Not quite what I expected for the absorbent price they charge location is fair there is no view from any room I had to walk at least 70 or 80 football fields to get to my room.

Great location, fabulous bed, price was right. 3 stars because hot water took forever, more than any hotel I've been in. Once there, impossible to find warm water. The pipe noise with a gurgling sound in the sink didn't help either. Maybe it was my room, still a Westin fan. Could be a new hotel issue.

The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is reasonable in price, and the room was clean. However the executive lounge is not open all days of the week which was disappointing. On top of that there seems to quiet a few things that need to be serviced in room 724. Toilet is continually flushing, ants in the trash, outlet on the desk doesn't work. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, it just needs a little effort on improvements.

First and foremost the manager Kim K is amazing. Kim treated my family and I like we were VIP’s. The front desk staff at check in/out were super friendly and attentive. Every time we walked passed an employee they greeted us and always smiling. The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and great location. The atmosphere inside makes you feel like you are on a vacation even if you were there for business. The rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was beyond clean… the tub was gleaming white. I didn’t use housekeeping however when I needed fresh towels they were always nice and giving. I highly recommend this hotel not only because it holds the Westin standards but the staff and Kim K truly believe in customer service. I can’t wait to visit again.

We are a wedding & event planning company based in Orlando, FL and we worked with the sales department to set aside a block of rooms and the post-wedding brunch for our client's wedding. Our clients love the finer things in life based on their lifestyle and they loved their stay at the Westin. Their guest loved the post-wedding brunch as well. Working with catering and sales was a pleasure as they replied to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I received real answers to all my questions. We will continue to refer to this property as well as their catering staff.

My husband and I stayed for two nights with our four children. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting us ajoining rooms. Everything was clean and great for the stay. The pool looked very nice but we weren't able to swim because of rainy weather. There was a nice covered drop off area which worked out well with the weather!

Good location (walk in distance to restaurants, stores), near I 4. Modern facility. Clean and friendly service.

Ate at Shula's for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Food was good. Waiter was very attentive. A few things seem to have changed in terms of tipping and gratuity on the bill but otherwise it was a good time.

Contemporary hotel with a nice event space. Helpful staff and comfortable spaces. Parking feels a bit limited. Great location with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

First hotel I have ever stayed in that didn’t have a bar of soap in bathroom. Surface of interior and decor of room is attractive but cheaply done. Our Bed was hard on the hips. TV kept losing signal. We heard the same complaints from many others that stayed here. Terribly noisy housekeepers and hallway slamming doors. However, Jeremy at the front desk in the lobby gave the best service we have ever gotten at a hotel. He went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. I had medicine that required a freezer and I was amazed that all they had in the room was a wine cooler fridge. There was not a freezer refrigerator in the room. I have stayed at five star hotels and three-star hotels that had better rooms then this hotel. Jeremy did get me a refrigerator with a freezer sent to my room at no charge for my medication and also provided us with a bar of soap. We couldn’t communicate with housekeeping at all because they did not speak English so trying to ask for a wash cloth was quite difficult For the price of these rooms, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice enough. Didn't use it for much other than sleep. Bed was comfy. Service was adequate. Nothing crazy special, but I'd recommend it if asked.

Some friends took me there for lunch on my birthday at Shula's restaurant. The food and service were exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go out and have a nice meal whether it be lunch or dinner.

Really liked our stay in the Westin lake Mary. Found the staff friendly and very helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night. And it was excellent. Had just arrived off a long flight from Ireland. Explained to the waiter we where exhausted and he got our dinner delivered very quickly. We did happy hour the next night and would highly recommend it. As we travel to the state's a lot we will definitely be back.

My company held a two day meeting and hosted 30 people at The Westin Lake Mary. I had the great pleasure of working with Kirk Schenkel and Elissa Dunn who attended our every need with professionalism and courtesy without any delays. Elissa set up a web page for easy guest registration and kept me updated with reports. Kirk has a lot of experience and knowledge which I was able to depend on to ensure the success of our event. The Westin A/V technicians, Elvis and George (or maybe it was Jorge), set everything up exactly the way we wanted it and they were so professional and friendly! The hotel was very nice, clean and all the staff was friendly. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant, Shula's. The food was good, the prices were reasonable and the servers were attentive. The front desk clerks did a great job getting the mass numbers of guests checked in by 3pm. The rooms were comfortable and we all slept great. I did not hear any negative feed back from any of our attendees. I would like to have such a positive experience from all of our annual meeting venues! You can be confident that you are in good hands at The Westin Lake Mary and your event should go off without a hitch! Thank you to all of the staff at The Westin Lake Mary for making my job so easy! Being the final stop on our recent Florida vacation — we couldn't have done it better! This place was nothing short of excellent, from the professional and courteous staff to the best meal we had during our trip — and probably one of the top three meals we've ever had — to the well-appointed, spacious and hospital clean room, it couldn't have been better. I don't think… anyhow, if it could, I'd like to see it! Highly recommended!

Third time here. I have always enjoyed my stay. Last time airline delayed flight and sent us here. Hotel manager was super helpful getting a shuttle for us at 5am about a dozen people. This trip I have some medical issues and needed some supplies. Hotel manager went out of her way to drive me to pick them up because shuttle was busy. Sure the place is clean and uncomfortable, all you expect for a Westin. Staff here goes way above and beyond. Thanks for the great service.

Great hospitality. Exceedingly accommodating breakfast, drink and snack attendants on diamond level. FRIGID pool was a huge disappoinment. Children packing the hot tub prevented us from enjoying it and we did not wish to incur problems for anyone by reporting them to management. Always check your room while bell man is bringing in the luggage trolley to make sure your robes are in the room if part of the room package so you will not be charged. (Ours were missing. )

Before moving to Lake Mary I would stay here quite often. Westin usually has a better product than their competitors for a comparable rate. The hotel is a newer property. Their beds are fantastic and the on-site restaurant is quite good. What makes this property shine is it's location. Within walking distance to town center where you will find many eateries and an active night life. The reason for 4 stars, because housekeeping threw away my toothbrush and management never replaced it, even after they claim they would. Little unprofessional.

Accomodations here are everything I look for in comfort away from home. Well maintained, gorgeous property and grounds, friendly welcoming staff, easy load and unload peaceful lobby area with computers available for guests to print tickets, and most important, clean, comfortable spacious rooms that make it easy to relax or freshen up before your next activity. Enjoyed this beautiful hotel, hope to visit again when I have more time to enjoy the area.

We had dinner reservations at Shula's 347 restaurant for Christmas Day and had a wonderful experience. The lobby of the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday. Our experience at the restaurant was wonderful — the service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. This was our first experience and we will certainly be back.

Let's start off with a good the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. That's where the good ends are shower did not drain correctly and flooded the entire bathroom and into the rug area of the room. We contacted the hotel front desk and they asked us what room number we are in and they acted like they knew about the flood in that room and only brought us up towels to soak up the wet areas. I will never stay at this hotel again. It sounded like this was an issue that we were aware of and it was unsanitary and an unsafe I was not happy with my stay.

This hotel wasn't a bad deal for the money. The room was clean, comfy, and not too expensive. Everything I need for a quick night stop. I did have an issue with the water temperature, but the staff was able to help out with that when I talked to them. Very friendly service overall.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Positive things first, my bed was comfortable and the location is great. At the top of my list of things they really need to improve is buy new pillows for the beds. Next would be having the option for microwave that's not $10/night. You also have to walk outside the building to access the stairs.

Lovely hotel with adequate parking. Was there for business conference. Conference Rooms seemed small but were clean and updated. Chairs were pretty but hard seats when sitting through a conference. Staff were all very friendly. Bathrooms were clean and kept stocked. Lovely out doors areas to gather.

Terrible rooms. The best part of the hotel is lobby & location. The beds are Murphy beds that come down from the wall. The room offers ZERO setting except the bed. No desk, no chairs, and to top it off the water takes about 10 minuets to warm up. Extremely disappointed.

Nice looking hotel, great staff who were eager to help with all questions. Room clock was in pieces under the table and the room fridge we request was scratched up and seen better days. However for the price it was excellent and we will return.

We had a great stay here for a very reasonable rate, they don’t even charge for pets. We ate at Shulas which was right in the lobby. The bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel of this level. The surrounding area is nice, too. I would definitely recommend to family and friends staying in the area.

Nice hotel, rooms are getting a little dated as you can see signs of heavy usage. Staff was very nice. In a great area.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here 14 months ago! What a great choice. Alana, the catering sales manager, was simply wonderful. She was so accommodating and very communicative with me and my wedding planners throughout the process. Things went off without a hitch and our guests had very positive things to say about our special day and cuisine. Alana had a leg injury that weekend, but she didn't let it slow her down one bit. She had her little scooter and was just so helpful, along with the entire Westin staff. She really listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to make things special… Including rose petals and cider in our honeymoon suite after the wedding! Overall, great decision to have our wedding reception there. If you're considering it, look no further. Good pricing and GREAT service.

My stay here was awesome! The hotel room and service was great! And the hotel sits across from night life. That's walkable!

Excellent stay at the Westin. Very nice lobby. Room was clean. Front desk staff was lovely. The only issue was being unable to find the TV guide channel but I suspect that was my fault.

I love going to the Westin because I love eating at Shula's 347 grill. The food is always good and it is a great place for special occasions. I usually go to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries in my family.

Nice place to stay when traveling for business. Very quiet and friendly staff. The reason why I give 3 stars is because I forgot a blouse in the closet of my bedroom and despite that I called more than 7 times to request it, the housekeeper never return my call either my blouse.

Extremely nice pool and jacuzzi. Not huge but cozy AF. Rooms were really nice too, except the whole leave your key in the slot to keep the power (lights, ac, fridge) on. Nice bar but prices were a bit high, still got lit tho. Beds had a nice bounce to them, if you know what I mean. 5/5 why not.

Had a nice dinner at Shula's steaks. Food was very good, service was excellent from being greeted at the front door to service at the table. Have eaten here before and food is always good. Menu prices are reasonable and good choices. Popular place for drinks after work.

Awesome room, stayed in 335. It's in the corner with tons of windows. Beautiful stay and very quiet room. The fact that the hotel has a green energy and water policy to help reduce it's footprint and that's a nice bonus. The bed was by far the most comfortable sleep in a hotel I've had.

The staff is very accommodating. Id you have a question they have no qualms or hesitation about answering. Asked if my girlfriens was there or not (she told me she wasent) and they were able to inform me that she was… 5 stars gentlemen!

Room was really modern! Everything was clean and the restaurant had good happy hour specials. Did not have a laundry room and pool was pretty small.

Great place to stay. I hated that Pulse was attacked! We eat just down the road from Pulse. Really scary. I would go back though!

The hotel itself is nice and has a good layout. The food isn't that great for catering, shulas is good. The chairs in the conference center were not comfortable for a long event.

A very clean, modern, thoroughly comfortable hotel in the business parks in Lakeview Mary. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Nice flat screen televisions and super clean and modern bathrooms. The pool area was also very clean, comfortable and modern. The service was always helpful and friendly.

The service was very good but the event did not like me.

I've stayed here multiple times while doing a military training in the area. The hotel is very clean and has nice amenities. The gym equipment is new and clean, the staff has always been helpful, and the rooms are nice. If I had to nitpick I'd say the 1st time I stayed the coffee machine in the room didn't work and when we called to get a new one they didn't have any to replace it with. But I haven't had that issue since.

Disappointing to find out Paula that has always been there to check me for over a year is now gone. It was humbling to walk in and have someone call you by name and greet you will such a wonderful attitude. Always helpful and polite. With many different options to choose from when booking my next stay, I chose to stay there just to see Paula. Since most of my points are with Hilton I will more than likely change my hotel selection. Your hotel lost a great employee. I don't know her other than from my stays there. I almost feel like I lost a friend!

Westin is my favorite hotel chain, and I will definitely return to the Lake Mary Westin. We stayed for two nights (including Christmas Eve). The hotel is very clean, contemporary sleek, with a functional-minimalist design. The beds are incredibly comfortable (true to Westin's branding, and make the price 100% worth it). Our room was quiet, no hallway traffic, and maintained well by housekeeping. We ordered room service and had a great cheeseburger, and an even greater sorbet dessert. It was served in an almond brittle shell, with fresh berries and whipped cream. It was so big I saved some in the freezer to have for breakfast. This one has a nice workout room, and I spent Christmas morning alternating between the outdoor Jacuzzi and the heated pool. All the staff were friendly, and the hotel is near the highway and lots of convenient shopping. My favorite part of all is getting to see dogs everywhere. We didn't bring ours this trip, so it was nice to share an elevator with a French bulldog, and say hello to various dogs in the lobby. Can't wait for my next Westin stay.

The place is great. Great bed, room and its spotless. But that hot water system… Took a shower and it was lukewarm with the water set to full hot. Sudenlly it dropped completely to cold. And for 4 seconds it boiled me alive. It seems like it depends on the usage of the other rooms. After all, even though the place is super nice, the water problem is the only memory I'll have from this place.

Moved us into a room that was never cleaned. Rectified it by moving us to a room with dirty linens in both beds. Ordered room service and it took 2 hours 20 minutes to get the burger and fried rice. They over charged me for the 3rd and final night of stay and when I went to the front desk to rectify they called security as if im a threat. Got home, its the 9th of dec, exactly 2 days since our stay and noticed we were over charged on my credit card by exactly $100. Literally the worst experience in a hotel ever.

We stayed for a week as a SPG preferred guest. Very nice fitness room. The perks far exceeded what we expected. It was clean and updated and overall appearance inside and out was pleasing. The staff were friendly and seemed to go out of their way to help us. The whole experience was great at the hotel. We found a very nice bike / walk path close by but no bike rentals. It is a little bit of a drive to the attractions (Disney) only because of the weekday traffic.

This hotel (lobby, hallways and rooms) was so incredibly clean! The staff was super welcoming and the restaurant within the hotel is also top notch! Much recommended if you can afford 100$/night stay.

The hotel is good looking that's pretty much it. Worst service in the dining area shulas. The wait staff takes for ever to serve you. It happened the two days I was there. Room is not serviced every day. Won't recommend for business may be for pleasure.

This location is your typical Westin — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We stayed here on a rewards stay and found that redemption value to be on point. We also stayed a couple of other places during our time in the area, and had we paid cash I don't know if I would have found the value to be the same. With so many tourist opportunities in the area, other hotels seem to be offering more for less. That said, you avoid a lot of the families and loud, crazy tourist hotels by staying here, as well. Overall, a standard Westin stay, but nothing too much to separate it from the pack.

I have 6 ROAD in Westin/Lake Mary used to and was very satisfied. Modern room with a fridge, very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom made my stay very pleasant. The small pool area invites you to linger and relax, also the gym is well equipped. The location of the hotel, I was good. One is immediately on the Interstate 4 and it is in close proximity to many Restaurants, sport and Shoppingmöchlichkeiten. The staff was nice and unobtrusive. Very often are conferences / Meetings / weddings in the conference room which I found very interesting and I have not even bothered.

Publix Super Market across the street, fridge, freezer and microwave in the room, Shula Steak House on-site, free parking, free Internet, convenient access from the parking lot to the elevators. Not one thing negative about this property.

This was such a disappointment. I booked this room on Priceline for $95. It was definitely not a 4 star experience. Then again, you get what you pay for. I actually checked-out early — same day, and ate the non-refundable fee (s. ) why? read on to see why you should avoid this hotel at any cost: 1. They're "green, " so their plumbing is horrible — NO hot water for at least 15 minutes and the toilet backed up 4x, as they have this "special green flushing system, " which is a smelly debacle. 2. Their "green" electricity system = you won't have lights, nor will your key work unless you slide it (and leave it there — not exactly the safest thing to to) in this little machine next to the door. It's the most absurd thing I have ever seen. 3. Their "green" electricity system also = you won't have cold A/C. As a matter of fact, it won't drop under 75. To me, 75 would be more than chilly. But the room never reaches that temperature, as the "green ststem" uses some kind of odd forced air fan versus normal A/C. Just horrible in FL where the humidity is so terrible, you'll need a shower after walking from your car to the room. 4. They double billed me and also added an extra "$20" mandatory "fee. " This place is NOT A RESORT. It's about as glamerous as a newer Holiday Inn Express. 5. The maids make such a racker in the hallways during your entire day that it's impossible if you need to rest (or conduct business) before 7pm.

I've dealt with Jason at the front desk and Mary Welsh the Sales Manager as I've been planning my wedding. They have helped me through every step of the process and ensured that I got a room block for my guests at the best possible price. The Westin truly offers the best experience for my guests and will set the perfect ambiance for the wedding weekend. Thank you Mary and Jason for making this process so hassle-free for me.

Hotel is nice, pool is nice, food from Shulas is meh, internet is horrible 800Kbps and if you upgrade it goes all the way to 1Mbps. Meh.
