Place does not give you near what is promised or what you pay for. Horrible service at Japanese restaurant. Elevators are inadequate and broken. Outdoor areas are not clean.

Best part of the hotel is the towel staff. Our complaints are as follows: (1) The complimentary coffee was empty everyday at our stay. (2) There is not a single water fountain, bottled water or an option for water. At the bar in the lobby I asked for tap water and they told us no. (3) They have a go kart / fun zone for kids. It was a poorly run cheap go kart place and fun zone. It was incredibly "ghetto" and the mini golf was a 1 room pathetic display. Our Trump coupon wasn't accepted so we got a Groupon. (4) the hotel one had 1 roll of TP, and just 1 tiny bottle of shampoo (5) The pool is nice but the hot tubs could be cleaner. Additionally, there are no lounge chairs available for the pool because they allow guest to save chairs at 7am for the entire stay. (6) my son got stung by a jelly fish. The beach has no life guards or flags to let us know that the beach had jelly fish. We are checking out tomorrow.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I travel at least to 25 hotels per year. They will fall on the coat tails of covid but it is bull. The hotel is tired and seriously mismanaged before covid excuses. There are no positives for this property. Rooms are dirty and lack maintenance. This is not a 4 star property. 2.5 at best. The elevators are broken. The rooms are dirty. For a resort, they only have one restaurant… Japanese. No other dinner. There is no room service after 10p. You cant order room service breakfast except for day of after 8a. Pool and beach staff are atrocious. The hotel as a whole is pathetic. Not a 4 star hotel. I would have stayed at a double tree if I knew better.

The best staff! So many helpful friendly staff available everywhere you look to help you or answer your questions. The room was big and so comfortable with mini kitchen, huge bathroom and gorgeous views. Pools and beach gorgeous. Food and drinks available everywhere. Great Japanese restaurant.

Terrible customer service. We just arrived. We requested an earlier check in (for an extra fee) prior to arriving and they still do not have our room ready. The front desk manager is rude and refuses to help. This is our third and unfortunately our last time staying at the hotel. It used to be a lot more organized, clean, and professional.

I absolutely recommend the Trump International Beach Resort! The view is incredible, the drinks are delicious, and the rooms are spacious and clean. What puts this place over the top is the treatment we received from the staff. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for us! The bartenders were fast and friendly and the drink servers were literally running up and down the stairs to get drinks out to the beach. The pool staff was always welcoming and the gentleman that delivered our dinner three different nights was so sweet and even sang me happy birthday! I have to give a special shout out to the men working on the beach, you guys killed it! We will be back.

This resort truly saved our honeymoon! Treated us like royalty. The drinks are delicious, the beach is beautiful, has all the amenities and really gives you a "care free" stay. The Spa was so relaxing. Everyone from the front desk, to the valet, to the cabana and beach service was so accommodating and you can really tell they take pride in their jobs. Rooms are clean, the view is breathtaking. My husband and I would have purchased a timeshare if it was available because we loved it so much. We decided to come back every year. If you're thinking about it… do it! You wont regret it!

The Personnel is very nice and attentive accommodations are exactly what I thought they would be. Two beautiful pools access to the private beach.

BEAUTIFUL location with 1st class staff. Comfortable beds, clean & crisp decor. The porches are amazing facing the ocean. Every last detail was planned to give amazing views within the 2 bedroom suite in the towers.

Great hotel but no luck! My room with sea view and also with construction view and jackhammer from 9am to 6pm! impossible to enjoy the balcony.

I wasn’t actually staying here but me and my son were on the beach behind it when we were caught in a storm. We ran to the front and took cover from the rain. The staff was very friendly and let us change into some dry clothes inside, we waited in the lobby until the worst had passed. Beautiful building and like I said, very nice and helpful people.

Staff We found, overall, the staff to be rude and dismissive although there were a few nice people especially one lady in the lobby bar, and the servers in the 2nd floor restaurant. Most of the front desk people were dismal at best and NES Joseph, a front desk clerk, was the worst. After having difficulty charging our credit card, Mr. Joseph refused to accept another one of one of my cards, locked us out of our room (it was 5:30 am), argued with us incessantly, and finally told me he would call the cops and not let me in my room if I didn’t give him cash or a credit card with a chip. It was all very embarrassing and insulting and even after we paid him we had to have a security guard let us in our room. We were treated like thieves, not customers. If Mr. Joseph worked for me, I would send him to sensitivity and diversity training to improve his people skills. We reserved a roll away bed for one night and the bill had two nights; Mr. Joseph argued and asked for proof that we had sent the bed back… he reluctantly took it off of our bill. Food The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. Both times we were at the Fusion restaurant the sushi took 45 minutes to arrive, the steak smelled rotten, and the drinks took forever to get, which is laughable because there was only a few people in the bar (we know why now). The bartender said they sent the sushi guy home one night (too slow or dysfunctional? ), and the second night he didn’t show.

That’s my kind of hotel. The hotel is very clean, the staff r friendly, helpful, welcoming, and the pool area! mehn it’s nice! The floors are spotless, the rooms are cleaned. I love the bathroom. It comes with a Bathtub and a shower, and more space. This hotel, worth the price. I did not regret. My staying was wonderful. I gave it 4.9. I will love to stay again, and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for y’all amazing job. I enjoyed my stay.

Came here for a conference, so as far as my experience goes all I can truly say is the staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. I look forward to coming back again soon to have a getaway with my wife. This truly is a gem.

Stayed in a suite here the night of my wedding. ❤ This resort is absolutely gorgeous. The room was very clean and had everything a person could need/want. The overall setup was very luxurious. I loved the pool area with the multiple water falls! 5/5 for sure!

Amazing pool kid friendly and walking distance to a grocery store so we didn’t need to eat out for every meal. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel was just okay. The ocean view is nice. The pool was cold and not as warm as the other two times. Please make sure to check your final invoice. They do tend to double charge for services. Furthermore, we never even used the mini bar and once we checked out they charged the cc. Completely unacceptable!

Rooms were nice, but I found a pill on the floor and the curtains had a weird brown stain. However the housekeeping made sure the rooms were always made. The slippers are a nice touch. The pool could use some power washing but does it really matter? Overall it was worth the price but needs some reno in the rooms.

As nice of a hotel as you'd expect from the Trump name. The service and staff are excellent, and they work hard to ensure you are happy with your stay. The rooms are very nice and filled with quality amenities. The pools and gym are absolutely top notch. My least favorite aspect was the food. Not that it was bad, in fact, quite the opposite. Its just that there are plenty of incredible restaurants in the area that cost the same, only with a wider variety. All in all, I am very happy with my stay here, and would not hesitate to return.

This year I gave it a try. Its not expensive at all compared to others! The service, amazing! The area and atmosphere, wow! The bed, I wish I had it at home. The kids enjoyed the large pool, beach access is immediate. Like a private beach! I will be back, for sure next year. Ps, the food, you'll go home with ten extra pounds unless you hit up the top of the line gym.

Super family friendly with a great kids club and amazing views. We were traveling with two young kids (age 9yrs and 10months) and we had a blast. There were plenty of kids everywhere and the pool is of good depth for younger kids. Service was excelent however trying to find a waiter around the pool area was impossible sometimes. Valet is extra but with unlimited in and out privileges. At no point did the valet staff expected an extra tip and it was super convenient, specially with kids. The food at the hotel can be expensive and not super great however there is a nice mall plaza located conveniently across the street with great dining options. The internet is fast, coffee in the room is amazing and the accomodations are top notch. It was the first time I was happy to pay a resort fee.

Only real drawback to this property is a critical design flaw in the elevator construction… there are only 4 elevators for the entire hotel, and the lines are sometimes 25+ minutes! Keep that in mind, as it may ruin your evening plans or make you miss your flight. Another issue with this hotel is the unusually long wait times for bell hops to bring luggage up to rooms during peak times. Actually, during peak times it's almost impossible to get anything from anyone. They are not equiped to deal with standard work load. But again, the trade off is a nice property with a great vibe.

Whenever we travel we stop at this hotel. It is very familien and nice to go. But on this last occasion, we have delivered the rooms (2) at 18 pm. We arrived at the hotel at 9am and rented a cabin located next to the pool to be more comfortable. Which we pay 400, 000 a day.
On the last day, they came three times to our room to rush us to do the Chek out. It was 11:30 in the morning.
In the room there was no corkscrew and we asked the Housekiping 4 times to bring it.
We are very sorry that being customers this trip has not lived up to the above.

Service and workers ask too many questions room service for tea is almost an hour and a half edit: we asked for another room card they gave it to us it didn’t work we got another one I didn’t work and now we’re still waiting for a worker another edit: they don’t let kids under eighteen to buy stuff in the shops even if they know the room number and last name my friends daughter needed to buy a bandaid her mom was shopping and they didn’t let her daughter get them without money while they saw she was bleeding but the security is very respectful and understanding.

I was just not impressed. I came here for a birthday weekend from the West Coast hoping to have a great time, I was really disappointed with the hotel. We ordered the food from the hotel, it wasn't good, so I had grubhub bring me stuff but they made me come down to the lobby to collect it. The hotel needs a total renovation.

We had our wedding ceremony, banquet, soiree and honeymoon night at that hotel. We had about 100 guests who flew in from Canada, Europe and Africa to attend it. A few of those guests also stayed at Trump International for a few days. Overall, we had a great experience. Our event manager, Joffrey Brown, was just top notch! Although far from the best we've seen, the hotel grounds were pleasing to look at. The stretch of beach that hotel is located on has beautiful blue-turquoise waters. We also liked the fact that the hotel wasn't too vast so it maintained somewhat of a cozy feeling. I particularly enjoyed the piano they had in the lobby. Our honeymoon suite was on the 29th floor. The room had modern and well designed furniture. The view from its floor-to-ceiling windows was just breathtaking! On the downside, although it's "only" 15 years old, that building felt a little worn-out, a bit outdated. It could definitely use a major renovation as a whole. The valet parking was also quite expensive. If possible, plan NOT to have to park a car while you're there. Finally, although the food they served during our cocktail hour was just perfect (lamb, caprese sticks etc), they messed up the main dishes during our reception. Most of our guests complained about both the filet mignon and salmon being overcooked and hard. That was somewhat of a downer but thank God it didn't affect the rest of the festivities.

Reserved a room a month before. I got there early to be waiting past an hour after check in because the room was not ready. The room was separated by a door, and able to hear the people next door, like a ghetto apartment. The water bottle was also open, and a light was not working.

Most of the people writing bad reviews because they just don't like Trump can't afford to stay here anyway, too stupid to know how to make money, and this hotel is by no means expensive. Have worked at hotels three times as expensive that were not as nice in cities that don't even have a lot of fun stuff to do. Good deal for right on the beach in a big city. Rooms are big with balcony but a little out dated, still nice but not the beach feel I wanted. Check out the coral castle if you have time it's a bit of a drive but pretty cool.

It's a nice family hotel. It doesn't get to be a real Resort, but the attention is eight points. It is located in the small Russia nice quiet beach, good beach service.

The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant and the chef Fabian Di Paolo, with its culinary adventures, its exisiteses, which make every menu a delicacy!

Beautiful view from such a nice deck. The sound of the waves crashing was wonderful as well. Too bad we couldn't enjoy do to neighbors enjoying cigarettes on theirs. I wafted into the whole room. Gross! Perhaps some signage and stricter enforcement is needed.

Was excited to bring my family. We had to save up for a year for one night. Everyone looked down on us the whole time and made us feel very uncomfortable. Dress code was very discriminatory. Food was incredible, reminded me of waffle house back home.

Place is a joke. Avoid at all costs… with an emphasis on all costs. Restaurant is sub par although they charge as if were 4 star. $25 charge if you take your towels from the pool to your room? Guess that says a lot of how they view their clientele. Take me off that list. We will visit Miami again just not this dump.

Visited realty business at the trump international building. Valet service and reception are super friendly. Lobby area is comfy.

Worst customer service. Outdated and unkept rooms. The Bathtub looks like it's falling apart. Very very expensive for poor quality rooms and poor customer service. P. S lock you valuables in the locker because I have seen unprofessional and questionable things from housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel doesn't live up to expectations and is in need of modernisation and upgrade. Plumbing in the room broken (shower head falling out from the hose, hot water tap is not working). Had to call services twice to get it fixed. Some members of staff don't speak English. The beach towels are being picked up at 6 pm. If you want to enjoy the beach afterwards, remember to bring your own towels. The best thing about this hotel is location in the front row and direct access to the beach.

I was doing a pick up from the fusion restaurant for uber eats. Customer had a nice big food order. Beautiful place, friendly staff, good parking.

I like this place because everything what I need in couple steps — food, banks, shopping. Amazing view! but I think, that hotel need some renovations) rooms inside looks like old fashion.

Outside bar service was slow. After standing at the bar for 15 minutes, they finally took our drink order but then walked off after taking only 3 of the 4 orders. About 10 minutes later our 3 drinks were brought to us, and then the 4th person was asked what they wanted. Drink menu is very limited. I've been to hole-in-the-wall bars with better service, larger selection, more personal, and far cheaper.

Hotel is located right by the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. Rooms are pretty good size and gives you fresh five start feeling. Breakfast is decent if you bought it within the package, when it gets crowded you may have to wait quite while on the omelet line because there is usually only one person serving. Overall really no complains, only one thing none of the showers around the pool work correctly, there is a spa right by the pool, it says take a shower before going in but the shower right next to it doesn't work. I didn't see anyone taking a shower before going in, if they work it is very difficult to keep the water flowing, you need to be pro bodybuilder to keep pressing the buttons and wash yourself. They should just use the ones that once you press the button water keeps flowing for like 15 seconds. It feels disgusting to walk around after using the pool with all that chlorine on you. If you like to go outside of the hotel DO NOT USE the yellow cabs in the city. One that took us from the hotel to our destination was fine but after that every each cab that we used was a disaster. One told us that he will charge us a flat rate of $25 for 1.8 miles, another one had no idea about where we were going even though I showed him the address but he kept driving. Download Uber and save yourself time that way you just enter your destination so you don't even have to speak with the driver.

My family and I enjoyed 5 amazing days at this resort. After much research we had decided to stay here. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, especially if you have children. The staff were super nice and accommodating and had many fun activities for the children to do. The restaurants had amazing food! We will return :)

Other than the specific issue I have below, I was simply not impressed. For over 300/night, there is not much that you get other than a basic room, poor customer service, and crowded pools (couldn't even get chairs by the pool since people left belongings all day to reserve their spot — staff was not accommodating) Also I Was Charged Twice! OUT OF $2500! I originally booked the hotel through a third-party named Plum Benefits — promotion: book early and save 72%. Upon booking I called the hotel in order to confirm that they had received the reservation and the price would be honored. There was no discussion of any additional fees that would be required. Upon arriving to the hotel, I was informed that there would be an additional $100 per night resort fee that will be charged. The front staff suggested I book directly through the hotel. I went on to do this since they stated that parking would be included in their rate and they would be happy to refund the third-party so that I would be able to get the refund from the third-party. I contacted The third-party so that they could speak to the hotel Front desk/manager. When the third party attempted to speak to the hotel/manager they were unwilling to speak to the third-party. Additionally after booking directly through the hotel the front staff reneged on their parking statement, stating that they never made such a claim despite this being told directly to both myself and my wife separately.

The little things count… stocked bar, snacks, complimentary chocolate covered strawberries, bathroom robes, quiet rooms, spectacular views of ocean, intercoastal, and tennis courts… you can get spoiled here!

We were staying at Trump Doral and got the shuttle to this hotel to go on the beach. The attendants were friendly and set us up with a beach chair to enjoy our few hours on the beach.

Really a spectacular place. I have friends, beautiful people, and they all say it's amazing. You would love it. It's gonna be really great. I guarantee it.

The service sucks and the people are so annoying, they think they help you but they really make things worst. The worst part was, I found a dead rodent inside the bathroom tub. There are absolutly NO activitues for kids indoors or outdoors. This is not a kid friendly hotel. The room also smelled very musty. Also, we waited 4 hours to get just 1 standard room. I really really hated this hotel. Dont let people fool you into thinking this is a good hotel. I hope you dont waste your money here. Im just trying to help you. Stay away from the trump.

I didn't like much here. I am not a crazy or picky person so this review is honest and sincere. No customer service. They YES you to death but nothing ever gets fixed or done right. Sad that they use the Trump name but really has no value to this location. Needs improvement. Smells musty. Staff needs direction. Stay somewhere else to relax.

The accomdations are good, and meeting areas well laid out. Proximity to beach front excellent. Elevators very slow but easy stair access.

Staying in the condo building beside the resort. Have access to entire property. It as several pools and the beach is wonderful.

We had absolutely no problems and the staff was super helpful and friendly! It is definitely more of a family and/or girl's relaxing get away kind of trip. Always refreshed our towels and soaps and came around every night asking if we would like any chocolates. Beach front with two types of pools. Food by the pool was delicious! Our only complaint was the hotel renting out the lower pool to weddings both weekend days and so we were not able to use this from Friday till Monday!

I was in May 2014 and I will be there on the 12th of June, I loved it, the part of the beach and swimming pool is ten points.

Amazing experience! Came down here with my wife to make our first anniversary special. Special it was indeed.

Disappointed, but glad I was here ONLY for a work function and will get my money reimbursed because it definitely isn't worth what they charge. Will Never return for my own personal enjoyment. I am a local resident of south FL but decided to stay the two nights since I had to work very early in the morning. I was sooooo excited to experience the Famous "TRUMP Resort" but it did not meet any of my expectations based on the rates they charge and ratings. Would prefer The Westin Diplomat down the street a million times more. This Room was EXTREMELY HUMID ALL THE TIME, to the extent that the bed sheets, towels and bath robes felt wet. I couldn't sleep the first night because I could here everything next door and they were so loud and inappropriate I had to asked to be moved, but the Hotel concierge said they were fully booked and could not move us. I checked in Wednesday afternoon and checked out Friday morning and I could not believe I received NO ROOM SERVICE the entire day Thursday, I had to call for clean towels and soap, and it wasn't till 7pm or so that someone showed up offering to clean the room (really? ). I've been to many 5 star hotels and I can assure you This is NOT a 5 star HOTEL (although they charge as if it was) and people deserve to know the truth because if I paid to come here for a vacation they would've ruined it. I hate writing negative reviews, but this is ridiculous. I did hear from several people that the new HILTON two blocks away is Stunning!

After the interaction with this hotel, I feel the need to save others from the stress. Buyer be aware! This Hotel is NOT, in anyway, associated with the Trump Hotel Collection. So do not be fouled or associate them with hotels like the Trump Hotel Las Vegas (Which is amazing! ). They are a completely independent hotel with no one to hold them accountable for their actions. If you don't have to interact with anyone at this hotel, you will probably have a good stay based on reviews we initially read. If you have a problem in anyway, you are SOL. The Management team and employees at this hotel are a lost cause. If I could share the voicemail I received from the hotel Manager, Meryl, it would better illustrate what type of service you will receive. The Manager, Meryl, at one point asked me for my debit card info over the phone so that she could "add it to her notepad and run the charges the next day. " Ok. NO! This staff clearly needs training and policy changes for how to handle customer concerns and payment information. I even called the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas and the employees were floored by this hotels policy, procedures, and customer service. The Vegas hotel even tried calling around to other hotels and this hotel, to help me. No luck! They were the ones who quickly made clear that Trump Hotel in Miami is NOT ASSOCIATED with the Collection. It also sounds like these employees are running all over the General Manager, Linda.

Great place to relax and make purchases. An incredible view.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Trump International. We arrived on my birthday weekend and had booked a king size ocean view room. The front desk receptionist, Amanda, was a doll. She upgraded our reservation to a one bedroom suite cean view room at NO charge! The end of August isn't exactly "high season" of travel, but it was very courteous of her to do so. Additionally, she had a birthday cake, champagne and card brought up to our room for my birthday. It was very sweet! The beach and service at the beach was excellent. The breakfast was delicious as well. Overall it was a wonderful weekend. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

I came here with my wife and 2 kids and we were blown away. Having stayed at many differnet hotels throughout florida, we found this one to be worth every penny. While prices are high, you really do see the service shinning. I will stay here again.

The level of service at this hotel is no where near its rating. The property is very nice but the service in every area of the hotel is terrible for a property in this price range. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for luxury accommodations in Miami. The concierge service was the bright spot of our trip and they always recommended going off property for meals etc. I wish we could say we just had a bad experience, but you could tell this hotel was mismanaged.

Just got back from my holiday in Miami. We wanted to stay on the beach, away from the parties in South Beach. This was perfect. The hotel is nice, but somewhat expensive, but to be expected of the 'Trump' reputation. Everyone was so nice. We had breakfast at the hotel which was very nice. Other meals we had were on Ocean Drive, across the street from the Trump Hotel and the Aventura Mall. I am 60 and have not had this much fun on a beach since I was little. I had a blast! Both the Beach and pools were well maintained. The room was a bit dark and hard to see at night — — could use a little more lighting (one or two more lamps couldn't hurt). The bathroom was spacious and there was a separate shower. The balcony was superb — — overlooking the ocean and pool area — was definately hard to come home from the temperatures in the low 90s to the high 60s. Will definately return for another holiday.

The best place in front of the ocean waters warm in Miami, with tropical climate and excellent service that makes the difference.
