Third time here… Love this place!

Home away from home. Always stay here when we come to Hollywood Beach.

Clean, quiet, very close to beach. A+, room more like apartment than hotel with full size refrigerator and stove top, drawers had utensils & dishes too. Checkin was simple easy & friendly.

Super cute, very clean, perfect area — you see ocean/boarldwalk from the steps of hotel. Reservationit friendly as well. Again very clean. Ty sun Beach our experience was wonderful. A+ ☆☆☆☆☆

We are with a climate privileged peeled strong sun and yet temperature 18-20g.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The gals who cleaned the rooms were very thorough & extremely friendly! They rented us beach cruiser bicycles at a great rate & we rode ALL OVER this area on them. Highly recommend renting the bicycle! The location was wonderful, SO close to the beach as well! We would definitely stay here again! ♡♡♡

A really awesome spot to spend some time, one block from the beach! The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Low cost as well! Can't complain.

Sun Beach Inn is in a perfect location just steps from the boardwalk. We walked 3 minutes to Margaritaville, and there are tons of cool little tiki bars and restaurants around. The hotel itself is tiny, I think there are 9 rooms, but for being a small place, it has all the amenities you need. Fresh towels every day, shampoo, soap, and they even gave us extra towels to use at the beach. The room has a microwave, toaster oven, mini stove top, full fridge / freezer and a flat screen TV. The only reason we can't give 5 stars is that there are two dead lightbulbs, one in the main room, one above the bathroom sink, and the toilet takes about ten minutes between flushes for the tank to fill. Those are just small issues though and won't stop us from coming back again.

Had a great night sleep. Comfortable bed and comforter. Beach is 30 seconds away. Parking didn't seem so tight. Only thing that should be improved was the low water pressure in the shower and the way how the towels are placed. Well worth every penny. (Including the $25 resort fee)

Location is great, did not get the room type I reserved. Requested 1st floor due to hip issues, instead was put on second floor with no balcony.

We enjoyed our time here. It was great the only thing we didn’t like was the sofa was broken and it was lumpy. They had it on a piece of wood so you couldn’t even recline it. Other than that we had a good time. It was also a block from the beach.

Nice clean hotel less than a block from the beach. Watch out for the $25.00 tax they add on to the room cost.

Great location, parking sucks of you have more than one car, bed was very comfortable, fixtures needed repair in our room.

The place was very nice with a great location. They let us use the beach chairs and the staff was very friendly. I was very concerned renting this place but the reviews convince me I choose the remodeled room # 9. This room is so spacious that my family came to visit me and we all had a place to seat and talk very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place for a family vacation at the beach.

Staff is super friendly, David has made contact with me 3 days prior to make sure rooms where ready and even with us checking in late worked with us. Steps from boardwalk and beachfront. Rooms are updated and well maintained. Beds let me get great sound nights sleep.

Perfect vacations :-) modern, big room with 2 big comfortable beds and a small kitchen. Very near by the beach and the restaurants but far enough to be very quiet. Staff is really nice and helpful. Car parking is included and there is always free space. We will definitely come back!

When we first saw the area, we thought it probably wasnt going to be the best. But. The room was beautiful! Had a full sized refrigerator, a small stove, microwave, dishes, utensils (including a wine opener and vegetable peeler, ) pots, pans, glasses, etc. Anything you would need to cook and a kitchen sink. The bathroom had a very spacious shower. There was a queen bed, pull out sofa, and a table with 3 chairs. Basically it was an efficiency apartment! I really appreciate that there was a broom/dust pan in the room so I could sweep up the sand we tracked it! Didn't hear any noises from other rooms. We were literally like 50 feet from the beach and boardwalk. So many activities and restaurants in walking distance. The office to pick up the room key was only a half block away from the actual room. The desk attendant was friendly and quick! I definitely recommend and if I ever go back to Hollywood Florida, I will definitely rent again!

I loved this place, I mean loved it I will for sure be back the room was nice the beds are to die for and the beach right there? who could ask for more? staff was exceptional, kitchen to cook in loved it. See ya soon sun beach.

Awesome place clean not but a short walk to the beach and places to eat love it!

I had a great stay here. The location was steps from the beach. The staff was very attentive. Anytime you needed extra towels or anything, you just call them and they were at your door in minutes. The rooms are renovated and have a modern feel to them. My room had a kitchen, but I think all of them do, and it it was stocked with dishes and utensils. Miguel at the office is a very polite and attentive attendant. The property is very clean and had plenty of parking. The place was booked throughout my stay but there was always parking and I could not hear noisy neighbors. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

I stayed Monday through Thursday in a King Suite. My room was absolutely beautiful. Steps away from the beach. The owners were cool. Didn't see them my entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hopefully the remodeling is complete when I return.
