Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. My husband & I had housekeeping throw towels at us. We were also cussed at with very foul language when we asked if we could change out our towels before leaving for the day. I spoke with two managers after the foul language and my children was also exposed to this very inappropriate language. I also witnessed the housekeeper and front desk cussing each other out. Horrible experience and I will NEVER be back. Room was also damp with a musty smell. 🤮

Still waiting for our refund from our stay at your hotel. Was promised a call back. Haven’t heard anything. Going onto social media to see what others say about this property. Couldn’t even sleep in the room as it smelled so bad from urine. My sisters room was next to a room with dogs that barked ALL night and no one from your Corp office will respond… poor customer service for sure!

This LaQuinta advertises free breakfast and had the nerves to serve "brown bad breakfast" which included water, a box juice, a granola bar and a fruit cup. When asked for corporate's number to make a complaint the GM Nirav Bhakta refused to provide it to me but continued to give me the reservation number to book another stay with Wyndam. Rooms are nice but very small. Customer care certainly not the best.

My second La Quinta Hotel in the last week… I most say La Quinta has won me over from the Hampton Inns. Respectfully,

Dog friendly, great location, very well up kept.

Rio, the front desk guy, was a big help! This hotel has wonderful rooms for families with dogs and a good dog walk area. Highly recommend this place for dog families.

Very friendly staff, very pet friendly, large and clean rooms. Breakfast had a smaller selection but was very good. Location of the hotel was very convenient. There is an awesome dog park and playground with a small pet friendly beach access. It was probably only 2 miles from the hotel.

Speedy Check in. Great. Service. Great breakfast with as busy it was the Attendant kept the food out. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay again when we come back. We enjoyed the pool, nice size. Grandlids had a lot of fun,

Very nice place for the money with great customer service and friendly staff! Just minutes from the beach, boardwalks ect. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Clean hotel with breakfast, cereal and pastries although it was the same hot sausage and gravy biscuit everyday. Polite employees. Didn't try the pool or gym but both looked fine when I passed by.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I think for the money I paid it should have been much better. Dirty room with hairs on the bed sheets and not completely clean. Breakfast was absolutely tasteless and not good at all. The doggie park was in the back of the hotel which was kind of dangerous and dark at night. The only good thing about this place was the location. Close to the beach and shopping centers.

Dog friendly and close enough to the beach. Only about a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches. Pool was clean and not too deep (went to 5 foot). Breakfast was very tasty (my favorite was biscuits and gravy) they also had cereal, waffles, bagels, danishes, juices and coffee. Staff was very helpful and friendly (needed lots of bedding changes with kids spilling ice cream etc.

Although, It is way before my check in date, I reached out to this hotel via email with a couple of questions. Someone responded promptly and answered all my questions and even provided additional information! So far I am very happy with this La Quinta and I haven't even made it to Florida yet! Great job guys!

My wife and I had a great experience here. The pool was decent and our room was clean and confortable. The hotel is also in a great location for the nearby beaches and restaurants.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. There was a storm at the time and the staff was very courteous by listing the affected areas and and warnings throughout the hotel. Breakfast was okay, not much to choose from though.

The room was beautiful and rates were beyond great. Had a slight problem after checking in but staff were very prompt to respond and met all of my expectations. Will definitely choose La Quinta in the future for any business ventures.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff was very friendly our room was spotless everyday. They are very dog friendly. I would definitely recommend them and we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town.

I enjoyed staying here. It was close to food and other places to go. I’m only giving a low rating because there was a dog or multiple dogs that kept barking during my two night stay that the manager refused to fix. The bedding and room were okay. What I would honestly expect and the breakfast was generic. Altogether if I had to I would stay again.

This location is great. The establishment is very clean, inside and out, and the rooms are nice! The staff is awesome and welcoming. There's a pool, hot breakfast available in the mornings, as well as a fitness room. Seems as though every floor has a vending machine, ice machine, as well as an area to do your own laundry. I would definitely recommend this location, as well as other La Quinta locations, to people.

Stayed in January 2016 during renovation. The NICEST La Quinta I have ever stayed in. From cleanliness to staff to food. There was small touches of extra care around every corner. The owner happened to be on the grounds while we were there. He was friendly, sincere and full of knowledgeable information. I have had friends stay here recently and receive that same quality service that I did.

I love this place! They were helpful from the start and for $109 a night, king bed executive suite, and they let my dog stay for free, there’s not much more I can ask for. We drove from Michigan to stay here and wound up getting in a lot earlier than planned. They let us check in at 9am opposed to having to wait until 3pm. The executive suite is just like the pictures you see when you look online, very spacious. Every part of our room is new. The oldest part would be the landline in the room. Would definitely come back.

I absolutely love this hotel, and the kindness at the front desk. I was so exhausted from my relocation from Alaska, to Florida. I made it to Fort Walton Beach on Christmas day! The front desk clerk was Wonderfully helpful, and I love the clean, and spacious accommodations. The beds are supportive, and comfortable. I'm so satisfied with them that will be searching for them when I go on another trip. Even if I do not bring my cat. Thank you so much, and I will be recommending La Quinta to Every one.

Made several trips here on a contract assignment and all in all my experience was positive. Room: 4/5. Beds were cozy (they're hard just so you know, may or may not suit you as well as they suited me) and rooms were clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is a couple of rooms I stayed in had a rather stale smelling air conditioner, indicating possibly a need for replacement. Amenities: 4/5. Outdoor pool (never used it due to the weather), onsite fitness facility, complementary breakfast, free Wi-Fi… all of the standard amenities you would expect at a hotel in this price range. Again, I do have one complaint which is that the fitness facility is very small. It's not less equipped than your average hotel fitness facility but the space is inadequate, if there are more than a couple of people in there with you then you might have some trouble finding room to do so much as a curl. Staff: 5/5. Cleaning staff and front desk were friendly, responsive, and easy to get along with. No complaints here at all, these people were great. Location: 3/5. There's a lot close by, but I had to knock off a couple of points for a few reasons, as you have to drive around in circles in order to legally pull into the parking lot (if you're approaching from a certain direction — which was me everyday — you have to circle back and come from the other direction or illegally cut across multiple lanes of traffic to access the parking lot).

Very flexible. Sweet staff. Very prompt with resolving minor issues (Stuff that didnt even really bother us, just needed to be brought to theor attention, like a bath not draining quickly. )

Wonderful room, very cozy with good AC and heat. The breakfast area was nice and roomy with a decent selection for breakfast items. Customer service was wonderful, they helped us out with printing a few items with none of the usual annoyed reluctance you see from other customer service agents.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, free breakfast. Great value.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was excellent, they are dog friendly with hard wood floors. Smelled great. The amenities were terrific, good breakfast. Location was awesome. We booked elsewhere in Ft. Walton and that place turned out to be trash. We walked from that disgusting hotel down Miracle Strip Parkway to La Quinta and we were pleasantly surprised what we found. Pet friendly and clean! We will always stay here when we come back to our hometown.

This hotel has recently been renovated. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

We went up for a one night stay and add up staying two nights that hotel was absolutely wonderful it was very clean and neat you can bring pets we really loved it I would definitely tell people to stay at this hotel it's wonderful.

This is a great hotel! Clean lobby, elevators and hallways. Ample parking as well and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, and most have great views as well. Free breakfast is very good and the gym has a TV and several cardio machines. Would stay here again for sure!

I got here 1 day early for my 30day reservation and the hotel was booked because of hurricane Irma. I told the associate I had been on the road for 3 days if they had any thing come available to let me know! Tavir Bhakta told me to stand by he would see what he could do! He managed to get me into a room within the hour! I am beyond pleased with his customer service!

Clean rooms. Great service. My only complaint is the walls are thin. It was really easy to hear the people in the room next door.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and they did a great job cleaning our room even with the dogs. The pool was nice and breakfast was really good. Walking distance to down town Ft. Walton, which is a fun little area. Close to the beach. Overall one of the best hotel stays I have had.

LaQuinta Inn, was a wonderful place to stay, my husband and I, and family spent 4 days, at the inn. The managers, and staff were wonderful, the hotel was very clean and shiny, the pool and hot tub, clean at all times, the grounds were always picked up, everyone worked with you… the rooms and rest rooms, were exceptional clean, the breakfast were great … we could not have asked for anything more. We would come back again … we would like to say thank you, to all … thank you, from the skeens family (okla. )

Views of IntraCoastal. Rooms are a nice size and recently updated so they are very comfortable. Breakfast is a real treat and better than your typical continental meal. Did not take advantage of pool and hottub but it looks well cared for.

Beautiful location! Everything is newly renovated and looks amazing. The people at the front were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and freash. It's been a wonderful experience for our families first vacation to destin! We definitely will be back! And highly recommend!

Nice clean hotel. While staying they were in the process of a renovation but still a nice hotel. Friendly staff good hot breakfast. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Will stay aging when in the area.

The hotel is newly furnished and looks great; the rooms were spacious and even had a desk to work at which I needed on my long trip. However, I had my dog with me and the dog walk area was incredibly small — hidden behind a fence near the pool where a rectangle was portioned out. My dog walks a bit before going and so we walked around in circles for like 5 min haha. Also the Wi-Fi was incredibly SLOW. Took forever to connect and would be in and out constantly… TLDR** If you want a nice stay for vacation it's a great hotel. If you want a nice dog walk area or great Wi-Fi connection, you might want to reconsider.

Nice quiet hotel. Great room services and morning buffet breakfast. Minutes walk to the beach close to multiple airforce bases.

Let start by saying I am not a paid reviewer or employee of La Quinta. This place and the staff are outstanding in every way. We arrived from a super long cruise/sightseeing/driving vacation throughout Florida and was relieved to be greeted by such friendly staff at the front desk. Considering this to be almost a waterfront hotel that is less that a stones throw away from a military training base I'd say these folks do a super job of maintaining and providing a relaxing and reasonably priced place to stay. We want to say thanks to all those folks who made our stay here so nice. This was five star all the way! Great Job.

The evening desk person was extremely nice and accommodating. Everyone that walked by knew her name and talked to her.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean period. I was really impressed with this hotel. We are coming back to stay again soon as we are moving to the area and will need a hotel for a day or two. My thanks to the management.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! We have three dogs no problem at all. They have a nice little potty area for your doggies! Be a good dog owner and clean up after your pet. Nice rooms, almost sound proof. Nice dark rooms to sleep late. Yeah! And check out is at 12:00. Breakfast is just wonderful they have everything including waffles. This is where we are going to stay when we need a motel.

I'd like to state dang! I stayed only 1 nite for under 100 bones! It was a super clean two beds room. I wish I stayed longer to find some single chicks. I was there before XMas holidays so like an empty island. Oh and Wi-Fi was great on third floor, I could get plenty itunes before my flight.

I have to say this hotel was wonderful. It was CLEAN, the staff HELPFUL and NICE, the rooms were nice (a little smaller than I was used to be not cramped) and the location was great. If you are looking for a great hotel for a decent price, you have found your hotel.

This hotel isn't located on the beach, but it is close enough to see water if your room is on the highway side. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was some of the friendliest (make sure to meet Maria in the breakfast room! ). Got to use the cardio equipment a couple of times, ate subs by the pool as the sun set and had a great time. Highly recommend.
