I highly recommend this venue for trade show s, seminars and such. Great location, close to everything. Management and staff in every department are helpful, dedicated and go beyond the extra mile to make your event the absolute best.

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view. Very clean. Staff was wonderful. Love that there’s a shuttle to the Disney parks. The pool areas were great, especially the private villa pool. Restaurants were good. We will certainly be back!

Stayed here for a cheer competition. I really was impressed by how great the service was. The rooms are great, the location is ideal and the food was really good too. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Orlando.

I enjoyed my stay at the Caribe Royale. The pool area was fantastic! The rooms were super spacious! The staff was friendly and great. I was at the resort for a conference. It was so easy to navigate from the room to the conference center. My only criticism is that all of the food and drink at the resort is super expensive for what you get. If you don’t mind the splurge, then do it. The food is good.

The pool and water slide was awesome. But the bar by the pool was top notch. Friendly staff and great drinks. We definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful view, hotel room was very spacious and luxurious. The bed was a lot firmer and scratchy sheets then I’d like but I’d still stay here again. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but we loved staying here. Parking lot was over crowded but overall 4/5 stars ⭐️

Great way to relax and get away from all the stress in life even just for a little while. People and staff were extremely friendly. Safety measures were in place for covid19 precautions. Great food and drinks!

We LOVED this place! Mariah at the front desk was Exceptionally helpful and kind. The room and pool was AMAZING! I won’t stay anywhere else now when I visit Orlando.

Poolside and bar is awesome. Rooms are clean and prepped well. Awesome atmosphere. Great for both kids, or an adult getaway.

There’s quite a lot of room in our suite and the poolside bar has great conch fritters and wings. Very friendly staff.

All aspects of our stay were amazing. Ruby the housekeeper was extraordinary. She was always friendly and our room was especially clean compared to other places we’ve stayed. Cafe staff could have been more efficient. The young woman making paninis was always efficient and friendly though.

There were many hidden fee! Like parking fee! Resort fee! The shuttle taking to the Disney were not convenient timings and not many shuttles. Internet sucked! Overall for the price we paid not good!

I stayed here for a week, and most things were wonderful. Rooms were spacious and clean for the most part excluding the shower. However upon arriving at our room I opened the curtains to find a dead opposing sitting inside a trap right outside our window. The thing was coated in flies. Definitely not something you’d want to see. Called the front desk to have it removed. Was removed fairly quickly. We were also compensated for it. My only other complaint is that you have to pay 12$ a day to park —. —. And that the shuttle buses leave before they’re scheduled to. They do not wait. Overall a few kinks here and there but the Caribe Royale is really beautiful and staff very accommodating and friendly. Would give it a 3.5/5

Beautiful place! We had a great time. Was here for work but enjoyed the pool and food. Rooms were spacious, I liked that you could close the bedroom door from the room with the sofa to block out the noise from the hallways and elevator.

Great service all the way from the front receptionist to the pool with the best jams! Would come back here and stay!

We had a great time! Since we walk in at the Front Desk we receive a warm greeting! The room was spacious and comfortable! Good amenities. We really enjoy the pool and the activities that the resort offer. The only hiccup was when we order room service and they forgot the spoons for the ice cream, plus the food wasn't that good either. But there are plenty of other options at the resort to eat or outside. Besides that everything was excellent!

The Caribe Royale is a gem that seems to be a bit hidden in the big recreation city of Orlando. The courtyard pool area is great and there is plenty of water and space to swim. The rooms are spacious with a living room section, separate from the bedroom. Amenities were very nice overall. The room key cards and parking cards were ultra sensitive. I had to request a new key 4 times in only 2 and a half days. I kept my key cards away from my other magnetic cards as well. I was not the only one that experienced this frustrating problem. Also, when the parking lot card did not work one of the customer service ladies was rude: "let me see it… hold it up. Push the key card in. " "I did and it say 'no function' ". "I did not hear it… slide it so that I can hear it. " I mean come on. It simply did not work! Fix this key card problem and the hotel/resort will be exceptional.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. It is beautiful, clean, and staffed with friendly people. The rooms are spacious with beautiful, contemporary furniture. The pool is great! We just love every single detail about this hotel. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a fun family vacation or if you are looking to just have a romantic, relaxing getaway.

This is a beautiful place! A large pool, bar, arcade, kiddie play area with pool, lounge chairs, shaded tables, outdoor gaming, you name it and it's here! The rooms are large with spa baths, microwave and fridge. Parking is very convenient and easy to get to. The staff is extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We stay here all the time, and we love it. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and nice. It's nice to have a separate sitting area, refrigerator, microwave, and two televisions when traveling as a family. The pool is really nice, and the pool staff go out of their way to make spending the day by the pool enjoyable for everyone. The food and drinks at Calypso's is fabulous. We are looking forward to going back tomorrow without the kiddo's!

Caribe Royale is a wonderful venue to have a wedding! Everything is all in one spot. Space for your ceremony, reception, hotel rooms and very close to the Disney area. The new outdoor pavilion is the perfect ceremony spot. And there are so many ballroom and unique spaces to create the perfect event. The best part of this property? Ashley the sales manager. He very experienced in all types of events. He has wonderful relationships with many vendors. Ashley can help your wedding dreams come to reality.

One of our favorite Hotels in the Orlando area. Rooms are large and updated. As a regular visitor to Orlando, this hotel offers everything you need without having to step foot off the property. Enjoy the large pool, many choices to eat and drink and relax in this fun resort. Hotel offers fine and casual dining choices as well as a coffee bar and sushi bar. Very large pool centered around the 3 main towers with a large separate pool/play area for kids. They allow personal coolers at poolside unlike many other resorts that discourage this. My only wish for the pool area was to have poolside service for drinks and food however there is a large poolside bar/restaurant. Just minutes from Disney Springs and the Disney Parks also makes this a great place to stay.

First let me say the hotel itself is very nice. First night and room was never cleaned did complained so they sent up new towels. Room keys constantly had issues so back and forth to the front desk. Shuttle service very minimal and does not wait an extra minute so stuck having to uber everywhere. And when we checked out they tax the resort fee omg. Last we ate dinner by the pool when received the bill they automatically add a 16% gratuity on the bill. I tax according to the service but it is what it is. I even complained about the shuttle but the girl at the front desk got an attitude so I left it alone. I doubt anything will change but needed to put my two cents about the resort,.

My traveling companion (who also wrote a review) and I had a special-needs-child situation. The staff could not have been less accommodating. Due to a private circumstance, we needed 40-45 more minutes. When we asked, we were advised NO exceptions to the check-out time. They hung up when we tried to explain.
When we asked if someone could take our bags out of the room to comply, they said no. We would've even paid a prorated room rate for 45 minutes ($5.00? )
The larger chains (World Marriott, etc) train employees to think creatively and apply common sense to unique situations.
Guess it's easier to have us out than deal with a slower person. Can't recommend this hotel if you may have any special concerns.

This place is awesome. The facilities are very clean and I got a nice view of a little lake from our villa. There's a steak restaurant in the hotel… I think it's called the Chop House… AMAZING! The staff is always friendly and nice. Bless them for cleaning those bathrooms multiple times in the day. We were here for a work conference and every time I had to pee I would come to a clean stall. Can't wait to come back next year (:

This place was awesome totally worth the stay. The rooms were clean and very nice, the staff was great and very accommodating worth every penny. The restaurants could of been better but that was the only flaw in an otherwise great experience.

Caribe Royale Resort provided excellent service and meeting room accommodations. Their staff is very professional and courteous. Does a group meeting we were served a lunch buffet. It was truly outstanding and with a variety of excellent foods to choose from. Chef Damion was asked to take a bow with our group and he received a standing ovation! We highly recommend Caribe Royale in Orlando.

Love this place. Great value for your money with spacious and pretty rooms. Most of the time I end up with a pretty nice view out of the window, but this time I ended up looking at the roof of the gym. Very small complaint but the only criticism I can give the place. Location is amazing for Disney. It's one road down and straight into the parks.

Definitely a lovely resort. Great on-site restaurants with excellent food. The Calypso grill by the pool is the best for bar food and drinks, both alcohol and virgin daiquiris. Expect to pay resort prices; parking and gratuity. Great winding pool with water slide. Overall great experience.

Hotel is always one of our favorites when going to Orlando. It's close to the parks and easy to get to. The pool area is amazing and there's nice amenities. The rooms, however, are starting to show some age. Some of the furniture is beat up and a bit older. Still better than a lot of hotels in the area. Also, the fees are a bit much. Hotel fee, parking fee, phone fee, lots of fees.

Great service, great hotel. Employee are super friendly and nice (although sometimes I wonder if they are making fun of me in another language to other co-workers). One night, some guy grabbed my napkin and put it on my lap — freaked me out! — I'm used to like Taco bell, BK, or McDonald's. The beach bar is super chill and feels like I'm back at home on the beaches of Pensacola. Great place to have events or seminars at too! Great time all around.

Haven’t checked in yet… on the way. BUT we made this reservation weeks ago and I have to say our communication with the resort so far has been AMAZING. They have been super responsive to our special requests. If our stay is as great as the ease of our arrangements so far then we will certainly be returning. Just spend 3 nights and 4 days here — my family and I had an amazing time. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The kiddie pool is perfect. The water slide is a ton of fun. The restaurants/bars have a fun and relaxing ambiance. Overall my kids (2 and 4) plus hubby had a blast! Hope to return in about a year.

The hotel experience was okay, but looked better in photos compared to the experience. The room was fine, but pretty dated. Furniture and pipes were creeky. When I did call room service, it just rang and no on ever picked up. The front door to the building also had key card trouble, and the staff decided to leave the door open instead of attending it which was odd. The outdoor area was beautiful so I wish they updated the rooms to feel more modern.

One of the best hotels in orlando. Basically stayed in and enjoyed the amenities instead of going out. The pool was fun, game room was entertaining, and steakhouse was awesome. The gym and hot tub right after really relaxed me so well I had the best sleep of my life. Thanks for the excellent service. I would really highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel near Disney World with a beautiful pool, friendly staff, reasonably price bar and good food. Arrived for a conference late in the day, staff was pleasant and helpful. Got us squared away in a beautiful suite which set the tone for the rest of the week. Very nice conference facility is located just across the parking lot from three large towers of guest rooms. Would absolutely return for work or pleasure.

Great hotel! Clean and beautiful! Convenient to everything. Loved the room, pool, gym, and all the food choices. The Cafe had really good pizza. We could have never left the hotel and still had a great vacation. Love the live music by the pool and also The Loft bar. Only complaint was, with a bad back, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could have been that the pillows were too hard for me. Overall we had an excellent experience and can’t wait to stay there next time!

Our stay was great. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. There are a few restaurants and cases on the property. Only two negatives: water pressure in the shower was non existent and the parking pass NEVER worked. Overall, we loved our stay.

I booked this resort in a bundle deal using Priceline. Due to a nor'easter in my area I had to change flights and cancel a night at Caribe. They gave me a full refund without issue and I was both surprised and thankful. The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful both when I locked my key in the hotel room & when I needed my bill explained. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Staff was great. Only reason I'm not rating 5 stars was for a few reasons. 1) they keep the large pool temperature way too cold you can't enjoy it (many guests felt this way not just my family) and 2) I was very disappointed with the kiddie pool area. It was very small and could have been much cleaner. For a $25/night resort fee it would have been nice to actually utilize the amenities.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, the pool with a waterslide is wonderful, there is a 24 hour cafe, the restaurants are very good, the shuttles to the theme parks are a great value added services.

This resort has been a blessing in disguise! And I will forever be grateful for our stay. Since it was booked last minute I didn’t carry high expectations, BUT this resort was amazing! From the wonderful amenities, cleanliness, and service there was nothing short of being spectacular! But the real reason I’m writing this review is to thank a staff member named CHRISTIAN. After an exhausting day at Disney World, I picked up some pizza at the cafe and left my purse on the table. I didn’t realize it till 15 minutes later. I was terrified because my purse had EVERYTHING in it! Christian saw my purse and gave it to security. I can’t even begin to tell you how much that meant to me… you saved a part of my life! Seriously… you did! Thank you, thank you, thank you Christian! I’ll never forget your kind act!

Stayed at the Caribe for 3 nights during a business conference. The Facility itself is fine, the rooms pretty comfortable although the air con is hard to adjust. The pool area is nice (see photos). The conference facilities were OK, on the first day everyone was freezing to death and we were told they had a technical issue. The second day it was slightly better. The catering & service was fine.

Resort good value for money it is a bit dated but nothing problematic in the evening there is a long cartoon by the pool with popcorn A will for children the fitness room is very well equipped I did not try the restaurants of the hotel.
This one is well located and close to everything by car.

Incredibly beautiful resort style hotel with well appointed rooms, dining options on — site, and lovely swimming pool with water falls. The staff were all friendly and the gift shop was very nice as well. Rooms were clean and the hotel and grounds were as well. Be prepared to pay $10 a day for parking. But close to do many of the Disney resorts and parks.

We were alone one night for a change in our reservations. It is a very large hotel, with a large reception, comfortable and with a very nice pool, colorful, with waterfalls and different sectors. The hotel Cobra parking and resort fee per day.

Came to the hotel for a conference. Generally a nice experience. The restrooms were neat and tidy and food service was good. Like most convention centers it wasn't always as well marked as I would have liked. I did like being able to get free parking as an attendee. Parking was convenient to the convention center.

I was a big fan of the morning buffet, the beds are soft but the pillows are too big so bring your own. The staff is friendly. However the only con I couldn't ignore was the way they sold tickets to the theme parks. For a small (real small) discount, you can get a ticket for a few dollars but you MUST attend a presentation at another hotel. The gas cost more to get to the other hotel than I would save on the tickets. Other than that, my stay was great.

Very good hotel, very good location, very nice service, very good offers, excellent.

I've stayed here twice, and both times it's been excellent. They have a very spacious layout, with a very nice main building. I went during Christmas, and it was really nice! They have a cool morning type of breakfast kiosk in one of the towers, and you can get coffee and other drinks with things like Biscotti's. The restaurants on site are nice, and for the type of hotel, are decently priced. I went during a convention so the prices were cheap as well. The room had a door to separate the "living room" from the bedroom, so if someone slept on the couch they could keep it quiet. I really have no complaints both times I stayed here. Oh, and they also have a heated pool, so that's a plus!

Very friendly resort near all the Disney attractions and excellent shopping venues. Beautiful lobby on large sprawling grounds. Close to everything but you do need a car or a rental car to really enjoy. Had a good time. Was treated well by the friendly staff and enjoyed their restaurants and amenities.

Our stay at Caribe Royale Orlando was in a villa with two other adult couples and three children, 5, 3 and 3. We all fit quite nicely. The towels were abundant in both baths and the kitchen was well stocked also. We were only a few minutes from Disney and the other parks. They could run the shuttles later as the last one to the parks leaves at 12:30pm. Most others run every hour. The beds were comfortable with ample pillows. Check in was a breeze and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. We will stay again for anther family vacation. Very impressed. We stay in Orlando a lot being season ticket holders at Disney and this is by far one of the best hotels yet.

We've stayed here twice and each time the experience is new. The rooms are set up very nicely to feel comfortable and home like. There are so many things to do on sight and plenty of food choices. Our favorite was the water slide pool the first visit and the spa our second time around. You have a choice for in room, pool side or spa setting! It's also a quick ride from Magic Kindom!

What a wonderful vacation! My girlfriend and I are so glad that we had the pleasure of discovering and staying at this great resort. The staff and amenities are very nice, the location is central to everywhere we wanted to be, and the price was right. The large pool and additional whirlpool spas were very refreshing. The price of food and spirits onsite were reasonable. Literally the only thing we didn't like we're the cheesy & sometimes pushy ticket salesmen (and women) seated in the lobby of our tower… Other than that we will absolutely be back again :^)

Great room for the price! Got a really good price on Priceline. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Room had a living room with couch desk and TV, a small hallway with a sink and mirror, then the bedroom also with a TV. The bathroom was very large and had a jetted jacuzzi tub, which was nice to soak in after a long day of walking the Disney parks. The pool looked to be really nice, although we didn't make it out there for our short stay. Overall we had a great stay, and would definitely go back (Especially if we were able to get the same rate.

This hotel was simply amazing! My boyfriend and I are definitely going to stay here again. We found our perfect hotel. The room was great and cozy. The bedroom was septated by a door from the living room area. Very clean and comfortable. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurants were delicious. There are 2 arcades, which were fun. The pool was amazing and has lots of seating and lounging space. There's so much to do in the area. Everything is about 15 minutes drive. Disney is right down the street. Very centralized location to just about everything. I loved this hotel and can't wait to go back.

The dirty rooms, the cleaning people don't know anything, and they don't help you with what's missing in the room: (You have your pay the Wi-Fi, the parking, and the atobuses that take you to the parks apart, and it's not optional! That's not fair! For us it is not option to return to this hotel!

The truth is a nice place, but the attention is pretty bad, the staff of this Hotel are unkind (not all but the great majority), the Internet is restricted and of low quality (it costs to connect) plus and no minor does not include breakfast, something that helps quite, I definitely do not recommend it at all, next time I will look for another Hotel where to stay in Orlando.

Very spacious and well placed! The pool is nice… But the rooms are not to the liking of the day: old switches, bathtub and curtain… The restaurants are not of good quality.

I recently had my wedding at the Caribe Royale Resort and it was amazing! I was most impressed with our wedding/event coordinator Ashley Mackinnon who was so helpful and accommodating during the entire week we were there. His experience and resourcefulness as a wedding and event coordinator made us feel like we had our own personal wedding planner, everything was taken care of during the entire wedding day which made it possible for us to enjoy our wedding carefree. In addition to the amazing wedding we had, all of our guests staying in the hotel were very impressed with the resort. The pool with the waterfall and slide was a blast, and the Calypso pool bar was a great meeting spot for the whole family. Also, the 24 hour cafe was really convenient and the location to Disney and free shuttle service is an added bonus.

Cafe 24 Pizza*** Don’t purchase the Pizza in Cafe 24. It’s OVER-PRICED and your taste buds will thank you. The gentlemen said, “Our Pizza is Best and we have repeat customers. ” My fiancé and I are not pleased, it taste similar to 7-Eleven’s $5.00 Pizza, even frozen Pizza has a better taste. The salad was delicious. The Hotel is amazing, we decided to try their pizza after the “In-Room Message” says, “Local Pizza Shops steal your money & credit card information, eat our Pizza. ” We’re requesting a refund, nice “trick” to keep the money “in-house” though. We feel robbed by this Pizza experience!

I found this to be a fairly affordable hotel when I went to Microsoft Ignite. It has a nice pool and a couple nice restaurants. We used their 24 hour cafe quite a bit and I thought it was reasonably priced for food. Laundry facilities can be found on on floors 3, 6 and 9 of each tower. I wish I'd tried the coffee. I might go 5 stars but it would be nice if they could get the price down just a bit more for families going to Orlando.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts in Orlando. Its contemporary design is well kept, spacious, and even as a resident of Orlando I am amazed every time I come here. Although I've never stayed at the resort, I come semiannually to the convention side to participate in multiple annual events. Other people in these conventions come from out of the area and do have to check-in. From what I hear, the stay here is every bit worthy of a 5-star rating.

This is literally the best hotel in Orlando! And there are thousands of hotels in Orlando to choose from, but this one tops them all! It's the hotel of my dreams! I've been here 3 times. February 1998, July 2002 & August 2017. Great family place, close to restaurants, shops and all the great attractions that Orlando has to offer! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind as well. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!

The resort is beautiful. It has a variation of amenities and restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable for families. Pet friendly with a fee. Well worth a visit.

Hotel of very high standard, "royal" as its name implies. The rooms with lounge are very large with large beds very comfortable, lots of storage for business. The pool with slide and waterfall is immense, the hotel's "tropical" restaurant has a very nice service and the abundant food is good for a reasonable price. One negative was the fact that we were staying at the elevators exit, so we heard the noise of the residents coming and going. The last big negative was the noise at 7am of what must be the water pump which is akin to a TGV pass when people shower. Despite these last two negatives I would perfectly recommend this hotel to a very large class at the gates of all the biggest parks in the city.

Stayed in this hotel for a few days. It is amazing. The rooms are very nice, the pool is especially amazing and the pool slide is a nice touch. They have a pool arcade and one in the lobby. The shuttle to the Disney Parks is very convenient. Only small issue is I found the hotel rooms and inside very cold. But it might just be me. But overall it is an amazing hotel I would stay in again if I ever find myself traveling to Orlando.

Was there for a week long convention. Staff was nice and rooms were good. Pool was beautiful, but my friends indicated the amount of chlorine was really high and I never went in because there was always a lot of people (kids) in it. Great thing was if you want to relax go to the villa pool. Nothing fancy, but it was refreshing.

Very close to the Disney parks and well equipped for stays and vacations. Friendly and helpful Staff, although hardly anyone speaks Italian fluently.

Nice spacious room with living room equipped with a fridge and a microwave plus coffee machine. Two large flat screens, room side and lounge side. Storage with ironing board. Very clean room and quiet hotel.

My family & truly enjoyed the Caribe Royale. The rooms were immaculate, our beds were made & room cleaned (personals undisturbed) upon arrival from our outing at the theme parks. Hotel ammenities were abundant, two game rooms for our kids, a 75ft water slide & waterfall in the pool, cabanas for a small fee & pool towels (not room towels for drying off after the pool/hot tubs. Staff was very friendly, understanding & helpful. Our costs were reasonable. Last but not least, with military ID we enjoyed a discount & a courtesy food/drink stipend for the tenure of our stay. Our only 3 things were the trouble with finding parking, pool hours were pretty short for this to be a holiday weekend (closed at 10p) & there were no balconies attached to the rooms. All that said, we will indeed contemplate this or a villa as a choice for our next vacation stay. Thanks Caribe Royale! The rooms were beautiful.

Bellessimo cozy sin x distances if you do not own a car it becomes expensive to move around.

A great structure from all points of view, except for the outside trips, as to reach the many parks and attractions. In fact you need to take the taxi to move.

Hotel with ample free parking, large, clean and quiet rooms, swimming pool with slide and waterfall, Wellness center, gym and several restaurants.

The hotel is amazing. Super clean and super friendly. The room is very comfortable as well. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed my stay here. We had a huge 3 bedroom suite, ample room for the family and a great kitchen setup to boot. Easy pool access, easy parking, and a well-kept environment. Can't go wrong here!

Everyone I've interacted with at this hotel has been happy to help and kind. Service has been fast. The bed is comfortable enough. The pillows have a lot of loft, which is great for tall people like me. The room service was pretty tasty, which is good because this place is located in a restaurant dessert. The hotel restaurants are really expensive. The Internet speeds and reliability are pretty mediocre. The pool is nice and well kept.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The queen suites were large enough to accommodate our family (two small children). The pool was great and well maintained, and there were ample dining choices including 24/7 options. The shuttle to the Disney Properties was fine, and made getting to the parks easy in the early morning.

Great place to stay in Orlando, close to parks and shopping. This was my second time staying here, first was about 4 years ago and have to say it has gotten even better. The kids will love the slide in the pool, the smaller children, will not want to leave the kiddie pool. The adult frozen drinks don't have much alcohol but the virgins taste great.

This was the second time I've stayed at the Caribe Royale. The amenities and location are great, as was the quality of service. I had a problem with my shower, and someone came to fix it within 15 minutes. I was also then upgraded to a better room and given a resort credit for the inconvenience. I did have some difficulty getting through to someone who could help me get my suit pressed, but when I went down to speak with the concierge in person, they were very helpful.

Great hotel very close to Disney. Room was a suite with microwave and fridge and room for 6 to sleep with a pull out couch. Lots of food and drink options at the hotel and also really close by. Pool was freezing my only complaint. Was hard for kids to swim, but they did like the hot tub. We were there 3 nights and would come back.

Horrible experience… I have stayed at this hotel twice and as the old saying goes "fool me once shame on you… fool me twice shame on me" my first experience was last year in Jan-Feb 2015 my wife's check book went missing from our room… We were staying in Tower 3… and this last week Feb 2016 we stayed yet again in Tower 3 and my Calvin Klein Jacket went missing. I brought it in case it got very cold which it didn't and yes of course I left it hanging in my closet with a work shirt and the work shirt was turned in but not the jacket. No one checked into the room after me til 7pm the following day and the Shirt was turned in at 5pm by house keeping prior to anyone in the room so we know who has it but the hotel did nothing about it except ask the house keeper if they saw it. Of course they are going to say NO…! No one from the hotel management ever contacted me about my experience… Anyways it is a lower cost hotel for a reason and I only stay there when there is a convention but I will definitely not stay here again ever…! I am going to make a claim to the BBB.

Grand looking resort for the price! Room was clean and there was a separate living area with pull out couch. Space worked well for 4. Close to attractions and International drive. Only complaint is it could use some upkeep in the bathroom / shower area (caulking in the shower was coming off a little and mildew was starting to set in). Bathroom should be kept top notch or it looks gross. Otherwise, it was well worth the money.

I loved the resort itself, my family and I stayed in Tower 2 and the rooms were wonderful. Your location is great, we were able to find our way around town easily and weren't caught up in the Disney crowds. The only downside was the staff. Maybe because we visited over New Year's and they had other things on their minds, but none of the staff I interacted with seemed terribly friendly. It didn't dramatically affect my stay, but it was moderately disappointing.

The staff was awesome and it was everything it should be. Great price for what you get. Great pool and clean. I would recommend.

The lobby is nice and pos thats where it ends. The rooms in Tower 3 are average at best. The room serivce is beliw average. We were traveling w family during Christmas and would have upgraded if rooms were available. Staff was ok. Pool has a nice slide, tiny hot tub, nice little splash pad for kids. Kids enjoyed them both very much. Bring a life vest for non swimmers or pay $5 / hr for rental. Walmart, CVS were very close by. They had movie every night under the stars for all of December which was nice.

This hotel was huge! Room service was great, and the rooms were nicely sized. I stayed with my wife there, and the rooms were plenty big enough. The hotel is pretty cheap as well! It's a beautiful hotel, the pool is great, and it's overall an amazing place to stay.

This hotel is beautiful, staff are friendly and the suite with the king size bed and soaking tub is very spacious and nice. There is a beautiful pool with many beach chairs, there is a water slide in the pool and there is a gym. We were unhappy to find out, like other reviewers, that we weren't told about the daily hotel fees up front and instead had to find out on the morning of check out on our bill. We also had housekeeping come into our room even though there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the knob outside… that was upsetting. And the telephone in our bedroom was not in proper working order.

Stayed for a business meeting, but enjoyed all the amenities. I thought the sprawling layout provided a sense of escape that can be difficult to find in the heart of this tourist mecca. Location was ideal for those interested in visiting the multiple amusement parks in the vicinity, particularly Disney. The service and room were both pleasant. Would stay at this hotel in the future.

I have not had the pleasure of actually staying at this resort yet, however, if my experience there is as friendly and warming as the help I have received thus far from the sales team, I have no doubt our trip will be wonderful. I merely asked for some information about the resort, a couple brochures maybe, explaining that I am planning the trip of a lifetime for my wife, kids and extended family in May 2016, and Sales Associate Dana Reed went above and beyond my request, (and I'm sure, out of her way), in sending me a care package with information about the resort I would never have dreamed of receiving. I am totally psyched about renting a villa at the Caribe Royale in Orlando! And if the service I have received so far is just a preview of what I am willing to bet will be matched during my actual stay at the villa, I am sure I will be giving this resort a follow-up review of 5 stars. My wife and I had the same opinion of the place. We felt the price for the room was more than fair. The rooms were larger than usual, clean and updated. The staff was friendly and professional. Convenient to all the theme parks. Great water slide and waterfall in pool area for kids. Downfall $10 daily for Wi-Fi and the pool area was completely overrun with people, therefore, no place to relax. My wife and I were looking forward to relaxing by the pool while watching our 10 year old daughter swim, but felt the people hanging around the pool weren't very family oriented due to a lot of alcohol use and profanity so if you're willing to stay in your room and not hang out by the pool or if you don't have young children, its fine, otherwise I would look elsewhere.

Hotel was very nice, pool was excellent for the kids and also there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone, baskeyball court and tennis court were also a nice addition. Breakfast was expensive considering what you can get 5 mins up the road, the ice machine was broken, they charge $5 per bottle of water that they leave by your kettle so I assumed free (no chance) same water you can by for $2 in local shop. Biggest downfall though was the cost of Wi-Fi £7 or $10 per day which when then for 15 days is an awful lot of money, this I think was the worst part of our holiday as Wi-Fi is free in all parks, and the majority of restaraunts and shops so how can they warrant this charge. Staff were always pleasant and willing to help and the petrol station opposite is ideal for buying pop, crisps etc and also do very nice cheap pizzas.

This is a large three tower convention hotel just ten minutes away from Epcot with excellent quality rooms with microwaves, refrigs, big TVs. There are four restaurants, including the 4-Star Venetian and a great 24-hour cafe. The pool and other facilities are top notch. The best part: the prices are better than many resorts that rank lower — we go to Mousesavers and often find amazing deals for this place and its next door "little" sister — Buena Vista Suites.

We enjoyed individualized care from Belen A. In our villa. Kudos to the dedicated staff! May you each continually enjoy and respond to God's love for you.

This hotel had very nice rooms and the service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice with a great slide for the kids. The room had a nice size fridge and microwave so we were able to keep our drinks cold. Just be careful not to drink the provided water as it cost $5.00. I think if they leave water it should either be complimentary or $1.00 at the most who wants such fancy water anyway. The price was very reasonable with free parking. All and all we were very happy.

Building is very grand, nice decor. Check in without reservation was a breeze with a helpful employee. We stayed in Tower two, 2 double beds with a living room area that you can close the door from the bedrooms. Refrigerator and coffee maker and waters in the room. 2 tvs, one in room and other in living room. Pool and hot tub were nice, although they close and tell everyone to leave at 11pm. Beds were bouncy, pillows were very thick, I didn't sleep well, but I prefer a firmer mattress and softer pillow. Im not sure about Wi-Fi, we couldn't connect and weren't given any codes to log on. We only stayed one night, they have 3 restaurants and a coffee shop we would have tried had we stayed longer. Price was excellent for what we received! We will be back. :)

I loved the service the hotel all its facilities.

Suite three inhabited, plenty of room, quiet location, with coffee machine microwave and large fridge in the room. Something frumpy interiors. Wi-Fi application worked with me not ($10 a day) friendly, more than ok.

Very nice hotel and beautiful new rooms and a beautiful swimming pool.
