Clean and quiet rooms are nice.

Quiet and clean nice staff however breakfast was awful.

There was a roach in my room and I immediately checked out. The hotel could not give me a refund at checkout except for the extra fees paid at the hotel because I had booked through Love Vacations. Love Vacations “researched” and replied they contacted the hotel, and the hotel will not provide me with a refund.

I do not understand the bad reviews. If you want first class luxury, luxury go stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and pay for it. This is a $60 room. It's clean and comfortable, has a microwave and refrigerator. You get what you pay for. And I liked it.

Its is alright but they better beds cause these beds hurt.

We stayed here years ago, and it was a good experience, now we stayed again here and it was a nightmare, Room stink, roaches in the bathroom. Not well cleaned.

Pillows and shits were very wore out, beside that, everything was ok.

A crap hole. Dilapidated to the core. They will rip you off on the the hotel apps, charging $20+ on their real rates. Plus they added unforseen charges to my ccard of $7.80 2 days after our stay. Not even close to $100+ we paid for the room. Avoid at all cost!

Do not stay here it’s pure filth! We tried two different rooms and both disgusting! From arriving to a bathtub full of water and room smelling of smoke to blood on the bed and hair, stained comforters, stained floors and oh soo much more! Not to mention the sheets were wet! Oh and broken door latch!

Bugs in room. Rude front desk staff. Would not accommodate a room move after found bugs. Stayed elsewhere. Do not stay here. Drugs deals and pot smoking was evident outside rooms. Solicited for sex. This is a dive and not worthy of even 1 star rating. This place should be shut down and reported. I checked in on 9/1 and out on 9/3. I received a response see that I was not a recognized visitor and review was brushed off. I am happy to provide my room number on the second floor if needed as well. Would not stay here ever again.

The front desk was nice. The room was ok, was not that clean and woke up to a roach on the bed. Front desk did not seem care. Will not be staying back at this hotel when in Orlando.

This hotel is in a nice area, but don't be fooled. One of the pillow cases had a red stain. It shouldn't have been put in the room if it has a permanent stain. At least I hope it was. Good thing I bring my own pillow and sheets. The tub and toilet were deplorable. The toilet wouldn't even flush. It doesn't need to be remodeled, it needs to be demolished.

Clean room, lockout can sleep up to 8 people, frig and microwave in every room and a playground for little ones. Super close to Disney entrance so $70.00 to $100.00 is a great price for the location of this Quality Inn. Orlando Cheap Tickets is in the lobby and helps you save on attraction tickets. Free shuttle, Wi-Fi and HOT BREAKFAST is included. Pool and guest computer also a bonus.

I chose one star because this was the only way I could leave a review. I have stayed at Quality Inns before, this is nothing like previous experiences this place deserves its own designation… dump. The second party in our group asked for a new room but were not impressed. Before you ask we you needed to give 48 hours notice if you wanted to check out early . The place is NASTY… not dirty. Nasty. The toilet was filthy, the dust in the shower stall alone said that our business was not appreciated because if it was they would have had clean rooms to welcome their guests. Corporate needs to send a mystery guest to this location as it is doing nothing for their brand. The staff are friendly but that is not enough. We did not eat here cause there is no way they could have dirty rooms and a clean kitchen. Just saying.

I read one of the reviews on here that stated how clean the rooms are. Well I beg to differ. I threw away 2 pairs of socks after staying here. The carpet was filthy and the knats had taken over the bathroom as well as the black mold. I walk in looking for a room and was told $72 for cash and $96 on credit card. That is the first time that I have been told that and I stay in hotel's every single day 7 days a week for several months at a time. From what I've seen the majority of these hotels have been taken over by foreigners. There house keeping does no more than they have to. Went to breakfast the next morning and I have not seen such dirty tables and chairs anywhere. These people do not believe in cleaning anything. This was my first and last time I will stay at this one. Every now and then you will find one that is exceptional but they are really far and few. The majority of them will have some kind of bugs, black mold in the bathrooms, and a lot of dirt. Beware travelers these people don't care what they subject us to. Why because its all about them making money. If you contract mold spores from any one of these places do you really think they care at all. Would you want to subject your loved ones to the filthy environment that these places subject us to. In my opinion I think these places should be inspected no less than once a month and they should not be able to put someone in a room that may put you at a health risk.

First off I want to say the staff was very nice. The problem we had was with the room or should I say rooms. We arrived after a day at the park and my boyfriend checked us in. We went to our room and it smelled so bad of Cigarettes (all are non smoking rooms). The room had old couch, stained carpets and the bed had a tiny curly hair on it (eww), the bed looked like it had been slept in and just made up. (Ewww). My boyfriend called the front and a very nice woman right away said They will give us a new room. The new room was better. Old couch but the room didn't smell of smoke and the bed looked fresh. The TV remote didn't have a back so the batteries were taped in. The bathroom looked clean until I turned on the water to the shower. Ugh… lots of little curly Q hairs. My suggestions to the owners would be to get new carpet, fresh paint, clean AC units to get small of smoke out. New couch and for goodness sake clean your rooms. Unfortunately, we will not be back. We will spend the extra money for cleaner room.

If not for the musty smell, which seem to come from both the AC and the room itself. Dirty top half of the shower. The bath towels that literally had ragged edges like you would expect they would have turned them into rags. And the bed that just was not very comfortable for me Actually everything else was pretty nice or except for the fact that my key wouldn't work because their electronic door lock one room 211 seems to not function properly at all times.

Beds are old ripped and hard. Room smelled stale. Sheets were not changed. Breakfast: hard biscuts, watery gravy and eggs. Syrup taste stale. The staff was nice.

High expectations, low results. My husband and I travel for business and have stayed in many Quality Inn hotels. The name Quality Inn implies quality. The rooms were standard the service was mediocre and the breakfast subpar. When we woke up there was a roach on my husband's luggage and the neighbors were smoking in their bathroom. Their bathroom fan pushed second hand smoke into our room. When we reported the incident to the front desk we were told there was nothing that could be done because the front desk individual was not management. Prior to leaving my husband tried breakfast his experience was "the cherry on top" of an already bad cake. We will not be staying here again.

A friend of mine and I and her sister and her nephew who is handicap in a wheelchair, we stayed at the hotel last month February 13th and the February 14th, the night we checked in our room smelled like skunk, the management was nice to give us a different room, the breakfast was great, I'm glad we found a parking space for my friend nephew in the the handicapped space, close by the elevator, we also stayed there last year too. Maybe if you can keep the breakfast open a little longer till, it was hard trying to help someone in a wheelchair, his mom and aunt were trying to get ready, maybe keep the breakfast open till 10am, beds were good and the shower was good, just wondering if there is a room for 4 people to stay in as a family, thank you.

Terrible customer servive. The management of this property is extermely rude. They wanna squeeze every penny out of their guests. They charge extra for every person using the same bed. Type of place that would charge for every time you flush the toilet. Extremely rude in their dealings. Place looks extremely run down… nothing how the pictures online look. Dont waste your time here plenty of other places in orlando to stay.

They have a wonderful staff. Very friendly people. Nice clean rooms. First night there I slept like a baby. Wake up to a nice breakfast and drink. I would stay there again. Only one thing I didn't like is some of the first from out of town don't respect handicap parking. They park in the handicap parking and don't care if a handicap person needs it. Like this person from Indiana tag number 716BXP. Shame on you.

Hotel was too expensive! The room was actually good only with the cleanliness it takes the cleaning staff not very accurate. Dirty socks from the previous occupant, chewing gum paper dust and dirt in all corners. Every day, it got worse. The beds would then be zerwühlt, pillows thrown into the corners, etc. We have taken photos are then to the reception and asked to cancel the "service". We cleaned the room ourselves.
The continental breakfast was good.
The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

They have a wonderful staff. Very friendly people. Nice clean rooms. First nice there I slept like a baby. Wake up to a nice breakfast and drink. I would stay there again.

For the price it is a well kept hotel. The breakfast was not that good coffe and waffle was bad. The location was great as we were there to go to animal kingdom and it was 15 minutes or less away.

From the beginning, the front desk was very arrogant and rude. We payed online and we were still charged at the desk some how an extra "hotel fee". Exhausted, we payed anyway. Rooms were kind of clean but none of the trash cans were emptied from previous tenants. So who even knows if they changed the sheets!?! Gross. ROOMS WERE SO HOT! With the AC on all night, room didn't cool off until we left in the morning. Wasnt stoked on this place and we are real easy going, we've been camping for weeks, just looking for a comfortable spot to rest the head. Wouldn't revisit.

In door pool and hot tub hotel needs some work done but cheep nice rooms for the price close to international Dr and Disney.

This is an average establishment. Dated, but clean. The doors are outside, so you will hear comings and goings of guests and have front row seats for the children running up and down walkway playing tag at 7:00 a. M. Go get your breakfast early, it's only available from 6:00-9:00. My lazy bum friends and I missed it as we were getting dressed and put together. Believe me, we wouldn't subject paying customers to our freshly woken selves. Easy in and out, small pool area. Restaurants close by.

Good: Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Large bed. Pool. Flat-screen tv. Good location. Low-priced. Bad: thin pillows. Water pressure. Weird smell upon first entry. Smell was clearly a cleaning product of some kind but I was not a fan.

Honestly the only reason why I give this a one star is because the staff was a little nice. This hotel is not a sanitized place to stay. The couches are very stained. The headboard was very stained with brown stains. The pillows were stained with black spots. The toilet was very disgusting, Both me and my husband checked in around 12:00am for two nights and we checked out two hours later. They were nice to refund one night so I was thankful for this. One other complaint they DO NOT REPRESENT what their names says which is quality. They were very nonchalant. Customers are not first.

It's a good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to lay your head. However, housekeeping did not keep up with our room. The beds were made, but trash was not taken out the whole 4 days we stayed in here. There are also dead bugs on the walls. Everything else was fine, but it would've been nice to have those things taken care of.

Well above average for a Choice Privileges facility. It's clean, the room is comfortable and big, the staff is pleasant and the location is good.
If I nitpick I wish that the breakfast menu could have anything which wasn't carbs.

Rooms very well. They are clean and comfortable, they have mini refrigerator and microwave. Other than that the breakfast included is very good. There is free Wi-Fi. The downside is that on arrival they were charged extra fee of several dollars ($40 in my case).

It was a decent stay. Basic breakfast but good to start day. Near to Disney. I don't know why did they give me handicap room. I was little bit uncomfortable in that room but they changed my room upon request.

Good stay. Great cleaning services. There is a hidden reservation fee that isn't made clear. Five bucks a night.

BEWARE! They claimed they did not have my online reservation, and that I could pay full price for my rooms. I called Hotwire, had my confirmation faxed to the hotel. The rude clerk made me wait while he helped people who had arrived after me, then tried to charge me an "outstanding balance" of $135 per room, per night. Had to call Hotwire again, at which point he dropped his scam and allowed me to check in. He ran this scam on every traveler who used booking websites while I was there — 7 people other than me. The rooms weren't clean, the "breakfast" is a bad joke, and the phones didn't work. My check-in took 95 minutes to complete.

The rooms are ok, they are clean and have enough space. The location is very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants and shops around and it is very close to major attractions. The breakfast is very simple. If you are not too picky about it, you will be fine.

Beautiful hotel at first. Staff is terrible and rude! no late check outs at all! and oir room looked like no one cleaned the bathroom in a while. And there free breakfast is cereal and breads! look else where!

Nice hotel! Nothing major, just simple (clean) It was a bit small though. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Excelent for the price. Very clean and comfortable.
