Lovely Italian restaurant Casa Mia in hotel! Perfect location!

Good hotel to stay for a few nights!
Very central, close to everything! Very good Italian restaurant in hotel Casa Mia.

Not the best but not the worst.
Website is completely wrong on a lot of things. I called ahead to let them know it was an anniversary weekend for me and wanted to do something special and if they could assist me. They would do nothing. Asked if maybe they could do rose petals on the bed like the website said and they said no, it could stain the sheets. Yes you get free chairs at the beach but no umbrella. No complementary breakfast. It was within walking distance of lots of fun stuff to do! Car got towed in our private parking area. Even though we had a paid ticket. Got it back for free but still it was a hassle to deal with while on vacation. Overall Miami was a blast but I’d try a new hotel next time.

Very well located, very clean, the breakfast plenty of choice and all rich… and the care is phenomenal, the rooms very clean and tidy… it is worth going.

Hotel was in a great location. A few blocks from the beach. On the strip where there are many stores and restaurants to choose from. Will choose to stay there again.

Staff atencioso e solícito. Acomodações novas e confortáveis, com design clean. Ótimo banheiro e boa limpeza. O local possui elevador. Único ponto a melhorar é a vedação de barulho dos quartos virados para a rua.

Great rooms and hotel structure in general, all seemingly new. Location is subpar to other hotels I've been to and staff at night was below expectations (was locked out of my room and there was no receptionist). Overall, solid hotel for a good price.

Just ok. But very clean. They do have a training problem at the reception. Prices seem to go up all the time!? Make sure they write what they promised.

Ok for a one night stop over but we had 3. The room was too small for 3 of us and there was no fridge or coffee machine which we’d had in every other hotel we’d stayed in. The front desk staff weren’t very welcoming! The lady that was in the dining area every morning should be put on the front desk! Very happy smiley lady! Nowhere to sit outside!

Good decoration and atmosphere, but does not have the minimum to be a good hotel, no minibar, shower girl, and without the support of soap or shampoo, no hair dryer, breakfast poor and you hear everything from the rooms above and to the side, in all the hotels I have been in Miami this is the one I liked the least.

The hotel is good. I have not put 5 stars because for the same price as a 5-star hotel and does not have the same services. It all works well. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious. The attention impeccable. The breakfast incomplete.

2 blocks away from the beach. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Great location for shopping and food. Free small breakfast, clean, ritzy. Sexy rooms great staff! Will stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and well located. But you can not sleep from the noise of the street. I think they should consider switching to one of the windows thicker.

For the first time I stay at the hotel, 4 nights in December, excellent location, a very modern hotel, very comfortable rooms, and close to everything,, the beach the center, but above all the staff, friendly attention, friendly attentive, Diana, Sue, all, made me feel very comfortable, except for the boy who was the night of my departure, quine does not speak Spanish, but also do not try to communicate with one, other than that the rest of the staff, I must say Congratulations and Thank you very much!
What if I must recognize is that the breakfast is very little, without variety and could improve it for a better service in providing the passenger, as well as the possibility of having a breakfast, gluten free!

Great location… Close to everything and the beach is 2 blocks away. Kudos to the front desk staff, Diana and Alex!
