Perfect location, able to walk everywhere. Very clean and nice. Breakfast outside the rooms was very nice as well. Staff read very polite and held our luggage for later flight. Only con was small bathroom and shower. Also was on the street room very noisy and construction above our room during the day.
Overall had a great experience! Beautiful place, friendly staff, free (basic) continental breakfast. Comfortable beds and very close to Duval Street (you’re near everything). Wanted to give 5-stars, but the one downside was the shower. Very small, could barely move around. I’m 6’3 and the shower head came up to my chest. Had to bend over and slouch while showering. The place is pricey (paid $280 per night), but outside of the shower issue, it was worth it. Had a very nice time. Recommended, especially if you’re small! ;)

What a fabulous place to stay! Every need was met by a friendly staff. The beds were so comfortable and the delicious Cuban coffee was an added plus. As far as location, could not be better. Located in short walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this guest house if you are visiting the Keys!
