We booked four nights back in January in anticipate of attending a boat show that is held right there in front of this facility. Unfortunately due to Covid the boat show was canceled. They refused to return our $115 deposit. The owner Steve was very rude and sarcastic and laughed at me stating he does not have to give my money back because they are open. I tried to explain to him that the cancellation of the boat show was due to the Covid virus and out of everyone’s control and he pretty much stated he didn’t care. Be very careful when booking a room at this facility because they keep your deposit.
