A place and central to enjoy accompanied by your partner or family. Very quiet and cozy, with kitchen and everything to feel at home. Some aspects to improve, would be to improve the variety of the buffet in the mornings, almost every day I have eaten fried eggs and their variations.

Please do not spend your money here. Management can care less about guests or their complaints. The TV goes out when it rains. This is florida it literally rains everyday in the summer. They even deleted our corrected reservation made via telephone. They are unprofessional, do not take complaints seriously. Family vacation ruined! We came from different states and our checkin took 3 hours after driving and flying all day. Got into the room after 11pm. Hungry annoyed and 2 days later no phone call from corporate. Again, please go anywhere except here. Honestly, you would get treated better at a motel. I just waited on line for clean towels and someone else was waiting for clean sheets. On line at the laundry door. House keeping addressed us with “what you want”

I like the hotel, it has a quiet atmosphere and excellent service.

We have had a FANTASTIC experience at the HYATT house Miami Airport. That free breakfast is OUTSTANDING! They make your omelette right in front of you. They have eggs, sausage, home fries, fresh fruit, regular milk, almond milk, orange juice, and so much more! This is an excellent hotel!

My stay the past 3 weeks here were horrible… the maids were rude and I had to ask them to clean my room when it’s supposed to be cleaned every day. The pool was dirty. People were out by the pool being loud and partying all hours of the night when the pool was supposed to close at 10. My microwave was broken and it took 2 days for them to fix it and I had to remind them to do so. And lastly there are BUGS like wtf. I immediately checked out because this is nasty and not okay. But side note the breakfast was pretty good. HYATT house Miami Airport.

Fantastic experience as a first timer.

The cleaning ladies here are very professional! Omg! They made the whole hotel smell heavenly! The male managers were very respectful and concerned. The female receptionists on the hand … is a different story. Just ask to speak with the male manager. I’d have an issue. Over all stay was fabulous. Good breakfast and clean secured pool! Our kids had a blast! Their in-house bar and restaurant was A+ for me. Thank you!

Prepaid my room, asked for accessible, got regular room. Nothing to hold on to. The toilets are on the floor, made for little kids. If you are handicap that's a problem. Not a location that's worth $268 per night. Very dated and definitely not the Hyatt Brand I'm use to. I won't be coming back. Language barriers is an issue. Very unsatisfied. Went to the loby to use the rest room.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean and really quiet. A lot of times hotels near airports and interstates are not very peaceful but I managed to get some great sleep. Plus having a nearly full functioning kitchen definitely helped me save some money on this long trip by being able to make my own meals. Wish I could have stayed longer than two days!

I stayed here recently with my husband and two small children our stay was exceptional I have no complaints, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful with every request I made. Breakfast was amazing especially the customized omelet station. Everything at this hotel is well layed out and they thought of every detail. Room came equipped with a full kitchen stocked with plates, forks, paper towel, dish detergent, you name it they provided it. The laundry room was also an added bonus for us because of the kids. Wifi was extremely fast. Located near the airport and lots of places to eat or get last minute items you may have forgotten at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know especially families that are looking for a home away from home on a vacation.

Shuttle to hotel was quick from airport. Very nice, clean rooms. Pool was fabulous, standard breakfast. Best staff at front desk! Helped arrange transportation to the port. We really appreciated that!

This hotel is ideal for families looking for large spaces during a short stay in Miami or for executives who need a comfortable place to work and sleep during a long season. Each room has separate spaces (bedroom and living room) plus a well equipped kitchen. Its location is ideal for those who want to be close to the airport and the Coral Gables area. Ita is simple hotel, without great luxury but with the comfort that is expected from the Hyatt chain.

Very nice hotel, located at the airport. The service is excellent, the rooms super spacious, with everything prepared for you to make your own meals, I talk about cooking, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher… The breakfast is also very good. It has a bar to eat something, and although its menu is not very varied, everything is of great quality.

Great option if you are going to stay for a while alone or with your family/friends. Clean, well organized. Hotel’s staff is really friendly. Shuttles from the airport, on demand so call them as soon as you’re free.

Wonderful hotel. The suites are very spacious, all very well organized so that the stay is excellent. The buffet breakfast is exquisite, they have very good variety for all tastes.

Good motel very close to Miami airport and connected very easy with the interstate. The service is of good quality and the staff is very courteous. It's not that expensive to stay at this hotel.

The only place I stay when I'm in Miami. Great service nice and friendly staff. Wide selection for Breakfast. My only complaint is 4dollars for every package shipped there for you that ridiculous.

Check in was normal and uneventful. But than we got to the room carpet was fraying, windows were filthy and the screens were off the window tracks laying against the fake balcony. As be walked down toward the pool (with the kids) I asked the man in the restaurant how the food was. With his back turned, ear buds in and behind the bar (with no others in there) no answer. My wife said let's go, I asked him again… how's the food? He said " good " that's it. So we walked out to the pool. It was busy the kids were excited than started saying we are not swimming in there. I walked over and there was poop piles all over the pool side. Not one or two, more like 10 or 15 piles of poop on the pool deck. How the hell does this happen? (we reported That to the girls behind the desk) We left and ate off site because of the rude most unwelcoming by the restaurant employee. Upon return (about 8pm) we went to the pool, the poop was cleaned up. Not one towel to be found. Outdoor showers didn't work and some lady was smoking. Terrible experience would absolutely not recommend. Maybe with new management and some accountability this would be nice, not now. Go elsewhere!

We did not find our actual accommodation and booked the room shortly before checking in at night on the internet and then drove to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and for people who were fleeing at Miami International Airport there was a departure board. The room was very nice and had a pleasant size. There was a pool spa and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel to all people, special for those who depart next day at Miami International Airport.

Don't expect too much!

I really like going to Hyatt House. Rooms are very spacious and there is a wide variety for breakfast.

So for its good. Rooms are clean, pool is clean. Have not got into hot tub as of yet. Many restaurants and all kinds to choose from.

If you are passing through it is a good place to spend the night. Clean good economic care.

Clean and pretty comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Nice outdoor pool as hot tub. Only complaint was noise from planes overhead which was about once an hour and I think it was the ice machine or something buzzing we could hear from our room.

So far the Hyatt House has been great! Friendly staff, pretty good food at the airport and restaurant, and comfy beds. The rooms are a little old around the edges, but overall it's a great place. They even have peacocks roaming in the courtyard!

Luxury rooms good location. Very good connectivity to different points of the city. Despite the proximity to the airport the insulation of the rooms allows to attenuate quite the noise of the planes.

The HVAC system is loud (so loud I could hear the others' units in their rooms) and not as strong as you might like. The hot tub was gross, but the pool was mostly clean. The free breakfast is extensive and lasts until 10am, which was very nice. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was efficient.

I always deal with this place when I'm in Miami, about 5-6 times a year for business. I come on down to inspect the Sysco location in Miami for my restaurants, and I have always been impressed with this hotel. Last time, service was great from an employee named Vivian, and a employee who went by the street name Mark, I believe. Good breakfast as well.

The hotel has a Caribbean feel to it. The lobby is small but nice. The conference meeting room is medium sized and suitable for a variety of functions. The staff is very professional and service oriented.

I booked and confirmed a room for my mother and father to stay the night (Sept 1). They had gotten off an 8 hour flight, only to be turned away AFTER they got there, because of a flooding issue at the hotel. Does management have no responsibility to inform their customers earlier if there is an issue? Because I was not contacted in any form. I found it to be very irresponsible. I'd give them 0 stars, but at least they are working to find another hotel around the vicinity for my parents. I just found it terrible that my elderly parents have to go through this. EDIT: Was 2 stars, now, if I could give them a 0 I would. When I called to ask what was the situation with the rooms, the front desks words were, in a very unprofessional tone, "The pipe burst 2 days ago, but the damages are expensive and take awhile to fix. " Totally understandable, but why weren't we given notice? Also, when at the hotel they were transferred to, they were told the had to pay AGAIN because the Hyatt refunded the costs without telling them. Their hotel rate was higher because of the short notice, and the poor front desk at this hotel had to call back to the Hyatt 3 times to get things sorted. Currently 11:22 PM and they've been there since about 9 PM.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The added bonus is the free breakfast offered every morning.

The Hyatt House Miami Airport hotel was very nice. Seems you get a lot of room space for the money. I was in Miami visiting one of my uncles in the hospital, and the family (my cousins) was using this hotel as home base. Location to the airport was great, maybe 7 minutes. Location to the hospital was great, less than probably 15 minutes. I ended up with more room space than I had expected. I'm used to a room with a bed, a bathroom, and some storage space like a closet or alcove for hanging things. This hotel gave me a queen sized bed, two TVs, a corner couch unit, a dressing area and sink with a separate toilet and shower room, and a kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, dishes and silverware, coffeemaker, and the list goes on. WAY more than I expected, and WAY more than I used. The room itself seemed clean and was comfortably cool all night. Water pressure was good. Everything in the room was pretty nice, and way more than I needed or expected. The hallway near my room, and other areas and floors, all seemed to be in need of some cleaning. Small debris made it look dirty in some areas. Granted, I checked in around 6 pm, and checked out at about 6 am, so maybe my timing was off for the cleaning. Compliment breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty from which to choose. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a place where I would definitely consider staying again if I find myself back in Miami!

Im a returning customer. From hosting at least 3 family reunions and leisure… I enjoy this hotel. It's near the airport and expressway. Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. During my last visit the weather was horrible. It stormed so badly our picnic was canceled only due to the weather. It was scheduled at a local beach shelter. … The hotel made immediate accommodations for my family reunion picnic to be held near the pool area in the poolhouse and breakfast area. Oh what joy we had for the remainder of the reunion at the Hyatt House.

I stayed at this place for 2.5 months. The amenities they say they have hardly work… BBQ, washer/dryer, wireless Internet and even the cable. I have switched rooms twice because of leaks in the ceiling. Through these inconveniences, there was no offer for a reduced rate. All of this is in addition to an on-going, loud renovation. The care factor of staff is Nil. This place is rubbish.

Pros: Nice 3 star (m) hotel. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Close to airport. Complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere in 2 miles radius. Large spacious rooms with Kitchenette. Cons: 25 mins from South Beach. Starting to show its age.

Hyatt House was a great experience for our vacation. Much cheaper than bring on the strip but just a 15-20 min drive. Very nice accommodations.

The stay was unforgettable q had my son and I have lost the flight to Costa Rica. Since q became Felix airport made us feel super insurance by their great sympathy and kindness for my son and myself to the point q want to return, then at the reception were very attentive with us as Sarah, the new Venezuelan girl and boys Johan and dawn, really all a quality of human beings, ah and also by a misunderstanding of my cute q official was sure q my son and I found ourselves well, by Matthew last q was so nice when it came to review us screen q could not see well good image and at breakfast was also very rich all! Truth will have q back not for a night, but for much longer!

Fantastic place to stay. With full kitchen, makes a week stay for work much healthier. The BBQ grills by the pool are a great for evening social.

The hotel was directly off the freeway… That was a plus. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was very polite (Mucho Gracias), but the staff at the desk were horrible. They had a little area that you could purchase snacks and etc. They had us waiting for a long time without any kind of acknowledgement. Then when it was time to pay for our items, they didn't even speak or apologize for the wait (more than once). When it was time for us to leave we were trying to save time by taking their shuttle but they were acting like they didn't want us to take the shuttle, as if we didn't have enough time and we did. So, we all just got in the rental car and went to the airport. The hotel itself was nice, but nice means nothing if the customer service is bad.

Great hotel! Very clean & welcoming! Very nice staff! The man who checked us in upgraded us for free, a wonderful treat after a long 3 hour drive from Key West. Huge two bedroom suite, comfortable bed & pillow! In the morning, they had a huge buffet breakfast! I was impressed! Will definitely stay here again!

I just went step to pick up a friend. But I found the place seemed nice and clean mu.

To my surprise the room was far better than what I was expecting from a 3 star hotel. Very large and spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. I also used the hotel gym during my stay the weight range was lacking, but it made up for that with cardio equipment.

Had to relocate here for 3 weeks while repairs to my apt in Miami were being made. Great 1& 2 bdrm suites with full kitchen, laundry facilities on site & free breakfast in AM. Convenient location. Very clean. Many families stay here so between kids & planes taking off at all hours, it can get a bit noisy. Other than that — great stay.

Upon pickup — driver spoke no English. Then proceeds to drop another passenger off at a place nowhere bear the airport. Finally on the way to the hotel he then gets on his cell phone… yes while driving after fussing at others driving and. Being on the phone. Due to the outstanding reviews I read about this Hyatt House, I booked and stayed in this hotel with my two sons while on business in Miami from October 26th until November 6th, 2015. Both, my check-in and check-out were fast and easy. I was upgraded from a single suite to a suite with two separated rooms, each one had its own plasma TV with a full bath, closet and a vanity, one of the suites had a King size bed and the other one had a Queen bed plus the sofa bed in the living room with a third plasma TV at no extra charge as they appeared to be super overbooked at the time; it was like having our own apartment including cleaning services, lucky me! The rooms and hotel common areas were clean and comfortable. My room was always spotless thanks to the cleaning ladies; they did a remarkable job every day. My bed was always fresh clean and cozy. The amazing free breakfast buffet offered many choices for food and drink. The hotel has complimentary Wi-Fi and free shuttle to the airport. Although I did not swim while there, the outdoor pool looked inviting. But the best part was the outstanding staff, especially Gladys, at breakfast; she went beyond my expectations, she genuinely seemed to enjoy being a hosts as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you!

Was on a business trip. I was charged twice for a two day stay and I called and was told it was a computer error but still Im still waiting on my refund. I wish I had read the reviews I would've thought twice about staying here.

Overcharged and Double Charged! 2 issues, we were overcharged from reserved priced and charged for a no-show for a 2nd reservation/room which was due to hotel computer glitch! Brought it up with Sijan when checking out, called hotel on 7/9 when noticed the charges & lady rush me off the phone only taking my name & # and was to research and call back, then called again on 7/11 when no one returned my call as stated and got to talk to Yvette, Dir of Sales. After review, was told the 2nd charge was a no-show charge for a 2nd room but was found to be a computer glitch. **If it was a so-called glitch why was I even charged! Why would I check in for one room and not the 2nd! Clearly stated at check-in that was only for 1 room, SMH! ** Yvette advised difference of overcharge & 2nd balance was submitted for refund. Its been almost a week and haven't heard anything, call nor email about anything. Seems like there is no effort in getting this straightened out. Everything was good from facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, comfort & location! Until we were overcharged and seems like we're getting the run around and not getting any resolution! RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE, WILL UPDATE REVIEW WHEN THIS GETS RESOLVED!

My home away from home in every sence. The staff outstanding and the general manager beautiful and the sales manager as well… they are very nice and always trying to fulfill your needs. Very nice place, rooms are quiet despite been close to the airport…

Excellent accommodations, close to the expressway, grocery store, restaurants. Staff is professional and pleasant. Rooms are spacious, clean and feel like home.

Just perfect. We had a mini apartment complete with everything. Good and plentiful breakfast. Every day at 7:00 pm is offered a snack for socializing among guests. Free parking. Near the airport but no hassles from noise. Near the Dolphin Expway to 20 minutes from the Ocean.

Horrible. Very unfriendly front office staff. They charged me for a night I did not spend there. The breakfast is boring. No variety at all. Same scrambled eggs from Monday to Sunday.

Ahh, opposite the store there is a Cvs and a Walgreens.

One can see that the emphasis on customer service is high. Everybody goes the extra mile to prove that this is so. The work ethic is exemplary. Starting from the General Manager, Gody who is seen doing duties in any area to ensure that the system works well. The shuttle drivers Felix and Alberto, and a third one whose name I did not get. At the front desk Amanda, Carlos and others, the assistants in the dining area, the maid who works on the third floor (318). They all show a great commitment to satisfying their customers'demands. A wonderful place to stay. Complimentary hot breakfast, the whole works. Great team team Gody has there.

This Hyatt House is Dirty, Smelly and Old, need I say more. Old wouldn't be bad if it was clean and cared for. It give the Hyatt name a bad reputation. And they give your room away despite being in their loyalty program. The night shift ladies need a lesson in Customer Service care. Even their uniforms were dirty! I'll never return to this property.
