I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Fairfield Inn & suites in Clearwater beach! Everything is clean and well kept, the breakfast was always fresh restocked through the morning, Great coffee 24/7. The pool area is nice and my daughter and niece loved swimming there! The beach is right down the street easy to walk to or you can have the shuttle take you too! The staff is Amazing! They are all so friendly and so helpful. They made our stay this past week perfect! Steven and Jeremy with the valet and shuttle service are truly amazing, they are so nice and always helped us with the kids getting to and from shops and restaurants! My family and I will continue to stay here for years to come after the wonderful stay we just had! We highly recommend this hotel 10/10!

We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed here for a week and the staff was amazing and very friendly. With the pandemic going on they were sanitizing and cleaning everything all day everyday. About 2 blocks from the beach and very close to some of the best restaurants in Clearwater beach. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

The rooms where so beautiful and the views are amazing. The entire valet team where great very helpful and they brought us places an when we were ready to come back to inn we give a call an they were there to pick us up. Had a great time at Fairfield inn could not off asked for anything else. Breakfast was great. I hope to come back.

I loved this hotel! The beach is very close and beautiful. Everything was very comfortable.

If you “reserve” a pack and play during tourist season expect to NOT receive it. Incompetent staff, and dangerous parking garage. Do any of you see a ledge? Neither did anyone else. My MIL took a bad tumble resulting in emergency surgery, a bad concussion and twisted ankle. Her and my dad then missed my brothers proposal to his GF, which was the whole reason we were here in the first place. The valet responded with — multiple ppl hav fallen mainly kids. Managements response was “were sorry”, followed by the inability to provide me with an incident report for her insurance because their “not aloud”.
Not how can we make it right, we’ll refund your nights stay, how about a few free nights or anytthing complimentary NOTHING
Absolutely disgusted with the idea of being in this place.

This is a gorgeous hotel with a top-notch staff. Carlos and José were AWESOME with their quick shuttle service. They have underground parking which I prefer to protect my vehicle and the parking has security 24/7. The front desk staff was wonderfully kind and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were in town for my stepson’s wedding. Several other wedding guests stayed at the hotel and were very happy as well. Our room was modern and spotless and since I booked the room 6 months before the wedding, I was able to book a high-level room with a water view. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. We had a magnificent time and it was great to see everyone from out of town again!

We made a reservation for 2 nights and got at the hotel and were told that we had a reservation for 1 nights. They were willing to add on another night, but we were not willing to pay the price as we were supposed to get the room for 2 nights at that rate. Very very frustrated as we arrived at 10:30pm and now have to be out by 11:00 am. This is the second time this has happened to us when making a reservation with Fairfield Inn. The lady at the front desk was not helpful. We requested extra bedding but they would not be able to bring that to us until 20 — 30 minutes later as there was no staff to do that. The lady at the front desk said that she was the only one here. Just reminder to everyone, they charge 18.00 a day for parking. Your stay can add up very fast!

What a great place! Really helped me discover a side of Clearwater that I had never been to. The valet guys were cool and even gave us a ride to the beach. It wasn’t directly on the beach but just a block or so up. Enjoyed the cleanliness and especially the staff. Jessica at the front desk was a gem! I’ll be back for sure!

Hotel staff was polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We called the front desk about an issue with a clogged sink and they had it fixed by the time we got back from breakfast. Great service!

Check in experience was fantastic and we even got an upgrade to a water view room. All of the staff were super friendly and polite. Our room and the hotel in general was clean and welcoming. The golf cart for transportation to and from the beach and to other local businesses was awesome! Valet service was perfect during our entire stay and we never had to wait. We will definitely be back… already booked another trip for next year!

Well maintained and happy honest employees. Room where clean and updated. Pool was inviting as well. Park is easy but cost a few bucks. The location is top notch and if something is a bit out of your walking comfort they will drop you off via a good cart!.

Our stay here was better than expected. The Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone was great from the front desk to the shuttle service. I also loved the walk in shower. Great job. We will definitely be back!

Love this place… the service, the staff (Kim was the first awesome staff) and of course the shuttle was awesome they drop off and pick up us on time and next to the beautiful beach, restaurants and stores… I highly recommend this hotel! 5 we will be back soon!

Very beautiful hotel. Brand new feel and look. Valet is 18 per day, which I wasn't aware of, but at least your vehicle is secured. Highly recommended. They have a real breakfast, unlike other hotels, they have a nice pool, workout area… I would definitely use their services again.

Great new hotel with moder facilities. Location is a bit away from the center of clear water (15 min walk) which made it for a relaxing stay. Breakfast and service was great. Only minor issue was with valet parking which we understood was $15 per day but ended up being $18 with taxes. Overall will highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A two minute walk to the public beach. Good breakfast. Mandatory valet which I'm not really a fan of. I like to go when I want to, not wait for someone to retrieve my car for me. They were pretty quick though, so it wasn't that bad of a wait.

I had a great experience here! The customer service is absolutely Amazing! My next time coming to Clearwater I will definitely be returning and staying here again. This is a new location it was very clean, great view of bay an beach from our balcony suite. Room was large size & clean. The hotel is a little further from main attractions but still walking distance, this hotel actually offers shuttles to bring you closer down to pier 61. (Near hulk Hogan’s shop) Valet were friendly and very fast. Breakfast was also good they had a large selection of choices. Thank you for the amazing experience!

The valet and front desk folks are amazing, but to me, when I pay over $300 to sleep somewhere it should have reasonable soundproofing. I can literally hear everything from the floor below and room next door. Need I say more? How embarrassing that the hotel was so poorly constructed. They say this hotel is oceanfront. It is most definitely not. Will not stay here again. I can hear the neighbors turning in and off light switches. Poor construction. Improper hotel standards. Let your guests sleep. Jesus.

This hotel customer service is the best every. That is what get me Kimberly Portillo is so sweet. She care about the customers. That is what I love, I had an issue and she jump on it with no problem. Kimberly thanks so much for being so sweet.

Great location. Good room. Good servicing of the room. Both tje food and the service in the breakfast area could be better. No shade around the pool!

My travel agent was very nice to book the Island Cay for us for my birthday weekend January 2-7. When we arrived I was disgusted how that room looked. Nothing like the pictures. I happened to go outside and saw this nice looking hotel across the way. My wonderful travel agent called them around 12:30am or so. Fairfield Inn and Suites made my birthday weekend weekend more worth wild. They were very nice and upgraded us to two queen beds on the 6th floor. They had wonderful breakfast in the morning. They had a lovely golf golf cart to take us to a point, but the gentlemen always told us what is good and where to go as well. I absolutely loved the sunsets and sunrises on Clearwater Beach. Unfortunately, the weather was cold. Never did I ever need my winter coat in Florida. Glad I purchased it. Thank you Alexis and crew. From a Native Floridan/ ugh NC we will be back. Oh Alexis and crew Wednesday January 17, 2018 ten days after coming back we received a foot of snow. Thank you again.

Stayed for a night before heading to Disney. Valet parking was reasonable. Great location with views of beach and Mandalay Channel. Valet workers were extremely nice and provided golf cart shuttle service to the beach and nearby restaurants. Room was clean and new, TV has plenty of channels and Netflix capability (with your own account). Bathroom was clean and modern, beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very crisp and clean. There was a good variety of food at breakfast although the fruits seemed a little old. The heated pool is small but enjoyable. The location is about 2 streets over from Clearwater Beach. The reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the front desk manager (Luis) was not very friendly and seemed to value taking phone calls vs. Taking care of customers standing right in front of him. Also, you have no choice but to pay for valet parking which is $18/day. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

Nice and new property. Pool is small, but heated. Lovely lobby on three. Parking garage crew are great and do drop off and pick up on the golf cart. Sunset deck is nice. Rooms are nice. Only complaint is no real closet in room. Place to hang cloths and ironing board, but not large enough to tuck away luggage. King room is nice, better than two queen set up, but that is just a personal preference.

My husband and I booked a suite upon arrival to Clearwater Beach for 3 days after problems with an Airbnb. Fairfield was very accomadating and friendly. Our room was perfect, the lobby was decorated for Christmas adding a festive touch and a delicious breakfast was included. Fairfield was a short walk to beautiful Clearwater Beach. We would stay with them again.

As a platinum member I expect nothing but the best from the Marriott properties around the world. The front desk manager was rude during check in and we had requested for an additional roll away for the room that was not provided to us. We had to get an additional room for a friend on a long weekend. The hotel is also 2 blocks away from the beach and the hotel pool is tiny. Spend a little more and get yourself a better hotel.

Everything was good here. Friendly staff and the room was clean. I really like the breakfast part and that is a key reason of why I like to stay at the Fairfields/Mariotts. Keep up the good work! We visiting during the off season (November) so I can't speak during a summer time that may change the occupancy but everything was great!

I loved our stay here… those five star reviews were right on. We were skeptical about the location, but loved it. When we drove in we were greeted by Bryce at valet parking. Bryce sets the tone, he is outgoing, friendly, fun and welcoming. He acknowledged us each time we came and went. Alexis at the front desk was also friendly and quite helpful answering all of our many questions. The staff is A+ all the way around! It is a very well run hotel. Our rooms were clean and lovely, therefore their housekeeping is on point. The breakfast room overlooks the Marina and is such a pleasant way to start your day with their complimentary breakfast. It was a typical continental breakfast, but they had a little twist on the presentation, and each day was a little different. North beach is only a few short blocks with 3 access points. It was quiet and pleasant… exactly what we enjoy. Beach dining and the pier are a short walk or a text away to use the hotel shuttle. I might add, however, I enjoy walking. Don't forget to take a trip on the Jolley Trolley… it is reasonable and takes you to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Clearwater Beach is our favorite! Can't wait to return!

Its not exactly on the beach but within walking distance and they provide a shuttle that can take you there, usually within 2 mins. The hotel is very clean and the staff is beyond amazing. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are well kept. The hotel is new so its still got that fresh feel. Kim, the front desk lady is extremely helpful. THey went above and beyond to accommodate my family (we have 2 young kids)

Not right on the beach but within walking distance. Fairfield Inn and Suites is a well designed property with all the amenities you to make you feel at home away from home. Paid valet parking garage on lower level. Morning breakfast.

Rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good location with views of water and easy access to beach. Breakfast was a selection of mainly cold items with 3-4 cooked items available. Biggest breakfast improvement would be an upgrade to proper plates and cutlery rather than the disposable ones used just now. Only complaint is the non negotiable valet charge of $16 per night for parking your car. Overall I would recommend.

Overall great experience. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and they were prepared for everyone. This being such a new hotel, everything was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. The shutle is very convenient and takes guests to nearby spots for food, drink, and beach. The trolley stops close by as well for guest who need to travel distances further than the golf cart shuttle will take them. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is not on the water, but the beach is only a shuttle (golf cart valet) away! Close to shops, food and live music. Delicious hot breakfast and coffee daily.

Best hotel experience ever. This hotel is brand new (less than 2 months old) so everything, including the rooms is very clean and smells like a new hotel. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. There is free breakfast in the mornings and free Wi-Fi. They provide a free shuttle service to the beach and a valet parking garage.

Great location! Easy to walk to the beach or jump on the complimentary transport around town. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was helpful and kind. Complimentary valet was a nice surprise too. Plus Breakfast was delicious. Overall a seamless accommodation.

I stayed at this property last week and enjoyed every minute! It's a new hotel so everything is fresh. The rooms are modern and have a great space. The breakfast selection varied daily but was always tasty! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The pool is smaller than preferred, but the hotel is a short walk from the beach. I will be back!

I only gave this hotel a three star rating due to the features and amenities that they did not have available. Along with the features and amenities that they do have available, for a price. I stay at hotels during special occasions and getaways with my wife. The room was nice, kinda small but worked for us. The TV was large but bright as can be and they have the options locked so you can't dim it ay night which was bothersome since I like it dark and the wife likes the television on but even she stated it was too bright! Check in was smooth and easy, we were greeted and had to use their required valet service which is an additional surprise charge you find when you arrive. An additional 18$ a day for that was a waste especially since we didn't use our car and walked or tool their buggy to one of the closest drop off locations. The complimentary breakfast was decent, could have more options but was decent. Showers were great and the bed was comfortable. Location wise, it's a bit far from the actual beach but if it's the last hotel to choose from, I would have to grab it if it was my last option. They only have 1 elevator located on one side of the hotel which was an inconvenience as well but we took the walk to get to it. Overall, it old be better but it was decent for the time we did stay there.

Hands down, the Best hotel in Clearwater. Nice size rooms. They have Netflix. Best thing: their amazing location only 2 blocks away from North Beach. Breakfast is included which is great. Only bad thing is that the pool wasn't heated… they need to work on that asap.

Absolutely accommodating to everything we needed. Walking distance to everything and we can't thank them enough when walking became a little wobbly after some drinks and giving rides with the golf cart. The Kids working the golf cart were respectful and polite top notch great job to all of them.
