It's not bad the rooms are quite large and roomy. The location is really good because there are a lot of fast food places and bus stops. The rooms as I said are large and perfect for families of 3. The service is really good the people here are actually really nice. If you have a problem just go to the front, tell say what your problem is and they will fix it. The only bad thing is that it's far from Walmart other than that it's 10/10

Zero stars! Deplorable! Unfriendly, uncaring office staff. ROACHES! Floors filthy! They fumigated but housekeeping didn't provide fresh linen or towels/washcloths said they only do housekeeping once a week. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. Guy next door said he has alot of roaches. Going to shake out all of my things, get out of here and NEVER come back. They should have a sign BEWARE OF ROACHES!

Management here is horrible! Not to mention the bugs! I arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long drive from Georgia and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I walked in the room and first thing I see is roaches! I walk in the bathroom and towels had stains on them! Next morning I tried getting a refund for my stay since I did not sleep one bit due to the foot traffic at night! And they refused me my refund and said they where working on this "bug issue"!

Walked in, killed two roaches. Booked a room with a "queen size bed" got a full size instead. Room smells like cigarettes and the smoke detector keeps beeping. The comforter and sheets are stained with God only knows what… I'm not one to complain but this is over the top bad!

Everything I would expect. Decently priced. No complaints. Free Wi-Fi was a plus.

I didn't even get to stay because upon arrival I was told my room was cancelled 15 minutes earlier without notification. Aside from that, the front desk receptionist was extremely dismissive, lacked empathy, and very rude. I even had to check her on how rude she was, explaining I work front desk for the Marriott and how unprofessional she was. She acted like she wanted my help but told me to "calm down" like some ghetto Bronx girl. Good thing I had a back up already reserved so I walked away from that kind of business, sux I had to drive an extra hour after an 11 hour trip from Virginia. Disappointing but never again!

They never once came to the room to bring clean towels and every time I tried calling them no answer rooms smelled really bad bathrooms where dirty.

Stayed here waiting for our apartment to be ready. We stayed four weeks and our experience was positive all around. Wonderful staff, clean nice rooms. Felt like home. Loved this place.

Worst experience ever. They took my money without me staying there. Didn’t want to refund me my money so technically lost my money without staying there. Do not recommend. Management is horrible.

Disgusting. I will NEVER stay at this hell hole again. Roaches in the bathroom and living area where the beds are. The air conditioning unit was riddled with dust and who knows what else. The floor was filthy… Never went bare foot the entire time. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. I was so freaked out by the roaches that I felt I had to shake out the towels, just in case. There's no blanket in addition to the unwashed bed spread, so I slept with a sheet over me and no blanket. I literally spent too much time smashing baby roaches. Do not stay here unless you are DESPERATE. Also, if you have allergies and/or asthma, I wouldn't advise staying here due to the layers of dust on EVERYTHING.

Staff is pleasant and helpful… Tye was exceptional and has went above and beyond to give us a remedy that worked out for us. Thank you Tye, excellent job! Keep up the good work! The cleanliness of the room is at best questionable. My wonderful husband took the time and made great effort in cleaning up behind the nightstand and dresser which was caked with jelly all along the baseboard and led to roaches waking me up off the bed. Thank you my love! The staff immediately let maintenance know and the room was sprayed that day.

Very bad hotel. Do not get me wrong. Nothing happened to me here. Place is dirty and in the dark side of town. You get what you pay for.

Please don’t stay at that hotel. Roaches everywhere, sheets and towels are dirty. Roach motel. Don’t, Don’t, Don’t stay there. People are living inthe motel.

It's okay. Not to bad only thing I didn't like us my first night staying here thier were roaches not a lot but it's still the principle. I shouldn't have to go to a hotel and see roaches and they want to charge these high prices and don't even have a pool.

Roach City USA! Rooms stinks ect. That's all I have to say because I'm a nice guy. Never Again.

The only thing Q have good is that they have rooms for smokers but of the rest I do not recommend it for all the COCKROACH appearances deceive.

This hotel should be called Home Roach Towne Studios. Roaches everywhere. Room was disgusting. Floor were filled with dead roaches. Once lights were off they all came out everywhere. Do not come here, unless you like sharing your bed with roaches.

When driving by this motel it appears to be clean and newly remodeled. After checking in at the front desk, I walked to my room on 3rd floor. People, looking like drug dealers and junkies, were hanging out on balcony and stairwells. I felt very unsafe. When I got in room, I immediately pulled back the sheets (a habit of mine due to a prior bed bug infestation from another hotel) and there were blood stains all over. Not just one spot either. SEVERAL! Every section had new stains on top of old ones. I went back to lobby and asked for a refund. Woman at front desk was very nice and told me to contact Expedia to retain my refund (which is their policy, something out of her control). Expedia contacted the motel and they agreed with my reason for refund and I'm currently just awaiting my bank to credit my account. I will never recommend this motel to anyone.

Horrible service and a complete lack of empathy. Booked reservation to evacuate for hurricane Irma. Website indicates that they are pet-friendly, yet when arrived was turned awsy because they claim the corporate website was incorect and they do not accept pets.

They are making a man stand outside in the rain with all his luggage because his room ain't ready yet, n apparently luggage in the lobby is far more embarrassing than the guy standing outside his room openly sniffing bath salts for all the world to see… I refuse to stay in such a seedy rundown place with lax morals or safety measures for guests, but lots of rude treatment n behavior n alienation of said paying guests… this is the most craptastic notell motel I've ever come across in all my years on the road… avoid it like the plague, cuz it's probably staying there, too… epic fail, jerks… let that poor man into SOMEWHERE with a damn roof, or at least get your maid to get off her dead ass n makeup his room… not like yall are gonna wash anything anyways… yall suck.

Would not recommend staying here unless your car or home already has roaches. Management knows about them so they warn you to let them know immediately if you have any problems with your room. I checked my room for roaches after seeing the review on Google map, didn't see any. Around 11pm they started to appear. One of the roaches was a jumper not joking. Anyway other then that the room smelled slightly moldy. Booked the place for 4 night left on the 1st night after seeing the roaches. A very uncomfortable experience, what their average rate around 60$?

I loved the room very clean n comfy definitely will return.

My experience with hotel was terrible. The person who was checking me in was rude and gave me the wrong room number. When I got to the room I was greeted with the guest who was staying there. As you can probably already guess I was embarrassed. Thankfully I was with my boyfriend and he went back to the front desk to get the correct room number. When we finally got to our room there was roaches everywhere. In the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the towels, you name it. I called to see if I could get compensation and all I got was the run arounds. I left a message for the corporate office to call me back and I still have not heard a response. I just wrote an email to the health department and if I don't have a response by tomorrow I'm going to write to the BBB. Do yourself a favor. Don't stay here!

The most nastiest place ever!

As soon as we checked in I found not one but two roaches. Then late at night three police cars came for some reason. Even though it has cheap weekly rates, I would find someplace else.

It getting a lot better than it was. Don't worry about people hanging out at all times or criminal activity.

If you have a family avoid at all cost.

I would advise no body to stay in suburan extended stay or should the call it now home town inn suite on oxford rd. In casselberry. I had to change my room 2x both rooms was not cleaned properly but the first one was worser then the second one the beds are very uncomfortable. The rep. Lied about refunding my $50 deposit back on to my card… the give the white people the good rooms while everybody else get the worse room if your color other then white you would be replace on the far side facing the denny's… this hotel gets zero stars from me I could't post it unless I gave a star… worst hotel ever.

Non smoking rooms smell like a dirty ashtray. Tweakers roaming around like the walking dead, and being lulled to sleep by the melodic sounds of Jerry Springer rejects complaining about how men did them so wrong. Biggest mistake I made for my vacation was to book this room. 1 star is too high of a rating for this place.

This place is disgusting I do not recommend this place its alot of money for what it is I just found roaches coming out the mattress I complaind about it they will have someone come in here to clean this place but lets see cause I doubt it u have to get pest control for this not just bleach disgusting!

Horrible all kinds of roaches.

Between the cockroaches the drug dearlers and the prostitutes. The a/c smelled horrible. And the first room had no working toilet. The second room the was absolutely filthy. And the bathroom was disgusting.

Place was a mess I had to change rooms 3 different times, because one room smelled like smoke " it was a nonsmoking room" the second and third room had bugs. The only thing that was good was the guy that was up front at night, the girl in the morning was rude. The manager told me that they have a bug company come in an spray and he blamed it on because the doors are on the outside, but I stayed some where else and they had no bugo and there door was on the outside. The bad thing is that the rest stops are alot cleaner then this place, it gives this company a bad rep.

I honestly had the worst experience with these people and they are giving honest hotel businesses a bad name. The manager, Orcin Yalcin, which I am not sure is his actual name because I keep getting the runaround, but this manager at the Casselberry establishment in particular, for lack of a better term, is a scheming-crook who revels in taking advantage of people. Because they have such little business they can only reap some type revenue by making people pay for "no show" reservations, of which he provided NO INFORMATION on how or when to cancel said reservation, not to mention he pressured my girlfriend into giving her card/ID by telling her they would not hold a room without them mind you, NO ROOMS ARE READY… So WHY MAKE HER GIVE HER CARD INFO? This hotel deserves 0 stars and in a society where customer services is key, you cant afford to steal people's hard earned money without paying the piper… especially when we didn't stay in the terrible hole in the wall in the first place.

My arrival date was the 18th. I called 2 days before to ask for a King size bed due to the fact that my fiance is 6'4, I was informed Queen size was the largest they had and they would make a note in the system. I also notified them my plane arrived at 11:30 am and was expecting to be at the hotel by 2pm. I was told no problem. When we arrived at the hotel our greeting was your early! You need to leave and come back — but I called ahead — no one cared. We left grabbed a bite came back check in get to the room its a full size bed! I tried to call the front desk no answer had to walk over and explain my situation. I specifically called ahead to make sure I had the proper accommodations that I needed. Obviously customer service is NOT a priority. After checking the system they found my "request" for the Queen size bed. Lets just say I do not understand how Priceline offers this hotel or how this is a Choice Hotel! The place is a dump. Dirty/Roaches/Smelly. When I went to check out the woman behind the counter kept talking apparently she must have been on a Bluetooth because she did not even greet me. I handed her my receipt to get my deposit back — she hands me a paper to sign refunding my card ummm… But I paid cash she refunded the wrong person. Aparently no one bothered to change my room # in the system. Please DO NOT waste your $$ here not worth it.

Pretty much everything you can ask for. I was staying just by myself and tend to get lonely so they were kind enough to invite a bunch of cockroaches and other friendly critters. They must've known I had a stuffy nose so they gave me a room that smelled of mold and mildew (cleared my sinuses right up). Oh yeah they also knew I had nothing better to do so they let me wait in line for 45 minutes to check in, had a hell of the time in what I believe is a lobby… The best part was that they could sense I was made of money so they didn't give me back my $50 deposit. If your into this sort of thing then I suggest booking this place ASAP.

Very gross. German roaches in the room and the fridge. Carpet made your feet black just from walking to the bathroom from the bed. It was a non smoking bedroom that smelt like an ashtray when we walked in. Personal hygiene products from the previous guest were found in the bed. We reserved the room for two people but the room only came with one pillow. Also a $50 deposit is required but refundable.

This is the worst "hotel" I had ever stayed in. There is drug trafficking every hour of the day. There are creepy people walking all over the place that probably aren't even staying here but just buying drugs. There is no security or management and this place is a joke. The smell was absolutely atrocious! We found out it was coming from the sink. We dumped baking soda down the drain, burned a candle, put dryer sheets in the ac, and used an air diffuser and the smell wouldn't go away. There's also no pots or pans as advertised and the bathroom is gross too. The sink drips and it's old and just as nasty as the carpets. do not book this hotel unless you don't mind drugs, oder, and dirt.

BED BUG ALERT! This place sucks! Mold, roaches, crack heads, drug dealers, hookers and more reside at this location. I am reporting this place to the BBB and housing. They have possum's that are not afraid of you! People smoke cigarettes and flick them off the balcony onto your cars! This is the worst place I've been. The new manager is a complete as*hole and doesn't care about anything but money. I will be contacting choice hotels about this location (as if they care).

Racist. Under new management, and let me start by saying the property managers Tom and Dior Furman are a joke. Unbelievably rude, did not even introduce themselves as new managers. They have no idea what is going on with their own staff, or payment arrangements that were made, and Dior has the audacity to get upset at us because we asked him how come he was not aware of the payment arrangements. He then to tell me there's no need to get hostile, when nobody was getting hostile with him, it was only a valid question. He noticeably gets upset and then refuses to disclose any information to me or even acknowledge my presence because according to him I was not an occupant, only a guest. When I know for a fact I had asked during check in to be added as an occupant and they even have a copy of my drivers license on file. After 10 minutes of arguing with Dior then he decides I can be an occupant and to speak to me. (without changing anything in the system) I proceeded to ask for a copy of the occupant list, as prove that I am an occupant just in case this same incident where to happen again with another one of their office staff. Dior refused to provide any paperwork to me, then out of nowhere Tom, another manager stepped into the situation, saying he has been standing in the other room listening in. I wish I could say that he handle the situation professionally, but it was the complete opposite.

Worst hotel. Came in out town tried to give keys back closed at 11pm so bad went to another hotel. Came back in morning turn in key nasty manager wouldn't give money back to bug invested… hole in wall place. Nasty pillow. N everything. Don't stay there unless you nasty too.

I want to start with, I will post this all over the cloud, due to the worst hotel ever. Lets start with the first night I was giving a key to a room that still had the beds covers laying on the mattress and trash was everywhere. Once I walked backed to the office (the manager says with confidence, it was suppose to be clean) She gave me the key to another room and here we go: Floors were so filthy they were gunky with dirt. I put on a pair white socks and they were black in five minutes. (I would not even chance a white glove) The refrigerator did not work it was full of ice and did not get cold, so I called front desk and (get this) the maintenance person brought to my room a full size refrigerator laden with cat or dog hair. (disgusting) also no place to put it. The ceiling looked dirty as if lsomeone smoked in the room and it was a NS @ $50.00 plus per night The original one was a dorm size fridge, so he pushed the filthy fridge up against the wall (yes I took pictures to post everywhere on the internet) There is more, the toilet did not flush and the sink held water. (I called the front desk about the issues and it was 4:43 pm and he states it will have to be tomorrow maintenance went home (now I guess I have to wait until tomorrow when maintenance arrive to use the toilet or sink. with all of this no one offered me another room etc.

Do not stay here has bed bugs, will over charge your card. I would give them no stars, but it won't let me, by far worse motel ever stayed in! GO SOME WERE ELSE PLEASE.

A true roach motel. Stayed up all night killing them. Crawled out of electrical sockets, TV set, everywhere. Front desk woke me at 8 am asking if i'd ever checked in! a real no-class joint. Would rather have slept in my car. Will if i'm ever faced with this choice again.

The rooms where not too bad and the staff was amazing.

Front desk ppl were rude, the room we had wasn't all bad as they just redid the rooms. A lot of drug activities on premises.

Do not stay here. The room smelled awful, as soon as we walked in. Roaches everywhere! The room wasn't cleaned properly, still had other people's things in drawer. Kids running all over the place, up and down halls and parking lot. Needless to say. We left fast.

We had to stay in Suburban Lodge in Casselberry Florida in an emergency. Let me begin by saying that walking to our room, we had to hold our breath due to the smell of urine. Most likely dogs urine. We also had to look at buckets with disgusting water from the AC unit coming out the window. It stunk. When we got into the room, it had not been properly cleaned. Before I let my kids in, I had to clean it with clorox wipes. I didnt allow them to touch anything since the wipes were dirty, I didnt trust anything else. We had our own blankets as I dont trust sleeping in a public bed. My husband and daughter woke up with bed bugs all over their arms and neck. They switched our room to a nicer one but once again I had to clean it up. We once again woke up with bedbugs bites. If you are looking for a place to stay for a vacation, this is not the place. If its an emergency situation then you might not have a choice but seriously, do NOT recommend it at all.

If you want to experience a week in the projects, this would be the place. Creepy characters loitering around, especially crowding the stair case, staring you down and making you feel very uncomfortable. The rooms are definitely not $70 a night worth. Most definitely NOT: decor is very lame and unpleasant. Holes in the walls, dirt in the corners. The carpet is so dirty, it will turn your feet black. When I asked for new towels, they gave me some that weren't thoroughly washed. The kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised. But more importantly, I didn't feel safe at all there. I saw the cops come one evening. I didn't dare come out of my room. I was so creeped out by the whole atmosphere that I left after 3 nights. No refunds. The staff is rudely adamant about that. They are rude in general anyway. I had booked the one week advertised on Craigslist. I wish I had read the reviews on Google before going. Big mistake. Hateful.

Don"t waste your money. I booked this hotel when I needed an extended stay for a couple of weeks. I found a discount listing on Craigslist for $199 a week (No tax) and didnt expect much. When we got our room it was exactly how I expected it — outdated room/furniture, very old TV and a mini fridge. The carpets are dirty (will turn your feet black) there is mold on the ceilings and it was generally very moist in the room. These are all things I expect when paying $200 a week for a hotel. What I didnt expect was 4 diferent drug bust/ raids. Broken washing machines and dryers (coin operated) and a raise in price during my stay. A raise in price. This hotel is barely running on all of its 2nd hand outdated everything including 1 of its main ammenities its washer/dryers and it wants to charge people more money?! This is soley because the area around this hotel is steadily improving. But unforunatley this hotel has not improved with it. I would only stay here if you cant afford anything else (look for their discount on craigslist) or all other hotels are booked. There are many other hotels in the area that offer alot more ammenities and are now competitively priced with this one (due to price increase).

I stayed here for a night. The quality of the room was alright, not dirty, and the bed was somewhat uncomfortable. That was probably due to it not being the most expensive bed in the world. The kitchen was NOT fully stocked as it says it is, there are no pots and pans. Etc. The coffee maker was fully functional however and saved the day. There is noticeable drug trafficking, but if your an actual resident of the area, youre used to that by now. All you really have to do is bring your own pillow, and your almost good to go.
