Great place love the Atmosphere people.

Great service and we love seeing all the great ladies that work there! The bar manager is a sweetheart!

Went for the day to the pool, water slides and kids area. A lot of fun for the price. Beer and food reasonably price. I had chicken tacos and they were great.

Great food and entertainment.

This is an awesome place for a family vacation. Fun, private and peaceful atmosphere. Definitely a keeper!

This place is not a resort they lied to me about the amenities and are refusing g to return my money do not stay here!

I had an amazing time at balmoral. Originally rented a 6Bedroom house but there wasn’t any available due to COVID so we split (2) 4 bedroom houses which was PERFECT! near the Waterpark/clubhouse. Staff was friendly but the only thing I can say is that there was only social distancing. I did not see anyone sanitize or clean pool tables, lounge chair, or near the bar & grill as guests left. They were very attentive to our food & beverage needs. Staff was not wearing face masks. I will return again Maybe 2021-2022

This resort and our rental home were amazing, beautiful and spacious. It was more than we imagined it would be.

The villas are amazing, all the rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The heated pool was fantastic day or night and the Club House was really good. My little one loved the games room and pool. All the staff were really friendly and helpful we will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay with your sports team. Also amazing accommodations for food and drinks!

Home to Scotland after the most fabulous stay at 159 Kenny Bvld… house was perfect… had lovely winter bbq nights in the pool… staff at reception & clubhouse always very friendly and welcoming… glad to be home for Christmas but missing Florida a lot… here’s to the next time guys… Merry Christmas to you all…

Just come back from and amazing stay here… house was beyond what we expected, spacious, clean and with all that you would need, my daughter loved the heated pool and was in it most day (if not twice a day)
We would certainly recommend and would love to come back in the future … thank you for an amazing house that made our holiday so special!

Disgusting, stinky Urine stains on our bed & horrible customer service from manager which was completely u accommodating! Will never stay there again!

Very nice accommodations but the resort water area didn't have a working splash pad, and only one water slide open the first two days and third day both closed for several hours. And then one opened. We had two houses, 17 kids and 6 adults and it was a disappointment at the park.

I wouldn’t recommend. They have an insect problem. The staff was Non-accommodating. The TV in my room would not connect to Wi-Fi which was the only way to watch tv. The light above the shower cut off in the middle of my shower & did not come back on until about 30 minutes later so I had to shower in the dark. They respond to people’s post to try to make them look good and put the blame on the guest. Being that they work in the HOSPITALITY industry, you would think they would put the guest first; not at this place.

We stayed for our Honeymoon for 2 weeks, the villa itself was amazing and spotlessly clean. Very impressed with all the amenities, however the staff here really let this place down. Don’t go to the pool house, food is rubbish, service is shocking, completely understaffed. We waited an hour for some humous and carrots — when challenged the staff they shrugged their shoulders and said the kitchen was busy! I would have thought maybe offering an apology drink or token would have been the right thing to do… in a customer service environment?! Felt like they didn’t care at all, really poor attitude. We got a refund and left and went to Mannies (You must go here — don’t be put off by the outside)
Also for families be prepared for traffic to the parks if you’re staying for that reason. Took us 45 mins each day in both directions due to awful traffic on the interstate. Spent over 30 hours in car during our trip! wish we had of known this before booking.

For the price you can't beat this place. Home was big clean and new. Pool slash spash pad was great. Staff was all helpful. Grill rentals are available and if u go with a family and plan to cook bring your own pans they just have the basic so cooking for 10 isn't easy. Distance to Disney and parks is only like 30 minutes. I will doing this over a hotel again for sure.

Super resort. Villa spacious, all bedrooms ensuite. Own enclosed pool. Club house bar and pool areas great. You can get food and the staff were very attentive.

What a wonderful stay we had last July 16-20 2018. We just love the place! The house is clean and pretty newly built. Kitchen is furnished with cooking essentials. The clubhouse, the pool, the entertainment room, and the rest of the gated community, it's home away from home.

It was wonderful, the house we rented was so clean, all amenities were great. The staff at the Bar area I believe her name was Melina was wonderful, My mom had a hard time in the pool and the lifeguard jumped right in Robert Reyes I believe his name was. Awesome place will definitely be back. I hope the Staff will be recognized for there awesome job that they do.

Very nice houses for rent! We enjoyed a large house 6 bedroom 6 1/2 bath, and a large pool! It was a great experience! Would definitely do it again! The adults had plenty of space, and the kids had a blast at the on-site water park!

What a wonderful experience! Our home was perfect! Besides being brand new, super clean and completely stocked it was so comfortable for our family. The pool area and water slides were super fun and the arcade was just enough for the kids to get their fix. Definitely worth every penny and will be coming back with family.

What a great place to stay if you are visiting south Orlando. We had a full house for our extended family. With a kitchen and laundry, it made the stay easy. A grocery store around the corner made stocking up a breeze. The club house has all the amenities you could desire and a support staff that will go the extra mile for you.

We really enjoyed our stay. A brand new house for the price of a hotel room. We had a pool in the house and big community pool with slides. Kids loved the game room, though was a bit small. The staff was awesome. Watch out with the alligators in the lake.

My husband and I stayed at this resort a few weeks back for a family vacation with the kids, The water park is enjoyable for the kids, also the bar staff were very friendly and had a decent selection of bar menu food. However my issue I encountered was with the private pool we had. We noticed the Hispanic pool cleaner at the back of the next house in his cart chatting on the phone so tried to grab his attention, as we had frogs and bugs in our pool. He looked at me and then continued chatting on the phone, I waited for around 15mins but he was still on the phone chatting away so again I communicated with him that we had bugs and frogs in the pool, he said he has to check some other pools first but will be back in about an hour, which was fine. Around 4 hours later the pool was still covered in said bugs and the frogs at this point were floating there dead. We decided to go to the office to complain but on the way found a Caucasian pool cleaner and pulled him over to explain the situation, He apologized for the other cleaner and explained he had gone home already but offered to clean our pool right away. He did this right away which was great but the fact remains, why did we have to go to so much trouble? Other than that the house itself is very nice and feels like a home away from home, rather than staying in a hotel, I would of rated this higher but my opinion was based off said bad experience.

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL HOMES! I wish me and my family could stay forever! The staff are VERY nice! It's pricey BUT a wonderful place to vacate with your family!

We loved the 2 bedroom townhouse we rented. It was very clean and looked nice. We enjoyed the pool and waterpark. The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star review is the fact that they are understaffed when it comes to customer service. There is frequently only one attendant at the front desk, which makes for long waits even for simple things. When I called the front desk for assistance with something with the room, I had to wait 2 hours for someone to address the issue. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for the kids they loved the pools and water slides. We had a house with a pool and we really enjoyed that at night and in the mornings. We will be going there again. It was close to Disney World 10 or 15 minutes Drive.

Just returned home a week ago after 12 days at this outstanding resort, just wow honestly the place is stunning the villas are spotless so clean and so modern looking just gorgeous, but what makes this place even better is the way the staff here treat u, nothing is ever a bother for them and they also go way above and beyond there job to make sure you have a good time and are comfortable, any issues u have are dealt with before u even put the phone down, and big thank u to Margo for arranging my mother’s birthday cake and my wife’s valentines gift I can’t thank u enought, (will bring u a present next visit from England) again we will not stay anywhere else ever again this will be our destination every year now Well done guys superb.

Our family of four is packing up as this is our last night here and we had a fantastic time! We stayed in a beautiful three bedroom house with a pool. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and stocked with the necessities such as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The kids loved the private pool as well as the clubhouse pool and hot tub. The weather turned cold by the end of our stay and we made use of the games room and TV room at the clubhouse (great for keeping kids entertained! ). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I'd recommend this place and I hope we can make it back for another winter getaway someday!

We're just back home from a fabulous fortnight staying at Balmoral. We stayed in a 4 bedroom (all ensuite) villa. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The villa pool was lovely, our kids loved it. The facilities at the club house were excellent, the water slides were popular with the young and not so young of us! — we also loved the hot tub. It's about 25-30 minute drive from Disney and easy to drive to any of the attractions. Manny's Chophouse is the best place we found for eating out — the building works are still continuing but do not disturb you in any way — very highly recommend Balmoral.
