Great location, reasonable prices & beautifully decorated.

Clean room, a little small, but the service was great.

It is a very good boutique hotel. Very well located. Close to downtown and the beach. The staff very attentive and helpful. Very good cleaning.

Nice but sparse rooms, excellent bathrooms and decent location for the price. However, they like to sneak in expenses any way they can. The rooms are clean and bright, providing air conditioning, a safe, a mini fridge and a walk in closet. No microwave, no kettle and you have to ask the front desk for the air conditioner remote. Bathroom is small but clean with a luxurious shower and great water pressure. Hotel provides towels and a voucher for beach chairs, however if want shelter from the sun the prices are $10 for an umbrella or $20 for an umbrella and cabana. They prefer cash, the attendant had to manually type our credit card details in to use it. You can pick up your voucher from the front desk when you head out. Now, the problem with the hotel is that they market themselves as having very low prices, only to add on additional, unexpected charges at the last minute, not unlike some budget airlines (i. E. Spirit, Allegiant). When we arrived, we were charged an extra $40 we we're not told about (despite booking on their own website) and also weren't told about the additional beach umbrella expense.

Was a beautiful hotel. Very romantic and quite compared to others. Only complaint was the hot tub is only accessible if you get the spa. And the t. V was roku. And I didn't want to log into any of my own accounts so I wasn't able to get it to work.

Disappointing does not even begin to describe my stay at this hotel. When we first arrived, we were given a room that was extremely small, dated, and not thoroughly cleaned. The TV didn’t work, and there was no way to control the air conditioning so the room was freezing. The worst part, however, was that there were about 10 small, live worm-like bugs on the curtains and another dozen dead ones on the floor underneath. We alerted the front desk and were immediately moved to another (much nicer, cleaner, more modernized room). The next day, we found over a dozen more of the same live bugs on the curtains, sheets, and pillow cases of our new room, along with tons of what looked like insect wings or insect eggs all over the floor, bed, sheets, and night tables. We again complained to the front desk, and after telling them we would be checking out immediately, they refunded us for the one night we had spent there and the two nights we were cancelling. The two gentlemen at the front desk we dealt with were very accomodating, professional, and courteous, and they listened to our complaints and responded appropriately, but I will never be stepping foot in this hotel again and would not recommend it to other travellers.

We loved the hotel but DONT go with a car — virtually no parking anywhere. It's in a very pedestrian friendly area.

Well located. Small rooms, but not too small. Beds could be better, but they're comfortable enough. Rooms are clean and good looking, but there are some details that could be improved. Rooms are quite clean, just the bathroom extractor needs cleaning. I'd stay here again and would recommend it. Affordable rates for the location. Their jacuzzi area is quite cozy.

Located in a desirable part of Miami Beach, just a few blocks away from the beach. The front desk failed to mention the $18 a night service charge for lounge chairs and beach towels until we checked out. We used this service twice but they tried to charge it for three times. Untrustworthy. “Jacuzzi” was cold and staff was not friendly. Pictures are deceiving. Stains on floor and bathroom. Very small rooms! Ehhh.

I usually stay across the street at the Gale but tried and gave this a shot! Very nice, quaint spot. Lovely spa, and location!

I like the hotel but the staff is something else they need more training to greet people housekeepers is too loud loud loud in the mornings. Good nice clean hotel watch out with the staff.

Nice and cozy … bed and breakfast feel and literally just around the corner from everything.

I only gave one star so I could leave a comment, the owner of this establishment has a very unpleasant attitude and not to mention the room I was in there was mold & mildew in the tile of the shower/bathtub. You can barely turn around in the bathroom, very outdated.

I have absolutely no complaints and cannot say enough great things about this establishment! The staff is extremely accommodating and the rooms were super cute! The hotel had a great boutique spa feel but has a great history! The attention to detail is remarkable! I cannot wait to return!

Quaint establishment with a nice staff and has it's own restaurant easy walking distance to the Beach and other sights around South Miami Beach.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure! The location was excellent. Very close to the beach, good food, and the mall. Jesus, Alex, and the other service staff were excellent! They were very quick to help with everything we asked, and on top of managing the Lou going areas, bar, and spa. We would definitely ately recommend staying here!

Truly a remarkable experience. In researching this hotel we were so excited for a quaint botique hotel experience. It is located a couple blocks from the beach, a couple blocks from the Lincoln street mall and near many amazing restaurants. What could be better right? Well, when we arrived the amazing individuals at the front desk let us know we were upgraded to the Clark Gable suite. It was the largest, nicest suite in the hotel and we were incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience. We loved the deep jetted tub, the spa shower and the extremely comfortable king size bed. Many thanks to such outstanding service by Jesus and Alex. Their attentiveness and kindness are what you would find next-door at the Ritz, but they have mastered the boutique style quaintness with amazing service. We can't say thank you enough! But thank you, thank you. Thank you! We can't wait to stay again!

All they need is a Starbucks in the lobby everything else is great nice rooms a great patio with a hot tub beautiful flowers and vegetation and that wonderful staff.

Stayed at the hotel in April 2014. It's not a bad hotel, but it's all in Miami. Location is good! There's a hot pool. There are lots of shops! I have an ode for a walk tonight! The breakfast was delicious. There's a parking lot nearby.

Hotel near the beach. Not far from Ocean Drive. Room was up on the door to the bathroom in order — there was only a Lamellentür installed; quasi ventilation into the room. The staff was very friendly. Only in the Eingangsberrich there was a rather musty smell probably from old furniture came.

This hotel is a real jewel. It is a beautiful emerald mixed in with a group of large, corporate style hotels. And it outshines them all. Small, very classy, lovely decor, and first class care. The rooms, altho slightly small, are simply perfect with a touch of real care. Good location, at the north end of "South Beach"…. A block off Collins and 2 blocks to the beach. Every member of the staff that we interacted with were professional, friendly, and anxious to help. A nice little bar and sitting area with interesting music on Fri. And Sat. Evening are a nice touch. The in-house restaurant, "Pied a Terre" is excellent with a good wine list…. A slight touch of Paris.

Although we weren't impressed with the rooms, the customer service here is outstanding. Ricardo is as asset to this boutique hotel, and I hope they appreciate him.

Never to go again. Small rooms, needs major overhall, needs new beds, baths, paintings,. Lots of better rooms around for the same money which is not cheap. Its advantage is only its location.

Very good location to the beach and Lincoln rd. Staff takes pains. The hotel is but need renovations. The bathroom is quite old and our room was quiet but quite small. Is saber but sees through that age was all unkempt. We would no longer book this hotel for this high price.

Here now as I speak. I love this hotel! Quaint and great. Super nice staff and it's amazing how it takes you away from the hustle and bustle which is literally half a block away. Don't get me wrong, I'm a partier at heart, but you walk in and it's like the "life" is shut out. You walk in your room, silence, and it's just perfect. Kick back, get your rest, and hit the scene again! Discount vouchers for the beach (5 min walk) and nothing to complain about. Rooms are super cozy. Highly recommend.

I love this place. Small, clean, intimate. The staff is very helpful and professional. It's within walking distance of the convention center and ocean ave bars and restaurants and the beach. Whenever I go to south beach now I stay here. As for parking check with the front desk for options, theres a lot a block away I use that's very affordable. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

This is a very upscale boutique hotel. The standard room is small, but the room is quiet and well decorated. Staffs are friendly and very professional. The only thing you need to be awared is the parking situation. Talk to the front desk befor you park. I absolutely hate dishonest people and I had a very bad experice with the place I parked (I did not check with the front desk first).

My friend and I decided on this hotel from recommendations from trip adviser and we were not disappointed. We really liked this hotel, it is in a great location on south beach good value for money, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
