Have to say had two 50 dollar gift cards for the last few years. Even with that could not afford this hotel. So I finallt booked always wanted to stay. Been at the beach before and just enjoyed the bar Well I got myself a room said I had two gift cards no prob. They said bring them with you. Paid for room in full at booking they would credit my card when I got there Got there. New computer system I was told Gift card unsure how to use. No prob he said don’t stress enjoy you time Room just okay. Went to bar 3 vodka Red Bulls asked if they still used the player card I got a year ago. Bartender responded. Ah it’s week day everyone gets happy hour. Well my 3 drinks during happy hour 30 dollars! 10 bucks. Drink happy hour? Rip off Then rest if day goes okay went elsewhere for food cuz they were outrageous Check out. Had credit on room. Well they ended up crediting me over 4000 so they. They charged me 4000 I STILL WAS NICE UNDERSTANDING … 8 hours later I checked bank account they did the same thing twice! So we will see if everything goes thru with bank at end of day. Over rated hotel by far.

Very helpful staff, our room was quiet (we were away from the pool and beach bar). Jimmy B’s was great, lots of live music and great atmosphere.

Definitely recommend this place! It’s cute, comfortable, and Abby went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me. We’ll be back again.

Easy, convenient, everything you need is right here. However, the parking is awful.

Our experience here was absolutely amazing, thanks to Derrick who checked us in! His customer service skills were outstanding, along with all of the other amenities! The hotel room was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly! The room was very spacious and we will definitely be returning with all of our children next time! Highly recommend the Beachcomber Beach Resort Hotel! If we could have stayed longer, we surely would have! Thank you Derrick, for your hospitality!

We just left this hotel, stay the week of January 23-27th I think the coldest week ever there. A friend local to the area recommended this hotel and we were not disappointed The staff was very friendly and helpful with what we needed. The grounds are beautiful with easy access to the beach. The live music every night at JBs was awesome. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel would be move that shelf above the bathroom sink. Lol. We would book here again!

Perfect place to stay. Rooms were very clean, grounds were gorgeous, live music every day was awesome and cabanas and beach chairs every day. Just beautiful! Coming back next year 🏖

Room was clean & patio was nice to have to listen to live music! We enjoyed the band and dancing area. Didn’t order food there but it was well kept from our view. The bathroom was way better than any hotels I’ve stayed in recently.

We had good time. Room was nice. The bands were awesome! would have been nicer if there was a good restaurant on premises. And parking was horrible (be sure to bring the smallest car you can)

First time here — Photos on the website are deceiving. Pictures taken look great online but after I spent about $500 per night for 2 days, check in and the room had a horrible smell, walls of the building were run down, pee smell on the staircase and the room has a safe but no microwave and the plugs didn’t work great. It didn’t feel like a resort more of a motel room. Price does not match what you get. The beach of course makes it worth while and the live entertainment. Friendly staff just didn’t agree on price for the awful room received. Laundromat close by told me they renovated and prior to renovation it was $89 a night at beach comber. Poor renovation. She was shocked at the price and details of the room I shared with her. I will not return to this motel resort.

Our stay here is great every time! Clean rooms, awesome beach bar with live music daily, very easy access to the beach and pool. We had an issue with the AC today, and had it taken care of within 15 minutes! The staff is very friendly. Will not stay anywhere else on the beach when we are in town!

Amazing service and took us very short notice. Beautiful property and all staff members we had encounters with were extremely kind, personable and helpful.

Easy reservations. Nice staff. Great rooms. Good food and drinks. Cabanas come with each room… so nice. Parking situation could be better. Had reservations at postcard inn but they were idiots which worked out better that I ended up at Beachcomber.

March 24 First time stay, chose the Beachcomber due to the Beach bar, live music and newly renovated. Courtyard was very nice, but the sprinklers went off early evening making it difficult to walk on the sidewalks as they were slippery. The chairs in courtyard were then all wet and unuseable. We had two rooms while there as our first room the new shower wouldn’t drain so they had a room become available so we had to move after two days. Spent 2 hours of my day moving, which they did reimburseme me for that nights stay. The new room had no place to hang clothes or no shelves or drawers in closet. We had nobody clean our room for the whole week even though we asked. We asked 4 times one day. He brought clean towels and I cleaned my own room with their broom and changed our own linens. They are clearly short staffed and the staff were yelling and arguing one am in courtyard. The security guy smoking weed and said to us “ shhhh I’m being bad, it’s illegal” The bar ran out of lemonade, pool towels heaped up every night near pool. Dirty laundry piled in bags next to clean in laundry room, was given clean sheets to change our bed, went to put sheet on and there was a large dirty poop spot on it. We had three brand new swim suits ruined by the pool. They did reimburse for the suits. Overall an old building with a sloppy quick remodel to hurry up and open. Need staff. Okay now the positives The beach cabana staff rock!

My family and I have been coming here for 10+ years, and this will be our last. We had the absolute worst customer service when arriving, as we booked the “junior suite king” which states on the website “sleeps 5” and a manager told us they only allow 4, which is very confusing when Beachcomber’s website says 5, and mind you, two of our guests are children. The amenities list under the room description includes a microwave, but when we asked for one, front desk stated that it was going to be $25. Although we have loved coming here in the past, bad customer service will point us to another hotel. We have had the pleasure to have Hannah assist us on one day of our stay, and she was very delightful and pleasant.

My parents used to take my brother and I here when we were little. The beachcomber is a nice hotel with great bars. My family and I visited back in 2016. I would definitely recommend.

First time around was good, minus the food. Second time was horrible. Great views, but you get that at any of the Oceanfront resorts here, that’s a given. This is definitely a party place, if your into that. Mostly everyone was drunk and let you know it in one way or another. Packed out, noisy, can hear every step the people above you make. Sounded as if they were bowing all day and night. Happened to rain, otherwise I would not have been in the room to hear all this. Hotel staff says noise was not coming from that room. They should try sleeping here then. No soap in the room. Had to call to get that. Called for a coffee pot and was brought just that. Not sure what I was supposed to do with no actual coffee. I guess I was to have brought my own. Total waste of my money. Should have stayed at Tradewinds, where I originally was. Wanted to save money. Never compromise. Just cancelled Christmas along with the rest of my family. We will go down the street. You get what you pay for.

Me and my boyfriend spent a week in this hotel. Ww absolutely loved everything. The rooms are small but we spent time in the room only for shower and sleeping. The hotel is oceanfront with beautiful cabanas and chairs and umbrellas included in the price. The bar is also right on the beach and they have live music every day. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. We had amazingtime. We will definitely back next year.

Spent the last week here with my husband and friends from home. Service was great and the atmosphere is really fun! Great bands at Jimmy B’s and the beach is perfect. This was our second trip here and can’t wait to come back next year! — mit Shellie Champine Copp.

Not a great stay… in fact, we drove home in the middle of the night. Loud music and loud guests. Party hotel and not a place to relax. The AC unit was crap and the room was hot. Low water pressure, no AC or venting in the bathroom. The beds were horrible and the room was beyond dated. Unprofessional staff and nobody answers the phone when you call to complain about nonstop party noise… Parking was a nightmare… stayed in a gift certificate and was really looking forward to a relaxing time (been furlough since March) and it was just a horrible experience.

My room was absolutely disgusting. We rented this room for a bachelorette trip and it was by far the worst room I have ever rented. The room had not been vacuumed, the bathroom was so outdated and disgusting. We had no hot water to shower and most of the outlets did not work. To top it off we had to complain of roaches ALL weekend!

Beautiful beach which includes beach umbrella and lounge chairs and great pool. Includes Jimmy B's bar and grill right on beach. Good drinks and food! I would go again very soon!

We had the most amazing time staying at the Beachcomber. Despite everything going on, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly the entire stay. Being right on the beach was beautiful and Jimmy Bs being open most of the time was a wonderful perk. We will definitely be returning next year!

We have stayed with our out of state family members several times and always had an awesome time, thanks to the awesome staff. My husband and I love ❤️ to go for a get away, we live 15 minutes from the Beachcomber. The beach, pools, sunsets and entertainment are spectacular.

Location is great, most of the staff were helpful, pool, Jimmy B's and sports bar were fun places to hang out. Parking was difficult to maneuver!

Great location! Awesome beach bar with live entertainment everyday. The hotel is old, so don't expect too much. The staff is lovely. Beach chairs included with your stay. This is perfect for a fun trip with friends.

Went to their beach bar to listen to Nobody Cares Band. Ordered dinner at the bar, which came very quickly and was very good! Bill is an awesome bartender. The band was GREAT and will definitely come here again to see the band & have dinner. All this and a few feet away from the Gulf of Mexico, you can see a sunset right from your seat & Aten to great music live!

This is a wonderful place! We spent there 1 week without any complain. It is perfect for couples. Two swimming pools, exit to the beach, a lot of restaurants around and even trolley station in front of a hotel. Welcoming receptionists and nice helping staff. We are very grateful for good time spent in the Beachcomber.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clean hotel. Rooms are large in my opinion. Great closets for storing beach gear. Cabana rental is included in your room rate! Great food at their Jimmy B's beach bar. Live music each afternoon and evening at Jimmy B's. Short walk from hotel to water… and a beautiful white beach. We will surely go back there. Very pretty grounds!

The night I went to Jimmy B's I had a fantastic time. The live bands were both exceptionally. Not a place for wine drinkers, just the usual beach drinks are acceptable. The food is not something I can recommend. No flair, taste or effort to present appetizing. But overall, if you're going to be entertained and see a great variety of people, it's a great place to go.

Great location, clean, and courteous staff. Especially appreciate a call that I'd left my brand new tablet behind after check out. Thank you Lucy and Steven for letting us know. I can't recall last time a hotel recovered something left behind! We will definitely be back!

My family stayed at this location June 18th and 19th and the staff both morning and night were very friendly. Even the staff working on the landscaping were nice. We stayed in room 320 which was right next to the pool (which we never used) and very near the bar by the beach (which we also never used but walked through to get to the beach and it was very trendy). The room was nice in that it had a side TV room with the mini fridge, couch, and 2nd TV that was nice for when you wanted to have a separate area. Only complaint would be some of the people in the rooms above us who never seemed to sleep and were moving things around for hours after midnight, but that isn't the resort's fault. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful, so I don't know why people staying the exact same nights as we did were complaining. We had 2 queen beds with the same pillows on both beds and the 3 of us in the room have no complaints.

We absolutely love this hotel. Its within walking distance to the beach, the staff are amazing, and the rooms are very clean. There is a bar with live band on the beach side but they are very respectful of the guests and end around 10pm. They are super friendly and helpful with anything a guest might need. The only complaint is that their parking is a bit tight but for where it is, you can't complain too much.

Perfect get away! I had a fountain view room on the ground floor. This is the first time I’ve traveled alone and I felt absolutely at ease there. EVERYONE who works here makes eye contact when passing by and has a pleasant greeting. That was welcomed. There’s nothing fancy, but I didn’t go for fancy :) I used the pool, loved the cabana service on the beach, and of course Jimmy Bs. There’s lots of services, restaurants, and beach shopping within walking distance. This is definitely my new go to place!

Hotel situated in a nice central location on St. Pete Beach. It has a beach front restaurant to watch the sunset and a bar by the lobby for late night. There's also many other local spots within walking distance for entertainment and late night fun. The hotel was clean, the rates were reasonable. Not a bad place to stay. I am a local and had friends in from out of town. So it was nice to get away for a few days. The only comment I would have was that the updates in the bathroom looked nice, but they seemed to cut corners with cost. The bathroom tile was cracked almost sunk in and the cabinets were cheap, like they were put there for aesthetics only. But still overall a nice hotel for the price and again, it was clean. Would definitely recommend it for out of town friends and family.

Have had a great time at The Beachcomber! David tending bar at Jimmy B's has been fun and takes great pride in his service, pub grub was good, service great. Didn't give it 5 stars because the parking sucked coming in on Sunday. Room was neat and clean but nothing special but have not been in it much, the fun is at the pool, Jimmy B's and the beach.

Great place to hang out have drinks and good food. Lots of seating near Jimmies Bar by the beach. Very reasonably priced. Downside is definitely parking! You can park in the Beachcomber lot but you must stay on property (per lot attendant) or risk getting towed AND you can’t use the hotel pool. In the heat of the FL summer you may find yourself wanting to climb into their tiny little waterfalls lol.

Always a favorite for us. Great Staff, Food, Drinks, Beach, Pool and more. If you want a nice fun place to stay this is it. It also feels like the rooms have been upgraded/refreshed. Just waiting for tile floors versus carpet and it will be perfect for those who have allergies or just hate carpet. We will be back soon!

We left after first night and moved down the street to another much nicer hotel for less cost. The rooms are tiny, old and outdated. Can’t even find an outlet to charge a phone. Would never stay there again with so many nicer more updated hotels in the area for the same or less cost.

Room was nice: clean, comfortable and spacious. Biggest problem was the noise. The rooms are located right on the pathway where all guests pass by! music from the bar can be heard from the bedroom and goes on way too late which is unacceptable and unfair. The rooms are not sound proof in the slightest. We are not fussy guests at all but this stay was not enjoyable.

Hotel is clean, friendly and decent prices for being on the beach. Not as updated or upscale as others but nice. Jimmy B's bar that is apart of the hotel is excellent! We go there all the time to party. Entertainment is usually on point. Drinks are higher priced but you pay for where you are.

The beach is right behind the hotel. There are 2 very nice pools. The staff is very friendly. But it is anything but quiet. On the hotel grounds there is a beach bar that plays loud music until late in the night and a lot of drunk people run directly through the hotel complex. Not suitable for relaxation. Very suitable for party making.

Service at the covered portion of the beach bar near the pool is sketchy at best. The rest of the bar is very nice. Easy beach access. Food is very good. If the parking lot is full there is an over flow parking lot across the street.

Location is great but could use updated beds. Pools were great. Bar was very good. Beach was unbeatable. Price is high but they were booked up so that's not going to change.

Great price for the hotel room right near the beach. And a great bar with live entertainment every afternoon and night. We'll stay here again if we make it back to St Pete's again one day. Only thing we wish the rooms were a little more sound proof so you wouldn't hear folks really late at night. Other than that we had a great stay.

Jimmy B's was my favorite beach bar in St. Pete's Beach. Live music was pretty good, ambiance on the patio was great, drinks were prepared well, decent beer selection, and lots of comfy outdoor patio searing available. A good spot for 25-45 aged crowd. Would definitely recommend and check it out again.

Best place in St. Pete beach. Has three bars, afternoon and evening bands. Julie and joy are outstanding bar tenders, food is great. Eva always makes sure to accommodate my husband as he is ill. We are in our 60s, doesn't mean we don't love having a great time, we've been coming here for over 30 years. Always a GREAT time.

So far so good. Live band every night at the outside bar. Great music. Drinks and food are all very good as well as the people. All very pleasant. Room was clean and even had is own living room with another tv. Very good pricing also. Will definitely be back.

This place has really good sales we go to it every time we are in st pete beach. They have a little bit of everything in this store. It is big and has great parking. It also has a great location. It's walking distance from the house we stay in. It also has great employees they are very friendly.

Good place to bring friends an party or hang out on the beach. Free cabanas or umbrellas /chairs with your room rental. Jimmy B's Beach Club has great drinks and fun musical entertainment. Was not a romantic place though. Beds were comfy and room was very clean!

We loved the location of our room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jimmy B's nachos SUCK and I was so mad we spent $13 bucks on them. Grateful Dead drink suggested by server tasted like a melted rocket ship popsicle, it was so gross. Most of the food was not very good based on our 5 day stay and ten people selecting menu items on the first dinner. We did love that the games are free in the Player's Club. The boardwalk bridge to the beach is great and the beach is beautiful. I enjoyed staying here. We will be back as much as possible since we are local.

We went for a friend's birthday weekend celebration, the service was good at the bar the drinks were delicious as well. The only disappointing thing was the food. Be prepared to pay 10$ for 5 pieces of broccoli cheddar bites that are just below mediocre. Everything else is just that, below mediocre and way over priced in regards to the food quality. We didn't spend the night at this location because frankly the prices are absurd. 200$ a night including taxes and fees for a 2.5 star resort is unacceptable.

We went ahead with our plans, based on reports from the hotel, a mere handful of days after Hurricane Irma ripped through. We were told all was fine. Not disappointed in the least. They took action quickly and it was like nothing ever happened. They also opened their rooms to many locals without power. The staff was wonderful and so was our stay.

Absolutely paradise beautiful palm trees nice weather. Beach was lovely, relaxing, calming restaurants was great. I really enjoyed Spinners and Rum Fish Grill they had great food. Beachcomber hotel was nice and clean could of been better with state of the Art amenities live band, banana daiquiri, swimming all day shopping was nice.

This is a Nice Hotel. The parking along the sides is odd but there is Valet available out front. The rooms are very nice and modern. The two pools are great and Jimmy Bs Bar is spectacular. I would definitely go back!

As a Florida resident, I was looking for a weekend getaway for my fiancé's birthday. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. Probably the best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. My reservation was confirmed 2 days prior to our arrival and the representative that called answered all my questions and recommended the Free Beach Ride phone app. That was an excellent recommendation and I highly recommend anyone wanting to go from bar to bar to use it. Hannah, at check in, was super sweet and friendly. Jimmie B's bar was awesome! Brad and Joy were excellent bartenders and kept up that excellent customer service we had experienced from the beginning. Everyone was exceptional, including the housekeepers. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay or just a night at Jimmie B's.

Stayed at the Beachcomber from June 5 — June 12, and I loved every minute of it. The room was just fine, but never really in the room, just to sleep and shower. Gina our housekeeper was amazing! She cleaned our room every day, and we always had plenty of towels. Right on the beach, Jimmy B's was an awesome time, the live music was so fun. The bartenders seemed a little annoyed sometimes, but no big deal. Players was a great time also, all the games are free! all the pool you can play. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at the Beachcomber from June 12-16, 2016. It was incredibly hot during our stay, but the Beachcomber offers many great options for cooling off. The greatest of which is the massive and beautiful Gulf of Mexico, which is just a couple hundred yards outside of any room on the premises. The sand was beautiful, though a little too shell covered in parts. And even though you have to cross the dunes to get to the water, the Beachcomber has a great boardwalk that leads down to the sand. The room is decent. The pictures that you find online were obviously taken after a remodel, which seems to have been some time ago. But, despite this, the room is acceptable. Don't stay here if you are a Kardashian, but anyone with reasonable expectations would be fine. The bathroom is small and far from luxurious, but you will feel nostalgic using the toilet which seems to have been plucked directly from a recently closed elementary school. Most of the staff is very courteous and helpful, greeting you with a smile. Everyone has an off day though, so don't expect perfection. The absolute best thing about the Beachcomber though, are the pools. They have a large pool where most people gather, and a smaller pool, which seemed to have attracted more of the older clientele. Personally though, it was a better option, especially at night. It seemed more intimate, but don't take it too far! The people on the top floors can see directly into the water, even at night, so keep it PG!

Located right on the beach. We walked to the beach every night with our four year old with no trouble. Bar provided great music and food. Very clean location. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

It's a nice friendly hotel with 2 nice heated pools and great beachfront access. The Wi-Fi is alright but a little slow at times.

Jimmy B's fabulous. Excellent bands and a real good time during the day and at night. The room sucked, as it was flooded before we checked in. We were there with a group, and saw our room all day with a fan the size of an airplane engine trying to dry the carpet. We had booked this room way in advance as it was right next to the bar and pool. Our floor was still wet, and the fan was removed about 8 that night. At first the mgt would only take off $50 of a $265 a night room. This room was nothing special either. At check out after much more complaining they took off $25 more. Not a good stay. Especially when we drove 4 hours to get here.

Beautiful resort! The rooms were very clean and nice. The beach bar was located very close to the rooms and the beach. The beach was gorgeous white sand with aqua blue waters. Literally couldn't ask for more (other than better Wi-Fi ha) Great vacation.

I planned my 50th birthday party here because we love Jimmy B's. I reserved two rooms one for Friday night just for the girls night out and then one for Saturday night for my birthday and my husband came down. Our total was 265.00 which included taxes per night. I requested 505 patio room bottom floor by the Jimmy B's in March but I did not get and spoke to the GM and she was not pleasant at all so this started my birthday weekend off to a bad start. Also I had my other friends to book patio rooms for Saturday night so we could be together and they got the rooms how ever 506 was flooded so they could not get into the room because they had a big commercial fan in there and also the bathroom was so nasty from the ceiling coming down from due to the upstairs room left bath tub running atleast that was what we were told. So we all were trying to get ready for my big birthday bash that afternoon but my friends floor was soak and wet and had a nasty smile in the room also a chemical smell so me & my husband in room 508 could not have any privacy getting ready for our night out because some of the girls in room 506 had to use our room to takes showers and get ready due to the floors were wet and the big fan was blowing everywhere & my hot water was gone, my frig stopped working loss all.

Way cleaner and better feng shui than Howard Johnson and postcard inn. Loved the courtyard, definitely get a room that faces the courtyard. Service was excellent, price was so cheap on hotel tonight. Got it for 127. Parking on site, well located next to 7-11 and many good restaurants, we went to skidders, shells, and rumfish for my bday.

The rooms are decent for what you pay. The staff was rude and the hotel bar BLASTS music until after 11pm every night. Would not recommend for families.

Good hotel, terrible parking. Rooms are old but clean (no bedbugs as of this review) and updated, the kitchen area (some rooms have it) has plates in cabinet. Pool area is clean. Very little trash outside. However, there can be people smoking outside your room, walls aren't soundproof, side entrances aren't secure, slow internet and as for the "free game room", you have to pay for a restaurant meal before you can play. Nothing spectacular about the beach. As for parking, good luck finding a spot; and if you have a big car, good luck backing out as the space is a one way lane (just drive in reverse to back out). Overall I'd say it's a clean place to stay.

A great family beachfront resort. A great place to have a FL beach vacation. Lots of things to do. Buyer beware they do Nicole and dime you for everything and expect the full court press to buy into their time share.

We found both the outside bar areas real nice, friendly staff, steve was great. But that's as far as it goes, we found the hotels rooms outdated, dark and dreary, bathrooms real tiny. We got a pretty good deal on room but know way would we pay normal rates, they should take some of the money they invested outside and get the rooms updated (at least the one we stayed at. ) back room overlooking the bar.

This was my second time to St. Pete's Beach. The first time we stayed next door at the Howard Johnson but when we returned we knew we wanted to stay at the Beachcomber because they have the best outside seating area/bar in the area with great food and I wasn't disappointed. We checked in early and they were so accommodating to get us a room on the second floor before 4pm. The second day I woke up early to use the workout room. After trying every vending machine for water, I asked one of the grounds workers if there were more that might have water stocked. He gave me a free bottle of water and promised to restock it that day — above and beyond what I expected! The front desk workers were always friendly and were happy to help with whatever they could. I would recommend this resort time and time again!

Great location on beach as some of the nearby resorts have coarse sand by the their beach portion, rooms were okay, could have been better in terms of design, Jimmy's B was amazing. Customer service is really good but parking is tricky.

This is an inexpensive, high-traffic, beach hotel. We requested a room with a king-size bed, but settled for two double beds. Our bathroom was approximately 5'X5'. If you want a shower, be careful not step into the toilet as they are thisclose. The carpet wasn't vacuumed thoroughly and the tub was old and a bit grubby. However, you probably won't be spending much time in the room. The beautiful white sand beach with a long, shallow entry is perfect for wading with small children. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

In Feb. We booked a room for 5 at the Beachcomber Resort for a week in April. The pictures showed large rooms, large beds and a kitchen, When we got there our room did not have a kitchen and the room was so small that when the cot was brought in it blocked the front door and the closet door. The bed frames were wider for queen or king size but regular size box spring and mattress were on frame. When the beds were cut down in size the extra wood was left sticking out at the sides and everyone hit their legs on it. After a week my leg still has a knot and a bruise about 6 inches long. The driveway was one lane with cars entering and exiting. When exiting you have to back your car, depending on how far down you had to park, between 30-100 feet. Nice parking lot in front but attendant holds it for local folks using the bar. We will never stay there again. Probably a good place for party people but not good for children. Happy they didnt mess the ocean up.

Not bad for the price. Fairly clean, nice rooms. Parking is tough, beach is ok. Bring your own stuff if you can. Their loungers are bad. Bars and such on property were really good.

I stayed there 5 nights May 2014, and I am getting ready to plan another stay for May 2015. I loved everything about my stay. I spent most of my time at Jimmy B's listening to the live music, and of course the beach. I did not spend much time in the sports bar, but it seems pretty cool. Everybody was very friendly, and I made friends that I have kept in touch with during my stay. I must tell you the one negative thing about my stay was the parking. It is actually horrible, but I am not letting that stop me from going back. I will deal with that to go back any day. I had the time of my life, and I cannot wait to go back.

Overall good experience except with situation at Players' Sports Bar where a training manager said our group was being too loud in cheering for our school team. We thought it was a sports bar and cheering would allowed. Guess not. So it you want to not cheer for your team — Players is the place to go. On a positive note, hats off to Joy and Simon, Players bartenders. They were top notch.

I had a wonderful time. The front desk staff were so warm and friendly when we walked through the doors welcoming us to the hotel. We arrived several hours early for check-in. The preregistered us and gave us a call when our room was ready. The room was clean and had what appeared to be new furniture and bedding. The gardens outside the room were beautiful and I very much enjoyed sitting outside early mornings drinking my coffee. The beach bar is very lively with music each day and night. The beach itself was beautiful. It was so nice to be able to walk from my room directly onto the beach. The entire staff was very nice and everyone always said hello to us. We are planning our next trip for December and we will definitely choose Beachcomber again.

Best spot on the beach! Renovations, Free Wi-Fi, No hidden resort fee's OH MY! This establishment is truly paradise! Not only have all the rooms been updated but they include a microwave and mini fridge! They have their own private beach attached to one amazing Jimmy bee's beach bar. Here you can dance on their dance floor, enjoy nummy food, listen to live GREAT bands and let your hair down! This is the spot to truly have a vacay get away! The front desk is not only helpful but they are charming and always willing to give you the best deal they can. This resort is truly a gem and I will returning every chance I get! Beachcomber BeachResort is the best resort that I ever been too! Its starts with the Front desk, they are wonderful, Respectful and loving! All of my questions that I had was answered in a proper manner! Then the rooms are amazing inside and out! The landscaping is beautiful! I really enjoyed the pool area, nice area to relax at! The huge beach bar was so much fun. My family and friends had a great time there! THUMBS UP to the Jimmy Bees Beach Bar! When I come back to Florida, WE ARE COMING TO THE BEACHCOMBER BEACH RESORT! I LOVE IT, LOVE IT AND LOVE IT.

The Beachcomber hits all the points on my check list. I love relaxing in the mornings while staring out into the beautiful garden area with lots of flowers, palm trees, and a fountain. It’s the perfect place for your morning coffee. The rooms have recently been re-done and the beds are super comfortable. There is easy access to the beach which has white sandy beach and beautiful water. After a day at the beach you can relax in one of 2 pools on property. The live entertainment at Jimmy B's was always great. Grabbing some cocktails and watching the sunset is a must! Be sure to try the Smoked Fish Spread and the Fish Taco's, they are my 2 favorites. Player's Sports Bar is a great place to catch a game and enjoy some much needed AC. There are lots of restaurants and shops around the area if you ever wanted to leave the property… even though you really never have to.
