Nice breakfast and view that’s it. Room furniture were deteriorated, cigar smell in the hallway, carpet smell. Room service never answered. Not worth the money.

We come every year for TKD National Conference. This hotel is wonderful. We have been coming for almost 7 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond. We have stayed in rooms, suites and cabanas. They are always clean and well maintained. Food is wonderful too. Highly recommended!

As always Hilton does not disappoint! Customer service inside and out is superior… went above & beyond to accommodate personal request without any hesitation. Shout out to Management for such a great team!

Grossly over priced. No breakfast due to corona yet there is a restaurant and a deli selling food The handicapped roll in shower room had NO SHOWER CHAIR. At 200 a night you offer NOTHING not even a cup of coffee oh did I mention at check in I was informed it takes about 15 minutea for hotwater to get up there 16th floor. Oceanfront room with a slider no balcony to sit on. VERY disappointed adjust your rates if you take amenities away.

Great location. Nice oceanfront view rooms. Friendly check in staff. Excellent steakhouse. We loved the friendliness of the bartenders at the Rum Bar too. We will have to stay there again.

I just returned from here last week. The staff is fantastic. The hotel is clean and has a great up beat vibe to it. Beach access is perfect. The location is a huge bonus. All within walking distance there are several places to eat. The boardwalk has rides, food, and old school arcades. It is very neat. Across the street there are also a waterpark, with a large modern arcade, go karts and putt putt. In my opinion Daytona is very under rated. The beach behind the Hilton is spotless and very clean. I had no worries about leaving my sunglasses on my table outside. You can rent beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards. The boardwalk and is well lit and has cameras everywhere so I assume it is very safe at night. Most people seem unaware that this area is very family friendly. There is alot to do. The sand is lighter and the water was warm. My advice to anyone considering vacationing here with kids, just check the calendar of events in the area first. Daytona is big on car racing, and don't forget bike week. I am sure there are weeks that it is packed with specific themed events. I went in mid August from a sunday and checked out friday morning. It was perfect. By the hotel there is not much public access nearby so folks are not very likely to walk their stuff the long distance to go sit on the beach behind the Hilton. I will definitely return here.

Extremely nice location, amenities, staff and service, but that is also what your paying for.
Parking is a little overboard, but space is a premium there so you have to pay for your it ($17-$24/night).

Stayed there multiple times, great location, even during renovations, only drawback was the elevators very slow.

Besides the beautiful location right at the beach, The swimming pool area, and the conveniences of the eating places and shops in and around it, the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Erron at the front desk. I misplaced my phone and Erron went the extra mile to help me locate it! He was very knowledgeable also was familiar with the “find my phone” app.
Thanks to Erron we were able to get in touch with the person that had my phone and it was returned safely and in a timely manner! I ask that he please be commended in a special way!
Also, a “ thank you” to the waiter, Alex, at the Mexican restaurant he was excellent. Even with a full house he was friendly & helpful. Great attitude, great service!

First time in Daytona so I was a bit out of my comfort zone. Ultimately, my experience wouldn't have been as good as it was if it weren't for the fact that we stayed at the Hilton. Great location and maybe the best resort on the strip. The staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a corner room which has a nice view of the pool area, city and beach view (the best in my opinion). Only down side is the self parking across the street. Aside from that, we had a great experience.

The resort is very nice and clean. Security is present, valet parking was always on time; although my car had a suspicious hit on the rear right. Since it was a rental, I cannot confirm that it was there before I rented it. However, the rooms are not Hilton worthy. There was rust on the tub, thermostat was almost not operational, the house keeping was slow, the sliding door did not lock, there was no microwave or refrigerator in room. The resort fee is not worth the covered amenities. I would not stay here again. Nonetheless, access to the boardwalk and the beach was nice and convenient. I would have expected better for Hilton. I have posted separate reviews for the restaurants inside the hotel (they are overpriced for maybe bc if the Hilton name and resort status of the hotel).

Always a good time. They treat us great and upgrade us to a suite. Hotel was remodeled a few years ago so looks good. The breakfast buffet is amazing… must try the Omelette station! The beach is like 10 steps away so that’s super convenient. They offer room services and a spa and gym. There’s a big pool and a kids pool. Location is super convenient and the boardwalk is next door that had restaurants bars and the movies. There is also a 5 star steakhouse located in the hotel. This is a great and affordable choice for a beach getaway.

I stay at Hilton hotel often and am a Diamond member. The hotel itself is great in customer service, exceptional even, but when it comes to the cleanliness of the hotel, and it's deceptive parking fees, it really impacts the experience. Our room had a bug dead on the floor when we first checked in, and dog hair everywhere on the floor. My biggest complaint and my warning to all who stay here is that they don't explicitly tell you, and there are no signs out front stating this, but they will charge you 18 dollars a day for self parking. Don't be fooled by the absence of signs for self parking fees. The food was great, and the breakfast staff at restaurant was very kind and attentive.

Loved everything. Second time going there and definitely impressed, except the fact that their bar attenders change pricing on items. One day we paid 8 dollars for a drink and the very next day we were charged 15 for the same drink. When we mentioned the price difference, the bar attenders denied it. Was hard to argue that when no prices are listed anywhere. But we noticed the same thing with a few other bars and diners so I guess it's just how they do in Daytona. Would be nice to have consistency.

We are diamond members so we stay at Hiltons all over in country and out and I have to say this was my least favorite. Just average room we didnt get a balcony as told by booking the rooms have fake balacony you can open sliding glass but you cant step out weird … there is no mini fridges Ive never been to a single hotel that didnt have a mini fridge. Doesnt seem like a big deal if you like warm bottles of water in 95 degree weather.

Wonderful Hotel and staff! The location on the beach and the on-site restaurants were amazing. Tina Williams was the kindest and most attentive server we had on our vacation (we requested to be sat in her section every morning). Also, Greg the Bell-Captain went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. Both Tina and Greg are exemplary Hilton employees'.

Great hotel! Awesome location! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great options of bars and restaurants, the paid breakfast buffet was delicious, bacon super crispy and made to order omelettes. The ocean view room is really nice. Hilton is Hilton! Steven the bell service person was so nice and attentive with our son! Valet service was always really fast! The location is really prime, you really don’t need your car if you don’t want to, there are a lot of options in walking distance, which for us is perfect!

The rooms are subpar at best. Definitely old. They wheeled a refrigerator in, and you have to ‘request’ ice. We were sandy from the beach, yet when they cleaned the room they didn’t do a very good job. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. There is a hidden charge for self parking-$17/night, beware of this. I was also charged a $15 fee for ordering ONE drink at their bar by the pool. So one cocktail ended up being over $30. Pay the money and stay at the Wyndham Ocean Walk, much better for the value.

Beautiful view of the beach. While we were there for a one night stay, the air conditioning was out at both the Mexican restaurant and the breakfast grill the next day. Breakfast grill is $22 per person, just be aware bc there are no signs anywhere. No continental breakfast or coffee. Starbucks had one person working behind the counter so wait was long. The restaurant, the Starbucks, the front desk just seemed to be understaffed. Must pay to park. Just be aware of a lot of extra fees. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Can't beat the view.

My mom broke her leg and required surgery. We had to find a room last minute for an unknown amount of time and requiring a wheel chair accessible room for a few days once she is discharged. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Just told she wont be allowed to fly til this Friday or Saturday. Hope the room is still available! Great location.

Nice for our two night stay. Eat at Joe's Crab shack on the pier. Food at this hotel is crazy expensive and no one answered the phone when I tried to order room service. Bed was great… room was clean. Be prepared for a lot of walking inside and out. The view from the south tower was beautiful. The location is the best in the area, near the pier and the boardwalk. Be aware that nothing is free and there are fees on top of fees on top of fees.

The hotel has a great location. Nice pools and hot tub. Also two out door bars and restaurants in the hotel. Love that I picked the oceanfront room with balcony. The room and bathroom especially needs some renovation. Cracked tiles and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom… also beds not very comfortable. But very clean. The amazing beachview and easy access to that beach is why I still gave it 4 stars.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed it so much. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We were early so we knew it would not be; however front desk upgraded us to an ocean view that was ready sooner. Many dining options right on site as well as room service. Gift shop located downstairs as well. We will return!

Great location on the ocean side. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, average prices. Only flaw in the style of the rooms a little too dated.

If you’ve ever felt too hot in Florida, just step into this hotel and you’ll be in a refrigerator. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm, even at 6:30 at night. The staff seemed to go out of their way to make everyone feel special. The only draw back is fee for parking. Who charges to park on their property if you’re a patron? And it isn’t cheap. $24/night for valet, $17/night for self parking. And they didn’t mention this at all when I booked. It was at the bottom of the email in small print. Hilton, seriously, this should be included in the fee for the room. Fix it and I’ll increase your stars.

Great location on Daytona Beach! I stayed there over the weekend and I really loved how convenient the location was to the entertainment in the area. As far as the room, it was a nice size with an amazing view of the city. The furniture was a little beaten I guess due to the constant beaten from the guest. But overall it was a great place and the staff was awesome.

Daytona Beach's nicest resort hotel when evaluated on its central location, amenities relative luxury and guest service. Two pools, outdoor "Jacuzzis, " multiple restaurant and bar options and on the beach very close to the famous (or infamous! ) Main Street. It may soon be surpassed in some respects by the Hard Rock Hotel but that's based on expectations about the high standards and quality of that brand. But, until then, the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront is the best resort hotel in this city.

Loved this place. Very centrally located on the beach. Great views. Very good service. Attention by staff for making you feel welcome and at home is stupendous. Restaurants on premises offer good food and service.

The service was incredible! Every person I spoke with was upbeat and loved their job. My wife and I went for our first anniversary and we were accommodated well. They gave us complimentary food vouchers for breakfast every day that we were there. We would happily go again.

Very nice lobby and entrance. Our room was a little out dated, the bathroom tile had a bunch of cracks. Overall it was a very nice overnight stay. The staff was professional and pleasant, we arrived well before check-in, I upgraded my room to one that was ready at that time. The Oceanview room are amazing.

Diamond Member and a Manager was at check in greeting everyone and dressed in Bike Week attire really nice guy. Staff has been super from check in to room service to customer care. Requested a refrigerator and they had it up in 20 minutes. Room Service was also up in 15 minutes. Rooms are older but clean. Ocean front view is a must. Open curtains all the way and the room improves 100%. Great pool area, we shall see if I can get a chair.

I would have rated this resort as 5 stars because of how pet friendly it is. We were so impressed with the number of guests that brought their fur babies with them. It was so nice and our little fur baby also enjoyed making new friends. So we will definitely be back. One thing that I was not so excited about was how the rooms really need some up dating to them. The bathroom more importantly. Three mirrors, and shower time had black stuff and there was rust on some items and the cleaning was not very detailed. The corners in the bathroom showed this. Overall, the resort is a great. The location is just perfect for walking on the beach and Main St. And they have a restaurant that offers a buffet on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's that includes Prime Rib, crab legs, oysters and various side items. My husband and our friends were very impressed with the spread and after eating all they could, you could tell they were very happy with dinner that night.

The staff is outstanding, courteous, really helpful and happy! Usually hard to find these attributes in a large hotel. Food was very good and not too pricey. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Definitely would go back.

The name promises more, the staff not very cooperative, had booked four months before a room with Oceanview, unfortunately the hotel was overbooked.

Great location. With motel 8 rooms!. Ocean front room with a shoe size bathroom from the 70's, no refrigerator, Hotel Starbucks does not accept Starbucks app transaction. Workout room is outdated. But the location is phenomenal. That's why the 3 star rating.

This location is right off the water. There is a great view from many rooms. We were assisted and had no problems. Some of the professionalism from from the staff during breakfast could benefit from improving. Great location! Tons of shops nearby.

This was a great experience for me on this trip. Everything is convenient. I minused one star because my room had a sliding glass door without a balcony. That was fine for me, it's winter. I wonder how that works in the summer? I love sitting on the balcony.

Just went to the Bridal Expo in their big ballroom. What a beautiful place for an event. Right on the beach. We spent some time in the main bar watching the football game. Service was good. Good place to watch a game.

We had 3 ocean view rooms for my family. Beautiful view with bug sliding glass doors to let the sea breeze in. The rooms were not super updated, but nothing was in disrepair or broken. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful with all of our requests. We did the Family Fun package which included the breakfast buffet in the cost. Without the package, the buffet is $21 per person, which I found to be quite high considering the options were the same everyday. However, we had Gloria as our waiter for breakfast every morning and she was fantastic! So friendly and willing to go above and beyond for us. She even brought my sister a chocolate cake on her birthday! Overall, I would stay here again, but get breakfast elsewhere.

I find it excellent for the price and waterfront and pool. The room Not very big clean.

The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and neat. They also have a complimentary breakfast that is wounderful they have everything from waffles to oatmeal cereal fruit muffins biscuits and gravy. The hotel is very family oriented.

Quick getaway from Orlando. Valet $25 per night. Check in was a breeze. We had a fantastic oceanfront view from the 11th floor. Very nice steak and seafood restaurant open 5 to 10pm $45pp. Worth the price for room and dinner. Room was cleaned well and no complaints.

In remodeling… beautiful view!

Got a great offseason rate, had an Ocean front room, high floor. Watched moonrise over water a night and sun in morning. Very nice promenade in front of hotel. Nice pool. Workout room decent size but too small for size of hotel and number of rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet about 23 dollars. Free for diamond members. Parking about 18 non valet, 27 for valet. Non valet parking lot is across the street. Property in good condition. On property restaurants. Town of Daytona a little dated. All in all a very nice experience. Ocean front or view room is worth extra price. Was on business and will consider staying there again.

Great location and accommodations but horrible customer service. Twice room service did not show up when requested. Called the front desk and was put on hold for 15 minutes. When asked, explained experience to hotel manager and was told that they would reduce my bill which never happened. Ended up being double billed at checkout and had to argue with a manager over two separate calls before they realized their error and corrected the problem. It really was a shame because I liked the property and travel with Hilton regularly for business, but I will most likely never return. I really wish I could leave a better review, but after trying to suggest that they work with employees to address this it didn't seem like they were too concerned so there you have it.

At present Stan Remodelandolo both their rooms and their common areas and that talks a lot about their service are very friendly to serve you.

Very fancy resort hotel. Nice restaurants and close to ocean front. Was some elevator construction going on which smelled on each floor. Staff was friendly. They even had a kids zone area which was cool. Might try them out in the future.

This hotel is directly on Daytona Beach and directly across from Ocean Center conference center, so it's extremely convenient. However, there are a lot of downsides to this howl compared to cheaper ones I've stayed in before. Parking costs $18 a day, possibly because of the prime location. The room didn't have a microwave or fridge, and no free breakfast. The main good thing about the room was the view, the soft beds, and excellent AC. The shower didn't work quite right though. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and I wouldn't recommend it.

The lobby of the hotel was gorgeous, there is a great little workout facility and some good restaurants that are tied in really well. The pool is awesome and kept really clean. The rooms are pretty nice, but not quite as nice as I might expect from Hilton. Overall I have a good experience with friendly staff here.

Don't book here for any major events here. IE: Bike week, concerts, races. Completely non refundable. No exceptions. They will take all your money no questions. Go with a refundable hotel. Not worth the money. I have the highest status with Hilton and they still told me tough luck. Will never book there again that's for sure.

Lovely hotel with walking distance to the beach. Large pool with nice lounge chairs, tiki hut for drinks, etc. There's a couple restaurants inside the hotel also. Great service from the staff. The bell boys were great as well as valet.

The hotel is a little bit over the years, we had a room in the north wing and also here you can see clearly that it is unaccustomed. However, It is clean and the staff also friendly. The loungers at the pool are comfortable and have direct access to the SEA. Were in the evening for a little snack in the restaurant and it was good.

We are Hilton Honors members. We paid $455/ night for a Cabana room on the bottom floor. It has an outdoor entrance and is accessible to the beach. Sounds like a neat idea. As my wife was sitting outside on the patio, she was approached 2 times by vagrants who wandered from the beach who wanted to know how much the room cost and seemingly wanted to make small talk. Not sure what they were fishing for but they made her feel very uncomfortable and wouldn't leave. She finally had to go inside the room. When I spoke to the assistant manager Robert telling him that my wife didn't feel safe staying on the bottom floor he admitted they had issues and were getting a police hub on the property soon to help with that problem. I felt they should have warned us that this was a potential issue for this type of upgraded room. Sounds odd you pay premium to be dealing with complete strangers coming in your patio area and making small talk. We decided to cut our stay short and left the same day because frankly my wife couldn't relax wondering who would walk up next and start questioning her. So if you are planning on staying at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront, be aware that the upgrade outdoor cabana rooms are open to anyone walking the beach and you might have a feeling of being unsafe. Would not recommend it. Room was clean but the outdoors are rather dirty along with a pool area that is impossible to find a place to sit because its a small pool for that size of facility.

Place is nice and clean, however all three dining experience s we're not good. The sports bar allowed my wife and I to have all of our food brought out and eaten before my son's food even came out. The seafood buffet waiter allowed the plates to pile up to six before picking them up and didn't refill one drink, had to ask over 4 times. The same doc Bale's the next morning had dirty dishes and table we were sat at, and the one we had gotten moved to, the waitress blamed it on the dinner seating and crew of the night before. This is an expensive place. I expect much higher quality of standards for the money spent to stay here.

Room and property was clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was $17/day for self or $24/day for Valet… so that was rude. Bathroom is very small but not smaller than the balcony. The balcony is basically just a sliding glass for with a rail to keep you from falling out. Seriously it is not a space you can walk out on. Location of the hotel was perfect for getting around and the rate was great. So all in all it was … eh … fine.

Rooms are nice. They have updated to key entry elevators and other locks via the NFC chip/card. Oceanside rooms are awesome. Cabana's make for great meeting points for groups that can hang out. Beach is relatively clean. Walking distance to other attractions/shopping. Over all a nice place. They could update the beds/rooms a bit… But they're nice.

Great location with amazing staff. Natalee always provided service with a smile every morning at breakfast. Marjorie saw we needed help during check in, left her break and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Great hotel, nice amenities, and amazing staff to go along with it.

We really like this hotel and the location. The only issue we have, always, is checking in. As an Hhonors member, I have the option to check in the day before — online. It never works. This time was no exception and it did not work. I tried to use the online chat option, but they advised I would need to call the hotel. Once I called and requested a room on the lowest floor possible, she let me know I had a room on the 5th floor. Upon check in at the hotel they assigned me to the 9th floor. I told her about the previous interactions and that I wanted a lower floor. She was nice enough to upgrade us from city to ocean view to get us on the 4th floor, but that was her only option as they gave my previously reserved room away. The room was clean, we did not use room service or any other amenities. We only come back to this hotel because of the location, and would not return otherwise, based on the poor check in experience we have every time.

Booked room months in advance. Asked for something close by (2 towers), since I am handicapped. No consideration whatsoever. Room was last one down long hallway. Not handicapped. Long walk to any restaurants or activities. Wi-Fi horrible. Spotty at best. Very disappointed.

OVERRATED! The hotel staff is rude, when asking them questions I felt very uncomfortable because each of the three people I asked questions to had very nasty attitudes. They do not tell you how to navigate the hotel as it is very large. The valet parking took 45 mins each time to retrieve my car, they are definitely not in a hurry. The pricing is definitely over priced for the size and quality of the rooms. Also found that under the bed sheets it looked it mildew, that made me feel even worse about my stay. Will never ever make this mistake again and stay at this hotel.

We stayed Memorial day weekend… paid for valet parking, it was hectic but they were handling it great, it was controlled chaos. We were 3 hours early for check in, they said we'd be waiting about an hour and an hour later we got a call on my cell that our room was ready. We stayed in the south tower… had to request a fridge at check in, no big deal, and it was delivered to us within 30 mins of us getting into our room. Beautiful view of the Atlantic, no balcony, but we kept the slider open and could hear the ocean all night. Everyone on the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, not huge but big enough and the bed was super comfy! my only complaint this whole weekend was that the elevators are pretty small, thinking they need to upgrade and add a couple more only because we had to wait several times to get on as they were chock full of people… I just think a hotel with 16 floors needs more elevators. Other than that, we were very, very happy with our stay and would most definitely stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, Oceanview was remarkable, and the location was easily accessible. It's right on the boardwalk; which has a mini theme park and a restaurant on the pier. I would definitely be returning to this hotel when we are back in the area.

Not a Good experience at all. Arrived and no one offered to help with our bags. Had to haul all the bags across the massive hotel to a room that was not what we reserved. We were supposed to have a sunset view. We had a view of a tar covered roof and that's it. No balcony, no fridge or microwave even though they advertised it. The charge you for everything. 15 dollar fee to use the facilities? Are you kidding! 22 For parking unless you want to park down the street and then they only charge you 15. Come one folks, this is Daytona Beach, not Miami. You have to hike just to get to the beach. This is not the place to go if you want to experience the beach, go here if you want to hit the boardwalk or the mini mall. I will never waste my money at this establishment again. Go to Bahama House just 2 miles down.

Great price on our 11th floor ocean view room. Super clean and updated amenities. Lots of bars and restaurants on site. Walked right out onto the beach. Front desk staff, room service, valet parking, and bell service were all excellent.

It was good they were very accommodating given the rough circumstances of our arrival and they were very helpful, we had to change rooms because a family member was worried about being so high up, with a toddler so they helped us change rooms, way over priced since they charged us 4x as much for the room than they should have but that's because we apparently booked it wrong or something. Anyways, it was good but hectic for personal reasons.

Nice sand volleyball court and amenities. Multiple pools and restaurants. Legends has a Monte Carlo race car inside, very cool. Beautiful paintings in between north and south towers. Also a very close walk to the ocean. Nice employees. $15 for self parking in a parking lot across the street is a bit much. Its not the indoor garage. I could see charging $5 because it is a inconvenient 3-4 minute walk across the street with luggage. But as a Hilton HHonors member, it should be free. Also, you have to pay a $15 resort fee, but you get a bike rental or $5 food or beverage credit. Next, the balcony. Ha what a joke. Its a railing, nowhere to actually walk out and sit and enjoy the oceanfront room I paid $150 for. Regardless it is a beautiful view but an actual balcony would be better. Lastly, What room doesn't have a mini fridge, especially at the beach? I was also awaken to a hoard of leaf blowers and trimmers at 9 am, Not courteous to guests.

Room was oceanfront. When you pay 240.00 plus 15.00 fee and 20.00 parking you would think you would have a working alarm clock and matching furniture. That didn't look like it was painted by a novice Very disappointed. Not like other Hiltons I've stayed at. Customer service? None All they said was sorry and handed me my bill. The rooms don't look like do online. Last stay way lovely. Very disappointed. Thought better of Hilton Brand.

It's a decent hotel. I stay there at least once a year for a yearly event. It always takes forever to check in, the parking is ridiculously over priced. You will find yourself constantly walking between the two Towers. This year the room was a little nicer, but the mini fridge had been taken out, and we never received clean washcloths for the 3 days we stayed.

I am staying at the Hinton in Daytona Beach & there was a fire alarm. We were on the elevator when it went off. We continued to our room. From our room we couldn't even here the fire alarm. We actually had to call the front desk to find out what was really going on. After leaving the building we stood outside not knowing what was going on. We decided to come back in the building after just standing out there & then sat in the lobby for a very long time. During this whole process we were never told anything. We just got back on the elevator & came back up to our room on the 12th floor. Obviously it's not a real fire but if it was so many people would never be able to hear the alarm. Nothing went off in our rooms or even the hallways only in the stairwells. Scary to think what could happen!

You can't beat the location and the rooms are more than adequate. 1/3 of the staff I interacted with were rockstars but some of them were woefully inadequate. Check in time was later than many hotels I've stayed in but I waited until 4pm. I pulled in to ask where self parking was and the attendant directed me into the valet line where I was stuck and couldn't get out to self park if I wanted to. Self parking was across the street and I had luggage/lap top/ loose clothes to carry in so I went ahead and paid the extra for valet. I went inside a little frustrated with my arms completely full to find that my room wasn't ready. I asked when check in was and they told me that I wasn't early but they just didn't have a room ready for me. I asked how long I needed to wait because I had all this stuff in my arms and they'd already taken my vehicle. They asked around and finally found me a room… In "the north tower". The North Tower is a pretty decent walk away and even then I was at the furthest end of a hall when I got up to my floor. When making a reservation again I'd definitely request NOT to be in the North Tower as it feels you are in a different hotel. I called to get something out of my vehicle and they said that I needed to go over to the south tower to retrieve my vehicle but I insisted it be moved to the north tower garage and they did but it took some effort to get them to understand. When I finally left I called ahead to valet but they didn't bring my vehicle out.

We had no choice but to have a room with 2 Queen beds instead of 1 King, it was during bike week in Daytona so it's understandable. Our room is advertised as city view but it should be hotel roof view view because we're staying in the 5th floor and have a window directly above the floor below us and that's pretty much the majority of the view. The room is extremely spacious. When we requested a crib for our child, the hotel staff appeared promptly. Along with a fridge for our room as we had to request that too because there wasn't one in the room.

The service was very good and the rs beautiful and clean hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Daytona Beach Resort for a 3 day professional conference. The room itself was average size, the beds extremely comfortable, and the room very clean. The view from our 12th floor room was beautiful and the lakefront was exceptionally well kept, spacious and inviting. Upon returning to our room on day two, we found the door slightly ajar. Nothing was missing from our room, but this was an inexcusable error on the part of housekeeping. The conference included some meals, and these were exceptional in quality, presentation and taste. The staff in the hotel were considerate and helpful; I asked for directions and basic help on a few occasions and each staff member was delightful. In addition to our room door being left ajar, the other negative experience was the sports bar on premise. It was understaffed and when the manager came out upon request, she was very rude to me and the other members of my party — and all we were trying to do was get someone to give us our bill so that we could pay and get back to our conference. This was another example of inexcusable behavior. We won't visit that establishment again. Taking the negative attributes into account, I still would plan to stay at this hotel in the future.

We Went to the Seafood Buffet on 01/22/2016 and it was VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. We arrived at 7pm. The restaurant wasn't busy at all maybe 10-12 tables. The seafood bar was out of crab legs, tuna, sushi, and prime rib. So we grabbed a few smaller things and waited for the food. When it finally come up it was all over cooked. Crab legs you couldn't dig out if the shells, the prime rib was med well and it was just a horrible experience. We paid our 110.00 bill and left and went to Hyde park and had dinner because my wife was so frustrated. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THEIR FOOD EVER! And we live local and have been eating at Hyde Park for years.

I booked the Oceanfront two room terrace suite… Was taking my wife away for a romantic weekend, and at nearly 900$ a night; I had high expectations. There was only one picture I could find on the room, so I was taking a chance. When we got in the room, underwhelming was the overall theme. Most of the furniture looked like it was from 1998. The carpets were cleaned, and everything seemed quite tidy. Upon further inspection, paint was chipping from corners, from doors and trim. The bathroom was tiny, not something I expect from a suite. The terrace itself was clever, but not really useful. If you sat in a chair or lounge; the walls were so high you couldn't see anything. If they would have put railings up or even a glass wall; the terrace would be amazing. After thinking about the suite itself, it reminded me of an old employee break-room. It's like management said; "I have a great idea, lets convert this break-room into a 900$ a night suite! "… The double doors are wobbly and shook every time someone walked by. And the setup for the room was just… odd. As mentioned, the wobbly doors even when locked seemed very insecure and someone could easily just lower their shoulder and they would be in. Which leads me to my Sunday morning wakeup call… Someone opened the terrace door from outside and walked in my room while I was sleeping. No lie. Aside from the underwhelming room, I really don't think the hotel has had an upgrade in 20 years. Even the TV system was wonky.

This hotel was in a wonderful location on the beach. The front desk staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view was wonderful. The hotel is close to some nice restaurants. Only down side is the charge for parking and the in hotel restaurants were kind of expensive.

I did enjoy this hotel… Had an amazing view of the ocean front. Lots to do here. I enjoyed playing and practicing the piano here when times got slow. But then someone locked it and I had nothing to do on my free time for entertainment. In a nutshell I was somewhat disappointed only by being locked out.

The swimming pool on the terrace is great and is the right place to chill out. Breakfast very good and not too expensive.

Perfect vacation spot, excellent service, all cleaned up, in the heart of daytona, although water very cold Beach, greetings and thanks I loved Daytona Beach!

Terrible. Expected really more of a Hilton me. Are housed in the north tower, the room has no balcony, microwave oven, refrigerator or kettle. Also is the room to the busiest road and is extremely thin, our neighbors (a group of small children) one hears constantly. Also in the aisles, they run around and knock on the doors. You can hardly sleep at the permanent noise. The room was cleaned either very poorly or not at all, all hair and patches of predecessors, trash lying on the ground. I have never seen something like that in a hotel. I'll go more with security at a Hilton!
