Nice place to stay, wonderful breakfast, comfortable room: but the best part of the stay is the AMAZING staff. Day manager, night manager, breakfast staff, everyone was terrific.

Been here for about 2 months and love this place. The rooms are super clean and fresh and the staff could not be any nicer. There's a good breakfast rotation and the kitchen staff would do anything for you. This is where I'll stay when I come back to this area.

I stay here every time I visit my parents and it's a nice clean hotel. Nothing fancy and I want to remove 1/2 a star as their suites are really just larger rooms with a couch where most hotel suites are separated and have a 2nd TV. Overall though it's a great place to stay, very friendly staff and very convenient.

Rooms look brand new. They are modern. White bed spreads. Very clean. There is a great free breakfast and there is even cookie time. Everyone was very friendly who worked here. It's right in the middle of a shopping plaza. This hotel is dog friendly.

Great hotel with a good staff that is quick to pick up on implied requests. The breakfast is also really good, which I did not expect. Probably the best hotel in the vicinity (better than the Holiday Inn in Winter Haven, imo).

Best place in New Wales to stay. Everything was very clean and working properly. Includes a large variety of free breakfast choices that saves you money when you get up in the morning. Even had egg whites omlet with vegetarian options.

Room was clean. Check in was fast. Every night there is a theme in the lobby. (Free cookies, popcorn, ice cream, or movie night! ) The staff was very polite and respectful. Nice selection and hot, fresh breakfast.

I stayed here for three nights and loved it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing I would rate a negative is the access to the hotel from 27 is not user friendly. If you aren't from the area you would never know there is a hotel in the same parking lot at as Home Depot. Other than that a great place.

Highly recommended hotel, specially if you're visiting Legoland. It is less than 6 miles away (by car) and located in a very calm and quiet area. There are several food optiones nearby as well as gas stations and department stores. The room is very clean and the beds are perfect for a good night sleep. The complimentary breakfast is good and offers various options: cereal, oatmeal, coffee and juices, pancakes, toasts, eggs, sausage, etc. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has a pool and business area that counts with two desktop computers and a printer. If while you're staying in the hotel, you decide to go to Legoland and still don't have your tickets, they offer discounted ones, so be sure to ask at the front desk. One thing I would advise is to check the elevator; although it is working fine, sometimes it makes a weird sound when going up from the Lobby.

I’ve stayed here the last 2 time I’ve been to legoland. The first time it was getting remodeled and this 2nd time here it’s beautiful, the room and bathroom was spotless. Great customer service with Olivia and the gentleman that was with her the night we stayed I didn’t get his name but we are very happy we stayed here again.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly! The room was very clean and pretty. We had the free breakfast and it was great! I would definitely stay here again.

I want to mention that I saw both positive and negative reviews on this hotel. That being said, I thought this was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, "hot water was no problem", breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls! The décor and surroundings were up to date and nice. And last but certainly not least the staff was great and made our stay very pleasurable. When I'm in the area again I will certainly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic hotel! It's minutes away from Legoland, has a GREAT breakfast with a pancake station, and staffed by wonderful people. Walmart is less than 2 miles away for any last minute supplies. There is a gas station 100' away and there is a Home Depot a stone's throw for any McGyvering supplies you may need. For those interested in shopping there is a Kohl's on the opposite side. We didn't eat dinner there so not sure about the local offerings but I did see a Wendy's a few blocks away.

This location was clean, professionally staffed, and walking distance to a McDonald's, a Wendy's, and a Denny's. The bed was comfortable the room clean and comfortable, and the service was pleasant. Continental breakfast was okay, but no waffles! You can't have everything! I didn't come for attractions, but Legoland is like, 10 minutes down the road and there is a small mall and an outlet shopping center right down the road too.

This is a typical holiday inn express, the staff is nice. The hotel rooms at least the first floor has like 20 ft ceilings. Breakfast is standard, mostly sausage and gravy. The hotel is next to home depot and a shopping center, there's a chili's McDonald's and taco bell very close as well.

Everything you could imagine is there me and my wife enjoyed our self we will recommend two friends and family.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was excellent (especially the cinnamon rolls and the biscuits and gravy) with so many choices it was hard to decide what to have. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel has very clean, newly renovated rooms. The professional staff are extremely courteous and professional. The only problem was that the fitness center was under construction. However, they provided guests with passes to the local gym down the street (but one could only go between 10am-7pm, which excludes early morning exercise). Breakfast is well stocked and meets expectations.

A was wonderful experience, people so sweat and professional, including the housekeeper tremendous service. Free good breakfast every day. I recommend to everybody.

The service was great, the beds were perfect like clouds, and the breakfast was more than I ever expected. The only issue I had was the keys don't last very long so we had to continuously ask them for new keys.

Didn't tell me it was under construction when I reserved 9 rooms for my wedding, beyond disappointed. Also the satff was incredibly rude about the whole situation. Also I had to take a cold shower the day of my wedding because the hot water didn't work.

Very nice rooms and very kind staff. Even received a note on our bed thanking us for our business and giving us extra points for choosing them. This is the only holiday inn that has done this and I have stayed at quite a few. I will definitely return next time I am in the area.

Very very impressed. The place was very clean, the room was spacious, and all the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. If all the holiday inn expresses are like this one I will stay again for sure.

Amazing staff. Had a god awful legoland fl experience and the smiling, warm, friendly staff was outstanding. Made an awful day much better. DvDs were down in the lobby for a excellent dvd player up in my extremely clean and lovely room. Loved the very hot water from the shower and the tub my son got to bathe in. Wife slept like a log (as did I) on wonderfully pillows (conveniently labeled "soft" & "firm") and clean sheets on a bed I need to buy for my own home. Splended. But the best part hands down was the wonderful receptionist whose name I wish I remembered because she was BEYOND amazing. She really made my family and I feel so welcome. She was on nightshft and was the same woman who checked us in.

I like how soft the bed was but decided to go to Dennys to eat dinner came back to room and my cards didnt work contacted the lady at the front desk and she told me I would have to wait until the morning time until the lockssmith came to open door she put me in another room but I had to spend the whole night without my belongings.

Stayed here a few times to go to Legoland and it's pretty nice. It's a small, modest hotel but it's newer and clean. Free breakfast is awesome and saves a family of 4 a good amount of cash over a couple days. Last stay involved our toilet not working so we had to switch rooms after everything was unpacked and then we got back at night and our key wouldn't work. Went down, got card re-keyed, came back up… still no-go. Really annoying after being at the park all day with 2 kids. Overall though we generally like the place and it's the first spot we look when going to Legoland.

I was very weary to stay in a Holiday Inn as my past experiences have not left me wanting to return. Stayed this past weekend for two nights. The room was clean, the beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. Supper soft and comfy. The hotel is fairly new so the carpet was clean. One of my pet peeves. I hate staying in a hotel with dirty carpet. If the carpet is nasty it doesn't matter how clean the room is, it feels gross. The bathroom was nice. The shower had granite walls instead of tiles. That makes a huge difference in how clean they remain. Free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The reason I gave it a 5 star was because of its cleanliness but more than anything was because what I saw happen this morning as the breakfast was closed. A young man and his son came in after breakfast had stopped being served and a hotel Employee quickly brought the family in and offered to give them some breakfast. She went above and beyond and that made all the difference to me. It would have been easy to say sorry sir we are no longer serving breakfast but she did not. Great job, keep your hotel clean and friendly!

Louis the front desk staff was so welcoming. His customer service is more of what the service industry need in the world today. I am very picky about my hotel accommodations and near legoland it's very slim pickings. I was pleasantly surprised… Priced affordable… Late night pancakes… Bed was comfy. My only complaint is the room needed to aired out a bit but it was tolerable. I think it was from the fan on the air conditioning. But I was easily able to change that as I carry eucalyptus everywhere I go. So the room was quickly changed into a spa like atmosphere.

Exceptional was going to the grand Magnuson for years but was dirty and overpriced. Everything was clean, room service was quick, large variety for full breakfast buffet, employees are nice, shuttle bus to legoland, popcorn in afternoon and free essentials at desk, laundry room was clean. Only issue is first night we had a nonsmoking room third floor and whole room and hallway smelled of smoked put towel under door told desk and that was the last smell of that for the other 6days we were there. Buffet kids love and same as other ezpress inns. Pancake machine, boiled eggs, yogurts, milk, juices, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, toast, muffins, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, coffee and other items were of plenty or ask and staff will gladly get it. Other gueats friendly and properly dressed for breakfast. Beds pillows were new and comfortable. Bathrooms clean, ac worked and smelled clean, fridge clean not good for icecream though. Laundry room clean detergent at desk. No loud pool parties or hallway noise. Will return from now on.
