The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was great. The room was excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are updated, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast options are great. I always look for Hyatt Place as an option when I travel; They've never let me down.

It was an ok stay for work and location proximity to where I need to be. It's not brand new, but everything was pretty clean and the beds were fantastic as I have come to expect out of any Hyatt. Plenty of hot breakfast as well to get the day started. My only complaint came after the stay where they double and triple charged my corporate card. They stated it had something to do with their card company not them. I obviously did not choose their card company. I ended up calling Hyatt corporate who ended up getting them on the phone to straighten it out as the first two times of calling down their to have them correct locally didn't seem to get results or an ounce of care or follow through.

If you are visiting the Lake Mary area this is a pretty good option. They are right off Lake Mary Blvd and International Parkway. Pretty much central for whatever you are looking for. The staff is super helpful, rooms are a decent size for the price and are very clean. Stayed for 3 weeks for business with no issues. The rooms are also pretty quiet. Overall this is a nice place to stay. It is pretty close to I4 and downtown Orlando, but if you are going to be there a lot I would look a little closer. Enjoy!

This is my second time staying here and it was as great as the first time. I have a horrible allergy to down when Informed the staff they made sure All down bedding and pillows were removed from my room before I arrived. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is on the smaller side. I don’t mind. My family and I have plenty of space with the sofa area separated by a half partitioned wall. Yes the TV is in a weird spot so you can watch it either laying in bed or sitting on the sofa. All you have to do is swivel it. All and all I recommend this hotel if you in the Lake Mary area.

The sofa bed was a little springy but convenient. The hotel rooms in general we're amazing. Also, the breakfast food was good which is always nice.

The accommodations are so nice, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff is friendly too! I love the Hyatt Place and will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful, front desk clerk was friendly. The pool is over run with adults with coolers drinking heavily and not watching their kids run roughshod over the very small pool area. We had more loud children run down the hallway past our room. We have two kids, understanding that children will be a little loud, but this is just a nice hotel that is inhabited by a clan of heathens this weekend.

This is my first time staying at any Hyatt. BUT let me tell you it is amazing! The hospitality from Lake Mary is amazing. Friendly staff and helpful as well. The breakfast every morning changes which is great. Rooms are spacious and kept clean by the workers. Visiting from NJ and we will definitely come back! Thank you Hyatt for an amazing family vacation! I do not have anything bad to say about this Hotel and this is the honest truth.

The hotel was renovated in 2016. It is not so dolly but inexpensive and well connected by traffic. Drive to Orlando about 30 minutes across the highway. Lots of good fast food restaurants nearby, also a few smaller outlets, otherwise Lake Mary is very dreary though. The rooms are quite large have two beds and a pull out sofa bed. The breakfast is very meager and very quickly cleared. The small pool is not heated, there is also a jacuzzi. For the hotel 3 stars but for the super nice staff who really do everything in their power to satisfy you 5 stars!

My husband and I went there a few weeks ago. The hotel was perfection! Rooms massive and clean. The front desk staff was awesome. They were polite and accommodating. We worked with Meley and Auriele and they were amazing! I think I butchered their names but they know who they are! The breakfast was to die for and had a million different things. We def over ate. We needed to check out extra late due to my husbands work schedule and they didn’t flinch at accommodating. Thank you and we would love to stay again!

I stayed here while attending a wedding. I arrived 45 minutes before check in time and was told to come back after 3. I felt like I was in the way. The employee could have told me no rooms were available yet. This was a prelude to how rude most of the staff would be. The room was clean. The design of Hyatt places seem to go for ascetic and not function. For instance, the bathroom door opens in and to close it you almost need to get into the shower. The breakfast was average to below average. I will probably not choose to stay here again.

Very clean and quiet. The breakfast is a nice touch and the rooms are spacious. I did not find hair or dirt like I usually find at hotels. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. Staff was very pleasant. I was pleased. I stay at hotels often and this was one of the best.

Very clean, pleasant staff, great breakfast spread and good Wi-Fi. Good price for everything. UPDATE: 12 months later and just stayed here again. Nothing has changed, professional and friendly staff and nice facilities. The free breakfast is fresh and very good. No complaints! See you again Next Year.

Rooms were clean, nice and comfy. We had an entire girls travel softball team plus parents there. We took over the pool and outside area after a long day of games plus the next day more games. Night manager was great! He accomadated extra time for the girls and parents to have fun and relax. Plus had extra free toothpaste and hairspray I forgot!

The manager was rude and cold! Ruined my check-in! After waiting an hour and finally getting my room, the room was nice except for the bedspread — it had a stain but you couldn’t see it in the light, so that’s probably why they missed it. A couple of towels were dingy but they were clean. The rest of the staff was really nice. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked properly. It’s in a great location.

My husband and I ended up staying at the Hyatt House in Lake Mary for a month as a result of the closing on our new home being delayed. The entire staff (especially Lawrence, Annette and Nina) we're very thoughtful, accommodating and generous in empathizing with our situation which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Every day we looked forward to returning because of the warm greetings we received from this professional team. We became spoiled by the free breakfast buffet and the daily room cleaning. We slept well because of the quality and comfort of the mattress. The room was fine, the food was delicious, the location is perfect (across the street from a shopping plaza with multiple restaurants and shops and down the street from Fred's Marketplace Buffet Restaurant). There was a washer, dryer, small pool and gym. It was exactly what we needed and we were sad to say goodbye to our new friends when our closing finally happened. We highly recommend this Hyatt!

The rooms were big and great for relaxing after a long day! All the staff I talked to were very accommodating and helpful. Loved that they had a menu to order food from at all hours! So nice not to have to deal with traffic to get food.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff is friendly. Downside of room is bathroom sink area is open and when light goes on it can wake up others in your room.

Rooms were clean and spacious, although storage areas for clothes were very limited. The beds and linens were very comfotable and the hotel is quiet affording a very good night of sleep. Hotel staff was friendly but somewhat disengaged. They responded to requests, but did not even attempt to anticipate needs. The breakfast was a mad house with everything from guests moving every which way to grab food, napkins, and poorly placed silverware, to staff shouldering their way past guests to replense the mediocre food. The fresh fruit was the highlight while the hot food left a lot to be desired. Overall, it is not a bad place to stay, but for the price I expect better service.

We arrived in the wee morning and received a cozy room on the 4th floor. Everything was immaculate and very roomy. The breakfast was good and the service was on point.

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was quite good. Some parts of the hotel were a little run-down and some of the lights did not work. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Originally we had booked with another hotel which we were very unhappy with. So, last minute we booked with them. What a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, just great service. Great breakfast, 6:30-9am. Clean and big rooms with comfortable beds. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Such a great expeerience, thanks Hyatt!

I have been and visited this hotel on multiple occasions but this time was extreme disappointment. Upon our first check in one of our rooms wasn't even cleaned even though we told they were ready and there was no crib as requested and mentioned at check in. We had no other issues but our flight got canceled so we needed to stay another night. We had no issues booking and checking in again but again there was no crib in the room checking in at 1pm. We let the front desk know and they radioed someone to bring it up. We stayed for awhile near the pool and the crib was still not there so when going to get ready for dinner we told another front desk manager it was still not there. We waited for half an hour but we're going to miss our reservation so we left after telling them yet again assuming they would leave it in the room. Later on in the evening when we returned to our room at around 845pm on 8/6. There was still no crib in the room, at this point I wanted to put my young daughter to bed since it was getting late and being on vacation it can be exhausting. My father went downstairs yet again to tell yet another front desk manager Danielle and she said someone would bring it down. 15 minutes goes by still no crib. I walk down myself since my daughter is becoming more and more fussy and did not want to sleep on the bed. She informed me the other manager was bringing it upstairs.

This is my favorite hotel. The staff are warm & caring. You can tell that they are genuinely interested in the comfort of their guests. Whenever I visit the Orlando area, this is the 1st choice for where I want to stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon while visiting Orlando. Best hotel experience ever! The staff went above and beyond their jobs to make you comfortable and feel welcomed. If we're ever back in FL, we'll definitely stay here again!

The room was really nice. There was a separated living room and bedroom, with a TV in between that rotates to be viewed in either room. The hotel itself was also very nice. The bar in the lobby serves Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and would stay here again.

Stayed here 7 nights in May, 2017… dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, in our room, when we arrived. Makes you wonder how clean was the rest of the room. Room cleaned only three times during our 7 night stay. Breakfast was very average, clearly microwave fare. Not much variation from morning to morning. Pool had debris on the bottom the whole week. Water clear, but was not vacuumed. There was a Styrofoam bowl, turned upside down, on the sidewalk for two days before someone picked it up. Would not recommend, expensive! Does not live up to the Hyatt expectation…

An excellent hotel. Conveniently located near a grocery store, 24 hour Walgreens, and several restaurants, while still being very quiet. Large, comfortable, clean rooms. The service was excellent and the staff personable. Even the continental breakfast was surprisingly decent, if slightly limited. A great experience overall.

This is a nice hotel if you're flying from Sanford. They allow you to park and offer a shuttle. The room was the typical Hyatt Place room, but they were skimpy on supplies. Tiny shampoo and no lotion at all. No tea, but coffee in room. I would go back.

The midnight to morning man is a huge JERK, he was very flamboyant and arrogant not a good mix. I called the front desk at like 1 am and it rang for a good 5 minutes, when I asked if he was having an issue with his phone he snapped at me. Not what I excepted for the price. The breakfast was good though.

Had a great weekend there nice staff and the room was very nice. Only two complaints the breakfast was ok waffles were too hard and the eggs were not the best, the other complain hot water took too long to warm up not sure due to being on the fourth floor, Otherwise very nice hotel and area overall.

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday. Arrived late and was quickly checked in with no hassle using Hyatt points. The room was clean and simple. They offer a continental breakfast but I did not partake. Easy to reach location away from the traffic of Orlando.

Check-in was a little slow. The room was beautiful, very clean. The hot skillet breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Overall we had a great experience, will be returning soon.

Nice Hotel, BUT major accounting issues, borderline suspicious, Check in on Monday (Direct Bill — Pre Paid) the hotel put $15 hold on my personal card for incidentals, Tuesday I check my Credit card statement and they had put ANOTHER $94 on my personal card for a pre paid room, called the front desk and the promised to take care of it, so Wed I check my credit card statement online and they had put Another $ 85 on there. It's 2 days after check out and they STILL have a hold on my card.
