Extremely nice employees, beautiful relaxing hotel.

Such an amazing hotel, our favorite Universal one by far! The rooms are beautiful and hi tech and the staff is wonderful. During Ian we chose to stay there to play it safe and I’m so glad we did. We had so much fun and felt so safe and comforted. Five stars, 2 big thumbs up!

This place takes care of you. Lauren is the best bartender.

Don’t get me wrong the hotel room and the people are great! However, when I was ready to check out and looked over my bill I noticed that I was charged the seasonal rate instead of the annual pass holder rate. Brought it up and the person at the front desk told me the manager said they could not do anything. It is a shame, my wife and I decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary here just to have the end ruined by them saying there is nothing they can or would do. Just a warning make sure you are being charged the correct rate even if you reserve your room online.

Breakfast is not included, restaurants are really expensive, it’s doesn’t have bathtub.

Aventura has it all. Stayed 4 days & loved every minute spent at the hotel. The outdoor bartender, Bryan, was top notch. He made everyone feel like welcome. Will recommend & will return.

It is more than obvious that Universal used the lowest bidder when designing and building this “resort”. The layout of the rooms are subpar but we had serious issues with the room we were staying in when it rained. The water from outside leaked into our room from the large window into underneath the flooring. When you would step onto the flooring you can visibly see the water leak through the cracks of the flooring and in some areas you could hear the water squishing. Upon further inspection we were able to find signs that this was a chronic issue that the hotel did not appropriately address as there signs of rusting and water damage. The building is not even 10 years old…I don’t understand. So on our last night we had to pack up all of our belongings to be moved rooms. I appreciate the upgrade I was given for that one night but I don’t think it was enough especially considering that it seems that they continue to book the room despite the chronic rain water leak issue. I expected better and was seriously disappointed.

We absolutely 💕 this hotel! From the moment you drive up you will be amazed at the view! The front hotel and room service staff are amazing and the best! They are so polite, helpful, and efficient! They are there for you! They always have many bell carts available in the front to take your luggage up with! The lobby is quiet, the elevators work fast and efficiently, the pool is quiet and beautiful, and the views from the room and the top restaurant are AMAZING! I cannot say enough great things about this resort! We have stayed twice already, and looking to book our next trip soon! We have two girls aged 14 & 10, and it is perfect for our family! Walking distance to Volcano Bay and both parks is perfection!

Nice enough hotel for the price but definitely could work on some things… I requested towels and a few other things 2 days ago have yet to get them. My keys do not work to open anything but my room and the line at front desk is always a mile long so not worth the wait to have them fix them. The elevators are rediculous most times with you having to wait and wait and wait somemore just for one to finally stop,, doesn't matter if you're coming from the lobby or your room they literally just go up and down bypassing right by you until one finally decides to stop. Quite comical when you're not in a hurry. Very limited food choices and None after 10pm. Would I stay again? Sure but hope that atleast the service has improved by then.

I have stayed at Aventura within a few weeks of it opening. You walk in and the atmosphere is elegant, classy, friendly, clean and you feel safe, I have been back 6 times and the last time was the week before it closed again. The staff is always so helpful and you feel like you are coming home. The hotel is modern and more of an adult atmosphere which is nice. Everywhere you turn the environment is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention the fantastic food you have in your different dining areas. The pool area is unique and offers movies at night, bonfires and an outside bar. Love the different options to get to Universal within minutes. Can’t wait for Aventura to open back up so I can return to my favorite place to vacation. Be that the hotel and Universal.

We loved Relay (the robot) bringing us stuff. Staff is super friendly. The control pads in the rooms are cool. The price is good especially since you can use the boat from Sapphire Falls to get to City Walk.

It's a great hotel with a wonderful view, minutes away from everything & walking distance from Volcano Bay. There's several bars including a sky bar where you can see the city & a Starbucks & easy transportation to really anywhere you want or need to go. There's robots in the lobby that tell jokes & give candy to kids or ride the elevator to service your needs, all at a reasonable rate, plus you get access to the more Ritzy hotel next door, so it's a two for one!

We stayed here March 9-13, 2020. We had a great time. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The different eateries were top notch with a great staff. One in particular, Melissa, was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
Also we met a couple from Wales, her name was Emma. I would love if someone could get me in contact with her. I hope they were able to get home today.

All the selection of food available at the hotel was delicious. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Front desk very helpful and informative. We had a amazing view from our room. Super quick with requests from the I pad in your room. Would definitely come back here. Plus the buses from the hotel were so convenient.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Ultra modern and I loved the full size hair dryer in the room. All the amenities were easily accessible — no long walks from your room to the dining area, the pool, the bar or the lobby. Great service! Great staff! We will definitely stay here, again.

It was a wonderful beautiful experience for me and my family! We went to celebrate my daughter’s sweet 16th, and I know that she will remember all the fun time she had for the rest of her life!

We were visiting the Aventura Hotel from Seattle, WA and my partner is originally from Florida. I have been a season pass holder for Universal Studios for the past two years and she has been one for the past eight years. We have stayed at multiple hotels in the area before and this was by far our best experience. The only issue that we had during our stay was with Avis, who was difficult to reach and was unclear about payment expectations such as parking fees. We received our greatest services at the outside pool bar from Tara and “Mama” Lauren. We fell in love with Laruen’s Ultimate Coconut drink and have been trying to replicate it since we have been home. Tara always greeted us before we arrived at the table and always took time to ask us about our day, previous plans we had informed her of, and what we planned on doing next. It is great to go on vacation and to feel at home where you are staying. Lauren and Tara remembered our names, our stories, and always welcomed us like we had known each other for years. This is the kind of place we want to vacation to. One that makes us feel at home. Thank you, Lauren and Tara, for giving a little extra to a great vacation!

I was so excited to try this hotel out because it is new and I liked the look. I normally stay at the premium onsite hotels so I can get free speed passes. We are only planning to do a half day at the parks tomorrow so we decided to stay at one of the value hotels. I had a reservation at another value Universal hotel because they offered king beds. I was so excited when I saw Aventura had a king suite available. I switched reservations. Keep in mind that this was awhile ago so it was well in advance. We left Royal Pacific where I always have a great experience. I come here with my boyfriend. The woman checking us in tells me I booked a queen suite. I tell her I did not. She asks me if I have a confirmation email. I show her the confirmation that I paid for a king suite. She tells me to wait. She comes back with the manager who was nice but at the same time tells me they cannot ‘make a king suite appear out of no where. ’ Apparently the king suite is a bait and switch. They overbooked them and decided that they could just switch us to a queen room without warning. Now we have small beds to sleep in. They offered me 25% off but the rate after the discount is only slightly better than some other offer I got months ago for Florida residents. They insisted this was the best they could do and the clerk insisted we still had to pay the parking fee which is $14 even though we are being inconvenienced.
