Very awesome rooms and great service like you would expect from Marriott.

First off I reserved a room for myself and 3 kids and received a room with 1 bed in it. Then I asked for a roll out mat and there were non. 2 towels in the room. No extra sheets and to tlp it all off the carpet smelled funny. It was immaculately clean in the lobby and hall way. No fridge no stove and breakfast is not free. In fact it's not cheap either it's 10 dollars per person. How ridiculous is that! The only good thing was having Waffle House and Funking Donuts at your finger tips. Other than that I'd absolutely intelligently suggest HOMEWOOD SUITES OR HILTON SPRING GARDENS. I stayed a week there and fell in love free buffet beeakfast and dinner plus beer and wine. I love me some homewood suites and embassy! both bigger. Cleaner. Better service and awesome hospitality annnd locations. RUN from Four Points it's a RIP off considering its walking distance from Embassy Suites. I originally booked from November 1st 2019 until November 5th of 2019. I promise the courtesy was so bad as I left for work at 9 a. M. November 2nd I checked out so that I would never have to step foot back into that building. The energy was all wrong. And to think of it the host never even asksd why we were checking out early. It was disgusting. Not the cleanliness but the lack of consideration for the guess. FOUR POINTS has nothing special that Hilton doesn't have except Hilton has better service.

The room was clean. The walls are paper thin though, the people in the room next to me had the TV up so loud and it sits against the wall your bed is on so not much sleep. On top of that a herd of elephants must have been staying above me, or the ceilings are as thin as the walls because every time they walked across the floor it was as if they were going to fall into my room. I don't think I will stay there again. Great location and that's about it. What little I interacted with the staff they were friendly enough.

Fairly nice stay. Why can't the slightly more expensive hotels have a complimentary breakfast? It's annoying to pay more for a hotel, then pay for breakfast as well.

Amazing place to stay and it's right on the beach! There are so many fun bars and restaurants in walking distance. I'd definitely stay there again. Oh, the staff is WONDERFUL!

Rooms are clean and tidy. They have breakfast downstairs with cooked to order eggs and a wide breakfast selection. Their green program is very nice in the reward system back to the customer.

This hotel was filthy. Our bathroom was not clean. Floors dirty, hair in floor, tub and walls. The carpets need cleaning. Need to wear shoes to keep your feet clean. Light fixtures were dusty and dirty. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Shower doors have soap scum all over also shower doors need some scrubbing never again sheets were never change on my bed poor service. Lobby was fine. Stay here on May 29 to June 2

I stayed here for work for a good long 6 weeks. The rooms are good, nicely done, has comfortable seating for working from room, Beds are comfortable too for a good night sleep and has clean bathrooms. You can find everything you need to make your comfortable especially if its going to be a long one. The front desk staff was helpful (ready to help with local info, food menus from nearby restaurants) and the breakfast is good & has many options. There is a small bar at the hotel which serve local beers, a good quiet place in the evening to have a drink or two. The parking is free if you are staying and has a small outdoor pool which was closed during winters. There are many food joints at a walkable distance like Taco Bell, iHops, Mexican, CVS etc. I would stay here again on my next work visit. Recommended. Enjoy!

Very nice place to stay. They do like their air freshener though and can be overwhelming. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

During a three day stay it was full of surprises. There is no closet n the room. They provide a 14 inch rod built onto TV wall unit. If you want to hang up. More than 5 items of clothing you have a problem. The breakfast is reasonable but mediocre. Bacon is served from a steam pan do it is limp and not crispy. Location is good and common areas clean.

This stay was probably one of my least favorite stays while traveling. Now please take my review with a grain of salt: I travel. A Lot. And I have a certain expectation of quality when it comes to major travel brands… so here it goes: Started with getting the key to the WRONG room. (which was occupied by a couple who was not very happy to see a stranger walking into their room. Which who would be?! ) — thankfully they didn’t exercise their 2nd amendment right… reception didn’t offer to recompense anything for this misconduct, basically shrugging it off like no big deal. From there forward, every day we had to get our key cards reprogrammed bc they never worked. They have these fragrance machines that pump chemical smelling perfume in the halls on full blast. Most of the outside doors do not have entry points with the key cards. I think the topper was our last night our group’s breakfast (we were in town for an academic competition) was not provided. This was okay, since the front desk offered us tickets to the normal buffet. Only to find out (and to some embarrassment) we were given some secondary tier of tickets, not permitting certain items in the already small selection of breakfast food. After ordering from the chef and waiting for it, a staff member asked me for my ticket, at which time she informed me that my ticket was not eligible for the omelette I had constructed.

It was a nice room. I had never heard of it before so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly as well.

Love this hotel. Everything from the friendly, helpful staff, to the very clean rooms, the comfortable beds with soft, plush pillows, to the shower with endless body wash, shampoo and conditioner mounted to the shower wall and the no slam toilet lids.

Great breakfast. Clean rooms. A bit sterile: Not warm and inviting, but comfortable. Beds are too firm though. 3 Star +.

Another great stay at Four Points Baymeadows. The room was clean, safe and comfortable. My favorite thing about this hotel… THE STAFF! Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Thanks to Claire particularly. Looking forward to our return soon.

I usually use this account to post negative reviews, and rarely ever post positive reviews of businesses. However, the young woman working the front desk is super nice and polite. Don't know her name, but she was working today (November 5th) at about 1:15 pm. The general manager should definitely reward her superior customer service with a gift card.

The hotel was well accomadated. Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The showers in our room had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Pretty cool. 8/10 would shower there again.

I will NEVER stay with this hotel chain again. The power went out while I was in the shower, tripped and fell getting out in the pitch black dark on the slick tile floor, told the front desk and was told there was no GM to speak to and I had to wait until that Monday. I contacted them multiple times and was finally told by a very rude GM that I was a LIAR and trying to "get over on them". I have NEVER felt more disrespected in my life. I was also called a liar bc the staff had no documentation of the fall and theres "no way it actually happened". All I wanted was reimbursement for the night the power was out, NOT THE WHOLE STAY. After the mgr Leah kept insisting I was lying about the length of time the power was out, I got the GM who told me I was lying and his time frame was even SHORTER time than the mgr was claiming! This place is a JOKE as far as customer service goes. Good luck getting a straight answer or asking for help with ANYTHING or trying to get them to right their wrongs!

Totally exceptional. From check in to check out. Breakfast was outstanding, a hot fresh omelette, and many other choices. Service was outstanding in every area and the room was plush. SPG points are an worthwhile!

I stayed here this past weekend. My daughter was participating in a competition and I didn't want to make the 2-hour drive back home after. I have stayed in other Four Points hotels so I knew what the service is supposed to be like. Check-in went smoothly and the young lady was very nice. The room was nice though the barn door for a bathroom door was a little different. A few things I think could be improved on though is to not offer to order take-out instead of eating at the hotel restaurant. Customer service is also another one. I felt rushed at breakfast because my bill was already at the table before I came back with my food. Taking care of guest needs over talking with each other is another thing that could be improved. A guest complained it was stuffy in a conference room and one of the workers just stood there for another 15 minutes before walking back to adjust the temperature, phones ringing 5 and 6 times while workers walked by without answering. Overall, it was an okay experience at a different Four Points than I normally stay in, glad it was only 1 night though. I'll stick to the one on the beach next time.

The hotel itself is nice and the workers/service is very good. The rooms themselves I would say is okay. In particular the furniture is not the MOST comfortable thing I've experienced, but not terrible at all. Their bathroom takes on the cruise ship suite style which is nice and it is very spacious as well. That is a major plus to me!

Courteous staff and very comfortable rooms. Has a pool, gym facilities, and bar. Breakfast is available for purchase in the lobby and if you choose to participate in their green program, you can recieve a voucher to get it free.

Nice place and staff. Breakfast option was lacking quick buffet food. Had to special order scrambled eggs. Overwhelming odor from air freshener on our floor in the hallway. Mostly everything else was good.

Great room. Modern and comfortable. The one complaint I have is the bathroom door. It's a barn door and offers little privacy. It looks cool, but it's not really functional. The bathroom needs to have separation from the rest of the room… even for a husband and wife let alone anyone else.

Very modern and updated rooms. They were clean and didn't have that must hotel smell. We got in late and left early so we didn't have much other experiences. The bed was comfy and pillows we're a good middle ground.

During our stay, they were having the place repainted. Paint droplets all over my car. They refuse to take any responsibility and never asked customers to move their cars. That in itself makes them unethical and very poor at customer service. I will never stay there again.

I been every beaches and attractions in U. S A inclding here in Jacksonville beach Florida. This is the only Hotel I never use my owe carry pillows case and sheet. This hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Florida is truly amazing and super clean. The receptionist in the front desk is very helpful and nice. I give my 5 starts to this place.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room had a king size bed and was very comfortable. Even the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was quite inviting. I wish I had been able to stay longer. Will definitely be back!

Waffle House in the front? Really? Convenient, maybe. But a little too redneck for my taste.

I filed several complaints at the front desk concerning my TV/remote control issues. Not fixed.
I had to point out several safety and security issues to hotel staff that they should have picked up on.
The Wednesday night "Best Brews & BBQ" is a joke! They order out pizza and wings and give you one 12oz. Draft of the nastiest beer I've ever had.
Room service is delivered by the front desk agent. Leaving the front desk unattended!
No free continental breakfast. There is a $5.00 breakfast and an $8.00 breakfast. The only way to comp a free breakfast is to decline housekeeping service and get a $5.00 card for each day housekeeping is declined.
The pool is tiny. Signs are obstructed by the furniture.
Noise complaints are not handled properly. I really didn't expect anything to be done about the woodpecker outside my 4th floor window (except moving me to another room, perhaps), but when I called concerning other guests and their screaming children, I expected results! On the up side…
They honor the $91.00/night government rate.
The thin, cute, long haired, brunette (couldn't see her name tag because her hair covered it) at the front desk is such a joy.

It is a nice place stay. It is nice that they have a 24 hrs gym and a nice pool. The rooms are clean and the maintained well. They breakfast options starting at $5, which is great.

Clean rooms, wonderful hotel staff. The front desk was able to accommodate my last minute stay during a busy ncaa event in Jacksonville that filled up all of the hotels. Location provided easy access to Baymeadows area as well.

Ok, got no signal in room, beds were comfy, pool is smaller than the pics, rooms are large, TV had ordering and showtime, had to form of room service, nothing exceptional.

Baymeadows rd on the 3rd floor room was nice big. Nice small black refrigerator. The sliding bathroom door was extremely nice.

I picked this place due other comments, but I was very dissapointed… I picked a nicer place off the main street because I wanted to relax and enjoy a nice night of sleep before my boards the next morning. Firstly the room I was given originally was apparently over a conference room with some type of celebration because I could hear the words to music in my room through the floor, couldn't sleep so I eventually asked to be moved, switch rooms was not as bad but could still hear it slightly, finally I fall asleep and I'm awakened by random person walking into my room first thing in the morning waking me up, took me a while to fall back asleep and then I'm awakened by the room cleaner… just decided to get up and leave because I was tired and was tired of being walked in on… went and took nap in car before heading to take my nursing boards.

I loved it here. Very Comfortable & Inviting! I was here visiting from Atlanta (first time ever in Florida and I enjoyed my stay! The room was very comfortable and clean upon entering. The breakfast buffet and dining area was clean and the food was good. There were free snacks (pizza and wings) down in the lobby during our stay. Also, complimentary water! Can we please get one of these hotels in Atlanta! I'd stay in one every week just for the comfort of the bed!

We arrived, late and tired. We weren't sure where to stay. We were very pleased to have chosen Four Points. We opened the door to our room and it was very clean, beds were very comfortable and it smelled like new carpet/flooring. No noise, Bath rooms were spotless. Nice secure area. Will come again.

I had enjoyed my first time there accompanying my CoWorkers to Jacksonville. While at this hotel the front desk was very nice and they were extremely easy to talk to and gave directions that were perfect to understand. (Unfortunately I forgot their name, but they were both very petite and courteous, would love to be serviced by them again! ) Though while we were at the bar Kate was very nice and easy going, though we had to wait almost 15 minutes to get our bill, and when we tried to order something, she kept disappearing over to the front desk or in the back, and we waited quite a bit. Other then that, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and will definitely be continuing our stays there in the future.

On the road and stopped here w/o reservation. Becky took care of us and was totally awesome!. Excellent for Becky. Room clean, spacious, friendly staff that we have met so far.

My husband, two boys and myself stayed two nights and loved it. The room was very clean and very nice. It had a lot of room. My husband said it was the first time he had too many pillows. There were atleast 6 per bed. There was pool towels in a ben beside the door going to the pool which was very nice. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She allowed us to use their computer to print out coupons and she was very helpful. We were headed out and asked about a good Mexican Restaurant, the man at the front desk gave us very good directions to a great place. We will be coming here again. We have stayed at places that were 120 per night that was not as nice and clean as this. I have to say their staff was the top of the line! Thank you Four Points by Sheraton.

Great location and price. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included.
