Review of The Hotel Zamora 4*

From even before we arrived, Chloe answered the phone and granted us early check-in. Upon our arrival, she was absolutely wonderful. The sweetest woman ever! I have worked in hospitality for over 10 years and would hire her on the spot if she weren't already with Zamora! Very sweet and knowledgeable and made us feel as if we were at home. Later on in the evening, Bryan was very helpful in guiding us to the rooftop for the sunset. He recommended that we should go up there ASAP if we wanted to catch it and he was right! WHAT A SIGHT! My husband and I were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunset with a nice complimentary glass of wine provided to us by the staff. Bryan made sure our glasses were full when we came back down! We spent time speaking with him about he made us feel very special. With Bryan during the time that we were downstairs for the complimentary wine hour (LOVE THAT BY THE WAY) was Robbie, one of the Managers. He and Bryan spent about 30 minutes just talking to us about shared experiences being in hospitality and customer service. They were both genuine and great hosts. Also, we LOVE the fact that as a guest, you build in the spot on the beach. This took the pressure off of my husband and I to find a location. Where we were was quaint and we were able to grab some drinks near the getaway. The operations from a guest standpoint of this hotel were great and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK! Even though we had a little staycation, it made the visit that much more special. Additionally, Michaela, one of the bartenders, on the rooftop is out of this world. She has the personality of an angel. I know this may sound a little dramatic but the fact that she greeted every single guest as they arrived, managed the bar flawlessly, and made us feel like family deserves that kind of praise — if you ask me! LOL. I honestly feel like I could ramble about this place for hours because I enjoyed my stay THAT MUCH. I have visited a lot of hotels and have interacted with millions of people in the industry, however, Michaela, Bryan, Chloe, and Robbie made our experience one of the best I have ever had!
