I was in town and wanted to look for more affordable options. This property was able to offer what I was looking and it is also conveniently located.

Jillian is awesome very friendly willing to help in every way possible. Hotel rooms are large and clean staff are friendly and helpful I Will stay here every time I am in Fort Lauderdale!

Jillian is the best. The rooms are so big and very clean, very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel in Fort Lauderdale, one block from the beach. She was worried about us traveling in bad weather and offered a free room to stay. What a great bunch of people.

Family and I stayed here recently, loved that it was a two minute walk to the beach. Rooms were very clean and staff was amazing. Hotel staff seemed like they truly cared about the guests, and asked every day if we needed room service, and if we weren't there they refreshed the room. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Spacious rooms, only a block away from the ocean. Great views. Enjoyed the small atmosphere.

I didn't like the hotel. The only good thing was the location near the beach. The small room for 4 for the kids a couch bed that was a stone. The room was clean and the service was very small.

Property was very nice and within easy walking distance to the beach. Manager was very attentive via text. Staff onsite were helpful if not a little indifferent and a shade unfriendly, at least by Midwestern standards; otherwise would have rated 5 stars. We would stay there again.

A very cute boutique hotel that has a heated poo, l even for our cold night's lol! The rooms are very cute and home like or what I would want my home to look like! My son loved it too. Close to the beach by one block and all the restaurants around are amazing. I will definitely be telling my family and come stay here while visiting for now own! The owner is hands on and very nice. Just a very pleasant place to stay.

You know this is bad when I give a MCDONALD'S 5/5 The only good thing was the pool and the room but the person who owned this hotel said she was at a meeting so we can't get in but then she came to let us in and she said she should be at a meeting and SHE WAS NOT DRESSED for a meeting and she admitted her lie then she lied again. She charged us 250$ for BASICALLY NO REASON because of matince condition and there was no front desk and there were NO workers there EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: really, just really trying to lie somemore to make us look like we're lying, also I don't have children I'm one of the older kids there.

Love this Hotel. Best service ever. Jillian the property manager treated my family like we were her family. Jillian went out of her way on Christmas Eve just to make sure that we were comfortable. We're going back to SIBI in February and we can't wait to see Jillian again.

Great Place to Stay! Although I stayed just one night, I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. Let’s be clear, this is not a resort or fancy place, it’s more like a home feeling kinda place. The first thing that makes you feel this was is the staff. The night before my arrival I got a text from Jullian the property manager. I though how cool it was that she was reaching out and confirming my stay. She was a pleasure to work with from the start. All throught the day we stayed in contact as I had been attending a local music festival and had arrived early and was able to leave my car on the property hours before check in. Jullian really cares about the guest experience I can clearly see this. I didn’t feel like a number on some hotels computer I was treated very well by this hotel. While this place may not be for those looking for a fancy place, it was perfect for me and only one block walk to the beach. Yes, I will be staying here again and Yes! I will recommend this place to others. PS they have a nice pool too!

The updated 2 bedroom suite was very clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. The location was fantastic — within one block of the beach and a couple more to Los Olas. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return. Greg S.

Have a reservation for this coming Friday (1) evening. The property manager, Julian called to explain an earlier mix-up. All is good now. Very pleasant on the phone. Looking forward to nice stay at SIbI Beach this coming Friday.

We spent a week at Sibi Beach Hotel and we loved it. Management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Major thanks to Jillian and Cece! Rooms are a good size and beds are really comfortable. Pool deck and and pool are very nice and well maintained. Most importantly, the location is amazing! The beach is one block away and Jillian had chairs, umbrellas and towels for us to take to the beach. Also, short walk to restaurants!

The beds are huge and ultra comfortable. The Owner/Manager Jilian and her team catered to our every need. Daily housekeeping was GREAT. We will be returning hopefully in August. Only downfall is a roof deck we could not access. Otherwise just a perfect hotel with the loveliest staff.

In April 2017 we booked a total of four nights at the SIBI Beach Hotel and paid the total amount in advance. With our booking confirmation, we arrived on the evening of 06.05.17 After a five-hour drive at 08:00pm in Fort Lauderdale.
The office was no longer occupied, the staff of the hotel lacked any trace. So how should we check in?
With the help of a guest who was relaxed at the apparently clean pool we got the mobile number of the hotel manager.
According to the guest, it is common for hotel staff to be present only until 04:00pm. After that, you were asked to be on your own. At check-ins after this time, only an envelope is in front of the door of the room. But there was still the mobile number.
Luckily, the friendly hotel manager promptly reported that her hotel was overbooked and she didn't have a room for us. Even after the fact that everything had already been paid for in advance, it could not help us.
So we stood at 09:00pm in Fort Lauderdale, our suitcases in the luggage and had to go looking for a new accommodation.
We will not book here anymore. Customer service does not seem to be an issue here. Of course, we cannot provide any information about the hotel facilities.

Beautiful place, very friendly hostess… rooms are very clean. I would definitely return here or suggest to anyone thinking of renting a hotel, check this place out first! Private and intimate. One block from the beach… restaurants & bars within walking distance. Jillian you're the best!

RUN AWAY… They are trying to charge us $250 for "damage" because a air conditioner leaked! She said someone turned it down to 61 and because of that it leaked and we are responsible for that… Think about that. If you were to go to a hotel and turned your air conditioner down and it leaked-it's your fault?! I wonder how many people this has happens to. The pool was nice.

People please Listen! I have never in my life stayed at such a beautiful place in my life! The manager Jillian will jump off a bridge to insure your stay is exactly what you expected and more! When hurricane matthew was about to hit, she relocated us to the highest floor free of charge just to ensure our safety! Words cant say how happy we were to make this reservation! This is a must stay when you are in the Ft Lauderdale area! Super clean and super cool! Quick walk to the beach! In the middle of everything! This place is a hidden gem! I will never stay anywhere else! Just ask for Jillian! We have never ever had such good customer services. She CARES about your stay! You will see what I mean when you get there!

What's great about this hotel is that it's brand new! It's located within walking distance of the beach and has lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The rooms are pretty large and clean. There's also a pool on the premises. The staff is super nice too!
