Just stayed there for 22 days and the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Felt like we were living in a pig pen it was so dirty. Actual post and pictures to come. I Recommend everyone else to book elsewhere. Cause this place really don’t care about there guests just the guests money. Staff were nice, not very helpful. But nice. I’ll be back with pics soon :)

We love relaxing by the pool. Great spacious accommodations.

Never again. Checked in around midnight. Encountered an extremely rude lady at check in who advised that our booking had been cancelled as we did not check in the day previous, even though the airport was closed due to hurricane Ian. We had called the hotel 2 days prior to advise but no record of the call on file. Eventually found us a room after consulting her manager but was rude about it. Hotel suite was missing many items in the kitchen and bathroom, even though there are check lists showing what belongs in the room. This put a damper on our weeks stay.

We stayed there on Aug 2022. The shuttle buses we paid for but never got to use them as they don't go to some of the parks. The rooms were a bit outdated. My son lived the pool. Staff were friendly. Can't really fault this resort.

Stay away from this hotel! do not book! disgusting place! not a vacation place at all! we booked 5 days on this hotel. We read a lot of reviews saying the hotel was great, but our experience was very different. This hotel is far away from being a clean place. We stayed at building C. Every time you got close to the elevator (which was located in the middle of the building) there was a very stinky smell, we learned later that the trash room was right next to it, and by the way, door to door with our room. Once inside the room, floors were very sticky, and shower in the master bedroom has mildew on the walls. The faucet in the same bathroom was completely loose. 4 out of the 5 ceiling fans were not working at all. The dishwasher was not working. We had worn-out furniture that to be honest, was not only outdated but dirty. Towels at the pool had a musty smell and the pool water had very low levels of chlorine, which I find unacceptable in Covid days. I definitely do not recommend this hotel neither I'll be coming back.

This resort has a full kitchen and can’t even cook a meal. As much money as we pay why are we spending more money on food? More money on cooking supplies? What was the point of having a full kitchen!? The pool area has grown men throwing a football in the water🤦🏾‍♀️ I just can’t get over while u swim u have to duck and dodge footballs and soccer balls! I doubt if I return but thanks for the stay!

100% recommend this hotel. Staff go above & beyond every time, great atmosphere, apartments are huge & have everything you need and the place is spotless!

We really enjoyed staying at Floridays our 7 nights were awesome, my girls enjoy the pool the rooms were clean we had everything we needed, nice view, the front desk I can’t complain they were fantastic since we check in, the people at the bar super nice as well in the little market we enjoyed our cuban sandwiches they were delicious 🤤 overall a great experience except they don’t have movie night or dj pool party but we definetly come back soon…

Terrible customer service. No one answers at the ront desk. The phone just rings and rings. Guest are inconsiderate placing towels on chairs while they galavant at the parks. Very limited pool chairs.

Place refused to provide bath cloths. Spoke with the managers and they refused to accommodate us for wash clothes. Blankets hard and dirty looking and place has BED BUGS would not recommend.

Don't be fooled into booking this resort relying on the free park shuttles. 1st night here and we witnessed a family upset that their shuttle bus did not arrive. They had to pay for a taxi that they were told would be refunded as the driver didn't show up. Only to be told they could only get refunded room credit. Our 2nd day we booked the shuttle to go to universal, driver arrived and seemed like he didn't want to take us and the other family due to numbers but we both had our printed reservations. Seemed he just didn't want the job. Got to universal in the end. Booked for 6pm return, arrived to the pick up point for 5.45. Walked up and down the lanes as there was a bus in the lane we were told for pick up. Shuttle did not arrive. After an hour of running about the park trying to get help with contacting hotel, hotel said thst if we paid for taxi we would be refunded our money in cash at the concierge desk in the morning. They are now saying the shuttle bus has GPS to say it was at the pick up area from 6.03 to 6.09. No driver called out our name and there must be around 40 lanes in the pick up area. They are saying we won't be refunded our money. Its an absolute disgrace. Shouldn't offer a service if you can't provide it. GPS signals are not exact and that driver wasn't in close proximity of the lane that we were told he would be. Sorry doesn't cut it!

I stayed here a few times in the past and decided to rebook because of great previous experiences here. This time I was beyond disappointed! This place has gone downhill especially with all the brand new hotels that went up you would think they would update here…. NOPE! ALL lighting fixtures had rust and I mean ALOT couch was severely out dated and old I was scared to sit on it to watch TV the one day it rained. Mattresses are pathetic and the comforter…. Non existent. They give you a ratty crappy blanket and ours was full of hair. The lights that worked had daytime bulbs which made the room seem cold and not homey. The dresser in the second bedroom wasn’t even and the top drawer wouldn’t shut, we used to cardboard to prop it. I was scared to use the jacuzzi tub! Walked around our room and my feet were BLACK after a shower! NASTY. The furniture is beyond old and dated and most of it is falling apart. My bathroom door was coming apart from the bottom. I am so disappointed that they let the property get this bad. The room sizes are great, location great, loved the pool areas and having private balcony, having laundry in your room is a bonus as well…but the rest of it is all negative! We will not be coming back, actually will be staying at a different hotel to extend our vacation and we will not recommend. This reminds me of a low budget hotel and makes me scared to use anything because it’s so dirty and dingy. I am still at a loss as to why no comforter!

Great place to stay! After reading some reviews I was a little worried but I must say all of the reviews were wrong! It was very nice and everyone was very nice. Yes the rooms are a little outdated but very comfortable! The first room the air conditioner wasn’t working but they sent someone up quickly to look at it and then moved us as fast as possible. The pool near the room wasn’t heated but the main pool was and it was very nice and clean. Close by to all the theme parks. Honestly it was a great price for everything we got. Would stay here again for sure!

I do recommend this property if you are on a budget. I stayed here back in 2012 and I decided to come back and give it a try. It definitely needs some updates. My room was clean. The beds are not so great. They need to issue more blankets to each room. The hot tub was ok at the beginning of the stay and then it never got hot again. The location of the property is great. It is close to everything. People at the pool were friendly. We had a great time here in Fl just the property needs a little TLC.

Nice place for the price. Would be nice if there was an actual restaurant in the place but overall worth it.

We have stay here a couple time and it was nice but we will never return here the room was disgusting and nasty the whirlpool tub would work. It it was nasty any ways the kitchen didn’t have silverware the carpets where nasty and the furniture was from way back when first open Nd disgusting as well beds awful need be burned and not blanks the bathrooms were nasty had to clean them before using them we where so excite we stay one night my daughter had to work in the area and had planned staying till sat or Sunday but we left the stink was horrible. I hate that they let it fell to such nasty and no care for once a great family place.

Disappointed, had our room cleaning, all the cups we bought at the bar to get discounts on drinks went missing, we got an oh mist have gotten thrown away by housekeeping, a day later so we could not get our discount for over 24 hours, now we are still here for our last night and trying to use the jacuzzi tub in the room and it does not work 😞😞 disappointed since we have kids with us and it was our last and only adult time since they are finally asleep early!

This place has lost quality. The rooms are outdated and filthy. The bed sheets have stains on them. The 3 bedroom suite comes with 2 towels. You have to request more and they take 45 minutes to bring new ones. The mattress are thin and sink in with hard metal springs. This was my go to place for vacation for the last 5-6 years but unfortunately this year will be my last.

This resort is beautiful. The layout was absolutely comfortable.

Felicia at the front desk was amazing, friendly and super helpful. My family and I had a blast. We really enjoyed ourselves. They have multiple pools, a game room, a exercise room and a beautiful scenery. The Palm Cafe is convenient and the poolside bar provides these delicious reasonably price drinks.
We will definitely be returning.
We have decided to make Floridays Resort a yearly family vacation trip.

Amazing beautiful suites are like houses literally perfect only thing I would as did is a water slide or lazy River other wise this place is amazing and greater priced for what ur getting we had 3bedroom and literally had to a dad on another day.

I do not recommend this resort. Our family of 6 has not vacationed in a while and were so excited and looking forward to this trip, but are very disappointed in this resort! Rooms were not clean, food on the balcony, mattresses have springs popping out and you sink into holes, bathroom sink drain drains extremely slow, shower does not drain and you end up standing in 4”-5” of water, no bedding for the pull out bed, no pillows for the pull out bed, 3 towels in the room for a room that sleeps 6, dryer lint screen came out and twisted somehow and ate a swimsuit, loud rude guest parting all hours of the night, front desk don’t answer calls and if they do you get disconnected, patio door is extremely hard to open and close, bathroom door handle does not operate properly had to climb through the tub window to get out of the bathroom. Very dissatisfied!

We stayed at this resort before COVID and loved it. This time the rooms were dirty, loud drunk guest running the halls at midnight till almost 2am. Called the front desk they didn’t seem to care. We won’t be going back in December. They don’t even clean the room till your stay is over. And they NEVER had clean towels at the pools. People had music playing that was nothing but profanity. I asked them to turn it down they said don’t like it leave. Sadly my daughter didn’t get to use the pool like she was looking forward to. Im not a uptight person but don’t want my daughter listening to nonstop profanity. The bar tender is rude by the pool when I asked where to find towels. Asked for towels at the desk took two days before they gave us any. They left them in a garbage bag at the door and didn’t even knock to let us know. This resort is definitely gone downhill sadly.

We really liked the suite is spacious and at least we had clean, in general we liked the hotel just have to say that not all the people who work there are have a good treatment to the client, some are very despots and parese that they are giving you the stay, but not all at least the girl (indu) is very friendly and the older lady in front also very friendly (I do not remember their names) but from now on they should be more antentas in their work to attend in a cordial way to the client who old with their families to spend an incredible vacation.

It was really good everyone should try it and it was just a low price for four days this hotel is amazing I really recommend it.

Checked in on my birthday yesterday and the gal even gave us a $35 credit for birthday drinks on the house! Beautiful palm trees everywhere. Thoughtful staff.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Floridays Resort! From the beginning at checkout the experience was nothing short of amazing, Anasis was very pleasant and made my check-in process quick, easy, and smooth… Anasis and Jamal both had great customer service skills and were both very pleasant. Once my family and myself got to the room that too was nice, spacious, clean and cozy. EVERYTHING about this place is just wonderful… I will definitely book a stay here again in the near future!

Jamal and Ms. Cardenia was extremely helpful. Very polite. The only downside to staying there was the rooms were not very clean. And the breakfast wasn't all that great. You're better off making your own breakfast. Take your own cleaning supplies if you want your room to be clean.

Worst experience we have ever had. Grounds were filthy and smelly, alarm in building kept going off (is still going off as I write this review), pool area filthy, floors in room disgusting, kitchen cabinets doors / drawers were sticky. Rooms definitely not sound proof.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. They brought fresh towels and linens without hesitation. The location is perfect and it’s literally walking distance to Publix and the outlets. However, I did have a problem at the palms cafe. They overcharged me for an order. I initially just wanted the overcharge credited back to my card. I ate there multiple times prior to this incident during my stay, the food was always great and no similar problems. The person responding to my situation at the time (Anthony) stated there was nothing he could do. He was unwilling to accommodate me in any way… I would have settled for a voucher for the difference, but he seemed uninterested in helping me in any way. My only option was cancelling the entire order and demanding a full refund… To which he finally complied. But I did have to go get food from somewhere else which was slightly inconvenient. I would recommend to anyone, just double check your receipts with the charges on your account. Despite this, My whole experience was overall great. Everyone else was wonderful &I will definitely stay here in the future.

Pros — Gerado and Samantha at the front desk were amazing! They are the only positive I have for this hotel. They tried to go above and beyond for us. The rest of the staff wasn't helping them. Cons — Don't bother with free breakfast. The line is out the door everyday and they only have one person working the register and one person on the stove. One day it look 45 minutes to get to the counter and 45 minutes to get two pancakes (yes — 2 pancakes). The other day … our lunch never showed up. The front desk apologized but there was nothing they could do. They do not clean the rooms. They call it a refresh but they just put towels on the kitchen chairs. They didn't remove old towels and didn't make the beds. The want you to clean the kitchen but didn't offer you a sponge or a cleaning spray. You needed to buy that. The drinks were very expensive. The room was old and outdated. There is only one phone. The pool is small. I do not recommend this resort. The only positive I have is Gerado and Samantha. They were amazing and tried to make things happen for us. The rest of the staff wasn't working with them.

Loved EVERYTHING about this resort. The staff was very friendly resourceful and helpful. The room was very relaxing and clean. The pool area is a nice lovely spot anytime of the day. The bar restaurant and game room was very accessible. This resort accommodate my family very well and we will most definitely be staying there again.

This is our seventh time coming here on a family vacation. We always love coming here. The rooms are clean. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The bar/restaurant is very nice. Prices are affordable. The pool and the activities during the weekend are very nice. Our kids enjoyed it a lot! Also the location is perfect to visit all of Orlando’s parks! Very very recommended! First I was impressed by the look of the place for the rate. However, that quickly changed. We arrived from our flight and wanted to rest. I couldn't rest. The smoke detector needed a new battery and it took them 7 hours to come and replace it. When we talked with the manager he made it seem like it was our fault it took that long because they claimed someone knocked and no one answered. No accountability! Secondly, after walking around barecoot for a while I noticed my daughter's feet were pitch black. Disgusting! Third, they give you two dishwasher packs of soap. We stayed for 3 days but said we could purchase more. Why would I do that? I'm paying for the amenities, you need to provide a reasonable amount for our stay. Fourth, they decided that Sunday morning around 10 am was the best time to reseal the first floor pavement with polyurethane. Not only did you block the elevators during prime time but the fumes alone almost made us pass out. Your maintenance guy didn't even have a mask on which is an OSHA violation. Fifth, we booked a 3 bedroom suite but they only provide towels for 4 guests. This suite is meant to accommodate 6 guests, at least. Sixth, don't count on your keys working for more than a day. You'll have to revisit the front desk to fix that issue daily. Seventh, don't call and ask how my stay has been and say a Manager will follow up without actually doing it. No accountability!

Worst night of my life. Spent the night there with my friends. After waiting an hour and a half supposedly to have to room “cleaned to our best standards”, we get to one of the most unkempt rooms I have stayed in. All the drawers were opened when we walked in. There was dust and smudges everywhere. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillow so small that I had to use three to be able to sleep comfortably. To top it all of, there was roaches by the door in the morning! Where going to stay there later this month but we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Not worth the price or aggravation of having to wait to be able to go into your room. Take my advice and stay somewhere else. Horrible experience!

First impression was amazing. Room had all the bells and whistles, clean property, great amenities, easy parking, the works. However, I got the worst nights sleep of my life. The beds are rock hard and the pillows are an over stuffed synthetic fill. Not at all comfortable. We would love to come back but will have to bring our own pillows and mattress topper to bear the beds. I'm glad that we aren't doing the parks this visit because my back is absolutely killing me after one night. If they change that aspect alone, this would a 4.5 star resort. That said, we will likely return.

Just returned from vacation at Floridays Resort! And can’t wait until we get to return. Our rooms were amazing, grounds are well kept, central to all parks/shopping/restaruants, and the staff was so friendly! Would highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Facilities are adequate to rate 4 stars but resort is apparently understaffed. The staff we did interact with (one exception at subcontracted concession) were all cordial and seemingly interested in helping, but … * Balcony door apparently had a bad wheel and was difficult to operate. They came and lubricated it but said they needed the part which had to be ordered. It didn't show while we were there — have doubts it will. * One shower drain was very slow (hair on wall and probably in drain), but maintenance did come quickly to clear it. * In our 6 day stay, the room was not made up on two days (a Sunday & Monday). * In 2 calls to the office … one was put on hold and eventually disconnected, the second rang 20 times (yes, I counted) and not answered. * Housekeeping couldn't seem to adjust to our having 2 babies who needed afternoon naps, and on days when asked to come later, never did. * Our room overlooked pool (that's nice) and so was noisy. That would not have been an issue as the pool supposedly closes at 11, but there were nights when the noise continued until midnight. On the plus side, the room was fairly spacious, everything worked (except one hair dryer which quit and was replaced), the pool area was great, and the grounds were attractive and well maintained. Their "restaurant" is little more than a short order grill with very limited indoor seating.

Stayed at the resort for 3 nights with a total of 6 guests. Had items taken from our room while we were gone to Sea World. Front desk took over 24 hours to get back with us in regards to this manner. When they did all they could say was “according to their system, no one entered our room”. Valuables don’t grow legs and walk off. Our room did have a do not disturb sign on it. I will never stay there again!

All you want after a long day in universal studios is a nice restful sleep. Floridays is perfect for THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF THAT. My back is killing me every night! Their beds were probably bought for $200, 20 years ago, on sale! Otherwise it’s nice but who would want to stay in a hotel where you can’t sleep!

Great family hotel. Stayed on a 2 bedroom suites had 2 full baths and washer/dryer which was great for families. Balcony was a little small but the kitchen was functional and there was plenty of space. One bedroom had a king and separate bath attached with jetted tub and the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds. The living room couch was also a pull out if additional space was needed. Hotel staff was quick to respond to concerns and always pleasant.

Beautiful! You walk in feeling at home. Plenty of space for the family and washer and dryer in room. Pool available with small children's water park. Also Starbucks on location with a cafe. There's also a game room had plenty of fun there with my siblings I must admit.

Day one. Day staff was great. We got into our room before checking time and got some extra swimming. Pool is average, really nothing special. The wild duck swimming in it was interesting though. Came back from swimming at 7 to find a leak in our bathroom. I think at this time of day they have a change in staff because these new people were not helpful. It’s 2 hours and 12 minutes and I had to call the front desk to tell them it will have to wait until tomorrow as I have two little kids who need sleep for Disney. Due to the front desk area not answering phones I walked down to the front lobby at 8 and was told someone would be right here. I was told I spoke to the manager and he assured me someone would be here to clean and replace the towels I used to clean. I even offered to carry the mop and towels back myself but was assured I was “top priority” and someone would be up. I walked back to my room and here I am NOBODY CAME. I finally called the front desk and to my surprise they answered and told them they need to fix it tomorrow. We will see. Not a good first impression.

Great resort, perfect for families. Suites are very spacious and nicely furnished. All you need is available, including washer / dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Pool is excellent and quite big. Good on site food. Bar is so so and fairly expensive.

Had a wonderful time at Floridays Resort. Very Clean and plush. The staff was awesome and accommodating. Had a 3 bedroom for myself and my staff for a business trip in Orlando Florida. The condo was spacious and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Great resort! The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, a laundry closet, and 2 or 3 bedrooms. There are 2 pools at the resort, both of which are close to the 6 buildings. The resort also has a cafe/shop, free parking, and beautifully designed buildings. Each building is unique, from pergolas and benches to palm trees and plants, each building has something different to offer. My family and I have stayed at this resort 3 times, and each we were satisfied. One thing I would recommend requesting while booking your stay is ask not to be on the 1st floor. I found while I was sleeping (especially because my bedroom was right next to the hallway) that the people going to their rooms were quite noisy. Also, we were close to the small pool, so in the other bedroom, you could hear people swimming. Besides that small thing, Floridays was definitely, 100%, the best resort we've been to, and I hope you can experience the wonders of it yourself!

The rooms are very nicely renovated. Very spacious and modern. The kitchen appliances are basic, but nice and the beds are comfy. My only complaint is that it can get quite noisy as sound travels very well from outside. The resort grounds are very well maintained, and the signage is excellent. The pool area is very nice, and very family friendly. The pool bar has a very good menu for food and drinks. My only complaint here is that the coffee shop is wildly overpriced. $5.25 for a large coffee is insane. Good thing there is a McDonald's only about half a mile away. All in all an excellent stay. Will be back.

We stayed at resort in February of 2018, and it was fantastic. More than anything with our stay, we're so grateful for the caring staff. We unfortunately left our 3 year old son's stuffed animal, "Baby Bear", in his bed upon checkout, and didn't realize this until we were over 2 hours into our drive home. This bear has been with him since he was born, and is everything to him. The staff was quick to check their lost and found, and a week later, Baby Bear returned to our home in South Florida. Thank you to the entire Floridays Staff for everything!

I put 3 stars because one day they did the toilet in the room and poor maintenance in the bathroom. Overall the daily toilet is not very good. The hotel is very close to the outlet. Regular food Service.

Excellent, comfortable, spacious. The best 3 rooms in addition to the living room. That's right, carpets, antique furniture and they don't clean you up ever!

Good choice for medium groups and families. The facilities are very suitable for those who want to stay to rest and spend a quiet day. Nearby are shops and options to eat.

Very Unhappy with our stay. We rented a 3bdrm suite of which the heat BARELY worked… spent the hold night sleeping cold. To make it worse, the following morning… absolutely ZERO hot water. No one in our group could even shower. After speaking with management, there was NOTHING they were willing to do about it other than offer a room to use for the day to go take showers… well who the heck is going to do that when you're already dressed, packed up and ready to go. We had plans at the Disney Parks and were not about to go get all undressed and showered. Water was NEVER fixed, and not a single explanation given. Rooms were nice… management and customer service… TERRIBLE. Will NOT return ever! We live in Florida and stay in the Orlando area near Disney Parks twice a month… Floridays will NEVER get our business again. Update: We stayed with friends who made the reservation. After our stay, and writing my initial review, the manager of the hotel called our friend to ask us to remove our Google reviews because they were not true. I HAVE NEVER had hotel staff directly contact someone over a review. Let me say, the resort itself is very nice, very clean and my review was NOT a negative on the resort itself and more so the MANAGEMENT who did not handle our situation properly. We got NOWHERE with the resort, however, Expedia, who we booked through, was more than happy to and DID 100% refund our complete nights stay.

Floridays is getting 5 stars from me because of their customer service. They took us in after Hurricane Irma hit Florida. I had been a guest there before on a stay-cation and when mold was found in my home and I had to leave to a hotel, I knew where I wanted to stay. Somewhere that would feel like home. They made an exception for my 75 lbs. Boxer and welcomed us with open arms. Tomas took my reservation and made sure I got a nice private room in the corner and helped negotiate a fair rate for my lengthy stay. Antonio was always smiling and friendly, and took care of anything we needed during our stay. Even printing out tickets for us to enjoy some nearby attractions. They worked with my insurance and I didn't have to worry about any of it! What a relief because I sure had plenty on my plate at the time. The rooms are clean, the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed, and the housekeeping crew got to know us all so well during our stay that they called my Mom, Mommy. The grounds were clean and well maintained which says a lot right after a hurricane! We enjoyed the pool, the bar and grille very much and the prices were decent. We will be back to Floridays on our next staycation. I want to ensure the reader understands this is a place that feels like home, its not a high end hotel with chocolates on the pillow; it's a home away from home.

It's a pretty location, nice water features on property. Nice views from room. Rooms are big. Of the two beds in one room, one mattress seemed quite worn and was sinking in the middle so the was uncomfortable overnight. The other bed was fine. Staff is nice and attentive. Location is convenient to many attractions and highways. Kitchen has full stove and comes stocked with minimal essentials to cook with. The one pan we were provided with was pretty warped though. Not a 5 star resort but a nice apartment style stay with well kept grounds and a couple of nice pools. We've stayed here twice during Christmas and it accommodated 7 of us nicely. We'll probably be back again the future.

We liked it, good room. It is also well located, right between Disney and Universal parks. It has a supermarket and an Outlet very close by. The only problem we had was that there were not enough dishes when we arrived and sometimes it happened that you didn't leave us enough towels for everyone.
Outside of that, all very well. They accept packages that one requests on the Internet without problems but it is necessary to withdraw it within the first 24 hours, but they charge for saving the package to you.

Good location to the individual parks. Grounds overall pretty nice. Good restaurants nearby.

The location is great! Not too far from Disney Springs and close to a lot of restaurants and local pharmacies which is great if you forgot an item at home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The only downfall is we were out for the majority of the day and came back around late afternoon (4 pm) and discovered that our room had not been cleaned yet and our towels haven't been replenished. Then again, there's so many rooms and buildings at this hotel that house keeping might have no gotten to us yet. Other than that, this place has been great! My favorite thing about this place is its location for sure!

We checked into Floridays resort for Thanksgiving vacation 2017. The only reason I am giving the hotel a 2 is because of the staff, who were nice, courteous and very friendly and helpful. By the end of our stay however, I realized that they could only be as good as the resources they were given. The overall issue with this hotel was standards of cleanliness. Upon arrival, we discovered a spider in our bed, under the covers. They gladly let us explore 3 more rooms to choose from, each either had bugs or stained sheets (with blood or something unexplained). We choose a room that supposedly had just been renovated but was missing several key items. Again the front desk sent someone to replace the items that were missing. However, the rooms bathrooms were visibly dirty (toilets) and we found another bug. They changed the sheets again. We ended up staying in the room but overall it was humid, sheets and clothes just didn't feel all the way dry in the room and our toilet and shower ran all night. The guest shower was so clogged and stayed so even after maintenance took a look at it. The last night we asked for the sheets to be changed (the hotel said they would charge us to change the sheets, after we argued for a bit, they agreed to change the King bed only) when we returned to our room that night, the fresh pair of sheets were blood stained… right on the top sheet. I was appalled because it was obvious. The tub had not been cleaned and was visibly dirty.

Excellent place to enjoy family, very close to the parks, and shopping centers. Very quiet, with good pisinas, good attention in general.

We absolutely love Floridays. We have stayed here numerous times. The rooms are spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Our kids love the pool. And their staff is amazing. On our last visit Antonio went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

The rooms provide ample space. We stayed in a three bedroom, two bathroom accommodation. It included a living area and kitchen. The resort has two pool areas. The resort has easy access to parks and other tourist areas. The cleanliness was lacking and our room was in need of maintenance (microwave door broken and glassware inside the unit didn't fit the model). With some attention to detail on the maintenance needs, guests could have a more pleasant experience.

Near a oOutlets and a supermarket. The numerous amusement parks are also within easy reach. For this there is even a private shuttle service which is free of charge. The rooms are large and they even have 2 bathrooms in an apartment for 4 people. The staff is nice and helpful.

We traveled to Orlando to visit Disney World for the first time, and found Floridays Resort to be the best option for our family of 5. We stayed in the 2 bed room suite which was perfect for us. One bedroom had two beds for the older kids and there was just enough room in our bedroom with a king bed to fit our pack n play for the baby. Master bath was very large with Jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower. Its nice to have a large enough space to stay in with a kitchen, dinning area, and washer dryer. All of these things were what we wanted for our stay. This place accommodated us perfectly. The main pool area was great, with an area for little kids and deeper area for older kids/adults. They also have a pool side bar that also serves good food as well. There is a second pool area that we did not use, so I cannot speak to that. A couple things I would have liked to have seen here was, a screen door on the patio and since the entrance to the room is outside access, it would be nice to have a screen front door as well. Being from Wisconsin, I would like to enjoy a fresh warm breeze into the room, especially at night, without letting all the bugs into the room. The only issue's we had during our stay was, the housekeeping didn't always pick up all the dirty towels and supply new ones. Sometimes they did, and sometimes they did not, but it wasn't a big deal.

Absolutely amazing, huge suites. Feels like a large apartment. Pool is good, maybe not the best, but kids love it. It is ok just up against strong competition. Since the kids love it and I'm more about the suite, I would say this beats the competition. The cafe is fairly priced, has pretty much everything you could need and the food is seriously good… and they give you a lot of it. We had plenty of leftovers from dinner last night. The service is what you would expect if not better from the front desk, concierge, etc. Even the security guard helped transport and carry luggage!

Stayed at this resort for 1 night as it was close to Disney world. The lobby and hotels aren't exactly connected so if you get placed in another building it is an inconvenience versus traditional hotels. The rooms are configured so they are accessed from the outdoors. Aside from these items the hotel was very clean and well kept. Rooms were spacious and the upkeep was on par. If you are planning to visit Disney world and would like a better than average hotel suite (stayed in the room that accommodates 6) then definitely this is a great option.

Hotel whose rooms are apartments with fitted kitchens and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ideal for a family stay in Orlando. Superb swimming pools (2). Nice Hotel Large parking lot. Possibility to buy tickets for amusement parks. Highly recommendable hotel.

Amazing resort! My family and I went down to Orlando to go to universal. My mom booked this hotel for us and I couldn't believe how nice it was. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming, the pool is huge and clean. There was even a cafe pool side, our room was clean and spacious, hotel is quiet/safe and close to everything. Highly recommend. I would def stay here again.

Very great coharassing. We were in 5 in a comfortable apartment, with kitchen equipped with dishwasher oven, fireworks and microwave, washing machine area and dryer. With 2 bathrooms In addition to the bedrooms. There was also a seating area with table. Pleasant exterior with nice pool that also has water games for the little ones and we with 4 year old girl we very welcome, it is a bit crowded. There is the carpet craze everywhere (luckily not in the bathroom ne in the kitchen).

Very well located hotel with many parks near by. Hotel includes free shuttles to all major parks as well as the possibility of buying your official tickets at the resort. Service is very good and they provided any missing appliance for our apartment. Our room includes 3 bedrooms with 5 beds — amazing for he price. The pool is a nice bonus.

One less star for bad sound insulation (avoid the 3rd floor: The ice maker is appreciated in summer)

Nice enough. It wasn't too difficult to find. There's a load of food options just down the street, and a grocery store. Two pools, one with a spray feature for the kids. Rooms are fine (we got a two bedroom suite). Very little hot water the first night, but that was rectified the next day. Pots, pans, spatulas, utensils, cups… Just about everything was provided to cook a meal. Attractions were within reasonable distance, as was the airport. I do like that the concierge service sells theme park tickets, and provides shuttle service (though a little limited on times). I didn't like that we had to call the day before to reserve seating on the shuttle, and that we apparently needed to choose a departure time. I'd like a little more freedom with that one. Overall, an okay experience. Nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding. I'd probably stay here again if we did another family vacation in Florida.

A wonderful experience thanks to a very nice staff member Kenneth, " outstanding customer service"… this resort and location was a perfect get away spot for my family and friends. The rooms are very HUGE, full kitchen, & the master bedroom with an over size jacuzzi jet tub priceless. Each room was VERY CLEAN and up to date furniture. The kids had a wonderful fun filled time in the pool, hot tub, & game room. The location is minutes away from everything. My only problem was we did not book a longer stay with Floridays Resort. There was enough room for everyone to move around freely. Make sure to ask for Kenneth great hospitality & friendly management.

Perfect in our opinion. Great pool area, large and clean apartments, friendly staff. Central location, easy access to attractions including a free shuttle.
Self catering is a Publix nearby.
We have booked again for this year.

Me and my family of six stayed June 9-12 at this resort for our SeaWorld and Busch Gardens trip. Our 3 bedroom suite was very nice and spacious! It was one king bed room and the other rooms had two beds in it and it was 2 full bathrooms. Me and my bf slept in one of the rooms with two beds. The bed we shared was a little snug but it wasnt too bad. The pool was nice and so was the services and interactions we received from employees. Since we we cooked some nights it was nice to see a fully stocked kitchen with cooking items and such. The washing machine and dryer in the room was great as well since we have a child. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

My boyfriend was attending a professional event this weekend. I really enjoyed the beautiful view and room size including a very crisp kitchen and beautiful master. The pool was fun and activity driven for kids and families. Still relaxing. We had a fun time!

The Floridays location is great. My Family is having a wonderful experience. If we were to have any negative comments. The shower in the master bathroom needs more places to store items. The gate latches around the pool are hard to reach from both sides.

We had a three room apartment between 7 family members. Facilities were brilliant, basically a home from home. Staff really caring and location was great for the parks. Nice little pool area too, all well maintained and kept up to spec for the number of visitors.

This place was great. My 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and spacious. It made Disney doable for us. The prices were super affordable (No high cost for staying on resort). We took the shuttle to the park (No park parking cost). We went to the grocery store, and made quick dinner and breakfast meals. We only had to purchased lunch in the park (no meal plan). There are at least 2 pools, a splash pad and arcade for the kids. We had a great view of the lake. The staff was awesome and accommodating. Not one complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. The rooms were huge. I travelled with my wife and another pair and loved the separate bedrooms, our bedroom even had a huge private bathroom with large bath for two. The kitchen had full size oven and a large microwave. Comfy living room. The staff was absolutely excellent. Their policy does not allow to connect guest usb drives to staff computers but they kindly printed everything we asked for after we sent it by email. Especially Alain was a great help. Location is perfect it's a calm area close to all main atractions, nonstop walmarts also relatively close-by (if you have car). If ever going back to Orlando I would not stay anywhere else!

Amazing resort for families, they understand what customer service is about and the rooms are perfect. Spent over 4 vacations here and will. Continue to come back.

Other than some plumbing issues the hotel was great. Food was great, and they stay was comfortable.

My family and I stayed there for our Christmas vacation to Orlando. It was really great having both a kitchen and a place to do laundry. Overall a good experience, the AC was a little tricky and the cafe could be improved.

Our stay was great the room over looked a pond so sitting on the balcony was very peaceful. Rooms were also very spacious (2 bedroom suite) Location was great also located close to anything we would need. Close to main attractions and shopping! Definitely will stay here if every staying in Orlando again!

Hotel/Timeshare feel. Rooms which are more like apartments are very nice. Three bedroom & two bathrooms. Full kitchen, dinning area and living room. Supplied basics for you like pots & pans, utensils and small appliances. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if they are at full occupancy. Nice pools & Hot tubs throughout. Restaurant/Bar at the main office pool area. Near outlet shopping with a grocery just down the street a couple blocks.

Very nice option when traveling as a large family. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was very clean and comfortable. The kids also loved the pool area.

This is my third time that visits this resort.

It is one of the home feeling place, resort is extremely located nearby most of attractions, rooms are well furnished, staff very supportive. Recommended for long stay for families with youth and younger kids.

The Room was no what expected, and it was not worth for what we paid for it. The elevator was so awful. It scared my family as we went up. Should really get this fixed. Only thing I liked was the pool. The cafe was nice but prices were way up they felt blessed. When we were going to disney world it was no space on the so called shuttles, so we had to ride in a van. Then again not what we paid for. Also they Wi-Fi was lame. Plan on never going there again. Also it says check in is at 4 :00 but me and my family sat there for an hour waiting for a room that wasn't even worth the wait. Also that Wi-Fi was really terrible for this hotel to be so high quality.

Just arrived and the customer service is excellent. This is home away from home. 5 stars 100% completely satisfied with this resort very kids friendly as well. Close to all the outlets. 10 away from Walmart. Starbucks on site.

I was impressed by the size of the accommodation. It was like a home away from home. Fulfilled my needs as far as size, comfort and compatible for family needs such as washing machine, dryer, etc. The concierge was polite giving precise directions and helpful with local information. The front desk reception, Rachel, was very professional with a concern I had about several people knocking at my front door one day. She immediately sent house staff security and followed up by telephone asking if the issue was resolved and offered additional help. That is always comforting and appreciated.

Wonderful location. Had some hiccups but for the most part it was a nice place to stay.

We were at Floridays Resort in Orlando last January 2014. It was a great place to stay and the accommodations were just the right size and had everything we needed for our famioly of 7.

It is a nice resort, every time we have a trip to Orlando, we are very happy to stay at Floridays resort, it is a clean and friendly, and always quick a response any questions. All of Kids and Adults love to stay.

Myself and my family have been coming to Floridays every year for the past five years and just keep coming back. It is probably best for young families as the pool area caters for them the most (zero entry pool, play fountains, child proof gates etc. ). What makes it for us is the friendly and helpful staff, we are always warmly welcomed back. In short, I don't think we are likely to risk going anywhere else as long as we come to Orlando.

Spacious 3 bed 2 bath living room balcony full kitchen laundry dryer very nice! beautiful outside view! but not very clean, outdated carpets dirt, dust everywhere, hallways not clean, you call for housekeeping they never appear, when they do, they take out only the trash cans e do the beds that's all, and I have to say that the master bathroom was green of moist and mold disgusting They forgot the handicap people, they don't have a wheel chair! Also they have only a 2 parking space for handicap, if somebody that isn't handicap take your spot, you call they didn't do nothing to take care of this! ridiculous! In the coffee shop the grills was dirt and full of grease, impossible to eat a breakfast there, for the price they charge should be a continental breakfast but.

An extra hotel! Extra! A staff with little care! Spacious rooms and very well equipped! 5 * without hesitation!

Very good resort hotel. Two bedroom suite was nice and clean. Kind of outdated look in the suite but it was good enough. If you want a super high tech and posh hotel then look elsewhere. But if space and cleanliness are top priority then I recommend this place.

Amazing price for a beautiful place. Close to everything. I have stayed at all kinds of expensive places and resorts. This is the place I will come back to. Incredible value.
