I would usually name specific names when mentioning people that provided great service. However everyone that provided me with service was truly amazing. The whole staff was phenomenal. We came out for a birthday and honeymoon celebration and had an amazing time. Rooms are clean and beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous.

Stayed for the first time this week for romantic anniversary getaway and absolutely loved Ocean Key Resort & Spa. The room was above and beyond our expectations and the staff and service was incredible! Cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend this resort. Location is awesome!

We LOVED the location, it was within walking distance to ecerything! The staff was EXCELLENT, if we needed anything it was done and we never had to check on it. We loved our suite, it had a balcony to watch the sunset and we could hear the music every nite! We had the PERFECT honeymoon here and will definitely be back!

First, I would like to say what an amazing time my girlfriend and I had during our stay with you. It was our first vacation together and her first trip to Key West. Because of your resort, and more importantly your staff, the trip could not have been better. It started when I called around noon on Saturday to see the soonest I could check into the room. It was already ready to be checked into at that time and we could come right over. From there we were greeted with warm welcomes and had every need taken care of. While every staff member we encountered had an amazing attitude, there are a couple I would like to call out individually. First, Nate your concierge. I’ve never met a better concierge. He had such an upbeat, positive, can do will do, let’s get it done attitude. I feel like I could have asked him to get me the Hope Diamond and he would have made it feel like it was the easiest thing in the world for him to make happen. His tonality in conversation is perfect. What a great asset you have in him. Next, Jessica the bartender at your pool bar. My girlfriend and I arrived as she was opening the bar in the morning, and about 30 min too soon to order food. Instead of just saying that we had to wait or suggesting we leave the pool area for breakfast, Jessica told us she could get us room service breakfast but ordered to the pool instead. On top of that we never had to get out of our cabana to order a drink or call her over for anything.

Staff are so friendly and helpful rooms are great the location is just wonderful The only downside for us there is No vegetarian options in the restaurant. In these days should always be 3/4 options my wife does not eat meat or fish. Most places do a vegetarian burger at leastEven though it gets boring.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The initial experience is inviting and worth the price. The location is central to beaches, bars, restaurants, and shops. We never used the car. The concierge service was excellent. We did the day trip to Cuba (highly recommend) and we got more than our monies worth.

We have been lucky enough to stay at Ocean Key on previous trips to Key West. Love the relaxed vibe. From check in to check out, really chilled and super helpful. Same room one floor down. Overlooks Mallory Square for the classic Key West sunset. Don't worry the cruise liners leave in time! Breakfast on our balcony was a real treat. Fresh juice. Delicious food. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It was clean and the spa was good too. It's good for a group stay and we enjoyed our time there. Priceline gives good options. The food was amazing, the view was too good too. I wish I could stay here longer.

We just got back from a wonderful weekend. We are only able to get away on weekends do to work, so we make the most of it when we do. (Hilton Head, Destin, St Thomas, etc) When we arrived the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room (usually in places they give us a map and we are on our own) We had breakfast at the Hot Tin Roof, and spent a few hours in the pool after. The Bartender at Liquid was very attentive, she made rounds continuously helping keep everyone hydrated. We had our last dinner at Hot Tin Roof (See Photos) Amazing! Some will squirm at this but I like my steak Well Done, and they got it right no sending it back. They Bartender were very knowledgeable to local history and were able to tell us things we did not know. I can honestly say we WILL return. We Absolutely could not stop talking about how much we loved the set up of our Junior Suite. Thank You All for a Great Belated Birthday weekend.

We love Ocean Key Resorts. The entire staff is always welcoming and treat you as if they are inviting you into their home. From the moment you arrive the guys at the doors greet you and learn your name. They have everything ready for you making the check in process very easy. The location is the best spot on the island. The view from your balcony is amazing which includes the sunsets. The staff at the Liquid Lounge by the pool are more than wonderful. We wouldn't stay any where else.

The entire experience was disappointing relative to the price we paid. The first night (we stayed 5 days), I inquired why the hotel website mentioned that children under 12 stayed for free. We had a 10yo child with us and did not get this rebate via Expedia. The front desk assured us that someone from reservations would contact us during our stay… they never did. In addition, the rooms are not up to par for a 5 star status. The drinks around the pool are VERY expensive and booking a table at the restaurant for any of the 4 nights we were there was not possible before 8:30 pm. A priority should be given to hotel residents and an overall better customer service would be expected from a 5 star rating. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Next time, we will look at neighbouring hotels that are also located directly on the coast/beach but have a better price/quality ratio.

We just returned from a week at Ocean Key. We could not have had a better experience! We stayed in room and had a fantastic view — maybe the best in the resort! Favorite things: right on Duval Street next to Mallory Square, fantastic welcoming staff, Hot Tin Roof dinner outside at sunset, drinks and lunch by the pool, did I mention the sunset view from our balcony?! If we could have booked the room for the same time next year we would have! Once we confirm our calendars we will be making our reservations — room 516.

Dinner at The Hot Tin Roof on our first night in Key West did not disappoint. Book well in advance to get prime seating overlooking Mallory Square and views of the spectacular sun set! Impeccable service with extreme attention to detail. Food was sublime and mouth watering! The hotel is chic and classy and in my opinion the absolute best location for accommodations in all of Key West. The gift shop is a must visit for unique and interesting items. A great experience to set the tone for the rest of my vacation in the conch republic!

Very nice resort hotel that wasn't the typical large chain style. Great location and very nice staff. Located on the north tip of Duval St. So you can walk to most of the top restaurants. Nice pool located on the water. No beach. Expensive but most good hotels in Key West are. We would stay there again.

Really cute rooms with high ceilings and nice big soaking tub. Great view of sunsets. Be forewarned it is loud as it is located near all the bars and not to mention the roosters crowing all night!

Exceptional view, we had a great stay!

The hotel was good. We liked the room with balcony and the nice view. We had a great time, however the management was not good and had had willingness to help. They didn’t care a bit about the customers concern. The room was booked twice by accident I called to ask one room to be cancel more than a week before. It was booked for the same day, same people. Obviously it was an honest mistake. I called and talked to several people including the managers. I begged for help, but they refused to help. This’s very unfair and the staff should be more considerate and understanding. Also we booked a spa and the staff Claudia did not have a good attitude at all the whole time. Ashley helped us too and she was great, friendly, polite and with a good charisma. I’m very disappointed and I’ll never book or recommend this hotel again.

My family and I ate at their restaurant for a brunch special and it was amazing. The food, drink, and service was all near perfect. The price was a bit steep but you got exactly what was paid for. My only complaint would be about our reservation getting changed by the staff "accidentally" both times we called to confirm our date and time.

I have visited quite a few resorts and I can't wait to return to Ocean Keys. From the time we checked in until we left it was just perfect. The staff were Fantastic. The views from the pool and Hot Tin Roof are second to none. What a great time!

Service staff is incredible. Food and drinks by the pool were great. Views are unmatched. Right off Mallory Square and only a few blocks from the best nightlife on the island. A true bucket list stay! Everything was perfect.

Amazing place with the best views on the island. The pool is beautiful and the staff is accommodating to every need. The room was clean and so comfortable! The Sunset Pier is a fun and relaxing place to listen to music and eat and drink. Would recommend the coconut margarita! The Hot Tin Roof is a more fine dining place with excellent lobster and steak.

Pool and grounds are great, bathrooms in room are strange but fine. Had some palmetto bugs (cockroaches) in the room, at least 5. Discussed with front desk and they sprayed around the bed. Undergoing renovations and heard tile cutting starting at 930 am. Pool and bar food was great. Great location and service.

It was amazing! The staff there is nice and so cheerful and don't get me started on their body wash and lotion! Their pool is open 24 hours; My brothers and sister loved that. I didn't get a chance to explore everything the hotel had to offer, but being their for only a day I reccommened this hotel to anyone!

Excellent customer service from every department. This place is surely all about your experience with them and making sure you are very well taken care of. We even had a small issue and they were on it right away. The service is something you will never experience. They are all about you and your comfort which is so very hard to find. Beautiful clean rooms. Amazing views. A concierge that will do anything to make your time there something to remember. Second time here for us. Third and fourth for other family members. Will be back and can't wait!

We had dinner at Hot Tin Roof, and it was very enjoyable. We've been there a few times over the past years. The service and ambience are impeccable. We had several of the small plates, which were delicious. My only complaint is that they weren't very good for sharing. I think it would just be better to call them appetizers on the menu. I still give the restaurant 5 stars, and we'll definitely go back!

Super fantastic place, great pool with amazing bar. Rooms are pricey but gorgeous with great views!

Rooms are nice, ours is quite big. Location on the island is good for walking Duval street but not necessarily beach time. Small but nice pool and hot tub. Cribs are meh if you need one. Ours was a port-a-crib with no mattress and blankets just folded on the bottom and two of the sides wouldn't even lock. Still functional though and luckily our baby was older and had no trouble sleeping in it.

It is a fraud gave an advance and they never gave us the contract.

This hotel would have been exceptional EXCEPT for the fact, my card was misused by them causing chaos while traveling. I will never ever stay here again. I was charged a no show fee, plus other charges therefore resulting in a cancellation of a card for fraud. The hotel never called me back as promised to explain. Pool sucked.

Amazing! The rooms are spectacular and the staff is even more wonderful! We have been treated like royalty ever since we pulled up at the curb! This is the place to stay in Key West.

Awesome Hotel. The staff, the room, the view, the food, the activities. Everything was wonderful! My family and I had the best time. We ranked this vacation a solid 10! I had no problem getting some work done on my computer before the family woke up and we were off to our next adventure of the day.

Loved the spa! The staff here was amazing. I'd definitely come get some treatments here again. I had a very relaxing hot stone massage and an excellent pedicure! I'd highly recommend this spa.

Perfect in every way other than the Wi-Fi! Horrible Internet service! If you are the non digital type this is paradise.

For keys hotel not bad, but the room had a strange smell. Windows locks require maintenance.

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful our stay was. The rooms were beautiful, the views to die for, the service FLAWLESS. Everyone was nice and made us feel like treasured guests! From the concierge to Al the bartender at Sunset Pier, everyone was awesome and we had the time of our LIVES! Can't wait to go back.

Location location sunset on the water's horizon! right. And great service. Look at that view! We enjoyed sipping margaritas and watching the sunset from this pier in KW. Just the right party atmosphere and beautiful view for our mood that evening. Haven't stayed at the resort so I can't say yet, but it looks posh, and other reviews I just read it seems people like staying there. For sure we loved the "sunset celebration".
