love the lazy river! My only complaint: there were no jetted tubs in our sprawling 3-bed/3-bath unit. Balcony was huge!

Very nice hotel. Short driving to all of the parks. There is a free little water park with a lazy river, and a small slide. They serve drinks there as well. There is a fancy restaurant in the main tower, and you can see some of the Disney fireworks from it's balcony.

If you have some money to spend, this is hands down the most beautiful experience I've ever had. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, and were not disappointed. The bath tub was quite large, the unit had a beautiful gas powered stovetop, we were right up against the scenic golf course… not to mention the beds are sturdy. Absolutely recommended.

Went to this resort not knowing what a 5 star resort was. Now, I have expectations. No matter what we couldn't do or didn't know how to do (most of which we probably should have known), the invariable response was, "We'll send someone over to take care of that for you. " Wow! And gorgeous facility to boot.

Excellent location, instLaviines and service… But the reception was lousy.
We were not warned of the codes for each area, the first day Neceitabamos sheets adiciinales for a bed and took 2 and a half hours to come. We had to go to get to the reception 3 times (to Q at 23:30 at night we demanded that Q do not promise more enviatlas that we removed) the reception staff always with bad face and do not inform the customer or speak.
We checked in and then comoletar the data we got the card from the dept and we did not indicate Q room was neither where we had to go… and we had Q ask…

We have stayed at Reunion 3 times ow and love the place, apartments in the grand are large, clean, perfect for a family of 4. The golf is also excellent, three very different styles of courses. The staff, probably the best part of our stays, some of the best I've ever met.

The resort is very large and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. Plenty of parking in front of each building. We checked into our room and had several things not working. We called right away and two friendly staff workers came out immediately and fixed or replaced everything. The pools felt like they were heated which was great because it was colder weather while we were here. Even though it's a little ways away it was a good location to parks, restaurants and shops. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

I scheduled a long weekend at one of the Villas in Reunion. We had plans with family around the Disney marathon my daughter was entered in over the weekend. Nice property and everything was going fine until early Sunday morning. I took my daughter to Disney to run her race and when I returned at approx. 4am my key would not work. I tried over and over but there were no lights and I was stuck. I tried knocking to wake someone but no answer, I called my son who normally keeps his phone nearby and no answer. I went to the front desk to report it and they said someone would be there 1st thing in the daylight. My son then returned my call and was there to let me in. To shorten this review I will say I had to deal with promise after promise to fix the situation and didn't get anyone to accept responsibility until around 4:30 pm. I was forced to make many changes throughout the day. Finally a young man showed up at the room which we had been standing outside of for the past hour and he let us in. I explained what we had been going through and he said the key reader needed to be changed. He said he would take care of it himself and said he would be back in a half hour with the equipment he needed. He returned and did what he promised. Finally someone to accept some responsibility. I was very thankful for his work ethics. Thanks to Dwayne Jones. I can only feel that this place was or is lacking in it's oversight of employees.

The 3 bedroom Villa is awesome. Large spacious rooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. A washer and dryer is placed in a closet for convenience. It is 25 to 30 minutes from Disney world and Universal studios Park. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the resort in one of the houses as a part of a family holiday. Coming from the UK, the weather and the ambience at t he resort were gorgeous and very relaxing… would buy a holiday home there if I had the money. Kids loved the pool. Service was ok, they struggled for two days to provide us toilet paper and one visit had them giving us kitchen tissues instead. As we spent lot of time at the theme parks, we did not get to use much of the resort facilities such as play area, water park, restaurant etc. All in all a nice & relaxing place for a holiday stay.

Always a beautiful day at Reunion Resort. Spending quiet time at One of the community pools, or an adventure at the waterproof — the lazy river is my speed, but there is plenty to explore. A full bar for the adults, and snacks for the kids, they have you covered. Golf more your speed, try one (or all THREE) Master planned courses. Glimpse the incredible homes as you drive the ball straight down the fairway. Or try Footgolf, for a new way to experience the wonders of the beautifully maintained courses. End the day on the top floor (11th) at the 11 restaurant. Gorgeous view of the property by day fades into a romantic sight of fireworks from Disney nearby. For a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral this is one of the best views, and depending on the rocket, you can hear and feel the power as it passes from our world into the next. Wonderful getaway, though still close to home, give your self the permission to do nothing or maybe something fun. Either way it is waiting for you at Reunion.

Really enjoyed Reunion. Was there for a conference and the staff did a great job. Everything ran smoothly, and service everywhere was excellent. I had a three bedroom villa on the golf course and it was insane. More than I could ever use, but perfect for a family or group. Kitchen, laundry, huge balcony, and great bathrooms. They also have huge vacation homes but I didn't stay in one of those. They look great… like mansion sized. If you go make sure to check out the rooftop bar. You can catch the Disney fireworks at night from up there.

We spent a weekend myself and 6 other ladies from our Ladies Group a Church Retreat. We all loved it a great place to gather with a lot to see. We look forward to coming back next year with a larger group of ladies. God Bless.

We had an issue with our bed and customer service was amazing! We got a brand new bed without switching rooms; saving us vacation time! Our room is gorgeous and view is spectacular! This was all done within in two hours. I'm so impressed and would return to this resort in a heartbeat! Facility and staff is great. Thank you reunion! Kelly and Jake wildgoose!

Stayed in a 3 room villa, beautiful property but had issues with almost all the appliances, called for hair appointment that is advertised and there is no longer a stylist available, food from room service not too good especially for the prices. Would not ever pay 200 a night here. Definitely expected better for 200 a night. There are better options available!

Lovely place but directions and signage are exceedingly poor. Scheduled 3 massages at the Spa. Left 40 minutes before scheduled time. Was given faulty directions FIVE times and when we finally arrived the manager, Daisy stated we would be charged for all three massages even though they would essential now be 20 massages. At $120 per massage PLUS a mandatory 20%gratuity, something is not right. High end resorts will usually work with you to accommodate your spa requests. This individual was not de-escalating our frustration, but adding to it… blaming us for not being able to follow her faulty directions. Not likely to return or recommend.

Overall stay was amazing. Went for a bachelorette weekend/bridal shower. Christie was amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Bathroom tissue handle was broken and cleanliness of room was a major concern. Wasn't too sure if our room was cleaned properly prior to check in. Huge wasp nests outside of window from main bedroom area.

Wonderful experience. Stayed here for a weekend getaway to celebrate my wife and I anniversary. The resort is awsome. The concierge man Jose who happened to be from the same town as me in New Jersey was really nice and supper nice. I was really impressed by this young mans professionalism. He went and e and beyond to make sure we had a great anniversary weekend. I will always have this resort on the top of my list when staying in Orlando.

Brought my family here for a small reunion and it was wonderful! This place is absolutely beautiful — — free access to the kids water park which wasn't that big but was so much fun! The suites are huge and very spacious. There was a pool and hot tub at every corner and down every road, the area is gated off so it feels very safe. The people staying and the staff maintaining the area were VERY NICE!

Just spent the weekend here and CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK! The water park was amazing, the kids (and the adults) had so much fun! The room was HUGE and very nice. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the layout worked perfectly for our family. My only complaint was that the TV's needed to be upgraded. Other than that, this place is one of the nicest resorts I've ever stayed at. Enormous community, you can easily get lost.

Absolutely awesome place. The House we rented was top notch and far more than I expected. The Nicholas golf course was the hardest and most beautiful course I have ever played. The pool, bars and restaurants were all fantastic. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
