This place is the absolute worst of the worst. The staff was rude from the time we check in and to the time we left. The managers are even worse. When we arrived our room was not ready so we were told as soon as the room was ready we would receive a call. That never happened. After waiting about three hours I went and ask the staff if the room was ready and they said yes. Once we got to the room we were highly disappointed we were expecting a room with a balcony. I called down to the front desk multiple times to try and resolve the issue but they wouldn’t answer. I went down and spoke to the manager and he told me he would work on finding us a room with a balcony and would call when he found one. That never happened. Even if he couldn’t find us a room he could have at least called and said that. Today 7/22 as we were checking out the same rude woman that check us in checked us out and told us we had a bill due $203 at a restaurant that we never ate at. I asked to speak to a manager again and basically he had the attitude of “what are u telling me this for” he didn’t help resolve the issue he was also rude. I will never stay here again. And if this issue is not resolved I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I expect someone from corporate to reach out to me immediately.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff and service. Atacan Akin, the Front Office Supervisor, took great care of us. He's very thoughtful and kind. He helped us out with upgrades and got us great rooms. He went out of his way to help us out. I have Titanium status with Marriott but that doesn't always do much, especially at Autograph properties, but he went the extra mile for us and upgraded both of the rooms we had booked. The rooms we have are great. The rest of the staff has been very nice, too. Miguel helped us with our bags. Mary sorted out our complicated reservations and helped us check in. Michaela has been taking care of us at the beach. They have comfy lounge chairs on the beach. Donna Mare restaurant has good service and food. The lobster and beef carpacchio and mushroom risotto were favorites. And we like the covered outdoor dining. The hostess was very nice, too.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Had to be moved rooms due to the air conditioning making a terrible noise then the new room had issues with the plumbing! took them 4 hours to send someone to fix this! One of the managers on shift was the rudest person I’ve ever come across Mary or Marcy 🤷‍♂️ after being there a day the front desk called us down to say we had to leave a deposit of $800 and if we didn’t pay this they would not let us back in the room! The list is endless I 💯 would avoid this place… looks nice when you first walk in but that’s about it….

I don't like they take like 500 in resort fees and deposit after I payed for resort fees small room needed two beds for me and my grown son 26 but they did not but did to others it was k.

It's very clean, friendly and helpful staff, a minute walk to the beach.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Just be prepared to have fun and get a workout in the process. The stairs at the hotel entrance was unexpected yet manageable; the pools, oh my, so much fun 🤩; the beach, just past the tiki bar. The Donna Mare was a little pricey, yet the service was good. I’d like to send a giant shoutout and thank you to Miss Kimberly (Manager) and Miss Consuela (Front desk agent) — I had reservation issues but these ladies went above and beyond to make it right. The suite was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. Cannot wait for my next visit!

This is a great hotel on Miami Beach. Good location, friendly staff, nice pools and the rooms are clean. Enjoyed my stay!

The Hotel was awesome from the time we got out of the taxi from the airport up until we checked out & headed back home. I loved the family pool & adults only pools being separated, & the cabanas were great. The pool attendants and cabana servers were all friendly, fast, professional & helpful. I would definitely like to come back again.

Staff was rude, expensive parking, overpriced and not worth the amount of money charged to stay there. Sheets didn't look clean, stained.

Loved the resort style atmosphere. I felt like I was on a secluded tropical island.

This hotel has potential. It is noisy because parents aren't parenting and staff does not intervene. Some staff members are extremely rude and short others are amazing and go above and beyond. The hotel is kind of dirty to be on the higher end, that is disappointing. Overall, I would rate this a 3 out 5. Honestly, I am on the fence on a recommendation.

So where do I start my first impression I was blown away from the checkin experience Alejandro and his team set the tone for your over all experience he’s also the front desk manager puts the H in Hospitality and is very knowledgeable and genuine which is very hard to find in the Industry these days he represents Marriott with Pride an joy and the pool attendants Johnny Barbie from the (cabana team) were a delight the tiki bar was awesome near the Adults pool which was a plus no kids the music throughout the property was on point the Cadillac Hotel is and oldie but don’t let it fool you it’s a Gem in North beach very posh and cute Loved it here And the Restaurant Donna Mare server roberto such a nice guy over all Satisfied Marriott Bonvoy Rewards member and a fellow Marriott Associate this property’s live up to the Standards to the fullest and I did not get the pleasure of meeting the GM but I noticed she was working on a sold out day on Valentines now that’s leading by example me and my husband visited from Cali and came to celebrate Our 4 year anniversary and Valentines best Experience ever COVID precautions Peace of mind Big Thank you to the Cadillac Staff and Management for everything.

This was my first time in Miami Beach. And I have to say that Working for an autograph hotel in Cincinnati truly is amazing! But to stay at another property in the autograph collection with the same amazing service, outstanding! It is an experience like no other. From valet drivers who remember who you are, to the most hospitable front desk associates, to the person who put out our beach chairs and provided us with towel service on the beach. Everyone was very kind and very helpful and to top it off The food was delish! I enjoyed my lobster tempura. I have to say that this hotel made my first trip to Miami Beach pretty awesome! Thank you very much and I will be back!

Beautiful rooms, amazing pool area and pool bar. I loved the ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really really good, even though it was kind of crowded at breakfast during weekends.

I can't say enough about this place. Wonderful location, it was built in 1940 and still has a 40s & 50s vibe. You expect to see Frank Sinatra come around a corner at any time. Super clean, and the entire staff is friendly and super attentive to your needs. Some amazing food, 2 pools, and of course the beach. We will definitely stay here EVERY time we come to Miami.

All staff is attentive, friendly and customer focused. They try to accommodate requests from customers. Great location with access to Miami Beach. Nice restaurant, Donna Mare with very good Italian food. I highly recommend, and will go back!

We were here 10 years ago when it was a Courtyard and it was nice. Now? It’s amazing! A destination. The staff are fantastic! The rooms are awesome!

Great place great beach lots of fun!

Hotel is really nice it’s older but good upgrades… however 2nd night in the lounge and there is no service one bar tender and he is to busy/slow to come serve anyone! Same thing would have happen last night but we made friends with that bartender In The day and he made an effort! Tonight zero stars on the hotel lounge and staff… plus I’m not drinking cheap tequila.

Can’t beat the staff here. Each one will go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. The property is beautiful. Small enough to receive personalized service, big enough to have options and privacy.

I recommend absolutely everything… each of the people we met were very friendly. From whom we received the car every day, as the one who offered us fresh fruit at the pool. The rooms spotless and all of the other areas.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and we loved every minute of it! I highly recommend this hotel and the Staff was awesome!

Very nice designer hotel right on the beach. Staff is friendly and the public spaces are gorgeous.

This hotel made our first experiance in Miami amazing! The staff was great, our room was really clean. The beds were super comfortable. The bartender in the lobby was really cool, I forgot his name but he was from Pennsylvania. Very outgoing and tried to make us feel very welcome, he was very talkative. He made an effort to find pineapple for our pizza, didn't find any. But the fact that he left the bar and went to check everywhere for pineapple let's you know how hard they try to make your experience really worth it! I give this hotel 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay there. The staff was incredibly helpful. We had great service throughout our stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Our stay at the Cadillac was amazing. From the second we got there, until the very end the service was amazing. The staff was excellent and always made sure we were taking care of. The pool staff was amazing (even took time to make a small hand made card congratulating us on our daughter we are expecting next month). Great for adults and families. Great outdoor space, awesome atmosphere. My new favorite hotel in Miami! This will be our go to every-time for now on! Thank you Cadillac!

Very friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. It was clean and classy.

It’s been a few years, but when we stayed there there was a super moon which enhanced our entire visit. I love the art deco architecture inside and out. Our room had a small balcony perched over the pool area on one of the art deco columns of architecture. The morning individually made omelettes were fantastic. Short walk on the boardwalk to the beach was an added adventure. Staying here contributed to our discovering how cool South Beach can be.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was by far the most incredible environment I have ever had the pleasure of staying in overnight! Unexpectedly, they upgraded us to beach front and showered us with gifts! Truly amazing! Poolside and beachside services were lovely. Thank you all for a wonderful memory. I wish we could have stayed the rest of the week!

Staying for the weekend. Everyone is so welcoming — from Anne at Patrick at the front desk, to Stefan who brought up our bags, to all the servers in the pool and beach area. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Perfect for couples and families.
