We stayed here last night after driving in from our vacation town. Thought we were in Florida, let’s visit Key West. We were extremely delighted with this unique and quaint home. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice! Our room was comfy and just what we needed. Also, it is 1 block over from Duval which is the happening street lol. We enjoyed walking up and down the area. Felt safe! Lots of different food and bars. (And sweet treats) Local art too! Several things:
Ladies, they have a makeup mirror & makeup remover wipes.
Bed was comfy (great mattress)
Towels were so so soft.
The Roam soaps/shampoo/conditioner smelled so good.
*Do yourself a favor and visit Key West and this home away from home.

This is my second time here. We enjoy everything about this place. Yummy breakfast… grandpa's coffee cake is a MUST. Location location location. Clean and sweet. See you in September.

My hubby & I stayed at Old Town Manor this week — and we cannot say enough great things about this place… First of all, the location was phenomenal — JUST off Duval street… The breakfast was great each morning & the coffee strong… loved hanging in the rocking chairs on the porch & eating in the garden with Doc the amazing cat🐈 and waking up to Roosters crowing instead of alarm clocks.
The place was clean, the staff amazing, water hot in the shower, sheets super soft, and the place was very safe and easy to get in and out of. We rode our bikes everywhere and locked them in the courtyard, thank you for the great stay-we will DEFINITELY be staying there again next time! CHEERS!

The decor and spacious room makes it great but the outside patio garden area couldn't be beat.

Charming old southern mansion with balconies and porches. Lush tropical grounds with seating, water features, and bike parking. Lovely interiors tastefully decorated with antiques. It's almost Christmas, and there are wreathes on the doors and tiny white lights on the trim. Service is impeccable. Chad is very much the gracious host and informs you about everything. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast service, which arrives at your room door. You simply fill out a paper form the night before that has a myriad of delicious selections to choose from, everything from cereals to waffles to fruit to cheeses etc. You then slip the order form into a plastic bag that hangs off your doorknob and they will come and get it in the morning and deliver it at the time that you state. Our queen bed mattress was extremely comfortable in the bedding was quite luxurious, and we slept well because of it… although the rum might have helped somewhat too. The location is prime, just steps away from Duval Street and anywhere else you want to go. Parking can be a challenge, but again this is Key West, and that is always an issue. There are options to choose from including meter parking, so there's that. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely Amazing! Staff was wonderful, the place is beautiful! Doc {The Cat} is the best! Everything made our weekend wedding celebration just perfect. We will definitely be back! ❤️❤️

I absolutely loved Old Town Manor from the moment my husband and I walked in! We were greeted so friendly and taken around and shown to our room! What service. I loved every aspect of how they are handling covid right now. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the hotel is the cutest thing with a cute garden too which I enjoyed a cocktail in. Breakfast was lovely too and when we were returning after a day out on the water to return towels and grab the car they knew everything about us so clearly communicated to each other. I will one thousand percent be returning next stay! It’s everything I was hoping it was. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! Our room was absolutely lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed having breakfast brought to our patio. The house cat made my day! We will absolutely be back to this gem of Key West!

Very nice rooms, beautiful gardens with a “security” cat, exceptionally friendly staff… not to mention GREAT location…! Highly Recommend Old Town Manor…!

We stayed here for just one night but were blown away. It sits a block off Duval but it’s a historical, quiet little place. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a no-brainer for $5! Organic and fresh. The back patio is an oasis. We immediately inquired about a second night, but alas they were fully booked. No wonder! 5 ⭐️. Say Hi to Doc and Mojo for me.

This place is beautiful, loved staying here. Everything was so clean and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast featured primarily organic food, such as smoked salmon, real Vermont maple syrup to go on the DIY Belgium waffles, organic coffee, etc. Etc.! It was delicious! Would be so happy to stay here again.

We checked into our room late. Had no issues getting in with the instructions they left us. The room was beautiful and very clean. Checked in the next morning with the staff who was very respectfully. Breakfast was good. The hotel was located right off Duval Street, which places you in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Most pet friendly place in Key West. They made our fur family right at home. I researched Old Town Manor and Rose Lane Villas thoroughly before we reserved. We will return again and again without hesitation.

The staff was warm and very accommodating. The food was wonderful and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying there. This was my first trip to Key West and I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

My husband and I visited Key West for the first time earlier this week. We chose to stay at Old Town Manor which far exceeded our expectations. The old charm of the house, comfortable room and delightful breakfast in the court yard made our visit just as memorable as all the excitement of Key West! The house was immaculate at all times. The staff was very nice and attentive. With only a few rooms things were always quiet which was so nice after all the noise on Duval. We hated to leave but look forward to visiting again. Old Town Manor will always be our first choice! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Right off of Duval Street. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Amazing accommodations, cute and comfortable rooms. Has a great old world feel with modern amenities. Beautiful balcony and gardens and breakfast was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 100% would go back.

Had a great stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast in the courtyard every morning. Great location walking distance to sites and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I, with our two dogs are staying in the Saratoga Suite. It couldn't be nicer. Great room just off the patio with a private patio. Steps from Duval Street. Awesome location.

Villa 524, 3 bedrooms, was great! We had a slow sink drain on arrival and they immediately fixed it. Lovely stay, great private outdoors spaces.

Old Town Manor was such a charming little place to stay. We where there for a wedding & had rented out the entire place for all the guests & it was amazing to have everyone in one place & really be together the whole weekend. The staff was friendly & accommodating. Super close to Duvall St & all the action too. It's within walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

The location is the best you could ask for, placed on Eaton street just a half block from Duval Street and all the its excitement, while not far from the port and great restaurants associated with it. Pricing wasn’t too much for the area, don’t think you could find better at the price point. Friendly staff and clean rooms, can’t ask for better on a vacation.

Lovely place right off of Duval street and close to everything but nice and quiet at the same time. Nice little court yard. Rooms are nice and clean and we had a little table and chairs in front. Breakfast was amazing. Loads of options, not your typical hotel type of breakfast. Also pet friendly! And they allow big dogs. Loved it.

This is such an amazing place! A wonderful garden where you can enjoy the breakfast right from the beautiful kitchen inside the mainhouse. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and has its private bathroom, which is islandstyle but modern too. The Duvalstreet is only a few steps away. We would like to stay here again in the future.

For the price it is decent when compared to other hotels. Location is great! This is a no thrills property so they can keep prices low.

This is the best place where you can relax and at the same time enjoy the wonderful central position and the fabulous customers service. The rooms are clean and modern "old stile"… The best in key west, I always want to be there for my vacations in the keys.

Great location just off Duval. Very nice clean rooms with lovely courtyard. Friendly staff. Rose Lane villas are especially nice. Close to everything but still tranquil. Casual but upscale.

Hatham was very helpful as was all staff here. Great price for location and excellent breakfast. I highly recommend.

My spouse and I stayed at the Eaton Lodge (Old town Manor now) for a few years in a row, while visiting family in Key West. We would come to town once or twice per year, and liked staying here because it is a beautifully kept place just off the beaten path. We have stayed in the Sunset and Anniversary rooms, and they are fantastic! Not huge room, but really well appointed and comfortable. The proprietors are great; breakfast is outstanding, as are the afternoon drinks they like to prepare and share with guests! This is the perfect location for us as it is an easy walk to downtown and also to our family, living on William Street at the time. Beautiful B&B. Super nice staff. Excellent rooms. Not cheap, but then what in KW is?! We will be back.

Great spot. I'm here for a wedding and we basically rented out the entire hotel. The staff was very accommodating. We pretty much have the place to ourselves.

Perfect key west accommodations at a great price for the area. Close to roaring duval st. And within walking distance to everything else. We stayed in the veranda room on the first floor. While small it has everything you need and quick access to the front porch which is worth using. The included breakfast is a good start to your day with pretty good coffee. The only concern to note would be the low water pressure of the shower.

We will definatly be back to this wonderful bed and breakfast. Our room looked fantastic. Everything was well maintained, and a lot of care has been put into the details here. The courtyard is a great shady place to take a quite break away from the bussy streets and makes you feel like you took a step out of town for a breath of fresh air. Our room was quite, and with the high quality black out shades coupled with the fact that the building was compleatly shaded, it was very easy to sleep… maybe even a bit too long. A very restful and rejuvenating B&B. The perfect spot for anyone!

Old Town Manor is one of ours absolutely favorite places in Key West. They have gorgeous garden, serve delicious and healthy breakfast, their rooms are top notch. Their properties are located in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to all the famous landmarks you want to see. The staff is professional, friendly and also really funny ;) You better book their rooms in advance cause they do go quick.

Perfect combination of location, amenities and price. Walkable to everything, friendly staff, good breakfast, free Wi-Fi. Pool is smallish and around the corner but nice to have the option. Saw a bunch of rooms and most were very nice, although varied in decor and amenities. We had two patios and a fridge, but an older tv, others have flat screens but no fridge, etc. Overall, a great place to stay, quiet at night as it is off of crazy duval st, but great location. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place to stay. OTM is smack dab next to all the action (Duval). The garden area is a great place for group dinner or to just go and sit in the evening. The staff is great and very friendly. The rates are great as well.

Beautiful room in period building. Room was furnished tastefully with antiques (unfortunately including an extremely squeaky bed). Price was reasonable. It included breakfast (continental-style) in secluded rear garden. Good central location. No free parking near the hotel, but this shouldn't be a game-changer. Oh and they have free Wi-Fi.

We had 2 rooms here for 2 nites. The breakfast left much to be desired. They had out instant microwave oatmeal, bread, english muffins, yogurt, some banana bread and fruit. Coffee and juice but nothing hot. The rooms were adequate and clean, cold a/c, decent baths. Nicer than a holiday inn, but not the Hyatt. We thought it was a good value (considering the great location) and would stay again.
