Just got back from a two week holiday and can’t fault this place! Spotless, lovely and helpful staff, great facilities! Will definitely be returning some day and miss it already… they did everything they could to look after us and we felt so welcome.

My wife and I with 2 children stayed here as guests. They upgraded our room because we had to be near my wife's family, and it wasn't available anymore. The room we had was great, beds were comfortable and the staff everywhere was always smiling and in plesent to talk with! We had a good time here, and so did our kids with the little activities they have going on all of the time. We would definitely come back!

What an unbelievable resort. The service was top notch, rooms were spacious with views. The Water Park. Pools were awesome. Definitely planning a return trip.

Great location to a lot of the must-see in Florida, such as the parks of Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studies, SeaWorld, Aquatica. They're all just 15-20 min drive from the resort. Several pools, one is bound to be near your apartment block. There are various activities ever day and you can rent a DVD for only $1. Walking distance to several eating places, incl Pizza Hut, Steak & Shake and Black Angus Steakhouse (a bit longer walk) and several others.

Amazing places. Great selection of 4 pools. Staff friendly. Apartments clean and decent size. Cleaned regularly, if needed new towels staff brought when requested. Plenty of restaurants close by. Plenty of utensils and kitchen items in place. Would recommend and would book again.

Our family stayed here for a week recently. The pools were wonderful and 3 out of 4 were heated. The rooms were very nice and very clean. We did have a porch, but the view was of the street, so we didn't really use it. The kitchen had some issues so we didn't really cook too much. We were in building 6. The girls loved the activities with the build a friend being their favorite.

Not a bad place. This is my second visit. Each time with friends. The beds aren't the most comfortable — hard, and they need to buy new pillows. Other than that, the staff is friendly; the location is great, and it's family friendly.

Liked this place, not my kind of hotel o resort. Because our family prefers hotels with breakfast included and daily room service. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Check in was great, we got a 2 bedroom suite it was great. The resort was huge, and we got handed a lot of activities to do but couldn't do any of them because had a full agenda. The area in which the hotel is located is very convenient, next door to Disney.

We have been customers twice. First time was in 2012 and it was so nice we came back 6 years later. This time has been a nightmare. Our first room, the bedroom was unbearably HOT! the room was 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the hotel. Every time I got ready I would break out in a sweat. So, they switched us rooms. Today, only 2 days later, we come back from Disney to the air being completely off! The thermostat was just off, so who knows how many hours out air wasn't running because we weren't here to notice. Maintenance came and fixed it, so here we are at 10:30 at night dealing with an 80 degree room after an entire day in the heat. This is not fun with 5 people in the room. I'm so disappointed this stay has been such a bad experience. The rooms are so nice, but the heat outweighs the good in the rooms.

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. There are several clean pools to choose from including a kiddie pool with sprinklers. News more activities especially for rainy days.

Very Nice family hotel in excellent access between Disney and Universal parks. Good alternative for not staying inside the parks. Good Price.

We stayed here for a week. The outside is beautiful. Pretty flowers everywhere. The bedding is a little old fashioned. Can be upgraded. Perfect location. Close to all the Disney parks, Disney spring and other shopping centers. Loved our experience.

Pretty nice place to stay. They have 2 or 3 pools and a bowling ally. There is a food station near the pool and they make the best chocolate covered bananas. ❤

Room service is quick. The staff are very polite and professional. Kids enjoyed the pools. Would definitely stay again.

The Blue Tree Resort grounds are lovely… the rooms/condos are a bit dated, need some renovation, new upholstery or a proper cleaning… and new bed linens might be nice as they were a bit grey looking. Plumbing could use an upgrade too. Staff were great: responsive, polite and generally very nice!

Nice grounds, very nice staff. Relatively speaking clean place but the decor is a bit dated and not very pleasant. The carpeting looks dirty, the sofa upholstery smells bad and the plumbing is crappy! Our room vanity was so clogged up that we had to change rooms… in the new room the shower switch doesn't switch all the way so you're taking a shower with some of the water dribbling from the tap below. Also the shower curtain (clean! ) is too long and sits in the tub making it unpleasant as it gets soggy. The kitchen is nice and has pretty much everything we need. Overall I don't think I would choose to stay here again…

Stayed here in February for a week with my family. The unit we had was a handicap accessible unit, as I am a wheelchair user. We had two bedrooms and two baths. The king bedroom had the bathroom attached. It was set up as a wet room, so if you could not leave the wheelchair, you could roll right into the shower with no obstructions. Plenty of space, plus a huge bathtub. There was a full washer and dryer in the unit, which is great if you have a longer stay. Full sized fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, and stocked with basic cooking tools, pots, and dinnerware. The facility also has pools and outdoor games and activities. There is a ton of shopping and food options within a two mile radius, and it is very easy to get to both Disney and universal.

Location was great. Less than a 2 minute drive to Disney springs. Close to shops and easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

It's is a nice place to get away and just relax. Nice and quite not a lot of load people or traffic. The staff are very wonderful and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A very good and well located timeshare resort in the Disney-Lake Buena Vista area. Only 2 walkable miles from The Disney Springs resort area. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Resort provides a shuttle to the Disney and Universal parks.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our week at Blue tree and we would love to come back. The laundry was credit card operated, so that was nice. They do have units with laundry facilities, but they are saved for the people who are staying Saturday to Saturday, thats okay. It worked out fine. They honered my request for a floor level room, next to the pool. The staff have been wpnderful and accomidating. This is a shared property so you have use of all activities and facilities of both. The pools are warm. The rooms are clean. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Its close to everything. The Winn Dixie is a hop and a skip away. Over all I feel that some people are nit picky. Its a villa, not a hotel room. It explains everywhere that they do not have housekeeping service daily except for a nominal fee. If you do not mind making your own bed and picking up a vacuum. I highly recommend this place. My children 1-16 years old loved vacation.

Beautiful place! The apartments are very comfortable and the treatment from there of the employees is very nice. It also has a swimming pool where kids can swim and entertain.

UPDATED 3/28/18 Not everything they said it would be! Pay daily for Wi-Fi access for EACH device. (it was actually included in our package but they never had a chance to tell us due to the timeshare vulture circling around us) Don't ever use the house phone for 800 numbers, $0.75 each. They have a list of daily activities in cae you don't go to the park one day, guaranteed to make you wish you had. Transportation to/from the parks is on second hand busses they bought from the city with only one in the morning and one at night. They will give you the impression they are showering you with gifts to do their time share tours but none of it is really worth your time. Construction was slipshod at best.

Comfortable, quiet and very good service. Easy access by car to all Disney and Universal Orlando parks.

Great resort with plenty of facilities. If relying on resort shuttle to both Disney World and Universal Studios be aware it is a once a day in each case so can/will restrict seeing fireworks displays. Alternative is via Disney Springs or taxi (use lyft or uber).

We stayed at the Blue Tree portion (not the Westgate part). It was fantastic. The property was clean and well cared for. The units were nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The location is great — neat everything — — Disney, SeaWorld (Discovery Cove, Aquatica), outlet mall — yet removed enough to be away from the crowds.

Very good overall. It only bothered me a little Q charge 6 dollars for receiving a parcel in my name when this is not explained anywhere and only argue the responsibility of the staff for the custody of the package received.

Excellent value for your dollar. 5 star all the way. Pools are clean, rooms are tip top. The staff are more than helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Just visited friends for an afternoon, but we were quite impressed with the grounds and amenities. Nice place!

The location is perfect. Drives to the Disney parks, the Orlando Eye, and other attractions are 20 minutes or less. The only issue I have is room cleaning in only done at check out or on the 9th day of your stay. There were also a few too many chemicals in the "heated" pool that caused a temporary reaction on my skin. Everything else was amazing.

Nice, quiet resort with 4 pools (3 heated and 1 no heated). There is a lot of activities for kids every day. Rooms are clean, with balcony and kitchen. Best thing is that they have a shuttle to the Disney parks and all parks not too far from resort. We like it!

Clean place. We had a dryer that didn't work. The fan in bathroom was so loud and squealing, the shower drain was super slow, and keys to get into room weren't working half the time. Had wonderful, warm pools.

It's a good place to stay. Very good location and nice attention. I have not had complicated situations to verify the attention. The pools are clean and well air-conditioned. A year ago I was better than now (Feb 2018).

Staff great. Nothing they could about the weather. This is year 13 where I am complaining about climate control machines squeeling with a high pitched noise. It is located near the volley ball court. The neighboring Blue tree resort fixed theirs years ago.

Excellent, beautiful place, accessible to parks and shopping. The rooms are very comfortable apartments. Spacious and clean. They have free transportation to the parks.

The air and heat in our room was strange. Never could get it right. Great staff and pools, workout room, game room were awesome would diffidently come back.

Blue Tree is fantastic… great location… a lot to do on the property itself. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The rooms are nice but dated. Needs some upkeep to make it above average. The employees are nice and friendly but there are maintenance folks that whip around the property with no regard for guests.

We stayed here for a week with 4 kids. Got the room off timeshare rentals. The pool was a little cool first day but warm the rest of our stay. Hot tub was nice too but often full. Jacuzzi tub doesn’t get very hot because hot water tank is too small for such a large tub, maintenance explained this to me. We rented 3 movies and one was scratched so DVD skips a lot and at check out I told front desk lady and she didn’t charge me anything. TV in room was very small, never used it. They should update this. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items although not the best quality as knife handle broke off when used the first time but it was replaced immediately. Every time front desk was called they were nice. At check out the lady said it was ok for me to bring unopened food items to them. I called and asked because I hate the idea of throwing food away like that. Despite a couple of small inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay. Maintenance came up twice and both times very courteous and helpful. The man selling us Disney tickets was also very helpful as well. The room was basic but clean. Having a washer and dryer was nice. Fridge is regular sized and helped us keep some normalcy while traveling. I see that vacation rentals in Orlando is pretty cheap compared to other major cities. Less than $1000 for a whole week without being charged any resort fees is still a great price.

We're totally satisfied. Apartments have everything we need. 1 free cleaning after 1 week. 4 pools, 3 of them heated. Very well maintained outdoor facilities. Apartments are located in three-storey buildings, which have at least some of the elevators and are constructed around symmetrical gardens and pools. A difference between blue tree and Westgate Blue Tree is not apparent to me. There are two receptions, but it is a facility on which no further distinction is to be found.
The apartments are equipped with everything you need as a family, extensively equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one bathroom each, a dining area, a living room, a small terrace or a balcony. Overall quiet location and very close to all attractions in Orlando. Several large supermarkets in the area, we were always at Winn-Dixie, there is everything.
Of course it's even more luxurious, but we didn't miss anything and were very satisfied.

Nice location for holidays. Everything is nearby. Disneyland, universal studios are very nearby. From now anytime I go to Orlando this is the place I prefer to stay. Good and clean rooms, swimming pool. Premium outlet mall just 6 min away from this place. I recommand this place for all new visitors to Orlando. Walkable diatance to Indian grocery store to get some spicy stuff to cook on your own.

We stayed at Blue Tree Resort for our Disney vacation. The resort was very convenient to the parks and in a great location for surrounding restaurants and grocery store. The suite was roomy and clean. Could use an update but otherwise sufficient for our week stay. The grounds and pools were great. We visited two of the pool areas and hot tub. We utilized the grill at one pool several times. Staff was friendly and even though we did not have time to take advantage of their activites for the week we loved the variety and opportunities offerred.

Quick drive to Disney Attractions. Room was clean, and appeared recently renovated. Has heated pools, fitness center and game room.

We stay here every year. It's awesome, the poils are heated and balconies to smoke. No one bothers you. The actuvutues are usually by the pool but thus year they have an activity center I haven't checked out and we didn't get a calendar of events this year either.

This place is decent but they say they have an exercise/fitness center but it is nothing. Not even worth walking inside it. Some free weights but nothing over 15 pounds and what few exercise machines they have are out of order. If your into a morning or evening exercise routine while on vacation, you may want to consider a place that has an actually fitness center.

Resort put me out of my room that I have been in for 2 weeks I'm not sure where my belongings and personal things are I waited up having to upgrade to a two-bedroom when I was in a one bedroom and pay double the price me and my children were stuck outside for more than 2 hours and no one seemed to be concerned still to this day my issues have not been addressed I've spoken with the assistant general manager and no one has contacted me back.

Stayed at this for just 2 nights towards the end of September. The rooms are as dated as some of the reviews said. We did not spend much time using the amenities that the resort had to offer but we enjoyed the time that we did spend in the room. I must say the bathrooms definitely are due for an upgrade but besides that everything was fine. I do however think that the resort fee should only be for guests who plan on using the amenities (pool, gym, mini golf, spa, etc) but I guess that's the norm for most florida hotels near tourist areas.

A very nice resort in a good location. It offers a ton of activities on the property. The cost was less than other hotels in the area that have much less.

BE AWARE***** I just spent a week here and it was not a good experience. This place needs a good cleaning. It smells like old mold. The balcony are tiny and dirty. I woken up to noise every morning. The showers have a slow drain and the tubs can't be cleaned. I never could get internet and they charged me for calling their 1800 number to try. I had to drag my luggage up and down stairs (no elevators). This place could be dangerous, it's not gated. Anyone can have access and I never saw a security officer, just a gang off young Latinos on golf carts riding around goofing off. We left early in the mornings and tried to stay away from this place as much as possible. NEVER AGAIN… I wish I could post pics on here. I'm pretty sure I have a rash on my legs from bed bugs. ☹☹

This resort has a great location next to Disney World. The rooms are very nice and there are lots of activites and amenities!

The location is fairly close to Disney property and grocery shops. The hotel has a kitchen with cooking supplies which is nice. The a/c works very well. It's nothing compared to Disney Resorts but it works. Don't expect much from the mini golf course either, there are 6-holes with no real direction.

Rooms are spacious with room for groceries and space to unload clothes. The kitchen was used for a full Thanksgiving style meal. The Winning Dixie and smoke shop were a10 minutes walk. Great time… Thanks.

For the price is really good. But horrible customer service and they didn't wanted to provide extra towels nor an extra blanket. Furthermore, we order a room with two beds and one sofa bed for 4 ppl, and when we got there they only had one bed in the room. Just really bad customer service.

The staff is amazing and the rooms are big. You get all of your supplies for cooking with the room which is nice. The pools are amazing and the activities are stellar for children.

I'm an Owner and buyer beware. Why is it cheaper to rent a 7 day vacation from a random person, than it is to keep up with these ever increasing unexplained $800-$900 uncapped MAINTENANCE FEES? I like most of you will go through the bate and switch then end up buying a unit somewhere miles away. I've owned since 2014 and have NEVER been there. Buyer Needed… Westgate please feel free to reach out to me.

This is our second stay here and we will always be returning. This place is awesome for kids, and the staff is always so nice. Highly recommend to everyone.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location for 5 days (intended to be 7) in a one bedroom villa in the Grapefruit building. Pros: Very close to Disney attractions (the primary purpose of our trip), friendly front desk service, navigation of site, maids washed our dishes when cleaning the room which we were not at all expecting. Cons: Furnishings were rather outdated. Paint was literally chipping off the tub, which was not cleaned thoroughly. Our bedroom was next to a mini golf area and we could hear every word uttered. No noise cancellation whatsoever from the outside into the bedroom. On the first morning, the front desk called at 8am to offer us "cookies". I assumed this was a ploy to do a timeshare speech but we never found out. The desk called and never came up. Every day at 8am, the desk would call again despite requests not to. The harassment eventually caused us to check out early. This was not the worst hotel I've ever stayed but I would not return.

I could or would live here. The one-bedroom villa is perfect for 2 adults, but would work one more adult, or two young children. Nice and reasonably-priced place to stay for a few days near Walt Disney World. Every 3-4 buildings has its own nice pool and hot tub. I would have given 5 Stars if the waste basket in the kitchen had a trash bag.

All they care about is money and selling timeshares. We were strolling around Florida mall and someone named Rodrigo Neves offered us dirt cheap tickets to universal studios if we sat in one of the timeshare presentations. They are well aware that I am 29 years old and their criteria is atleast 30 years old to obtain this promotion but he still went ahead and booked us for the presentation. He said he sent in a request for an approval. So we got there and after wasting our VACATION time and fuel, they told us we are not eligible for the universal studios promotion because I am 29! We thought everything was good as we were reassured that we met all the other criterias when we were talking to Rodrigo Neves but because no one approved me to sit down in the presentation, they completely ignored the fact that we went out of our way to go to their hotel! NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL FOR THE LOST TIME AND FUEL! Horrible service. They didn't care much about our lost time and fuel and basically told me and my husband to go away since I am 29 years old! too bad, we loved Orlando and we were interested in investing… If you plan to buy a timeshare, make sure DONT BUY it from WestGate Bluetree because they only care about money money money! they don't care about their customers! STAY AWAY!

We would have easily rated this hotel as 5 stars. But today we left around 10:30 am from our hotel room and went to universal. We just returned about 11 pm and we noticed that our beds were made. My friend left her purse on her bed when we left and it was still there when we came back but the bed was made. So clearly house keeping came and partially cleaned by making the beds. Samantha checked her wallet in her purse that was on the bed and she had approximately $250 in cash in her wallet that is now missing. We have hotel security involved and also we are filing a police report. We are never staying in another westgate resort again. And we hope that whoever did this gets charged.

So far so good. Very affordable for the area and customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.

There are 2 different companies that own this hotel. I stayed at the one owned by SPM Blue Tree Resort and it was excellent. The room was spacious and extremely cleaned. The closet was big and lots of draws avaliable. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, stoce, microwave and refrigerator. They even had a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Our room was in front of the smaller pool and it was still quite. Most definetly will be staying again. We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it.

My family and I have made Westgate Bluetree our home away from home for over 5 years. We usually stay on the Bluetree side — the one experience we had staying on the Westgate side was to say the least not our best experience. Last weekend we stayed again and we were on the Westgate side… I have to commend them on what an amazing job they have done updating their rooms and suites! We were very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing stay! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking! The only draw back for me is the fact that there is no complimentary guest Wi-Fi in the rooms. But hey — if that is the worst thing there is to complain about than they are doing pretty good. I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Internet is bad… and I mean BAD… if you rely on that a lot, do not stay here. Other than that, it is a nice place. In my case, I do rely on it.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the little patio outside. The location was convenient to the attractions and places to eat.

People are not very welcoming at the front desk and very rude. Wi-Fi is charged $40 per device, which means that if you came with 4 like me, you would have to pay $160 just for Wi-Fi. Also housekeeping only comes on Tuesdays (absurd), and the worst part is the gameroom is paid! Its $1 for kids to play pool (billard) and 25 cents to rent a ping-pong table even the tic-tac toe is paid! The only free thing on the gameroom was the oversized jenga and oversized connect 4. One last thing, some air conditioning vents don't work so be ready to get really hot during the night. Fix those problems!

Great resort, great prices and fantastic staff!

The rooms were magnificent and we'll put together, and the location of our room was ideal as we were pretty close to most things and places of activity, I do feel the office services could be more attentive and helpful regarding certain manners.

Quiet and small place but has everything you need. Our 2 bedroom was clean and near our church, restaurants and parks. Just off 4 it was very easy to get around. They also had a free shuttle to most parks which was an awesome idea. All in all we would recommend this resort to all and would come back again. Very nice place.

Walls had mildew on them. The welcome center closes after a certain time even though this is where the front desk and activities are. The lady at the front desk gave me the wrong Wi-Fi information. They do not housekeep the room unless you call them to do so. This was the worst resort I have ever been too.

Stayed 5 days in Feb 2013. Clean but needed some minor maintenance. No Wi-Fi in room. Had to go to office or pool. Location good for visiting both Universal and Disney. Also convenient to a small shopping center with Grocery and Drug store.

My husband and I had a really good experience. We took the deluxe room and the machines were not working perfect but they did work, we were able to do wash/dry. We stood there for one week and they came one day during that week to clean the room. I think they were supposed to provide with more dishwashing soup but its alright, we didnt have that many dirty dishes anyways. We had a great gentleman at the front desk who trated us very well, he always answered the phone on time and never left us on hold. The pool was pretty big and clean. I liked it.
