I would give 0 star if they gave me the possibility to do that. They took my money 3 weeks in advance, meanwhile not replying to my emails, not answering to my many calls and then, when I arrived in Miami, I discovered that they overbooked me and they did not contact me directly either. So far, I did not receive any reimbursement nor the indication of a future reimbursement. Very dishonest people!
This place shouldn't be existing anymore with that kind of attitude and respect for their guests — me and my brother wanted to check in later because our flight to Miami got cancelled due to bad weather conditions. After spending the night at the airport we got an information that our reservation at MPD B&B has been cancelled — we didn't show up at specific reception opening hours :) I sent them about 5 mails with the information that we will be coming late because of circumstances that didn't lie in our hands and were still willing to pay the whole amount. As you can guess we were actually charged the whole amount without even having the possibility to check in which is absurd and very sad at the same time. A total lack of respect towards the customer and complete rudeness are a very mild description of the person who runs this object and I recommend everyone to stay away from there since their attitude to a potential guest like me says it all!

Pauline was amazing! She went to bed early every night in order to wake up before the sun rose to cook everyone breakfast. She helped me through some emotional things I was facong, and took time out of her busy schedule to talk with me for hours and encourage me. She has a very sweet personality and really cares about people. She was great at checking with guests to see how they were and even helped with tourists attractions and directions when needed. I went there recently to visit and couldn't find her because she no longer lives there. Does anyone have her contact info so I can keep in touch with her? Thanks, Bridget Pérez.
