I enjoyed unbelievable live music! Cant wait to have the right date to come back with ❤️ the food it’s great, everybody is so genuinely kind and lots of good vibes.

Just a Wonderful Experience! Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Staying at the Como Metropolitan has a more personal experience than staying at the larger hotels. There’s no waiting for service, elevators or anything. Will definitely choose the Como for all our future accommodations. Beautiful Hotel!

We travel a lot and I have to say that COMO Miami was one of my best hotel experiences so far.
The friendliest staff ever especially at the pool bar but at the restaurant, valet and conciegre too. Every single staff member has a smile on their face — and not the fake one! Our room was spotless clean. Every drink and meal we had was amazing. I really liked the breakfast as well as the very nice and special dining experience at dinner.
I usually miss my vacations only when it's time to go home but this time I actually miss Como the hotel itself too. I wish we'd stayed longer. Next time in Miami we will probably book Como for the whole trip… Thank you guys!

Excellent facility with a staff who will go out of their way to ensure you are pleased with your stay. The bar tender Ozroe and manager Sophie were of great company who were always greeting people with friendly smiles. The folks at the concierge never steered us wrong and were extremely helpful in assisting us with directions, places to eat, or just things to see. We look forward to our next stay! Thank You for such an enjoyable experience.

Perfect place for an staycation or weekend gateway. Staff was great and very friendly. Rooms are clean and have a vintage modern look very appealing. If you enjoy a great view, please spend some time at the pool on the roof. Enjoyed the beach by walking around the area. There’s so much to do. Nice to enjoy Miami Beach as tourist do. Thanks!

Loved everything about this little hidden gem. The desk for guest services was amazing. You couldn't ask for better customer service. The rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom were clean and that the most important part for me bc that's where I'm laying my head and showering. The ocean is a few steps away. The pool is a nice little relaxation area as well as the roof top hydrotherapy area. Thank you for the clean rooms the most but thank you for being kind during check in and check out. Can't wait to come back.

Perplexed at how this is a 5 star hotel — stayed just 1 night here, and disappointed by the level of service which is not befitting a Como hotel from check in to checkout. The hotel itself is in a beautiful art deco building, and while the room designs are pretty with light green corrugated walls and terrazzo tiles, the hotel overall seems to be needing an upgrade. Rooftop terrace and the Como spa are a little small. There are so many other hotels to choose from, even on Collins Avenue itself, I will definitely not choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel by the the beach. Fine resort services, pool and bar. Rooms are nice despite the small beds. The art deco arquitecture is always an attraction but the elevators are too slow and makes you wait too much for an 8 floor building. Anyway the cost is fair and I do recommend the place.

Super basic and not on par with other Como Hotels. Complex billing scheme is just that, a scheme. Avoid at all costs. Very basic room with dirty bathroom floor and not even fancy amenities! I was told bill would be $800 for 2 nights and it came to over $1200. Really vague emails about the pricing. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel at all. Save your money and go to literally ANY other hotel in South Beach.

Loved that this hotel was smaller then a lot of other options nearby. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and Drinks at the Traymore bar was fun in a awesome setting. The hotel rooms are bright and cool. The rooftop hydrotherapy pool steals the show, amazing and stunning to be up there. Highly recommend a stay at the Como Metropolitan Miami.

Great location, beach front, hidden, pool with bar, rooftop hydrotherapy pool, reputable restaurant/ bar with outdoor seating, rooms with balconies, full service spa, super friendly staff, no complaints.

This hotel met beyond expectations. The staff made us feel like royalty on our 4 night stay. Staff was very friendly, nice, helpful, and caring. S/o to Sergio. He’s wonderful. He made himself memorable just by the awesome service that he gave. From bringing our bags to our room to a quick room tour. The room provide robs and slippers. Room service and other needs was very easy to obtain. S/o to Tye in the spa for being so helpful and very nice. This hotel is so nice. Every time you step in any room your are greeted. Even if you use the lobby restroom and walk back out. You are greeted. Lol. Awesome. S/o to pool service (he had on blue shorts) excellent customer service. And the 2 young guys on the beach that serviced us. I don’t remember all names but everybody provided excellent service. Thanks for the treats that was left in our room. Delicious. And the comp espresso machine in our room came in handy. Thanks again. We are definitely staying here again on our next visit.

100% best little boutique hotel ever. Service by ALL staff is impeccable and friendly. Rooms spotless, cleaned twice a day, got an upgrade for my birthday and added convenience of having us be able to get access to our room at 630 am after a red eye which NEVER happens in real life. Awesome food, both in room service and restaurant there for breakfast or dinner is SO delicious and drinks by the pool are to die for. Low key so if you want to party just go out to party and then you can come home within walking distance or $10 uber ride to a nice quiet clean adorable hotel. I would only stay here if visiting Miami beach again :)

Our server Jermaine was amazing but, he was the only server one which he did very well. But I just don't understand why the restaurant didn't have anything I wanted to order. There was no manager on the floor at all. Jermaine was the best thing in the in restaurant. You guys need to hiring a other manager that is going to be on the floor at all time. Not sure what was going everything just seems out of order. Like I said Jermaine was amazing and a outstanding server. The management is really needs help and whoever orders the food needs help or needs to order more food especially on weekends.

Great hotel room clean comfortable beds, very nice staff.

Food was excellent, the Cuban sandwich was the best I had while in miami. The fish tacos were absolutely top notch, lightly fried and topped with a jalapeño crema. The happy hour gin specials at 9 bucks were pretty decently prices for the area. Gimlets all day!

Fabulous hotel with gorgeous rooms, service-oriented staff (thanks, Nicole, Lyle and Jared! ), beautiful accommodations, great spa, excellent food (everything we had was delicious, including the lobster rolls, ceviche, fish tacos, burger, fish n chips and burrata salad) and ideal location.

Phenomenal, life changing experience, this is a great place to leave the Hussle and bustle behind. Staff is so excellent especially Joe and Patricia. I'm making it a plan to come back again. Henry the GM is very personable and makes sure all of your stay is perfect. Thanks again for the most wonderful experience… Man the music they play is awesome.

The hotel is pretty close to the center of the city. We had the suite rooms, and they were very luxurious. If there I anything to complain about it would be the noise early in the morning, from the traffic. The staff was very friendly and nice towards us.

Very clean and nice hotel. Location is alright — could be closer to the bars, restaurants, and shops of South beach. No parking for your car unless you use valet which is $42 per day.

Miami Beach is beautiful for its hotels its beaches, its restaurants and the typical Cuban food and as a drink the prude finally a paradise.

This vacation experience was phenomenal. (Actually we are still here as I am writing this review) Upon entering this beautiful hotel, the first thing I noticed was how good it smells. The fragrance throughout the hotel, in the elevators, in the rooms just heavenly. We were greeted by the most professional, warm and friendly staff. One of the young ladies (she did introduce herself but I'm horrible at remembering names) walked us to our room giving us a tour of the hotel so we …could take full advantage of all that is offered here and she even explained how to operate everything in our room. Every employee here at the hotel from the valet to the housekeeping staff to the bellhop to the waiters, bartenders, concierge, etc are all really wonderful… As I'm writing this, housekeeping just now knocked at our door to ask if we needed turndown service and to be sure we had all we needed-towels, soap, bottled waters. Seriously, such excellent customer service! Everyone here has made us feel like we are the most important special guests. We scheduled appointments for spa services prior to our arrival. The absolute best facial and my husband felt the same way about the massage. The hotel location for us is perfect. So quiet and relaxing. Far enough away from the craziness a couple of miles down. I feel completely pampered and relaxed. And boy did we need some R&R. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

Great, friendly staff. Service on the beach, hydrotherapy hot tub on the roof, location, great bartender, everything about this place is perfect. The hotel is located close enough and yet far away from the craziness of south beach, so it is your choice if you want to head over to south beach for the night or stay on the quieter side.
The service at the hotel is outstanding. We will definitely be back again.

This place is amazing. Me and my wife stayed there this past weekend for our 3 year anniversary and it was perfect. Rooms were beautiful and staff was amazing. I have never had this good of service at a hotel in my life. Prices are a little high on food but it is totally worth it. Definitely returning!

They don't change the sheets. They didn't check the tissue. They didn't bring clean towels. The TV went out for 2 days. The iron was broken. The ironing board was broken. The worst service I have ever received from a Hotel that cost more than $1000 for 3 night stay. I would NOT recommend this HOTEL to Anyone. The ratings online said the HOTEL was 4.5 Stars… clearly more like a 1.5 star establishment.

Really good service and good, big and clean room. We were on our honeymoon and we found ourselves a little sweet gesture of the house, which was really nice! We find that the price/quality is good: you pay good money for a good hotel! And we find it really nice that this is not such a big hotel of comparing the the other (noisy) hotels down the beach. The service is also personal. They really like to want to male you feel at home. Everyone was super friendly! The only thing I somehow feel a bit uncomfortable by was the bar. Last night we had a few drinks, but the bartender was really busy, all night, talking Spanish with some other guests. As we asked for another drink, he was really ok with getting it, but it felt like being on the wrong birthday-party of someone you don't know. If returning to Miami, def staying here. Also recommending it to other people!

Everyone at the hotel has been extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. The room is very nice, the pool area is superb and its in a more quiet and relaxed part of SoBe but still seconds away from all the action.

Most hotels in South Beach are purchased, painted, and give a new furniture, and then the rates are doubled. This place feels like it was correct from the start. That, combined with the very friendly and amazing service, we were happy we chose this hotel. Even though we only were there for one night.

The Hotel neglected to print or tell that the name on the building was Traemore. The address and sign that said Metropolitan by Como was no where in sight. We drove in circles until we finally found the hotel. When I booked the hotel they said it was partial Ocean view. We overlooked a parking lot and the beach was no where in site. The room was fairly big considering a small hotel. In the bathroom there were no amenities, (nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash or body cream). I have traveled all over the world mostly staying in 5 star hotel. I have a hard time even giving it a solid 4. I will say the staff was very nice and accomodating but the front desk was very slow with checking in.

Nice hotel with plenty of character in a great location. Not too big — there is no rowdy club downstairs, the beach and pool feel very private, you see the same staff members constantly, etc. Staff was very attentive at all times. Rooms were not lavishly luxurious, just nice and in good shape. Nice pool out front with plenty of seating/lounging; sauna, big hot tub, and workout room on the roof. A solid 4 star place. Pros: Location, size, affordable, staff, amenities. The list of cons is small: On top of the $25 resort fee (common at most hotels), there is an extra $25/day umbrella rental fee for the beach (but not the pool). That felt a little cheap. There was some confusion/incongruity between the hotel and pool bars and the specials they were offering, especially during happy hour. Took some time to sort out. Great place, would definitely go back and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Used to stay at Traymore Hotel in 2004 for a month. I loved it. Amazing location, nice garden with large cocnut palmtrees. Hope they kept it. Nice art deco building. Please keep its spirit. Would love to see the new Traymore Hotel, alias Como. An ex guest from Budapest, Hungary.
