Racist. Under new management, and let me start by saying the property managers Tom and Dior Furman are a joke. Unbelievably rude, did not even introduce themselves as new managers. They have no idea what is going on with their own staff, or payment arrangements that were made, and Dior has the audacity to get upset at us because we asked him how come he was not aware of the payment arrangements. He then to tell me there's no need to get hostile, when nobody was getting hostile with him, it was only a valid question. He noticeably gets upset and then refuses to disclose any information to me or even acknowledge my presence because according to him I was not an occupant, only a guest. When I know for a fact I had asked during check in to be added as an occupant and they even have a copy of my drivers license on file. After 10 minutes of arguing with Dior then he decides I can be an occupant and to speak to me. (without changing anything in the system) I proceeded to ask for a copy of the occupant list, as prove that I am an occupant just in case this same incident where to happen again with another one of their office staff. Dior refused to provide any paperwork to me, then out of nowhere Tom, another manager stepped into the situation, saying he has been standing in the other room listening in. I wish I could say that he handle the situation professionally, but it was the complete opposite. He continue to say that because of WHO I AM (Referred to me "as you people and your attitude", I am Spanish) he would not speak to me about the account. Then threatens to call the police saying I am harassing them. My Fiance spoke with his direct supervisor Karen in Westmont Hospitality, but we have yet to hear back with a solution for the unacceptable costumer service their new managers are showing not only me, but all the guests at Suburban Casselberry.
