We just returned from our long weekend vacation at Ponte Vedra and we just couldn’t be more happier with the services provided by the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Ponte Vedra. They are absolutely a wonderful group of staff who are not only friendly but very helpful in every aspect of great hospitality to make our stay comfortable and a pleasant one. We love the fact that there are always freshly brewed coffee in the morning, fresh cooling lime and lemon water in the afternoon for guests to grab a cup as they go in and out of the lobby, and in the evening, they serve delicious home-baked style cranberry cookies at the lobby too! Parking was a breeze, housekeeping team is great, and more importantly the frontdesk staff are always smiling and friendly toward ALL guests. We’ll definitely come back to stay in this hotel every time we visit this beautiful side of Florida. Thank you, guys, for your wonderful service. See ya soon!

We booked for the proximity to Ponte Vedra concert hall. We were impressed by the entire hotel. We loved that they offered a shuttle to the concert. Staff was so helpful and our room was perfect. Mulligans was convenient and offered tasty food. Nearby Tasca is a must, too. We will definitely book again! Cheers to the staff.

The restaurant at the Hilton is excellent. Great service, great food, great whiskey and tap selection. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay for an good price.

We always stay at This hotel when visiting Jacksonville oftentimes for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Have stayed here each visit and would not stay anywhere else! The rooms are Clean and comfortable. The staff are the best on the industry. And the pub On sight Mulligans is great.

Renovated and modern lobby, super friendly staff, and warm cookies in the afternoons. That's where the good experience ends. Rooms are in need of renovation – not dirty, but not clean. Walls are PAPER thin. The neighbors next door may as well have been sitting on the sofa in *MY* room, as I could hear every word of their conversation (they were speaking in normal toned voices, not shouting). Housekeeping staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, loud conversations in the hallway echoed through the paper-thin walls. Room prices are VERY high for what you get from any other Hilton property.

Great hotel. From the moment you walk in the door, you can see the touches that make this hotel a step up from many Hilton Garden Inns. The downstairs entry area is comfortable and cozy, lots of space to sit with TVs and tables. The staff greeted us very pleasantly and helped get us checked in. I had to have a package delivered here ahead of time and they were very accommodating and made it super easy. It sits in part of a shopping center with restaurants, easy access to a CVS and shopping. The rooms are good sized and everything was clean and tidy.

Great property with great service. Clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Not the least expensive, but if you're looking to stay next to a world-class golf course on the beach, you probably already know that.

Nice Hotel and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. King Mattress was very comfortable. Chair and footstool needs replacing.

We were in town for a concert. The Irish Pub restaurant there is excellent with a great happy hour. We found out when we got there that the hotel shuttle would take us to the concert hall and even pick us up even though it was after hours. We plan to come back for more concerts; it was a great experience.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the time we were greeted at the front desk until our check out, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and friendly service. Every time I needed assistance at the front desk, it was swift and helpful! We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early, which absolutely set the tone for an excellent stay. We very much enjoyed the outdoor pool, which is well maintained. Our room was spacious and our air conditioning worked well. Our only complaint was the small shower/toilet room, but the double sinks and generous mirror space made up for it. The room came equipped with a mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Our housekeeper was excellent and kept the room very clean and was accommodating when we were in the room. Mulligan's pub, the attached restaurant was very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes. It was very close to Jacksonville, but if we didn't want to drive we had lots of options for eating and shopping all within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

My friends and I stayed here on Saturday, before the Donna Marathon, and we were thoroughly delighted with the accommodations and service. The pre-event breakfast was perfect, and available early enough that we could fuel up before the race. My "beyond my wildest dreams" moment occurred that evening after we left the area when I discovered that I had left my phone and Garmin chargers in the room. I contacted customer service, and Randy Pickering went above and beyond to track down my chargers, package them and take them to the post office! We plan to come in from out of town to participate in the Donna every year going forward, and we will always stay here. Thanks to Randy — the service was 5 stars Plus!

Very spacious room with a lot of shops and places to eat in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel a was very clean and nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They were always pleasant and will to assist when needed or asked. It is a great place to stay.

I am very sorry to say the following but it is the truth, the dirty rooms scarce of toayas, bad service, for everything, nor sugar, put on the tables,. From the restaurant customers have to get up to ask for something because there is no one to spend it, really that time hotel is to take advantage,,, we went from the morning and returned at two o'clock and were just cleaning the room, it was very unpleasant, we waited outside the room like 15 minutes. And the next day, we had to leave the hotel at 12 of the day, because they took the water before the 11:30 and we could not swim, horrinble. No, I'll never come back.

I was in the Jacksonville area doing some work for Hurricane Relief and My team needed a place to stay. Look a a Hotel is a Hotel but the customer service is what makes it a pleasurable stay and Virginia at the front desk is the epitome of great customer service. Personable, friendly and attentive would be all the reasons I would go back to that Hotel if I was ever in the area and I highly recommend you staying there as well.

What a wonderful Hotel, well located with warm and friendly staff — outstanding from start to finish. Having just cycled 72 miles from Kingsland, we were greeted with a welcome short of the red carpet. Front of house staff were so kind and most certainly considerate to our needs in getting us checked in quickly and making sure we got warm; weather was unusually bitter cold for this time of year. The room was spacious, clean and warm whilst breakfast was superb, catering for my sons vegetarian needs. Thanks to Amanda and her staff, their attentiveness in serving us whilst Terry was most welcoming. Thanks for making out stay so perfect and looking after us like family.

We stayed here for two nights over Christmas break. Going into the hotel lobby, we were very impressed by the updated decor and complimentary coffee. We took the elevator to our room and the atmosphere felt different. I went to the edge of the bed to sit down and remove my shoes, looked down, and there was a TOE NAIL on the floor!

Nice hotel. My grandparents were staying there so I stopped by to see them and the room was large and the restaurant in the hotel was nice. Lots of food and shopping choices around them. Also super close to Jacksonville. Only down side is the bathroom in very dark and a little grimy.

The parking lot was blocked off for repaving. There was nowhere to park. The food was really good though.

Had drinks and wings for College football Saturday happy hour at Mulligans bar. Good atmosphere, great serving staff. Great specials.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a very cozy hotel with an absolute wonderful Irish Pub attached to the hotel as their main restaurant. Happy hour drinks and appetizer specials Monday thru Friday along with weekend specials as well. Friendly yet efficient staff who know how to treat their guest with a priority one attitude.

The service and cleanliness are always top of the line. Located in the same parking lot as many lovely restaurants and shopping location. It is also home to an amazing traditional Irish restaurant downstairs.

The service was good. We appreciated the late check out since we were going to the beach. The atmosphere was lovely, and our room was very clean.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, silky sheets and soft pillows. Virginia and the nice young man at front desk was especially nice. Beautiful surroundings.

We were in town for a wedding, and we enjoyed our time at Hilton Garden Inn. We had a small mishap, but got moved quickly with the help of the lady who worked the front desk and with an upgrade. Now that's service. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Mulligans restaurant was a plus!.

I spend 5 nights at a clean and comfortable suite. Polite staff Delicius coffee and cookies… very nice pool and jacuzzi. Fair price. The mattress was terrible, deformed and too old. AC tooooo noise, but I recommend.

I'm a Realtor in the St. Johns County area and have customers that stay in this hotel when visiting Ponte Vedra to go check out the area. Always nice and I have spoken to the guest service area a few times and they are always friendly. It's affordable, right by Sawgrass, and close to the beach!

The day staff is very friendly and helpful. The night staff, not so much. The hotel is clean and updated. There is an irish pub attached that serves a decent breakfast starting at 7am. Great location the sawgrass. I would stay again.

Nice place. Staff is very helpful, professional, and polite. Happy with my weekend stay. Walls are pretty thin and I can hear a lot from the rooms above, beneath, and to the side of me. The elevator on the left makes some funky noises, too.

Beds are comfortable, room spacious, breakfast was excellent. Room was a little dark, not enough lighting in double queen suite.

We stopped into Mulligan's for lunch. The service was great as always. We ordered the Sheppard's pie and their signature Reuben. Both were delicious. The décor could use some updating. There are several TVs for easy viewing. I highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no breakfast included, but everything else was great.

I'd hate to leave this hotel a terrible review due to how friendly the staff was, but I am absolutly frustarted with the lack of customer service I received about a billing issue. Apparently, if a guest makes it to the hotel past midnight, their reservation is canceled and a new one is issued at whatever the rate is. This is even more frustrating due to the fact that nobody explains this at all. You get your room keys at check in, and a few days later notice the rate isn't what you booked at. The worst part about this whole thing is the "diamond" customer service rep continuously interrupted me and was clearly annoyed by taking the call.

Excellent property. Former Hilton Homewood Suites so most rooms are suites. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to meet your needs. On site Mulligans Pub is fantastic. Great food, friendly staff and a super bar. Izzy is the Executive Chef and will do anything you want on the menu. Saturday prime rib carved buffet is great. Also where you get a full menu breakfast each morning. A great getaway spot. Island Girl Cigar Bar down the street. Publix on site.

I stay at Hilton Garden Inns when I am traveling. It is my preferred destination. This one is so wonderful because the staff made me feel like a very welcome guest. Nothing was too much for them to do. They would volunteer to take on extra to make my two week stay pleasant and enjoyable. Too, the in house Pub had great service and a wonderful menu. I enjoyed eating there very much. Lots of locals came in regularly. I will return at the end of my time in a furnished rental at Sawgrass before getting back on the road.
