Absolutely best motel and RV park in the Keys. Mark & Karen goes the length to make your stay wonderful and fun. The tiki hut, the pool, the corn hole competition, the bay, the boats, the kayaks, the sunsets, the friends, etc, etc … all makes our winter home the best!

Great place with even better people! Mark and Karen are beyond superb! The motel rooms are always VERY clean and they have a lot of space so you will never feel cramped and won't be tripping over luggage and furniture. My parents bring their RV down every year and always enjoy their stay immensely as well. Beautiful place with beautiful people! We will keep coming back until they kick us out.

Clean and fresh, nice kitchen area with microwave oven, cutlery and plates, fridge and dining table for two. Comfortable beds and good cushions made it for a good sleep. We were lucky that a room was cancelled, so better book in advance!

Spacious sites right on the water in Marathon, FL. Boat ramp and dockage. Tiki hut right on the water. Loved our time there the last two weeks and looking forward to spending the next two weekends there as well!

Should be a law against this place, the place that lures you in with a smile and a high price but it is florida and everything is high so you go ahead in, then you get charged extra for everything. The kind of place that charges 100$ for a site then charges extra for walking over to look at the water. Everywhere else in the world this place would be out of business. People would team up to shut him down. Squeeze every nickel he can then send you away.

Rooms were nice size and clean. Everything looked new. And very happy washer and dryer were indoors. Only things is no one comes to rooms to clean up or make beds.

Been coming to Bonefish Bay for over 20 years and it's like home away from home. Mark the owner it's the most awesome person. A lot has changed over the past three or four years because of the hurricanes but yet it is still a very very nice place to stay and feel at home. Thanks Mark for making us feel like family …

Just got back from The Bonefish Bay. Spent 3 days there. The pictures need to be replaced on the web because the place is brand new. Rooms are great size and spotless. I got lucky and got there the day of the Pot Luck Dinner. The RV’ers bring dishes and if you have the means to bring something it’s great, however I got there late and had nothing but it was still okay, that’s the kind of people they are. The people who stay in the RV’s are awesome. Had a great time. Mark the Manager is on top of everything. A lot of time and effort spent getting it back in shape after storm. Kinda funny though how the renters even help out around the site like a family. Will be back. Thanks Mark for your hospitality. William Molster DELREY, FL.

Great little hotel! More RV hookups coming soon! Stayed here while I was down there doing Hurricane Irma relief, and by far the best hotel we were put in.

Very nice place with very reasonable rates. Owner is very friendly and accommodating.

Quiet, peaceful motel. Lots of tiki bar/shaded pavilion areas with a spacious pool and grills available to cook on. Motel rooms are new and clean. Docks available to sit on and watch the sunset. Will definitely be returning!

Bonefishbay has been awesome! The site is not over crowded like most of the other RV parks that we have visited. We are not too close to other RV'rs, and our view is absolutely beautiful! We are Marathon Keys kind of people cause we like to be in the MIDDLE of all the action! This WILL BE our RV park for now on! Oh and I forgot to mention that the owners are awesome people too! We have REALLY enjoyed our stay here!

Great place, brand new rooms, normally vacant because poor advertising but it's the best rooms in area! Great prices also and very family friendly.

Big room, big beds, nice and clean, hot water, big bathroom, lots of parking, boat ramp, docks and a pool. All off the main road. Very nice, we'll be back!

Do not stay here. If I could give it zero stars I would. This has been the worst hotel experience ever. The price may be low but it is for a reason. The Lock on the front door did not work, there were dead insects ALL over the room, the room was filthy from top to bottom, and to top it all off the owner is rude to say the least. He charged us for people just visiting, not even staying the night. And he keeps his boat right in the center of his dock, making it a pain for all visitors to get their boats in and out of the water. The beds were filthy, I don't think they ever wash the sheets. We had to go out and buy our own because they looked so gross. We also had to clean the bathroom ourselves before using it because their was dirt and grime everywhere. And there is no free Wi-Fi! They advertise it all over but I wasn't able to pick up the Wi-Fi once. I have never been treated with such disrespect at any hotel or motel I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars for a much better experience.

Beautiful room with the camper, but definitely to much (85 USD) for one night.

The rate was WAAAAYYYYY to high for what they DIDN'T offer. Paid $179 per night, sheets had rust stains on them, towels and sheets never changed, room not cleaned while we were there, no housekeeping whatsoever while we were there. Refrigerator and freezer had rust inside all over, shower had old damage that made it look gross and unwelcoming. Furniture extremely old and stained, wouldn't sit on it, inside and outside. And there was a room rate notice in the room hanging on the cabinet that stated room from Jan 1 to Dec 31 is $129/night. When we asked why we paid so much more, the owner simply said "it hasn't been that rate in a long time". Then take the damn sign down! Would never recommend or stay there again, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Fabulous place! Very nice family owned motel! Boat dock, bait shop! Great giant bay for fishing off the docks, amazing service! Better than I excpected! Plus the owner was very kind and helpful! Beats local motels in the area for sure.

Please don't believe those pictures. Those rooms don't look like that! … everything is old dirty and the beds are from the 50's. The pool is old and dirty. The tiles are falling apart… and it's very over priced. To al before renting there go see it with your own eyes.

In such a high-humidity environment, I wasn't shocked to see a spot of rust, but I was surprised to see there were no bugs. I've seen the other reviews and just want to say that this motel is a fair value. If you want the Ritz, then pay for it. Bonefish is fine, and I would stay there again.

This place has little to offer other than it's low price. It's pretty much a dive, without making up for it by being quaint or cute or anything. There is a waterfront and a nice little dock where you can look out over the water, but the water smells awful. There is a wash up of rotting seaweed. This is natural, I think, not pollution or anything, but it does stink.

There are two Bonefish places in the area: Bonefish Bay Motel and Bonefish Resort. We stayed at Bonefish Bay Motel and it was awful! The room was FILTHY (dirt and hair in the corners and along the baseboards in the bath), the sheets and carpet were stained (I hope they were stained and not dirty), both windows' hardware was broken and they wouldn't open or close at all, the deadbolt on the entry didn't work, there was no maid service or telephone. There were a bunch of mosquitos in the room, possibly because the door had a huge gap when closed. And it was incredibly LOUD. I don't mind old and worn, but this place was horrific! The owner, Mark, had our reservation on a little scrap of paper in a pile on his desk. No wonder the other reviewer found his room had been let out to someone else.

Not a good place to stay! We had a month booked after it was recommended by a friend. Didn't bother to check reviews. Turns out they meant bonefish resort! Well this place was filthy. Toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper, stairs were falling apart, hair clumps in the bed, buckets under the sink to catch drips from leaky sink, gum on wall in plain sight, lots of crumbs and crackers on pull out couch, crumbs on floor, bathroom smelled strongly of draino, tile coming up in bathroom, rust in provided washing machine, refrigerator was filthy. C'mon! All that's nasty! Thankfully we found a beautiful house in the bordering key colony neighborhood for a cheaper rate! It was even on the canal for our boat! Check out the reviews on trip adviser. They even have pics of all the nasty stuff.
