Rhia, ia, a very bad place they have drugs all hours of rhe, night bed bug they are not up too code my father is a fire inspector he will be visiting no smoke arlams no friendly cuatoumor service I would never start there the have wiring problems.

This quiet motel is affordable and clean. It's comfortable beds and bedding make it easy to fall asleep. The ac was freezing (60F), but I finally figured out the ac remote control and got it up to a warmer temp. All and all I like this place even if it doesn't have breakfast it gives me more reason to find a coffee shop and soak in the Gainesville character.

Room 220 has bedbugs. We found 4 bugs after being in bed 30 minutes. My fiance is allergic and has huge welts all over his body. I wouldn't recommend this place. Be careful if you stay here. They didn't refund the night we stayed and only gave us money back for the second night.

You will never find a chocolate mint on your pillow, however, you won't find a better deal for the money. The owners and staff are very pleasant.

Not much to look at. Beds were cozy. My room smelled strongly of Marijuana.

For the location it us a great price. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The room itself is a little old and could use some updating but for the price was better then expected. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful, they always smiled when speaking with us. For the location I was very surprised how peaceful it was. There was not near as much noise as I thought there would be. Free Wi-Fi and my cell reception was excellent. If we go to Gainsville and need a place to stay it will be here. Without any doubt if you are looking for a place in this price range stay here.

Very affordable (but older) motel with friendly staff and incredibly convenient location. A visiting international student needed a place for the night because of a problem with her apartment. We came in quite late; the staff was accommodating and helpful. Rates were very reasonable. Short walking distance to campus/downtown/midtown. If you are not picky and on a tight budget, this is the place to stay.

Can’t speak highly enough about the staff, super friendly and accommodating. Location is great and pricing is very fair.

It was a nice location and definitely a good deal.

I was stranded in Gainesville after a winter storm canceled most flights out of Florida. I paid for three nights as the soonest flight out I could get was a few days away. After I checked in, I was luckily able to schedule a flight for the next day with a different airline. The owner very kindly offered to refund the rest of my stay when I checked out after only staying for one night.

Perfect location and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I stay here every time I go to Gainseville and its been great every time. Cant wait to go back this weekend. HIGHLY Recommend. — Trista.

It was nice room for the price. Located in University Ave in downtown. The service was ok for a motel. I was satisfied with my stay.

Not bad… needs updated furniture/remodel… but all around ok.

We are staying here after Irma because we have no power. At its price I didn't expect much but very happily surprised. People are friendly, and rooms are clean. The air is cold, and beds comfy. If you are looking for a "no frills" place to stay, this is a great option for you!

Air conditioning and fridge did not cool. Dirty. Toilet did not flush. Dusty carpetd.

For the location, its reasonable for the price. Dont listen to all of the reviews, its safe. I never felt in danger. I still lock the doors bit thats what you should always do.

If I could give this motel 0 stars I would. Bathrooms were black and moldy. I would rather use baby wipes to clean myself than use that shower. Seems like they have not updated anything since the 50's. Including the mattresses. Pillowcases had yellow stains and the bed that felt like straw had cigarette burns. Management was EXTREMELY rude. There are plenty of other hotels in the area for the same price. Do not stay here.

Very reasonable price for the weekend. Nice and friendly staff. Room was not as bad as some reviews suggest. Only knock against was the small bathroom, but for the price, it wasn't too bad.

Cheap, great location, and friendly staff. Bathroom leaves something to be desired and the bed was horribly uncomfortable but you get what you pay for! But all in all would stay again.

This place said they don't give weekly rates, but I found several comparable motels not far away from here, on SW 13th Street, that have as good or better nightly rates, and a discounted rate for a whole week.

Lady called my phone repeatedly after making a reservation wondering where I was, felt like a child with a curfew; very annoying. Room has roaches and discovered blood on the underside of the unwashed comforter after sleeping under it all night. Very disgusting. Will never stay here again.
