Cool staff, clean rooms, close to many food places.

The first two times I stayed there was okay the third time the room I had the shower had no water pressure and very little hot water.

This place has everything that you need.

Very very clean and the owners are very nice. All the other places we looked at in this price range were disgusting but this place we took right away! Very reasonable and quiet. Two thumbs up!

The motel is close to the street, and is easy to enter. The owners were very helpful and polite. The room was nice and clean, and cozy. It's very close to many different restaurants, gas stations and we enjoyed the view of their courtyard.

New ownership have cleaned it up is nice and clean now location closest stores bus line a new place now.

Shangri La is a great little affordable stay! The rooms were very clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean towels, a Refridgerator and microwave. The Tv works and has a great selection of channels. The lady who runs the place was very helpful and patient. A perfect location at a perfect price! Thank you.

This hotel is by far thee worst hotel ive ever stayed in! We checked in late at night and left two hours later literally! I woke up in the middle of the night to get in the shower. I was getting ate up really bad! My daughter as well. After showering I attempted to lay back down which I could barely sleep at that point and was bitten again while woke minutes prior to me laying back down. I turned on the lights and pulled sheets back. There were bed bugs alllll over the bed! There were also little small red bugs as well! I called the lady in office I mean extremely rude! She even came to the room so I can prove to her (as if she didnt believe me) she then identified the beg bugs herself. She asked to send her pics of the bugs to her email. I sent them and she stil insisted that it needed to have the date and time when I took the pictures?! She was really nasty please dont spend your money here I should have known because we were the only ones in the parking lot. She also said " I dont have time im sleepy im ready to go home". They actually live there! Im disgusted I was tired frm traveling. My child was ate up really bad. Had we stayed it would have been worse! Not so much of them refunding me it was her nonchalant rude attitude. She refused give me any money back after all that and slammed office door. I called non emergency number police came out and she gave me $25.00 back I paid $60.00 stayed two whole hours! I had to call cops just for her to give that!

I have never had a more horrible experience! It was terrible. The room stunk like old nasty dog carpet. We even went out&bought candles, didn't help. The owner/manager lady is rude&has a bad attitude. I work&live within walking distance, my home is under construction, was going to stay here the entire week, but checked out after one night. Headed to Vacation Host. Same price without attitude and stench.

Not fancy but nice and clean.

Enjoyed my stay at Shangri-La on 3 separate occasions in September 2012. Rooms are clean and quaint. Courteous staff and excellent showers. I highly recommend this place.

Only thing good about this place is the price. Other than that, this place is horrible. The bathroom is small and dirty and the room is not nice at all. Make sure you bring sandals to wear in the shower and in the room also. Will never stay here ever again.

If you don't need a pool, and you don't, you will have everything else you need here. A clean well decorated room, Microwave, Ice machine, free Internet, Refrigerator, with actual separate freezer compartment, dressers a nice TV, comfy bed, and its quiet. They even allow pets, and I noticed no smell. The doors have the newer card-key entry, so your stuff is secure. The staff is courteous and friendly, and multi-lingual. I had a problem with the TV remote, and they came right away and had to change the TV cause they couldn't find a remote that would work on the TV. Extra pillows and blanket are stored in the room over the closet area. I think they go the extra mile for a fair price.

Overall my stay was great, including the room, the "snack-bar" in the reception area and the help from the front desk. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Overall… I would definitely recommend this motel because after having gone to the other motels in town this one definitely has the best and most cleanest rooms.
