It is imperative that I take a moment to reflect on the stellar service, my husband and I received, while at the Ritz Carlton this past June. I specifically wish to acknowledge Josh Fudala, who went above and beyond to provide us a truly wonderful experience during our vacation. My husband and I stay at the Ritz Carlton everywhere we travel; this was the first time we were fully impressed by the consistency, generosity, hospitality and professionalism of your entire staff. Notably, Josh Fudala’s dedication to creating the ultimate guest experience. The original room we were given, was sided with a room shared by multiple women. The ladies were enjoying themselves, to say the least; they were very loud, rambunctious and inconsiderate of any other guests around them. Our stay was in celebration of my husband‘s birthday week and we were truly looking forward to a quiet relaxing vacation, away from our demanding work schedules. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the accommodations and requested a room change, Josh met and exceeded my expectations. We were given a lovely suite—finally, my husband and I could celebrate his birthday in the fashion we imagined. We were spoiled with the traditional acts of consideration, as customary at the Ritz Carlton, however the generosity seemed deeply genuine. For this, we are eternally grateful. Again, I must express my utmost gratitude towards Josh. I feel too often our society is consumed with negativity; we never take a moment to spotlight positivity. This was a true moment of shine! Thanks Josh!
