I don't really have anything negative to say, just a few suggestions. The breakfast area needs to be set up better. Pretty busy with bot a lot of space but was still good. Out dated furniture, pull out couch needs to be updated, looked uncomfortable and worn. I would get rid of comforter, seems unnecessary. Make sure to vacuum carpet. Found many long hairs that were not ours. Other than those suggestions, it was a nice experience. My kids had fun and really enjoyed the pool area.

We've stayed there several times and always had a good stay. Even with a fold-out sofa plus two queen beds, there's still room to move around. The suites in the main building have large bathrooms and high ceilings. Yes, the breakfast area can get busy, and good parking is tough because of the gates and fencing. The secret bonus of this hotel is the ultra-fast, ultra-convenient routes to Universal, Sea World, and the side entrance to Disney World (using Turkey Lake Road, Central Florida Parkway, and Palm Parkway, respectively). We always stay with Choice Hotels, and this is one of the best Quality Inn and Suites I've seen.

I am very happy with the cleanliness and friendliness at this location. I spent three nights and had no complaints. It was very convenient to trade show and to many restaurants. This was my second time there and we will definitely go back again.

Outstanding place to stay. Friendly staff. Great rooms. Family friendly. Great free breakfast with fresh food. Outstanding customer service. Maria. And her staff are very eager to please.

Worst experience ever staying at a hotel, and I've stayed at a LOT of crappy hotels. This one was by FAR the worst one. I want to start off by saying there was a lady at the front desk who was incredibly rude, and refused to give us more than 2 bath towels. 2 bath towels for a total of 4 people? Yeah, right. Second, there was a day they did a fire alarm test for an ENTIRE hour and and a half without informing any of the guests so they actually knew what was going on so they could leave early if they really wanted too. The hotel's phone didn't even work so there was no calling the front desk without using your call phone to call the hotel. There were ants in the room, and on the last day they allowed the tenets to be incredibly rude and blast loud music long into the late hours of the night and I'm an incredibly light sleeper… like I said, WORST experience staying at a hotel in my entire life, and that's saying a lot for someone who's stayed in some pretty low grade hotels in their life. Will NOT be staying here EVER again. Hope this review was helpful, and perhaps encourages the owners and managers of this God forsaken place to improve itself. The ONLY saving grace this place bad was it's maintenance staff, who were incredibly nice and friendly.

Acceptable. We chose it because it was right in the middle of the Disney parks and the Universal parks. About 10 miles to each side. The room was OK. The attention was more or less, some attended well, others without much desire. But hey… they don't have to be nice to everyone either. The pool is good and the parking is perfect.

Pool area was great at first, the morning of our last stay it was completely trashed. Left some items behind and have been trying to get them back for two weeks, when I call the phone just rings. When I did finally talk to someone they told me they only 2 of the 3 items… funny because all the 3 items were together in a the same exact spot… Rooms were clean, but loud hotel and apparently they allow smoking because the hallways reaked of cigarettes.

Good service, excellent breakfasts I loved. A very cozy, familiar and well-sercaed place of the parks.

The room was pretty comfortable, but I did have a lot of issues with my room. The microwave had 2 knobs to control the heat and time, and both were broken so the microwave was unusable. The room phone would periodically (every 5 minutes or so) activate the speaker phone and start dialing random numbers, and the only was to turn off the speaker was to unplug the phone. The handrail for the hot tub was only attached on one side, and because of that it swiveled. A big issue I had was the housekeeping put all the trash from my room into an untied restaurant to-go bag and just left it outside of my door in the breezeway. I saw it that night upon returning to the hotel. There were other small things like finding a spider in the bathroom, and food debris/crumbs not being cleaned off any surface or vaccumed. Not the hotel’s fault necessarily, but during my 2 night stay a car in the parking lot was broken into on my first night. Also, a delivery place (King’s Point) that was advertised at the front desk gave my food to a random person in the lobby who said the food was theirs, and let them fill out my credit card slip without verifying any piece of information (phone number, room number, name, items ordered). These 2 things didn’t affect my rating, since they’re not the hotel’s fault directly, I just thought it might influence people’s decisions.

Very good hotel, clean comfortable good service and very friendly people, we were with 3 friends 4 days.

Hotel Lindo has breakfast included buffet, heated pool, Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, two beds rooms and a sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, safe.
It was packed during the time we were, if one arrived at eleven o'clock in the evening and had Q Park around the corner inside the hotel parking lot.
In the evening there was a guard Q was turning the parking.

For the price of the Hotel, it was definitely worth it! Close to all of the attractions and very friendly staff. By far our favorite part was the beautiful pool area with a hot tub and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was nice, could be better, maybe needs a bigger area to handle all of the traffic. The tiki bar owner, Sam and Josh, we're awsome, they both have great personalities and made our trip exceptional!

The front desk people are nice. The pool and was nice but a little dirty. The food and drinks beside the pool were great. The beds were hard as a rock. The couch was stained. No hot water in the sink. Shower drained slowly.

The bar and grill at poolside is the BOMB! Excellent pizza and the wings are too die for. We Only ordered 10 wings at first but they were so tasty we ordered another 10!

What a great resort, close to Old Town in Kissimmee. This hotel has the prefect suite, great pool area, happy hour by the pool is the best. The breakfast buffet is the best. Thanks for the great service.

A central, economical and comfortable hotel! For those who come to know and will be little on the premises it is excellent.

Clean bathroom, clean room. Half ugly place but it's close to everything. Breakfast lacks options but it is something. I would stay again for KR to the parks.

Clean room good value for money.

Excellent location, everything is close by. It has good amenities, swimming pool, bar, breakfast included and large parking. It's not luxury but more than enough for the short time you usually stay at the hotel on this type of trip. The people of the hotel are very friendly.

Unfortunately asked for taxi at the front desk. A man, who was not a taxi driver, showed up, spoke to the front desk and took us to the airport. The driver ended up charging us an extra $20 to get to the airport. That just isn't the way to treat visitors, guests or tourist. It did put a serious damper on my relationship with the hotel. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is included and you should be able to find something to eat. Wi-Fi is good and throughout.

Such a hotel does not need the world.

The worst "suite" I have ever stayed at. Beds were fine, but carpet was dirty. Breakfast was fine, but the dining area was too crowded. You need to wait in the line for 15 min, and then another 15 min to find a seat. When I was taking breakfast back to my room, a lady stopped me and said I needed to be charged $65 for taking breakfast away! So ridicules! The music at the pool sounded good, but not at midnight! Every night it was loud and did not stop until over midnight! It was terrible, and I do not recommend everyone who wants a good rest stays there.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were a good size for my needs. The pricing is fair. The breakfast could be better. If you are not mobile it's not a lot nearby in walking distance. I will book again.

Eh, it was cheap and fairly close to the convention center. Most of the staff sucked, the gal who checked us in was a total B, and housekeeping was loud as all get out and would knock on your door even with a Do Not Disturb sign. With all the "We are not responsible for your belongings or your car" signs everywhere, you don't feel that calm or safe. Pretty ghetto. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Good location to visit Disney or Universal, reasonable price.

The place is good, it is comfortable and accessible but the attention was horrible, I did not make the room and when I claim they did not know to tell me speak to the cleaning manager Laura and still expect an apology, the cockroach stayed in the bathroom and slept all night with us, I was denied the receipt for problems that they did not know explain I hope to receive it by email, four years visiting this hotel, but not anymore, I am hoping to be able to speak with corporation.

It took forever to sign in. The room was tidy but the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. In the bathroom, there was a vent covered with a thick layer of dust-the exhaust did not work. In the lobby store, the freezers had about five inches of protruding ice/frost onto the items-evident the freezers had not been cleaned for a considerable time. The pool tile needed a good scrubbing, as well as the outdoor tables and chairs. Only bright side was the friendly staff! I will never stay at this place again!

Initially when we went to check in there were three clerks working. There were two people in front of us and only one clerk checking people in. The other two clerks were discussing how they were going to charge a customer for an extra day because he checked out early. When we went to check in we were told we had to pay an extra $25 deposit on our credit card. When we ask why we were told that was their policy for incidentals. There was no mini bar in the room so what incidentals were they talking about? When we got into our room the room was damp but passable. I will say that the bathroom needed work done on it. The tiles were all chipped up and there were water stains under the sink. The landscapers were there when we arrived at 4 in the afternoon and as we were checking in they were busy blowing things on the third floor up and down the hallway. There was no grass on the third floor so I have no idea why they were blowing. In the morning I went downstairs to the car to get something my husband was sleeping and housekeeping burst in on him. No knock no nothing they just burst right in. We went downstairs to check out to ensure our deposit was refunded only to find out that they would hold it for 7 to 10 days. Also they advertise that they had a shuttle to the attractions. The shuttle runs once in the morning and once in the afternoon that's it. So we ended up having to take a taxi both directions because we missed the shuttle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE! MOTEL NOT HOTEL Fridge has hair in and has not seen a cloth in years. Nail clippings in corners of room where it has not seen a Hoover. Has not seen a tin of paint in decades and access stairs never been cleaned since our arrival. Zero security and anyone can access rooms from anywhere around building. Beds are NOT double and will not fit 2 grown adults unless you plan on sleeping on top of each other while kids lay beside you! Dirt everywhere in corners and dust on sockets again never been cleaned in decades. Socket in toilet loose on wall with attached hairdryer so possible safety hazard! They say "it's fine" Also the manager states "it is what it is" when approached about health and safety incl cleanliness. After complaints and days spent trying to be moved the MOTEL call us liars and refuse to allow our family to be moved thru our travel agency! STAY AWAY!

All of the staff were pleasant. The tiki bar served food and it was really good for such a little place. The rooms were clean but pretty dated. I had to push my door really hard to lock it.

Great location and excellent room. Clean and economical and excellent breakfast in the morning.

I usually don't write reviews, I only rate but I seen negative comments. This place is very good to stay. Has free hot breakfast, I mean you have to get there early because the eating space is small and it does get crowded but has good breakfast. They have laundry rooms which is a plus when staying for a few days. They have bar/food area by the pool. Wi-Fi is good and the rooms are very clean we had our room cleaned everyday, with bed made. Price is reasonable and to everything is close by.

Don't book here! they over charge my card over $250, for no reason, didnt notice till I checked my bank account a week later. Reception kept answering and hanging up the phone. But the rooms were nice. Needs better public service though. Breakfast was ok, needs more choices.

Turkey Lake road is right outside this hotel, and during rush hour it gets jammed up pretty badly. Leave early if you're planning on leaving during rush hour, because it's the only way in and out. The lawns and plants are well kept, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

I wouldn't come back. As soon as you walk in the lobby, there's a foul smell. The restrooms at the lobby are filthy. I was almost scared to see what the room would be like. Unfortunately, the room was prepaid and non refundable so I couldn't cancel if I wanted to. There are raccoons everywhere at night. They were lurking and trying to eat what they could from the trash cans right near the stairs of the building. No security — pool is supposed to be open until 11pm and loud people where in there past that time while I tried to sleep. Housekeeping never came because supposedly we had left the "do not disturb" sign outside of our door which wasn't true. Someone just didn't want to do their job. Basically weird smells and low maintenance all around. It's probably OK if you stay 1 night and it's super close to Universal but I wouldn't recommend this place for more than that and if you want to feel comfortable and safe.

We came to Orlando on June 21 to drop my mom off. Since it was late, we decided to spend the night. All of the hotels that we called were either booked, or didn't have the space that we needed. My husband found this location and asked the clerk if he could hold the room until we got there. He said he could hold it for 15 minutes. It was well past that time when we got there, but the clerk still had the room available. He was very helpful, even though it was obvious he was overworked. The room was big enough for my husband, 3 kids, and myself. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. My only complaint would be the mattress on the pullout sofa may need to be updated. It seemed to be a little on the flat side. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again next month.

My Stay Was Perfect. They Have Hot Water. The Bed Was Comfy Along w. The Pillows (King Suite). Location Was Near Everything Which was Also Awesome. Only Thing Wrong is The Pool is Too Small, Really No Room For A lot Of Ppl Being That They Have So Many Tourist. I Couldn't Get in! The Jucuzzi was A Little Dirty But Other Than That Nice Polite ; Comfy Stay :)

The worst place I've ever stayed at. First night, no air conditioning and a pimp sitting in the parking lot all day in his car. Second day, tried to do laundry and machines broken but, did find a dirty iv needle in the laundry room. Next day, hot tub we thought would be relaxing, nope, it was disgusting. The next, 12:00 am and loud people from the pool that closes at 11 screaming and acting wild. That got drown out eventually from the herd of elephants upstairs banging around. The night manager I suppose reluctantly handled it but, in reality didn't. The game room, what could go wrong there? Broke, broke, broke, along with every vending machine. Best part of our stay was the free ice. Breakfast was crowded and nasty with rude staff. But, we didn't see any bugs at least. I guess you get what you pay for. Still haven't been able to catch the manager here at work to discuss our first night sauna room with no air. This place is run down and needs to be closed down. Checked out, after several attempts to find the mystery manager I was told she only works 2 hours a day and basically we are just screwed. Asked for corporate number and was told no, find it on Web myself. This place is a disgusting joke.

Horrible, roach motel should be the name of this hotel, that's just the start. When confronted the front desk they told me they had to charge at least 1 night since we had been there for a few hours. "So I guess I'm lucky I saw the roaches" before they crawled up all over my family. I stayed here for 1 hour! Beds are dirty, full of old hair also. Rugs dirty. Rooms are just a hot mess. You will get what you paid for! Stay away! May 6th 2016

Absolutely gross. The rooms smell like mildew. In our room there were spiders and cockroaches. The pool and bar are cool. There was also a hole in our bath. The breakfast was good but cold. Plus when I took a bit of my eggs and sausage there was a long hair going through it. And if you are planning to take a drink from their sink water think again! There water tastes like anything but water, it tasted like sulfur. There was also a dead kitten in the parking lot just rotting away. Staff did not do anything about it. I have been to bad hotels but this is the worst I have been to. We also found a blood stain in the bathroom. Do not listen to the other reviews! this hotel is ungodly.

Rooms were decent for rate charged. Pool had black ring around outside that could prob use a good cleaning. Upon check out front desk tried to inform me that I could not pay cash for the room, I insisted and eventually they allowed me to pay — it was odd. Found underwear that was not ours under the pull out couch, but overall clean room for a very cheap hotel in the area.

Property needs complete overhaul, had to be moved from room due to bathroom leak from above. On the other hand staff at front desk was great at solving issue. Not so the tiki bar, employee complaining about wanting to close so she could go have some drinks and have fun, took a while to get food order. If no other choice just for 1 night.

Had bugs in our bed in the first room (king bed), the found someone elses razor or comb thing in our second room (doubles). Didnt feel like they tried to get the same kind of room I paid for after they were rold there were bugs crawling around. And then when we found another persons hygiene tool it made me wonder how well they really clean.

Our stay was great, no complaints. The pool area has a kiddie pool & jaccuzi & our room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly & professional. We will definately come here for our next Orlando adventures.

This was a pretty awful experience. Arrived late due to a flight delay and the room stank. We decided to go to bed instead of complain since it was late and we were exhausted. A week later, I noticed a $150 charge on my credit card and called to inquire. I was told that it was for smoking in the room, as reported by housekeeping. Neither my fiancee nor I have ever smoked and I have attempted to dispute the charges. Was told the manager would call me back and still waiting to hear from them…

Good hotel in general, spacious rooms, nice Wi-Fi, heated pool, decent breakfast, but seating is too limited.

I've stayed at various quality suites before but this one was kinda bad. There was a dirty footprint on my sheets as well as blood and the mattress on the sofa bed wasn't much of a mattress. Felt like I was laying on the poles of the bed. Overall it's a nice place and I've stayed here in this location before and never experienced anything like that. Not sure what happened but I didn't enjoy my first day as much due to my sheets.

The price is fantastic. You get comfy beds, very clean. Free hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausages, fresh fruit. We use Quality Inn for every single vacation.

This Quality Inn is awesome. It has free breakfast and heated pool. Sure the room floors could always be better but for the price you can't beat it.

This is our families go to hotel in Orlando! Centered between Disney parks and Universal studios! Simple but hearty breakfast.

This was one of the worst choice hotels we have stayed at. The rooms were dirty and in need of repair. The pool hours are until 11pm but people were using it until well after 12:30am. Since the pool is in the center you can hear everything from your room. The hotel staff were not very helpful with resolving this.

Good attention, in addition, you advise and are very friendly.

Stayed here for MegaCon 2015 one night. It was alright. The second my fiance (then boyfriend) and I walked in, I saw a large bug scuttle across the floor. It ran away and got out of our sight before we could kill it. Not the greatest first impression. The room was kinda what I expected for the price. It was alright for one night, but we did not stay at that hotel a second. The pool was definitely my favorite part of the whole place. Our room had a pool view, and it was beautiful. The tiki bar was awesome, and they had music playing (my favorite kind as well, classic hits/classic rock). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but I feel like our room could have used a better cleaning.

It has good service and good buffet, what I didn't like is the wholesomeness of the hotel since it was bed bugs (bed bugs) in sheets when we went to bed to sleep nights should spray the rooms to kill those bugs.

Nice staff, but dont agree with resort fee. Needs some remodling. First room we received had all kinds of crap in the tub, so they gave us another room and it was fine. Fairly clean. Got three stars bc of the two hot tubs and nice staff.

The hotel staff we're all very nice and helpful. Rooms we're quiet even while the pool was very lively. Pool area was nice and the tiki bar makes AMAZING food and drinks. Room was clean and cleaning people knocked on door and were very nice. Prices we're awesome for my three night stay. Look forward to our next stay!

Very disappointing. I have stayed in several other hotels in the area and I never had a vacation where the horrible hotel issues where more of a conversation than the trip itself! Too many issues to list and they did charge my credit card when I checked out and again a couple of months later. I filed a claim through my credit card company and I will be reimbursed but once again this hotel stay I want to forget, but it keeps haunting me.

The absolute Worst hotel in Orlando. It smelled and little bugs crawling on the sink in the bathroom after we finally got into our room after several tries! My son and I check in at 5:34pm on 2/20/15. I asked if they had any 1st floor rooms available since its just myself and my 6 year old so it would be easier carrying all of our bags to the room but they didn't have any available which is understandable. Lucia or Lucy gives me the room keys and writes 264. I go to the car and grab my bags. I get to the room and the keys didn't work. I was not happy. I can't leave my 6yr old by himself watching the bags and I'm not leaving them unattended so we take everything and go back to the front desk. She tells me not to put the keys next to my phone which made me realize my phone was in the car. We carry everything back to room 264 and both keys do not work again! I carry everything down again and this time she crosses off the 4 and makes it an 8. Lucia said that something must be wrong with the door and gave me keys to 268 and said she will have an employee meet me at the door like I don't know how to open a hotel door. I get to 268 and I'm met by an employee who tried the key and it didn't work. He said it must be 368 and we went upstairs and this time the key worked. Every employee knew about what happened to us. I would rather stay in a 1 star hotel then ever stay here again!

The pool, hot tub and tiki bar are great. The employees are helpful and available. There's on site laundry. Good location for checking out the theme parks. Clean.

Had a great experience with this hotel, Employees were very nice and helpful. Very close to everything like shopping and the parks. Bought my Sea World tickets in the hotel and got a great deal. Walmart is right up the road. Will deff return again. A+ in my book. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Wasn't grade A but was free so not terrible either.

It was a little more than I expected, good bed, good breakfast, laundry room, pool, safes, microwaves, refrigerators, cable tv, sofa-bed, SUFICIETES TOWELS. Just be a little careful with the reserves.

Absolutely horrible, unusable Wi-Fi. (802.11g — really? ). They shouldn't even advertise that they offer it. Made me feel the hotel didn't care.

The room was very dirty, mold in Bathroom, Layer of white dust powder along both sides of the refrigerator, mirrors in bathroom peeling, hairballs along side of the beds. When I complained at front desk, they acted uninterested. And 2 days after I left charged by card for a missing blanket. Management does not return calls, Would never stay at a Quality Inn due to this experience, Contacted corporate offices, also not helpful. I have worked in travel Industry for over 28years, by far the worst experience ever.

Very comfortable and clean room as soon I walked in I was impressed with the fact that it didn't smell malodorous or moldy as most hotels in FLA tend to if they aren't the pricey variety. The desk staff was helpful and kind and the breakfast in the morning was impressive as well, there were many choices including fresh fruit waffles and eggs etc. The bed was very comfortable over all I was very pleased with my stay.

This place was god AWFUL! I went to stay there for a three day and two night trip. The cost for the hotel was very CHEAP and it was close to where I wanted to be. HOWEVER! Two days before I was to leave and stay there I called the hotel to ask if my reservation was still set and ready to go. I gave them all my info and they said yes it's all ready. On the day I arrived there, I gave them my information and they said I gave them an invalid card. I asked if there was any way to work out this misunderstanding because I had money on my card and had not received the cancellation email. They continued to give me ATTITUDE and didn't offer anything. What was WORSE was the manager who brushed me off like I was the least important thing in her life. A hotel should respect their customers and/or future customers. They were very RUDE and finally I left and found a BETTER hotel called the HYATT REGENCY. They were very PLEASANT and tended to all our needs. They got my 200$ and not Quality Suites.

The rooms were not clean enough. The tray under the ice bucket was dirty. The blow dryer had brown stains on it and dusty. The floor had hair on it from the previous quest. We were desperate and stayed there. I would never stay there again. The pros the beds were comfortable. I was told there would be a 20.00 hold on my card found out it was not true they hold the whole thing. Now I am having issues with my card. I always wipe the room and spray with Lysol before I stay in any room no matter how it appears on the outside. Because I know that staff cut corners. A tip for anyone who stays in a hotel change your own sheets and ask for new blankets, bed sheets etc.

Excellent even if its location forces to rent your car. Close ce a Wallmart whose lunches are great and cheap.
