Absolutely amazing! The staff was the best I have seen & this experience was great!

The hotel I have been dying to find every time I come to Key West. FINALLY! Clean, rooftop pool with free mimosas or wine all day until 6. Free Dove bars in the room, and so much more. Just perfect! We WILL be back!

My wife and I spent a night here for our anniversary. It was probably one of the best rooms I ever spent in. When you check-in you get a glass of champagne. The rooms where very clean and spacious. The pool on the top floor with bar is a nice feature. The hotel isn't far from Duval Street. My only pet peeve was their parking lot (reserved for guests), its small, and my SUV barley fit into a spot. However it is Key West, there isnt that much space to begin with. I wouldn't drop a star just for that reason either. I totally recommend this place for couples.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! We can't say enough about this place. Claudia at the front desk couldn't do enough for us, wow. Chris at the bar was great and gave us so much info to help us enjoy our trip. Also Kara was great as well. The place was beautiful and e everything you want in a luxury hotel. I could not find one thing that wasn't Top Notch. You have to give it a try. Even the locals raved about H20

We decided to do a Florida road trip summer 2017, we originally booked a hotel in marathon but when we arrived it was nothing like we expected. So I called H20 suites and the man on the phone was more than accommodating and reserved a suite for us and we started our 1 hour drive. Upon arrival we were greeted like family, there was Champaign and 2 glasses waiting for us. He was very personal and even helped us to our room. We stayed in room with a private plunge pool which was even more awesome. This hotel exceeded 5 stars and the pool was the cherry on the top. I have stayed in many luxury hotels and this is Cleanest hotel by far. I highly recommend it! Also it's adults only, so no loud screaming kids. I really didn't want to leave after our 4 day stay. Good job to all the staff.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon after our wedding on the island. This is probably the nicest hotel I'll ever stayed at. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine when they learned it was our honeymoon, which was nice. But the service at this hotel overall is wonderful. I'm used to staying at the large resorts in places like Vegas, but this was a small boutique, adults only hotel with just a handful of couples staying here so it was nice to have a fairly quiet property and pool. They have free mimosas and bloody Mary's from 11 am to 1 and free wine at the pool bar from 1 to 530. The bartenders have been super friendly and attentive. There are bicycles for rent, and the turndown service includes ice cream bars, chocolates, and muffins. Everyone is so nice and super helpful and I would highly recommend this property for lodging.

Awesome place! It was my first staying in this hotel and definitely I’ll be back exactly here next time! Great design, brand new rooms, friendly staff, quiet and upscale! Regular I’m not about writing reviews but this time guys really worth it! Thank you, H2O!

Juan, Adam, Claudia, Jasmine, Greg, and the rest of the team really made it feel like a home away from home. The can-do/will-do attitude & customer service were superb. Great centralized location (walking distance from Duffy's, Camille's, Better Than Sex, Bahama Village, Southernmost Point, Duvall St). Cab driver/dispatcher (Z-man) gave great recommendations. Excellent design and room arrangement. Comfortable, Quite, Clean and Quality work inside and out. A Beautiful adult hotel. A microwave in the room would have been perfect. Well worth it.

Very fancy and cozy place to stay, roof bar and pool are amazing. Location is good but not that perfect. All in all enjoy it so much.

Stop reading reviews and book this hotel! Clean quiet and new! Every one of the the staff my wife and I interacted with where very kind and friendly. I can't wait to return and will be booking again!

This hotel is amazing! My husband and I stayed here last weekend and loved every minute of it. The hotel is first class all the way — friendly staff, rooftop pool, complimentary rooftop bar happy hour (twice a day! ), fitness center, beautiful grounds and luxury suites! Not only was our suite beautiful with clean, modern furnishings, it also had a private plunge pool set at 86 degrees! There's nothing quite like relaxing in your own private pool after a day out on Duval Street. And since the hotel is located downtown we were able to walk everywhere! This hotel redefines luxury and made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend!

Wow… What a great experience. Room was fantastic. Service was outstanding. I can't say enough. I would definitely stay there again. One of the nicest, cleanest, most friendly hotels in Key West. Great location.
