Great hotel! Stayed almost a week and highly recommend!

Let’s start out by saying… AT FIRST the hotel was super clean and wonderful staff! Then comes day 2… pool had chicken poop floating around and I thought to myself “well this must be normal “ so I went and told the front desk. No biggie day 3… bartender gentleman was horrible and rude poolside. Pool had still not been cleaned and when I went to tell the front seat the you g lady said and I quote “ yeah, I wouldn’t let my kids swim In it either” and continued to tell us that the pool
Cleaning company only comes once a day in the morning and could not provide me with a skimmer to clean myself. Then when I asked to see the manager she said “ he is at our priority location” I could not believe my ears! Here we sit on day 3 with nothing to do at 5 o’clock before our dinner reservations at 7:30. Breakfast was ok bartender at pool on day one and 2 was awesome but I cant stress this enough… nobody is willing to do anything other than what they are required and if their boss isn’t around, they won’t even do that.

Only one elevator and all the rooms are upstairs since parking in under the builds. Breakfast buffet outside by the pool. Wonderful.

Great I mean amazing breakfast. They gave us great handicap suite. So far spot on. Parking a bit tough but that’s key west everywhere.

Nice jumping off spot for the Keys. Nice pool and very attentive staff. Evening front desk staff needs some attention and could use another elevator but otherwise a positive experience.

King suite is fairly spacious. The bathroom could use with a floor drain since the shower is accessible, water runs everywhere in the bathroom. Older hotel, but furnishings have been updated somewhat recently. Pool is very nice with surrounding cabanas and loungers. Separate bedroom and living area each have a TV and separate climate control.

The room was great, it's a bit small but everything was very compacted and smart placed. It's not far from the big spots in southern keywest. About a 5 minute ride, 10 at worst. Finding parking there on the other hand is a different story, I got lucky though. It is also close to the big stores like publix. Pool is amazing! And breakfast there was outside but great! Lots of parking on the hotel so no need to be fighting for that parking space close to your room. Really recommend staying here!

Good hotel. The property has ample parking and is easy to get in and out of. The breakfast is ok other hotels have better. The pool is large and does get crowded. They do have a bar by the pool which serves food. The cleaning staff is very loud in the morning when they are getting ready to clean the rooms. The rooms are updated and the beds are some what comfortable.

Not the best communication skills at front desk. No elevators, plenty of stairs… for those who like hauling their luggage up and down the stairs. Pool was always dirty by mid day. They only cleaned it in the evening. Room was decent. Breakfast was good.

I have no idea what breakfast people are talking about on the reviews. I have traveled the whole U. S and this breakfast reminds me my early 20's when staying in a hostel. The hotel itself is decent, but rooms are REALLY small (great job taking pictures, Marriott! ), walls are so thin you can hear people next door talking or having sex (not joking), and there is also no safer in the room (not a big deal, but when traveling and carrying a decent amount of money or expensive stuff, would be good to have where to leave it). My boyfriend and I stayed the first night, but when waking up the next morning and seeing the breakfast being washed out by the rain (because of course there are wholes in the wall instead of windows on the breakfast area), eggs looking like soup, mediocre sausage, watery coffee, and 2 types of fruit (grapefruit and pineapple). After the *breakfast*, we decided to change hotels, because there was NO WAY we could stay on this place and be happy. As we walked to the front desk and said we wanted to to an early check out (7 days before the real date), we just said "ok". Not even wanting to know what happened. The hotel is not worth the price. So, my advice is, spend $20 more a day and stay at the Hyatt Centric. That was our best decision EVER during this trip. $20 extra a day is paying our peace of mind.

Disappointed. Clean but … Tiny rooms. Hardly any room for all suitcases let alone 2 adults in one bed. No chlobers no chairs no storage areas. Room door made of steel and cleavage as with a 67 Corvette. Sounds accordingly audible. No SAFE we didn't realize that and we didn't think it was great at all. But… Great pool system and nice reception staff. Location good. Breakfast… You get fed up and you were quite OK. Conclusion: Price performance is not acceptable.

It is really nice hotel. Closed to downtown (not by foot) very very nice breakfast. Rooms are a little small. But it does nit affect my score, as I haven't visited keywest to spend a day in a hotel room. Its family friendly.

Great Hotel! This was a great value. Hotel was well priced for location. Free breakfast was wonderful, drinks at the bar were great and guest service were very friendly.

Absolutely love Marriott properties. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. It’s a nice place. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast is amazing. Stayed for work and will never stay at any other properties.

Place isn’t too bad. Nice pool and outdoor area. Great staff. But out the way, and rooms could be a bit bigger, especially for the price. Feels like the walls are made of paper, you can literally hear EVERYTHING from the rooms either side. EDIT: Owner poster a response, which I do appreciate. I should say that the overall the hotel was very nice, in fact, nicer that most Fairfield Inn's, and the concierge attendant was incredible. So please don't take the lower star review as a bad thing.

The rooms were very small. There was barely any room for our luggage. But the hotel grounds and pool were very nice. The poolside restaurant was awesome with a nice selection of food and drinks. The free breakfast was plentiful with a large variety of fresh food.

Stayed there with my wife and our nine year old during the Christmas break last year. The hotel is a very good value for money on the key west area. The staff is very cordial and helpful especially the lady at the bar. She prepared cocktails for my wife and I even though it was almost closing time. The breakfast selection was also very good and the service was prompt too. The rooms are not very spacious but I can understand that it is Key West and not Somewhere in the middle of USA.

I had an excellent stay for two days! The room was awesome! The pool was nice, but I was at the beach. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel looks much better in website. Very small swimming pool. Rooms are also very small. Bar is good but no restaurant inside.

I stayed at his hotel during last week with my family. Actually this hotel looks much better in the photos. Swimming pool is very small. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Not much place to keep the luggage in the room. The only good thing is the breakfast… :)

Friendly staff, went the extra mile when switching room for us. Diverse and delicious breakfast. Enough parking. Tiki Hut Bar cozy. Pool seems clean and maintained. Rooms are clean and organized. Good place to stay at, highly recommended.

Very comfortable beds and all the amenities like tv, coffee maker and microwave oven were a bonus. The main lobby was very nice and had a helpful concierge who told us about different parts in Old Town Key West. Breakfast was also very good with a very wide variety and good tasting food. Would recommend this place for families so you can save some money to spend in the tourist area of key West.

It's fine like any other hotel.

Very disappointed with service. The bed sheets are not changed, don't know why the walk around with a cart with sheets on it. I brought my own towel from home a yellow and white, housekeeping took it. The elevator smells like a sewer runs under it. Room doors don't close properly doors stay open or unlocked. Housekeeping does a bad job of cleaning, some coffee spilled on the floor, it left a sticky area, (you know what I mean), still there. They definitely go through your bags. My drone bag zipper was not like I left. I've stayed here before, however I will not stay here again. I would not recommend staying here total invasion of privacy, lack of trust.

Very nice employees and really good vibe. Bar and pool area are great to hang out and chill. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This has to be one of the better stays I've had in hotels.

Nice hotel across from water on Roosevelt. Nice staff and business center is small but you do not need a room key to use their computer, printer or internet services. Bathrooms are very clean and convenient. Stairs make it harder to access for handicapped but there is more entrances from covered garage to accommodate.

I booked the hotel because it had three things I was looking for: breakfast, tile floors in the room and pool with shade. The breakfast is honestly amazing and constantly being replenished. The room is very small for my family of 4, even with the full beds instead of the usual queen. We had to move the bed to fit the playpen and the floors were dirty. Housekeeping came so late everyday, like at almost 5pm, and 3 nights out of 5 we had to ask for towels because they were not replenished. The pool is gorgeous, and so cold no one is ever really in it. At first I thought the hotel was empty because no one was in the pool. Then I realized it's so cold no one will go in! I am so disappointed in this stay. Gorgeous place, friendly staff; can't get a good use of the facility.

The breakfast is good and staff is nice. But that's it. The beds are made really late not to mention hard. When you com back to power up for the second half of the day. You don't have the beds made or clean towels. Three of our nights we had to ask for towels. They made the bed and didn't leave any towels. And you can forget about walking barefoot in the room. The floors are dirty and they don't move the beds to clean so it is very dirty around the beds. The rooms are a bit small. I have a playpen and I needed to move the beds a little. When I did I had to clean the floor a lot. I can't believe how dirty it was. The biggest problem was with the pool. We came for the pool and didn't even stay in it for more then 10 minutes. It is ICE COLD they keep it cool with chillers. The drink I got at the bar was not as cold as the pool. I like a cold pool but this was an ice bath my 9 year old was only able to stand it for a little bit and my toddler cried and was never able to deal with the cold temperatures and he loves the water. I wish I would have known this before booking the room. I would rather have a smaller pool that my kids and I can use than a pretty cold one that I can only look at. I give it 2 stars and I think I'm being nice. If you can't take a shower at 4pm with a clean towel or go in the pool because it's ice cold what good is it for. Next time we will book a different place with better housekeeping and a pool we can use.

Great Hotel at a Great price. Scooter and bike rental available. Clean modern rooms. Lobby is clean and modern. Pool area is outstanding with poolside bar that is awesome. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Short drive or ride to everything.

This place has one of the smallest room I habe had. However the service is excellent. The Staff is really friendly, Very polite. And Help me when I lost my room key. The pool is very nice, very well decorated and sit next to their restaurant/bar. Nice and clean room, excellent service, will recommend everyone to this hotel.

The colors of the hotel and inside the room are my favorite and very tropical. The pool was beautiful, even though the water was slightly cold (could have been warmer) … rooms were clean, they looked nice, new and renovated. Sitting outside near the pool in the morning for breakfast was enjoyable. Only stayed at this hotel for two nights, but definitely would of stayed for one more!

The Guest Service Agents at the front desk are very welcoming and pleasant. I had some challenges checking in, but the ladies helped me through them. My family is really enjoying the hotel. I will definitely return to this property next year!

Nice hotel and incredibly accommodating. I made a reservation at the other Fairfield by mistake and they were able to switch the reservation on the spot and at a lower rate, despite getting an upgraded room.

Everything about the experience with this hotel was top notch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the service was fast and thorough, breakfast and all of the other amenities were great. We accidentally left something in the room when we checked out. The staff actually turned our items into the office where they packaged it and shipped it to my home almost 2000 miles away. I can't say enough good things about the place or the folks who work there. Thanks for making our trip comfortable and pleasant along with a great price, even considering it is spring break.

Room was pretty ok, but comparatively smaller in size. Hotel offers free parking, but it seems they do not have sufficient parking when compared to number of rooms. On long weekends rooms are over priced and you don't even get the parking space. Pool side has beautiful ambience.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at. From check in to check out. They had wonderful food reccomendations. They had real towels for the pool area. Room was clean and quiet. Free Wi-Fi in the room. Breakfast was hot with plenty of staff to keep it stocked.

This has been a horrible experience no crib they lied. To add insult to injury I had 5 different people tell me a pack and play is a crib. My room was 219 a night I wanted to upgrade to a suite since there was no cib. Through room was 249 a night 30 dollar a night difference they wanted to charge 150. I told Gm I had no hot water or ac and he told me that wasn't possible. I read a review from a month ago that said a wasn't working either. He sent his apologies and 2 drinks. I already explained I was her for work had to be up at 4am. Finally get to sleep and the checked someone into the room above me. I called front desk to let them know about noise they said they would call I heard toilet flush and furniture moving but no phone ring. No hot water at 4am again next day cold shower again. No choice I havea responsibility to my employer at 5am. No accountability for the terrible experience! never again better off paying 100 bucks for a room you are not buying quality here.

Worst experience ever, arrived on Dec. 27 without reservation and was hard to find a hotel. We found this one, room rate 449 per night you will expect at least a decent experience. AC didn't work you can tell that they really took advance of the holiday season! We complained and a very rude manager came didn't let us talk and gave us an amazing disc of 50 dollars. Do no Stay here and if you have to please do not stay in 101! We had stay at the ritz Carlton and believe me this one can be only compare with motel 6! Also we told the manager that my brother in law's kids woke up with bug bites … he didn't care.

Very clean rooms, very good breakfast! The staff very friendly also. I have no complaints.

High-priced hotel, extremely noisy air conditioners (hard to stand out), otherwise beautiful pool, Roomservice sourced our bed with blood-smeared head-covering, simply disgusting. Even the towel rack, which ripped out of the wall, doesn't seem to interest anyone here.
