Surprisingly comfortable. Nice updates, granite surfaces, clean rooms, comfortable bed, adequate breakfast. I would (and most likely will) stay here again.

Very much liked staying here at this tucked away property off the highway and nestled next to cows and farmland. Property is maintained very well and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful, will return in the future!

Great place to stay. It is not anything special but if your looking for a bed and shower it is a great place to stay. The staff is nice and willing to make your stay great.

Not really much to say. It's okay. The bed was comfortable and after a day the air conditioner started working good. They have breakfast but it's the usual: cereal and waffles. They are stone's throw away from the Racetrac, so you won't starve to death. When I was there, they only had one ice machine working. The people behind the desk we're really nice. I'd stay there again, so it's not bad. I mean, it's a Rodeway Inn. Not that that's necessarily A Bad Thing, but it's not… Let me put it this way. My expectations were met, but not exceeded. Although a definite plus was having on demand programming on the in room television. I stayed there for 3 days because of work, and the on demand programming was an absolute savior from boredom. I guess I took the long way in saying that I enjoyed my stay, I would stay there again, but it's nothing spectacular.

Recently we spent 43 nights at Rodeway Inn, Haines City. It has been completely remodeled. We found the facilities to be clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and Mary in the office made the stay very enjoyable. We would recommend Rodeway Inn in Haines City to anyone whether you are staying over night or had a reason for an extended stay.

Very nice, recently renovated, the staff was very nice. The free breakfast is limited to waffles, toast, and cereal. The room was clean and the pool was nice. I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here a lot over the last 3 years. Staff is awesome and we have never had any issues. The prices are awesome. It is conveniently located near Legoland (under 15 minutes).

I had a very pleasant stay here. I was very impressed with how nice the rooms are and the level of cleanliness. Even had some great conversation with Mary at the front desk.

I stayed 4 nights here with my family. The room is newly remodeled and clean. Great room for the price. The pool was fun and refreshing. If you are budget conscious and need a comfy bed and clean room in or around Haines City you should definitely stay here.

I'm very disappointed with this place. While I wasn't expecting luxury or endless amenities, I did expect to be able to get a good night's sleep and a quick breakfast. This hotel has been "renovating" for more than 5 months now and have machines going at all times. Beyond that I was given no warning during booking about this. As for food, they certainly provide a free breakfast, if you're there before 9:30am. Such an early time seems odd for a town that doesn't have much to do. Overall the beds are okay and the rooms work but I feel that I was not given the comfort I was promised.

Mary at the front desk was very nice and even offered recommendations for local dining and attractions. The pool was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely use their facilities again.

No. No. Never again! We booked a week stay at this Rodeway because it was close to Disney and in-laws. Suite we booked was dusty, dirty, a huge hole in the bathroom door. AC/ heating unit in closet area rattled all night. TVs were fuzzy with very limited channels. Bed was comfy… the only plus. But, it was supposed to be a non-smoking rooms and there were cigarette hole burns in the flat sheet and bed spread. Housekeeping staff are incredibly lazy. They work on the smell of clean but don't actually clean. The bathtub, sink, bathroom floors were never touched. The sofa in the front room of the suite was very worn and uncomfortable. Thresh hold at the front door wasn't attached which left a large gap under the door. Hard wood laminate flooring had large gaps between the boards and was so very dusty. After bathing and drying off, from the bathroom to the bed, the bottoms of our feet were dirty! Really repulsive! I won't be spending another $1 in this hole. We checked out a day early and have yet to see the refund put back into our account. If anyone ever thinks of staying at Rodeway Inn & Suites in Haines City, FL because its close to Orlando… DONT DO IT! Never again! I have to wait 3 days after check out to report this on their website and then when I tried, they claimed my confirmation number was incorrect. It was the same numbers on my AAA paperwork and the same ones they used to check us in. Housekeeping is FILTHY!

Hello, my family and I have been coming here for just about three years now and we absolutely love it here. We have had some awesome family memories here which includes grilling steaks, and potatoes on the grill while watching the children play all day in the pool until they are exhaust… then we have to play a little tennis all while I wash ours clothes so they are nice and clean when we need them. Now that I have let you go into our wonderful stay here why don"t you come and experience this joy for yourselves. Have a wonderful day! from a satisfied guess and my beautiful family!

We stay here every time we make a trip to Florida. The rooms were always comfortable now they are even better since they have done renovations on them. The staff are always very respectable. Oh and they have a pool which is great! We usually have a few different family members come by to visit us and all the kids get to swim and visit. We've never had any issues with this either. It's just an all over great place to be!

Everything was a bit on the old side, but clean enough. Our mattresses were a bit saggy. Room size was ok. Quiet enough depending on which direction your room faces, but our room had a constant smoke detector going off. Nothing earplugs wouldn't fix. Be aware that the tap water has the apparently infamous Orlando tap water smell. Breakfast selection was ok.

Love this place. No frills hotel but the rooms are inexpensive and very spacious. Staff is patient and willing to compromise to make ur stay a more enjoyable one.

Great value for motel class. Similar priced to pure motels in the area but comes with breakfast, shampoo, moisturizer. Aging venue and thin walls but that's a given for this price range. Both morning and night staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked 4 rooms for a softball tournament. The rooms were great. Mary at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were more than adequate. She even gave us a list of the many restaurants and recommendations. Manny's was the best. Will use again next year.

Seemed a little expensive considering the location and quality, but I did book last minute, so high rate may have been my fault. Staff was friendly and there were no complications with check in our check out. I chose this location because it was close to a job interview; otherwise it's kind if in the middle of nowhere in particular. Has a fridge and microwave in the room, however the fridge made an awfully loud intermittent clicking noise different from the normal continuous noise normal refrigerators make (we ended up having to unplug it). The floor of the room was fake wood, but was oddly "sticky" feeling and had water residue streaks as if the floor was hastily mopped with the wrong cleaner and not given adequate time to dry. The towel that was placed on the side of the tub to be used as a floor mat did not seem to have been cleaned and had many dirt stains on it. Everything else was ok. They do offer a simple complementary breakfast including oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juice, and make — it — yourself waffles. Overall, an ok experience.

The Rodeway inn & suites hotels are alright. I've stayed at 2 different ones, one in winter haven and one in Dundee. The one in Dundee has good service and a decent breakfast. The one in winter haven, it doesn't have a good breakfast. And the service wasn't good but it wasnt bad either. But both hotels rooms are alright. They were both clean.

The location was perfect. Near shopping, restaurants and my family. The staff that I met was pleasant and informative. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities for the price. This was the least expensive hotel that we stayed at and I would have ranked it a "5 star" if the furniture was newer and bathroom larger. I would stay there again.

It's decent and affordable but far out. That being said, it was perfect for our Disney trip on a budget. It was roughly 30 min south of Orlando and had plenty of restaurants for our 10 day stay. It was quiet and we were happy to see other guests were not booked in side by side rooms. We had the pool to ourselves nearly every day and the kids loved seeing cows roam around behind a fence next to the grills. There was a free breakfast which included all the basics: waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, coffee, juice, milk etc. I'd definitely stay here again on another vacation with the kids. We were all exhausted by the time we got back to our rooms anyway. We couldn't have wanted more.

5 stars for a no frills motel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No seal under front door and mold. Obvious water damage on floor entering room. Floor hasn't been mopped since who knows when. Spider webs everywhere. Remote looked like it had 10 years of dirt on it. Looked like semen stains on the comforters. Bathroom smelled like a Wal-Mart parking lot with urine on the floors and at least 10 spiders and public hair in the bath tub. Nastiest hotel I've ever been in!

Stayed here a couple weeks ago, was so impressed, we really couldn't get over how nice the room was, spacious, large flat screen, double sinks, the shower was brand new as well as the flooring and bedding. It was clean and also had a microwave and fridge. We got in a little late, about 8:30, but we were still able to enjoy the pool, which was also very nice. The front desk guy was very accommodating with extra towels. Breakfast wasn't bad, make your own waffles, apples, cereal. I still can't believe we only paid 60 bucks for this room. We were at LegoLand the next morning in less than 10 minutes.

My family and I (16 of us) recently visited LEGOLAND and stayed the night here in between seeing the two parks. When we checked in, much later into the night, Frank was working, and he was a great help. He was very kind and friendly throughout the whole process. He explained to us the different ways we could pay and about the different rates, and helped us to get more towels, and helped us to receive our pizza because we did not know where to send it at first. He answered all our questions-and we had many! — in a manner that spoke of easy conversation. It was refreshing and pleasure to be able to interact with him especially considering it was close to time for him to get off of work, and he did not seem annoyed or tired or any manner of displeasure at getting us accommodated into our rooms. Rodeway Inn & Suites has a gem in Frank! Thank you again, Frank!

I highly recommend this hotel. My son and I spent 3 days here and the quality of service we received was beyond what was expected. The rooms were super clean and well kept, daily. They offer a small, but satisfying breakfast. We looked forward to waking up in the morning to drink coffee at the cafe area, just to talk with the friendly receptionist and other guests. I'm not a huge fan of hotels with exterior rooms because I've stayed at some in the past that made me feel unsafe, but this place never gave me that impression. So please, don't hesitate for a minute in reserving a room at this hotel. Thanks to every member of the staff for taking care of our needs. God bless you all.

Let's go with the positives first: there was a mini fridge in the room & a microwave. The room was mostly clean, good location. Did not see any signs of the dreaded bed bugs. Negatives: I will preface this — I was staying there as a single mom. The room was older, very dated decor. And I just didn't feel safe. Poor outdoor lighting, unable to park car in front of room. Room was located on outside of the building, not facing the interior "courtyard". To the point that I cut my stay a day short and went to a different hotel that was a bit further of a drive for me, but I didn't feel the need to sleep with the lights on all night either.

Great stay! Would come here again for next year's games. We were pretty much here to sleep and shower so it worked out perfectly. We were here for the spring games for college baseball and needed a good location from the airport to the diamonds at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex, Legoland, and where the team was staying. The floors are wood vinyl, double sinks, clean bathroom, air-conditioner worked great, beds were comfortable. Microwave and fridge allowed us to have a better breakfast. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the breakfast options. Although it was fine, it was pretty much waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and juice. If you are staying multiple days that gets old. The service was great and they were able to provide us with a lot of fun ideas that were close to visit and on a budget.

I am a regular here, I travel back and forth to visit family. These rooms are always very clean, and smell great. I love the people that work here too. When I in the area I will only stay at this hotel. The pool is beautiful too, and I love the fact that anything that I ever need, any staff is always willing to help. I love this hotel it is amazing and I do recommend it for anyone who wants to just relax. They have Wi-Fi for the guest and a outdoor pool as well it's amazing!

Not a bad place. Only saw one bug. Just my son and I got a few days, went to Legoland. Felt a little antiquated, like a motel from National Lampoon's Vacation, but served its purpose. Continental breakfast was limited on choices but it was better than going somewhere to pay. All in all it's a decent place for the price unless you're use to the finer things in life.

I am a truck driver. Recently I found myself broke down and stranded at a truck stop in Haines City, FL. I had to find a hotel for the night. This is an involved process as it requires approval from management, and then a money transfer for the amount of the hotel. I spoke a couple of times to Martha to get the information I needed. Once I had all the steps taken care of I needed to arrange transport to the hotel. I called Martha again to see if she could possible call me a cab. Her reply was "Can't someone at the truck stop call you a cab? " Stay classy Martha… perhaps you should consider a field that doesn't involve hospitality… or at least look up the word hospitality in a dictionary. Never got to see this Hotel, but if there was a lower possible score than one star, I'd give it.
