This business is harassing guests, sending staff to break into rooms late at night without consent and stealing/defrauding guests. At 11pm at night someone tried to barge into my room unannounced with a room key. I could not understand what the person was saying although I did not let them in my room. The next day I heard screaming from another guest complaining about the same issue (people breaking into her room) and one of the hotel staff wanted to physically fight this person. A few days after staying at this hotel I see an unexpected charge of 159$ on my credit card, the hotel says these are minibar charges despite me not taking anything from their minibar. When I called their manager informed me these charges "are my fault for not letting them check the minibar late at night". What kind of hotel check stock of their minibar late at night many hours after you check in? Ive disputed these charges with my bank but the hotel created a fake reciept of a bunch of stuff I never took and say that I made a non-refundable reservation. I booked and paid the reservation through a third party I also paid hotel fees upon check in, so what do fake minibar charges for things I never took have anything to do with a non refundable reservation?
